It was easier to ride than I expected. After just a few minutes of instruction, we were able to ride and set off with a small group!

Two staff members were assigned to lead and ensure safety, allowing us to move smoothly. The leading staff also took videos and photos of our group with our personal cameras, which was great because it meant we had proper records of our experience, not just riding.

We took various explanations and commemorative photos along the way, and the time flew by.

I still wanted to ride more, so I thought I would like to come back again.

After we finished riding, we were grateful to receive cold drinks and fruit. However, on the final survey form, there was a note about tipping, and some people in our group said they hadn’t been informed about it until the very end. While I understand that tipping is customary in Hawaii, I believe this should be clearly stated somewhere, and the survey form, which seemed to demand a tip of 20-30% of the tour fee like a restaurant, should be revised.

If this information were communicated clearly to customers before they sign up, I don’t think we would have had complaints like those from our group. It’s also important to ensure that the fun mood at the end isn’t dampened.

The tour itself was excellent.

まだまだ乗り足りない、もっと乗っていたかったのでまた乗りに来たいと思いました。

乗り終わったら冷たい飲み物やフルーツも頂き有り難かったですが、最後のアンケートの用紙にチップが記載されており、私以外は団体グループで最後の最後に聞いてないと言う人達がいました、たしかにハワイでのチップはあると思いますが、チップの件はどこかに記載するべきだと思いますし、レストランのようにいきなりツアー料金の20〜30%のチップをよこせと言わんばかりのアンケート用紙も変更した方が良いと思いました。

まずは申し込む前のお客さんにしっかり伝わるようにしていただいていたら、今回の団体さんみたいな苦情までは行かないとは思います、最後の最後に楽しかった気分をかえさないようにするのも必要ですね。

ツアー自体は最高でした。

First day in Hawaii. My son and I were looking forward to the Segway tour. The moment I met the person who came to pick us up and greeted them, I had a good feeling that today would be a great day! That feeling was spot on! We got to see the beautiful ocean, and the guide and staff were very kind. The conversations during the Segway ride were really enjoyable, creating wonderful memories. It was my first time, but there was plenty of practice time, and they provided support and consideration for the order when moving alongside others, which made me feel safe. Thank you very much. Even I, who am not good at sports, had a great time riding. The wind felt wonderful, it was the best! It was so much fun, and we had a blast as a family. There’s a Giovanni's in the food court near the Segway shop where we enjoyed garlic shrimp. The area is filled with murals, and we had an efficient and enjoyable half day. Next time, I want to join the morning session.

Although it was disappointing that we didn't catch any fish, the captain was quick to assist when we had trouble handling the fishing gear. We moved to three different spots, and we only had about an hour and a half of fishing time. The captain cooked the fish caught by others on board and served it as fried fish for us to enjoy while returning to the harbor. There was a large shark swimming near the boat, and we were able to see it up close, along with the sight of sea turtles swimming. The scenery was fantastic, making it a great experience for cruising and sightseeing.

Our family -seniors and adult children-were delighted with the sunset sail. It was the best thing I did in Oahu. The guide was raised in Japan and speaks Japanese fluently, making jokes and chatting really well. My 70-year-old mother wanted to experience this, so we signed up. I was worried since it was her first time on a Segway, but the guide taught her kindly and patiently, and we had plenty of practice. We rode along a really pleasant course by the sea in Honolulu, enjoying the scenery, and the guide's assistance was wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing time. I definitely want to recommend this. It was the best tour during our five days in Hawaii. The guide supported my mother while she rode the Segway, so she felt at ease the whole time. She said she really enjoyed it, and as her son, I was happy and grateful to the guide.

Great time 1st trip on a fishing boat with kids. Meeting many wonderful patron on the ship along with the boat captain. Our kids managed to catches the first fish during our boat trip. Definitely would plan to come back next month. Hopefully this time our boat can catch more fishes comparing to last trip. It's wasn't that much fishes floating somehow but overall still an awesome journey with kids and family's. Scenic of Waikiki is unbelievable along many Dolphin jumping and boiling on the surface of the sunrise calm Aquatic blue ocean.

