The best experience while visiting Hawaii....must be done by all travelers....will definitely do this again with extreme Para-sailing guys. Crew members are very friendly. The boat captain was extremely professional. He knows what he is doing and maneuver the boat very smoothly. Totally worth for the money I spend...

I used this service for my honeymoon. I was worried about whether the shuttle bus would actually come, but it arrived on time and called out names loudly, which was helpful. Until we reached the port, the guide spoke in English, but they also provided simple sightseeing information, so I wasn't bored. As mentioned in the reviews, I took motion sickness medicine beforehand. The waves got extremely rough as we went further out, so it's definitely better to take it. There were four groups of Japanese and two groups of non-Japanese, making a total of six groups. We were the last ones, and waiting for a long time can get a bit tedious. The order is determined by who arrives first before getting on the boat, so if you get there early, you might be first in line. It was my first time parasailing, and it was not scary at all; it was really fun! The view of Oahu from above was wonderful. If I go to Hawaii again, I would like to do it again. They provided explanations in broken Japanese, so it was fine even if I didn't understand English.

送迎のバスもちゃんと来るのか不安でしたが、時間通りに来て大きな声で名前を呼んでくれるので助かりました。
港に着くまでは英語でしたが、簡単な観光案内もしてくれて退屈しませんでした。
口コミにあったように酔い止めを飲んでいきました。沖に行くにつれて波が物凄く荒くなるので絶対飲んだほうがいいです。
私の時は日本人が４組、日本人以外が２組の計６組でした。私たちが一番最後だったのですが、一番最後だと待ち時間が長くて段々飽きてきます。順番を決めるのは、ボートに乗る前に早く来た順みたいな感じなので早めにボート近くにいると一番目になるかもしれませんね。
初めてのパラセイリングだったのですが、全然怖くなくすごく楽しかったです！！空の上から見るオアフ島はとても素敵でした。またハワイに行くことがあればやりたいと思います。カタコトの日本語ですが、説明もしてくれるので英語が分からなくても大丈夫でした。

My first experience surfing. I was worried, but I was able to ride the wave from the first wave. It's strange how I could stand. The instructions were in English, but there were no problems. I recommend it!

You can enjoy the view of Diamond Head from high above Waikiki. Even those with a fear of heights can slowly ascend into the sky and have a good time. The boat that goes out to sea can be quite rocky, which may cause some seasickness, but you will get used to it after a little patience.

空中高くワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めます。
高所恐怖症の方でも ゆっくりと空に上がって行くので楽しめます。沖へ出るボートの揺れが結構大きいので船酔い気味なりますが少し我慢すれば慣れました。

The explanation is mostly in English, but they provide a simple explanation in Japanese. It was terrifying to watch, but once you actually ride it, it's not scary at all. It's about 10 minutes long, and it feels like flying in the sky, which is very enjoyable. I want to participate again.

説明はほぼ英語ですが、簡単な日本語で説明をしてくれます。
見ているときは恐怖でしたが、実際乗ると全く怖くありません。
１０分ほどですが、空を飛んでるようでとても楽しいです。
また参加したいです。

I participated with a friend.

It was my first time parasailing, and I chose the 150m plan. Rather than feeling thrilling due to the height, it was a very graceful experience. If you’re not extremely afraid of heights, it’s not a scary activity.

I rode on the boat with 12 people from three other groups, and the most fun part was getting to know the other groups and having a great time together!! Also, the staff were very energetic and made the experience even more exciting!!

友人と参加をしてきました。

パラセーリングは初めてで、150mのプランですが、高くてスリルがあるというより非常に優雅な感じです。極端な高所恐怖症でなければ怖いということはないアクティビティです。

他の参加者3グループと12名でボートに乗りましたが、
他のグループと仲良くなって盛り上がることが一番楽しかったです！！
あと、スタッフの方もとてもテンションが高くとても盛り上がりました！！

The ride was fun but the quick dip into the ocean was not. Wear a swim suit, their going to do it to you.

I participated as part of a beginner group. It was great to have a Japanese instructor who taught us various things. However, I ended up purchasing a $30 photo CD-ROM (which contained pictures taken by the school during the lesson), but unfortunately, almost all the photos were backlit and only showed shadows. Moreover, most of the pictures were of other surfers, leaving me wondering what the purpose of the purchase was...

