It's been 30 minutes since I picked up my luggage at the airport and met the staff from Roberts Hawaii. I'm still waiting at the airport. I feel like asking when we're departing for Waikiki. I understand they want to pick up several people and transport us efficiently, but I've grown tired of waiting. The driver is unfriendly and hasn't provided any explanations. I've never experienced anything like this before. This is my first time using Roberts Hawaii, but I probably won't use them again.

空港で荷物を受け取って、ロバーツハワイのスタッフにであってから30分。
まだ、空港で待ってます。いつワイキキに出発するの？って感じです。
何人も拾って、満席で効率的に運びたいのでしょうがもう待ちくたびれました。ドライバーも愛想なくて、何の説明もないし。
今まで、こんなことなかったのに。
ロバーツハワイは初めての利用ですが、もう多分利用しません。

I was picked up from various hotels, and I'm glad they arrived on time! When asked in English whether it's Japan Airlines or United Airlines, be sure to answer correctly, or you might be sent to the wrong one, so be careful! ⚠

色んなホテルからピックアップしていましたが、ちゃんと時間通りに到着できてよかったです！日本航空か、ユナイテッド航空か？と英語で聞かれるので、ちゃんと答えないと違う方に送られちゃうので注意⚠

Mr. Roberts' staff is cheerful, making you feel like you've arrived in Hawaii. The prices are reasonable, but the wait time is a bit long. I will be visiting Hawaii again, so thank you in advance.

ロバーツさんのスタッフは明るく、ハワイに来たなあと感じます。
値段は妥当ですが、少し待ち時間が長いかな。またハワイにはいきますので、宜しくお願い致します。

The pickup to boarding was smooth, but the waiting time in the airport parking lot was long. We had to wait nearly an hour until the seats were full before departing. It felt like a waste of time, and since the tour price is not much different from a taxi fare, I think I will use a taxi next time from the airport.

ピックアップから乗車まではスムーズでしたが、空港の駐車場での待ち時間の長いこと。座席が満席になるとやっと出発で、1時間近く待ちました。時間の無駄で、タクシー代とあまり変わらないツアー代金なので、次回空港からはタクシーを利用しようと思いました。

After passing through immigration, there is a reception area at the group exit. I was sent off with almost no waiting time. The driver was also very nice. I plan to use this service again next time.

イミグレ過ぎて団体出口出たところに受付有ります。ほとんど待ち時間なしで送ってもらえました。運転手さんもいい感じでした。次回もまた利用しようと思います。

The pickup time was accurate. The car has a logo, making it easy to identify. There is also plenty of space for luggage. They asked for the airline and dropped me off at a convenient location. I plan to use this service again next time.

ピックアップ時間は、正確でした。車にもロゴが入っているのでわかりやすいです。荷物を置くスペースも十分あります。航空会社を聞いてくれて分かりやすいところで卸してもらえました。次回も利用しようと思います。

The locals were familiar with Japanese people and tourists, making the hotel pick-up smooth and easy. The flexibility with time was also convenient.

現地の方が、日本人や観光慣れしていてスムーズに、ホテルに迎えました♪時間の融通も効くので便利です☆彡.。

Honolulu Airport has very crowded immigration checks, and it takes quite a while to get outside after your flight arrives. Instead of getting tired looking for a bus or taxi, it's smoother to arrange for a shuttle service.

ホノルル空港は入国審査がとても混み合っていて、飛行機が着いてから外に出るまで結構な時間を要します。疲れてバスやタクシーを探すよりも、送迎を頼んでしまった方がスムーズです。

The employees were talking among themselves, and the response to us was slow! The bus stopped to pick up passengers along the way, and I wasn't sure when it would depart!

従業員同士で話していてこちらへの対応が遅い❗️
途中で乗り合わせするためバスが止まりいつ出発するのかもよくわからなかった！

I was kindly assisted from the moment I was welcomed at the airport. The bus does not depart until it is full, so there is a bit of a wait, and it takes time as it stops at various hotels. If you're in a hurry, it might be better to use a taxi.

