The pickup was almost on time, but due to the large number of passengers and the many hotels for pickups, it took over an hour to arrive at the airport after boarding. In the end, we were dropped off at a different Air location, past the intended drop-off point. Although there were many people getting off, those who were visiting Hawaii for the first time seemed anxious. It felt like I had asked which Air we were getting off at when I boarded. In the past, I used other shuttle services three times on this site, so I will share my thoughts for comparison. The price from Waikiki to the airport has been increasing year by year, going from $10 to $17 (for other companies), so I decided to try Roberts, which is a bit cheaper at $15.

Other shuttle services generally pick up only in the Waikiki area and get on the highway quickly, so while there is traffic, I think they are relatively fast (30-50 minutes). Roberts picks up in both the Waikiki and Ala Moana areas, and their pickup at each hotel is somewhat inefficient (in a way, they are friendly to those other than the users?), which caused a delay of about 20 minutes. Additionally, since there are many pickup locations, the cumulative delay resulted in it taking about 90 minutes.

Since it takes time for security checks at the airport, during busy times, there isn't much leeway, and it feels like you can't relax. The driver was a friendly woman, and she wasn't bad, but considering the price and service, I think other companies are much better. I don't think I will use it again next time.

　他社シャトルは、基本ワイキキ地区のみの混載ピックアップで高速に乗るので、渋滞はあるが比較的早い(30～50分)と思います。
　ロバーツは、ワイキキ地区+アラモアナ地区までピックアップを行い、各ホテルでのピックアップも手際が悪い(ある意味利用者以外に親切？)のもあり、ピックアップも20分程度遅れた上に、ピックアップ箇所が多いので、累積遅延となり、90分位掛かってしまった。
　空港でのセキュリティーチェック等に時間が掛かるので、混雑時は余裕が無くなってゆっくり出来ない感じです。
　ドライバーは気さくな女性で当たりは悪くないですが、価格と内容を考えると他社の方が全然良いと思います。
　次は利用しないと思います。