初心者のグループで参加しました。
日本人インストラクターだったので、いろいろと教えてもらえてよかったです。
ただ、最後に30ドルの写真CD-ROM（スクールの方がレッスン中の風景を撮影してくれたもの）を購入したのですが、残念なことに、ほぼ逆光で影しか見えず、しかも、ほかのサーファーの写真ばかりで、なんのために購入したのか…という感じでした。

At 56 years old, I took on my first challenge. I was the only man among young women, along with my wife and daughter. Perhaps because of that, I was mostly left alone. The pre-coaching and advice on the water were spot on, and I was able to ride from the very beginning. It felt great, and I spent quite a long time on the board, so paddling back to shore was tough. My knees were sore from rubbing against the board, but it was an incredibly fun time. The feeling of riding the waves and gliding over the ocean was the best. I also received an original shirt, and the images of the 30 CD were very beautiful and well-captured, making it a great value for the price. I'm really glad I participated. Compared to various shops, this was the best one.

56歳で初挑戦。
若い女性たちにまじって、妻と娘と。男は私一人でしたが、そのせいか、ほとんど放っておかれました。
事前のコーチも海上のアドバイスも的確で、初めから乗れました。
気持ちが良くて、何回もかなり長い時間乗ったので、沖まで戻るパドリングが辛いこと、辛いこと。
ボードを両足で挟み込んで膝の内側が擦れていたかったのですが、とにかく楽しい時間でした。
波に乗れている感覚、海の上を滑るような感覚、最高でした。
オリジナルのシャツも貰えるし、30💲のCDの画像もとても綺麗で沢山撮影されているし、コスパも最高です。
本当に参加して良かったです。
色々なショップと比較しても一番良いショップでした。

I experienced surfing for the first time. All the instructions and explanations were in English, and I was really anxious at first, but there was someone who could speak Japanese, so they explained everything in Japanese, which made me feel relieved. After the explanation, we headed straight to the beach!! From there, we immediately went out to the ocean and started surfing. It was scary at first, but once I was able to ride the wave, I became hooked! They also provided transportation back, and I truly made wonderful memories! I definitely want to surf again.

初めてサーフィンを体験しました。指導や説明が全て英語で、最初は不安がいっぱいでしたが、日本語が話せる方がいらしたので、日本語で説明して頂き安心しました。説明を受けたあとはもう目の前のビーチへ！！そこからはもういきなり沖に出てサーフィンが始まりました。最初は怖かったですが、一度乗れるとやみつきになります！帰りは送迎もして頂き、本当に楽しい思い出が出来ました！また絶対サーフィンがやりたいです。

The wind was very strong on the day, so the staff suggested, "Stand-up paddleboarding can be quite difficult because the wind hits your body directly, so surfing might be more enjoyable. What do you think?"

To be honest, I was interested in surfing, but I never thought I would be able to stand on the waves, as I had signed up for stand-up paddleboarding. I appreciated their consideration and decided to challenge myself with surfing for the first time in my life!

First, I received a brief lesson on basic movements on the water at Waikiki Beach, and then it was time to head into the ocean. They taught us in Japanese, saying things like, "Paddle (with your hands)~" and "Stand up~!" which helped me stand nicely on the waves♪

A fellow participant who was surfing for the second time mentioned, "The waves in Waikiki are gentle, so they're easy for beginners to ride." I also never expected to be able to ride the waves so quickly, so I think the staff's teaching skills are excellent! (*＾-＾*)

After all, when you come to Hawaii, you have to enjoy the ocean too, right?♪♪ It's a very easy experience to enjoy surfing since it's within walking distance from the Waikiki Hotel, and there's no need to move the surfboards☆

当日の風がとても強かったので、スタッフの方から「スタンドアップパドルはもろに身体に風が当たってやりにくいので、サーフィンの方が楽しめますけどどうしますか？」と提案されました。
実のところ、サーフィンに興味がありましたがまさか波の上に立てるとは思っておらず、スタンドアップパドルを申し込んでいた私。。。
ご配慮に感謝し、人生初！のサーフィンに挑戦しました！！
最初にワイキキのビーチで簡単な水の上での動作レクチャーを受け、いざ海の中へ☆
日本語で、「漕いで（手で）~」とか「立って~！」とか教えてくれるので、波の上でもいい感じで立つことができました♪♪
一緒に参加した、サーフィン2回目の方が「ワイキキの波は穏やかなので、初心者の方には乗りやすい」と言われていました。
私もまさか！すぐに波の上に乗れるとは思っていなかったので、スタッフの方のティーチングの上手さは素晴らしい！と思っています(*＾-＾*)
やっぱり、ハワイに来たら海の中も満喫しなきゃですよね~♪♪
ワイキキホテルから徒歩で訪れ、サーフボードの移動もないのでとっても楽にサーフィンが楽しめる体験だと思います☆

