Dumped us off at the corner road to the hotel with 5 bags to haul ourselves saying vehicle wouldn't fit to go to lobby. They have smaller vehicles because I saw one arrive the hotel another day. They should know which vehicles accommodate which hotels and plan accordingly. Won't use this service again. Price too high for the inferior service provided.

On a personal note, during the immigration process, I realized I didn't have my phone. After returning home, I emailed Roberts Hawaii (they provided support in Japanese) regarding the lost phone, and it turned out I had dropped it on the bus! In Hawaii, there are many shuttles and buses from Roberts Hawaii, so I thought it would be reliable and made a reservation. Unfortunately, I feel that I never want to use it again. The shuttle from the airport to Waikiki had no issues at all.

However, the return shuttle from Waikiki to the airport arrived 50 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I inquired after 15 minutes, I was told that the road was congested and it would arrive in about 5 or 6 minutes. Yet, even after another 10 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. When I inquired again, I was informed that it was delayed at the previous hotel and was still there, but would arrive soon. In the end, the shuttle that came to pick us up was empty, so they may have sent out a new shuttle, but I wished they had handled the situation more quickly.

We were picked up and headed to the next hotel, but the people who were supposed to board from that hotel were no longer there. With a 50-minute delay, we should have already arrived at the airport, and since we were late, there was already a long line for check-in. If only we had received a prompt update, we could have used our time more effectively. It was disappointing that there was no communication until we inquired, and even then, the responses were not accurate.

I considered taking a taxi several times, but since they said it would arrive soon, I kept waiting, only to regret not taking a taxi. Next time, I plan to use another company.

I recommend the shuttle from the airport to Waikiki as there are always staff on site to assist you immediately, but I cannot recommend the shuttle from Waikiki to the airport.

Since it was a personal arrangement, I was looking for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, and this was the cheapest option (free for children under 3), so I chose it. When I arrived at the airport, I quickly found the pickup area, but there were no Japanese staff, and although several buses came, I was anxious about when we would be called. 個人手配だったので今回、空港からホテルの送迎を探してたらここが一番安かった（3歳以下無料）なのでこちらを選びました。
空港について乗り場はすぐわかったけど
日本人スタッフがおらず、バスが何台かくるも、いつになったら自分たちが呼ばれるのか不安でした。
ドライバーさんも、お客さんも日本人がほとんどいない感じでした。
お値段安い分こんなもんかなーて感じです。
