It didn't take much time and everything went smoothly. The place we got off was the check-in counter for flights to the mainland United States, so I unknowingly stood in line for a while. I thought it was strange that only foreigners were in line, and when I asked, I was told that the flights to Japan were on a different floor further ahead. At the Roberts Hawaii lounge, I checked my luggage and reserved a shuttle bus from Ala Moana Center to Sheraton Waikiki, departing at 3 PM, and then I went shopping and had lunch. It was very helpful to stop by Ala Moana Center. I always left my luggage at the hotel and then went to Ala Moana to kill some time, which was convenient. I thought it would be nice if the lounge were a bit more comfortable, but if it were too cozy, people might linger too long... It felt more like a slightly larger reception area than a lounge.

Also, I was glad to receive an eco-bag. In Hawaii, supermarkets and convenience stores charge for bags, and there are also stores that use paper bags, so it was very useful.

I decided to stop by Ala Moana!
I had some time before checking into the hotel, so it was really helpful!
I was able to take the shuttle bus right after arriving at the airport, and the lounge allowed me to store my luggage. It seems that shopping bags are now charged for in Hawaii, but I even received an eco bag, so I couldn't ask for more!

I took the bus to the Kalihi Transit Center to purchase a Holo Senior Card. Normally, I would leave my suitcase at the hotel (Waikiki) and then go to Ala Moana Center, taking the City Express! - Walpahu bus. However, this time the shuttle bus stopped at Ala Moana Center and allowed me to check my suitcase, which made it easy to get to the Kalihi Transit Center and saved time. The Holo card issuance counter was quite crowded and took over an hour, but I was able to finish it in the morning.

I think $36 for two people is a bit expensive, but if you want to stop by Ala Moana Center or have a meaningful way to spend time until the hotel check-in time (usually 3 PM), it’s worth it. Also, all the staff were cheerful and provided kind assistance, guiding us from the lounge to the bus.

I arrived at 9:00, and the lounge at Ala Moana took care of my luggage, allowing me to comfortably shop and dine. The staff was flexible with the shuttle service time from Ala Moana to the hotel, and they were very polite when discussing time changes.

When I was meeting up with my family at the hotel, I wasn't sure about changing the shuttle time or if there would be available seats. I arrived at Honolulu Airport on January 22, 2020, and when I headed to the group exit, it was blocked, so I exited through the individual exit. 個人出口から出たのですが、無事にロバーツの人と会えました。
バウチャー見せるとバス乗り場迄連れていってくれます。
バス乗り場で待っていると、バスの運転手さんが降りてきて、英語でホテル名を叫んでます。
アラモアナ経由なので訊ねると、OKとの事なので乗り込みました。
アラモアナに着いたら、SC内のロバーツ休憩室で
荷物を預けてホテル送迎の時間を選択します。
それから自由行動です
時間になりロバーツの休憩室に行くと、
そこから名前を呼ばれてロバーツの人と一緒にバス乗り場へ、バスに乗りホテルまで直行。

ホテルチェックインが16時だったから時間潰しできるし、
重いもの買ってもホテルの駐車場まで送ってくれるし、
お昼ご飯も食べて、スーパーでたくさん買い物出来て満足でした。
次回もまた利用しますね。