I was worried when I read in the review that "you can get quite seasick," but I had so much fun that I forgot about any seasickness! On the same boat, there was another Japanese couple along with a family of eight Americans. Two American staff members were also on board. They communicated with us in broken Japanese, so it wasn't a problem even if you can't speak English. However, even though we didn't say we didn't want to get wet, everyone ended up staying dry. We were fully prepared to get wet, wearing our swimsuits... But in the end, it was so much fun that I was very satisfied! ★

レビューに「かなり船酔いする」とあり心配でしたが、船酔いも忘れるくらい楽しかったです！
同じ船には、私たちともう1組の日本人夫婦、あとアメリカ人の8人組の家族でした。そこに、アメリカ人スタッフ2人が乗ってくれます。スタッフさんは、片言の日本語で対応して下さるので、英語を話せなくても問題はありませんでした。
ただ、「濡れたくない」と言っていないのに全員濡れずに終わりました。私たちは濡れる気マンマンで水着を着ていたのですが・・・。
でも、結果的にはとっても楽しかったので大満足★です。

It was thrilling, fun, and absolutely amazing! The views of Honolulu, including Diamond Head, and speeding across the blue ocean on the boat felt incredible. There were many international guests on board, which really added to the excitement. Also, I had to change my schedule at the last minute due to a delay in immigration, but I was grateful for the quick communication from the local team.

ダイヤモンドヘッドなど、ホノルルを一望できる景色や、青い海をスピードある船で走るのは本当に気持ちいい。
同乗の方は外国の方も多くて、大いに盛り上がりました。

My husband and I had a great time on our Parasailing Excursion! We booked the 1000' line and it was absolutely breathtaking. The crew was great and the boat was very nice and clean. Thanks guys for a great time! :)

It was a somewhat cloudy morning, but since we had canoe surfing at 10 AM, there were only a few people on the beach and in the water. We all pushed the heavy canoe surfing onto the sand and then floated it in the sea, after which we started paddling in sync with the person in front of us.

Even when some slightly high waves came, we paddled at a right angle to the waves and made our way out to sea.

While we were out there, we could enjoy a 360-degree view of Waikiki while paddling with our paddles!!

When a slightly higher wave came, we pointed the bow towards the beach. To ride the wave like surfing, we paddled with all our might. And then...

We really glided on the wave, with The Royal Hawaiian ahead of us. To our right was Diamond Head, and to our left was the Halekulani Hotel, among others. I felt so happy as I finished my first wave ride.

After finishing the second wave in the same way, I was surprised that it was already over.

It did say at least two rides, but we had only been doing the activity for 15 minutes!!! I ended it feeling a bit sad.

This activity is great for families and couples. If it's a group of women, the beach boys might be happy to join in?! They might make the wave riding even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this activity!!!

雲が少々多い朝でしたが、１０時からのカヌーサーフィンだったので、ビーチにも、海にも人はまばら。
重いカヌーサーフィンを皆で砂の上を押し、海に浮かべ、その後、前の人に合わせ漕ぎ始めます。
途中少々高い波がきても波に対して直角に漕ぎ、ある程度沖にでます。

沖に出ているあいだ、パドルで漕ぎながらも３６０度ワイキキの眺めを堪能できます！！

少し高めの波がきたところで船首をビーチ側へ。
サーフィンと同じ容量で波に乗るため、あるったけの力をふりしぼり漕ぎます。そうすると・・・。


本当に滑るように波に乗り、前方にThe Royal Hawaiian。
右手にはダイアモンドヘッド。左手にはハレクラニホテルなどなどなど。
とても幸せな気分で１回目の波乗り終了。

２回目も同様に乗り終わったところで、な・なんと、終了してしまいました。

確かに最低２回と書いてあったけど。まだ、アクティビティを始めて１５分しか経ってない！！！
ちょっと、悲しい気持ちで終了してしまいました。

このアクティビティは、家族もよし、カップルもよし。
女性同士だったらビーチボーイも喜んで？！
もっと波乗りを楽しませてくれるかもしれません。

I've done parasailing a few times, but it was my first time in a spot where I could see the city of Waikiki!
Seeing the city from the sea was refreshing and felt really nice☆☆☆
Even while waiting, the boat rides were exhilarating and enjoyable^^
However, the restroom at the dock was extremely dirty and had no door, which was disappointing.
Once on the boat, you'll need to cram your belongings at your feet, so it might be a good idea to bring a plastic bag that you don't mind getting dirty.

