At the ticket counter, I was able to easily exchange my voucher for tickets. Since I took the first train, they also properly informed me about the boarding area, allowing for a smooth boarding experience. On the route from Waikiki, we were able to stop along the way for photo opportunities! The explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but it was relaxed, and they provided various explanations, making the ride enjoyable. First off the driver, Matthew was great, I couldn't find the pick up spot and he called me and got me there. My fault, I get lost crossing the street. It was rainy, but the place was packed for the 6:15 am trip. 2vhours is more than enough to hike to the top and take pictures along the way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We are a couple who are not good at mountain climbing, but the Diamond Bed is different. We both felt it was worth climbing. While experiencing various histories, the view from the summit is exceptional. Also, the driver who provided the transportation was very kind and truly a wonderful person.

I use this every time I go to Hawaii. It's the best to feel the wind while enjoying the scenery and being rocked by the trolley! It's sad that the prices keep going up and that the outlet service has been discontinued. It seems like fewer people are using it each year, as sometimes it's even rented out just for us. I also use The Bus and Uber, but the comfort of the trolley is in a league of its own.

I used this service during my stay in Waikiki, and it was more convenient than I imagined. It covers almost all the way to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako, and East Oahu with just this trolley.

There was no stress waiting for buses, and I could visit tourist spots at a good pace, allowing me to fully enjoy sightseeing even with limited days of stay. The interior was clean, and the staff was very courteous.

What I particularly liked was the ability to get on and off at my preferred times. Shopping, café hopping, and visiting tourist attractions went very smoothly.

When I called the hotline again, I was just repeated the same explanation. After requesting to speak to a different representative and explaining the situation, I finally received the instruction, "The driver is on their way, so please wait there."