The cheerful driver provides sightseeing explanations in English at key points. If you want to see the city, take the Red Line. For local dining, use the Green Line, and for views of Diamond Head's crater and the East Coast, take the Blue Line. It's a bit pricey, but it's an efficient way to tour, and it's safe, so I'm glad I took it every day. I definitely got my money's worth! By the way, during the first week of my stay, I used the trolley, and in the second week, I used the local bus. The trolley is a relaxed way to travel and is definitely fun!

We took a snorkel trip with the Moana boat crew and had a fantastic experience. We set sail on the beautiful catamaran at 0830 and to head out see the sea turtles at the infamous 'shell-cleaning' reef which is located just outside the breakers off Waikiki beach. Our Capt for the day, Anthony, was personable, friendly and made us all feel welcome aboard the boat. Zack and Sarah were the other two crew members and they were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire trip. 100% would sail with this crew again. Bring some tip $ for them, because they definitely deserve it. Book a tour today!

The snorkel site is popular and several boats are in the area, which is nice because you don't feel like you're out in the middle of the ocean alone. It can get busy with everyone trying to see the turtles and fish so be sure to keep an eye on the surface as well as watching what is below. Some turtles even come over to our boat and I snapped a photo (attached to this review). Overall water depth is about 20-30 feet and even on a cloudy & murky day (like ours) we could easily see numerous fish and several large sea turtles. We were even lucky enough to see Humpback whales (mom & baby)!!

We booked our trip in mid/late Feb and it was overcast & rainy. A bit chilly at times, but come prepared and it's a fun trip regardless. Plenty of covered space to store dry items, but a "drybag" is a nice touch on any beach/water adventure.
We booked the 0830 trip to maximize sea life activity which also resulted in 2 families being on the boat....8 people total. Virtually a private tour! When we pulled back into the pier for the next tour there were about 20-25 people waiting for the next tour. And, parking at the marina is easier before the crowds arrive.

Really nice fishing trip! Jack and the Capt. (don’t think I got her name) were really great hosts. Jack was excellent! Super helpful with all concerns regarding fishing equipment and hooking a fish. The Capt. was kind and informative. She knows her job and does it well. Despite the choppy seas, she got us to the spots where people caught fish. It was a great time and well recommended.

If you're looking to go parasailing near Honolulu, this is the place to choose. It's conveniently close to Ala Moana Center, and the height is amazing! It was ok. Tackle is not fancy but well maintained, bait is basic easy kind (frozen squid). Our group (about 20 people) caught 4 small fish total over 3h - not much but it is great to prove that we all had a chance. I felt like the crew could have done better. My personal peeve is, for some reason they decided to move away from a shallow (= easy to fish) spot where multiple people were getting bites to a super deep one with no bites (I’m guessing they were simply unaware that we were getting bites). Another problem is, when at a spot, the boat is simply set adrift, which makes it quite impossible to fish vertically (since the boat is moving).

Last time (December 2019), there were 10 routes, making it difficult to choose, but due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, there were only 4 routes available this time. (I didn't understand the meaning very well, though...)

At first, I was worried about whether I could ride it, but once I tried, it was surprisingly easy. Riding the Segway while feeling the Hawaiian breeze was very pleasant. The instructor informed us about the areas to be cautious of during the ride, which allowed me to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. The instructor was very fun and provided clear guidance, and I was able to learn a lot about the finer details of Hawaii. They also took photos for us, which became wonderful memories. I want to ride a Segway again when I go back to Hawaii!

最初は乗れるか心配でしたが、乗ってみると意外と簡単でした。
ハワイの風を感じながら乗るセグウェイはとても気持ちよかったです。
乗っている最中に注意する場所を教えてくれたので、安心して体験することが出来ました。
インストラクターの方がとても楽しい方で
案内も分かりやすく、ハワイの細かい部分まで知ることができて良かったです。
写真も撮っていただいて本当に良い思い出になりました。
またハワイに行ったらセグウェイに乗りたいです！