パラセーリングは何度かしたことがありますが、ワイキキの街が見渡せる場所では初めてでした！
海から見る街は新鮮でとても気持ちよかったです☆☆☆
待っている間もボートが走っているので爽快で気持ちいいです^^
ただ、船着き場のトイレがめちゃくちゃ汚いうえに扉がないです泣
ボートに乗ったら荷物も足下に詰め込む感じなので、ビニール製の汚れてもいいバッグを持っていった方がいいかも。

Booked this activity for my husband and new son-in-law. They both had a wonderful time.

My family had a fabulous time.

I attended as a "ride along only" while my husband and daughter parasailed. We ALL had a great time! The ocean was quite rough and it was windy, but the staff was very watchful of the safetly of the guests both parasailing and in the boat. I chose this company because of their concern for safety and they were excellent in all respects. I took photos, but we also purchased those from the company and their photos were much better than mine! The crew was wonderful, the office staff was organized and fun to talk to and the whole experience was most enjoyable! I highly recommend this activity and company to everyone!

The last time I went to Hawaii, I saw parasailing from Waikiki Beach and thought I would try it the next time I came to Hawaii. There were 12 people in 6 groups on the boat, and we took turns. I watched the first person, so I had an idea of what to expect. When I flew, the deep blue ocean was right below me. It was a bit scary at first, but when I looked up, I could see the buildings of Waikiki all at once. Since I was in the middle of the order, after I landed, I was able to comfortably watch the others while enjoying the cruise vibe. We could return to the hotel before 11 AM, so we could make the most of our day. If you plan to bring a camera while flying, I recommend using a strap that you can hang around your neck.

船には6組12名で乗り順番です。最初の人のを見ていたので
ｲﾒｰｼﾞはつきました。飛んでみると真下には真っ青なﾌﾞﾙｰの海。ちょっと最初は怖かったのですが、顔を上げるとﾜｲｷｷのﾋﾞﾙが一望できました。順番は真ん中だったので降りてからは他の人のを余裕を持って見つつ、ｸﾙｰｽﾞ気分も味わえました。11時前にはﾎﾃﾙにも戻れるので1日を有効に使えます。
飛んでる時にカメラを持参される方は首から
かけられるｽﾄﾗｯﾌﾟをお勧めします。

We participated with two adults and two children. Despite taking motion sickness medication, the older child got seasick due to the strong rocking of the boat. Since the younger child is in the second grade and small, we ended up flying as a group of four, which was a pleasant surprise as I didn't expect our family of four to be able to fly together. It became a great memory.

大人２名子供２名で参加しました。船の揺れがすごく乗り物酔いの薬を飲んでいたにもかかわらず上の子が酔ってしまいました。
下の子が小学２年生で小さかったためか４人で飛ぶことになり、家族４人いっしょに飛べるとは思っていなかったのでよかったです。いい思い出になりました。

I usually work at a desk and my body is on the verge of being overweight. I don't exercise on my days off, and I wasn't particularly good at sports when I was younger.

At 41, I decided to challenge myself and try surfing. Thanks to the buoyant board and clear instructions, I was able to ride the waves. Of course, I didn't succeed every time.

I tend to focus on appearances, so I was tempted to ride a cool board, but I realized I needed to enjoy the thrill of catching waves first. My overall impression? It was fun (especially when I managed to ride).

There were mostly foreigners, but they gathered some Japanese people and taught us in broken Japanese, which was actually simple and easy to understand. Be prepared for tired arms from paddling back to shore after each ride. The next day, my whole body was in pain!

普段はデスクワーク。体はメタボ寸前。休みに運動するでなく、若いころは運動が得意。というわけでもなく。
こんな僕が、41歳にしてサーフィンにチャレンジ。
浮力が大きなボードと判りやすいレクチャーのおかげで、波に乗ることができました。
もちろん、100発100中ではないですが。
格好から入りがちな僕は、カッコいいボードに乗ってみたい気もしましたが、まずは波に乗る楽しさを味合わないことには始りませんからね。
感想は、楽しいですよ。（乗れた時はね）
外国人が半分以上でしたが、日本人を集めてくれて、片言の日本語で教えてくれます。逆にシンプルで判り易かったです。
乗っては沖に戻るので、水を掻く腕が疲れることは覚悟が必要です。翌日、体中に痛みが!!!!!

I participated in the afternoon on the day of arrival on a JAL flight that landed in the morning. We went from in front of the Hilton Hotel to near Diamond Head and came back, enjoying the view of the ocean and the pleasant sea breeze, which made me really feel like I was in Hawaii. My excitement was high from the very first day.

I've heard that surprisingly many people come to Hawaii and don't even touch the ocean because they're busy shopping. That's why I recommend experiencing it during your free time on the first day.

We participated as a family.

My husband and our fourth-grade son challenged themselves with the lowest height of 45 meters. Although both of them are afraid of heights, they mentioned that the parasailing itself was stable, and they felt they could have gone higher. I stayed behind with my kindergarten daughter on the lower boat.

Perhaps because my husband and son's combined weight was insufficient, we ended up sharing a ride with a couple who were waiting for their turn, so we flew together as a group of four. We didn't mind, but since the couple seemed to be on their honeymoon, I felt a bit sorry for them...

I was worried about the language barrier, but the staff on the boat and during the transfer were very cheerful, and they occasionally spoke some simple Japanese, so I didn't have too much to worry about. Even if I didn't need to express myself, as long as I could understand what they were saying, it was fine. The driver was particularly lively and seemed to love saying "Hee-Haw!!" like the Japanese comedian Black Mayonnaise, which was very entertaining.

I was recording with a video camera, so I couldn't take photos, but the staff took some humorous pictures for us. They provided them on a memory card for $30, and I recommend buying it.

I wasn't sure about the tipping norms, but I gave the boat staff $20 just in case. I wasn't sure if the driver needed a tip, so I ended up getting off without giving anything.

I read that it’s better to take motion sickness medication, so I prepared some from Japan for the whole family. Thanks to that, even though the boat swayed quite a bit, we were fine and didn't feel sick. A foreign woman who was riding with us felt unwell during the ride, so it might be a good idea to take the medication.

The two who flew said they had a lot of fun! We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

ファミリーで参加しました。

主人と小４の息子が一番低い高さ45メートルのものに挑戦。
高所恐怖症な二人でしたが、パラセイリングそのものは安定しているので、もっと高くてもよかったなぁと言っていました。
私は幼稚園の娘と一緒に下のボートでお留守番。

主人と息子の合計体重が足りなかったせいか、途中で、次の番を待っていたカップルと相乗りで4人で飛ぶことになってしまいました。
私たちは別にかまわなかったのですが、カップルさんのほうは新婚旅行のようだったので、なんとなく申し訳ない気になってしまいました…。

心配していた英語ですが、送迎もボート上のお兄さんたちもとても明るくて、カタコトでもわかる日本語をたまに話してくれたので、あまり心配なかったです。
こちらから意志することが必要なくても、向こうの言っていることがわかれば、問題ないかな…。
特に送迎のおっちゃんはノリがよくて、日本の芸人ブラマヨの「ヒーハー！！」がお気に入りのようで、そればっかり言って、とても面白かったです。

私は下でビデオカメラを回していたので、写真を撮ることができなかったのですが、スタッフのお兄さんたちがユーモアある写真を撮影してくれました。
メモリーカードでくれるので、30ドルしますが、これは買っておいたほうがおすすめです~。

チップの相場がわからなかったのですが、ボートのお兄さんには一応、20ドル渡しました…。
ドライバーのおっちゃんにも必要なのか？？とわからなかったのですが、そのまま何も渡さずに降りてしまいました。

酔い止めを飲んでおいたほうがいいと、ここにも書いてあったので、日本から用意しておいた薬を家族全員飲んでおきました。そのおかげかボートはだいぶ揺れましたが、酔い知らずで大丈夫でした。
同乗していた外国人の女性が途中で具合悪くしていたので、やっぱり薬は飲んでおいたほうがいいかもです。

飛んだ二人はとても楽しかった！と言っていました。

This was my first time booking an optional tour without going through a travel agency, and I was worried about whether they would really come to pick me up and if my reservation was confirmed. However, they arrived on time, which put my mind at ease.

As for the experience itself, I believe anyone, even those with a fear of heights, can enjoy it. I have a fear of heights, but I wasn't scared at all! Just at the beginning, when taking off from the cruiser, I felt a bit of fear. (It seemed like everyone taking off was shouting "WAO!!" as they went, haha.) But even those who were scared ended up coming back with smiles.

They offer to take photos for $30. I didn't request any, but I regret not doing so as it would have made a nice keepsake.

Almost no Japanese was spoken. Most of the explanations were in English, which left me a bit confused, but I managed to get by with the atmosphere.

The cruiser sways quite a bit as it goes out to sea. I took motion sickness medication beforehand, so I had no issues, but a friend who joined me doesn't usually get motion sickness and didn't take any, so they ended up feeling sick.

It was a really fun time. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

旅行社を通さずにオプショナルツアーを申し込んだのは初めてで、お迎えにちゃんと来てくれるのか、本当にちゃんと申し込めているのか不安でしたが、時間通りにお迎えに来ていただけたので、安心できました。

肝心の内容は、高所恐怖症の人でも問題なく誰でも楽しめると思います。
私は、高所恐怖症なのですが、全然怖くありませんでした♪ただ、初めのクルーザーから飛び立つ時は、少々の恐怖を感じます。(飛び立つ人全員がWAO!!って飛び立って言ってたような笑)　だけどそんな人も最後は笑顔で帰ってきました。

30ドルで写真撮ってくれます。
私は頼まなかったのですが、記念になるので頼んでおいたほうがよかったと後悔しています。

日本語がほとんど通じません。説明もほとんど英語なので、ん？となりましたが、雰囲気で何とかなりました。

クルーザーで沖まで出るのでよく揺れます。
私は酔い止めを飲んで行ったので全然問題なかったのですが、一緒に参加した友人は乗り物酔いをあまりしないらしく酔い止めを飲んで行かなかったので、酔っていました。

すごく楽しい時間でした。機会があればまた参加したいです。

I was really excited to go to Hawaii, but I ended up feeling seasick due to lack of sleep and not feeling well. The waves were really strong, so it's definitely better to take anti-seasickness medication before going! The parasailing itself was a lot of fun, and the view from above was amazing! It does cost money, but we were able to buy the photos of ourselves up in the air, and it turned out to be a wonderful memory!

揺れも凄いので、絶対酔いとめ薬飲んでいったほうがいいです！！
パラセイリング自体はすごく楽しく、上からの眺めも最高でした！！
お金かかりますが、自分達が上空にいる写真のデータも買うことができるので、購入しましたが、とても良い思いでになりました！！！

This was my first time parasailing, i was terrified. The crew memebers were friendly, and patient with us(i wasnt listening very well because i was scared). They set us up, explained, and helped out with everything. i switched my ride from 400ft to 800ft before i went on, and they set us up, and even pulled us down when i yelled for them to.
It was a good experience, even though i was terrified. Also, they took tons of pictures while people were up there, and i really liked the fact you got your SD card.

First of all, I felt anxious that I didn't receive any emails other than the automated reply, so I called the local office, but there was no staff who could speak Japanese, so I couldn't confirm my reservation. However, later I received a call from this site and an email confirming my reservation, which relieved me.

There was no particular communication on-site either (I received a call from another company I booked through this site), but the staff arrived a little late for the scheduled pickup.

Initially, I had requested a female instructor when making the reservation, but a male instructor showed up.

It was clearly stated that there might be cases where my request could not be accommodated.

However, I felt that it was inconsiderate of them to send a male staff member who couldn't speak Japanese, especially since they knew I could only speak Japanese when I called in advance.

I was drawn to the words "Japanese is fine. Female instructor." when making the reservation, but this response was far from satisfactory.

まず、自動返信以外のサンクスメール等がこないことに不安を感じてこちらから現地に電話したが日本語が通じるスタッフがいなかったので予約確認が出来なかったが、後ほどこのサイトから電話があったこと、予約確認が取れている旨のメールが来たので一安心。

現地でも特になんの連絡も無かったが（このサイトで予約した他の会社からは電話がきた）当日の時間にちょい遅れでスタッフがピックアップに。

まず今回予約の時点で女性インストラクターを希望していたのに男性がくる。

これは希望に添えない場合もあると明記されていた。

しかし事前に電話した際に日本語しか話せないことがわかっているのにも関わらず日本語が話せない、しかも希望とは違う男性スタッフとは、こちらのことを全く考えていないと感じました。

日本語で大丈夫。女性インストラクター。の言葉に惹かれて予約したのにこの対応ではとても満足できるものではありません。