空港での出迎えから親切に対応して頂きました。バスが満席になるまで出発しないので、多少待ち時間がある事と色々なホテルを周るのでどうしても時間がかかります。せっかちな人は、タクシーを利用する方が良いかもしれません。

There was a slight confusion about the pickup location, but I had prepared to wait early, so it was fine! The bus arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time without any delays, which made me feel very relieved. I was using it from Hilton Hawaiian Village, and most of the passengers boarded there, with only one additional person at the next hotel, so it was very smooth.

ピックアップ場所が少しだけ迷う部分はありましたが、早めに待機できるよう準備していたので大丈夫でした！
バスは遅れることなくピックアップ時間の15分ほど前に来てくれたので、とても安心して利用できました。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジからの利用でしたが、そこで乗る人がほとんどで、次のホテルで1名追加されただけでしたのでとてもスムーズでした。

During my first trip to Hawaii, I was excited and nervous, and I was welcomed by Robert, who is very fluent in Japanese. We had a great conversation while waiting, which made for a wonderful start to my stay. Thank you!

The pickup location was changed due to the parade. While that can't be helped, the driver was the worst. He didn't have a list, and even when I showed him the voucher, he didn't respond at all, which was terrible service. I was so frustrated that I had to complain before I could finally get on. To make matters worse, I was dropped off at the Hawaiian Airlines domestic terminal. Please make sure to convey my complaint to Robert Hawaii. I always felt safe with Veltra, but this time was disappointing.

パレードの影響でピックアップ場所が変更になりました。それは仕方ないのですがお迎えの運転手が最悪。リストも持っていないしバウチャーを見せても反応なく最悪の対応でした。ぶち切れてクレームを言ってやっと乗れました。オマケにハワイアン航空の国内便の所で降ろされました。しっかりロバートハワイにクレームをお伝え下さい。いつも、ベルトラさんなら安心していたのに。

I was picked up at 7:30 from the Kahala Hotel for my flight at 12:10. It seems that the rotary at the Kahala Hotel had a weight restriction, so they came to pick me up right at the entrance of the rotary at 7:30. Along the way, we picked up two groups at hotels in Waikiki and arrived at the airport by 8:30.

カハラホテルのロータリーは重量制限で入れなかったらしく、ロータリーの入口に7:30ちょうどに迎えに来てくれました
途中ワイキキのホテルで2組ほどピックアップして8:30には空港に着きました

It was from the airport to the hotel, and at first, I thought I would be alone, but as soon as the plane arrived, more and more people joined, and in the end, there were about ten of us when we departed. Since there were about three hotels, we arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

空港からホテルまででしたが、最初自分一人でと思ったら、飛行機の到着次第で次から次へと人が増えて、結果１０人程になり出発しました。ホテルとしては、３軒くらいでしたのでそれなりの時間に到着しました。

The driver was cheerful and pleasant. The pickup time was within a 10-minute margin. I would like to use this service again.

ドライバーさんがにこやかで感じが良かった。
お迎え時間も誤差10分以内。
また利用したいと思います。

The round trip between the airport and the hotel can be costly and unpredictable on your own. I only used it for my return, but it was comfortable. If you specify the time, they will come to pick you up properly, which is helpful. Since it's a small bus, there are fewer pickups from other hotels, and we headed to the airport quickly. I would like to use it again when I go to Hawaii!

空港とホテルの往復は自力ではお金もかかるし、時間も読めないです。
私は帰りだけ利用したのですが、快適でした。
時間も指定しておけば、きちんと迎えに来てもらえて助かります。
小型のバスなので、他のホテルからのパックアップも少なくてすぐに空港に向かってもらえました。
またハワイに行くときは利用したいと思います！

They limited it to five hotels that can be visited with one vehicle.

Which ones? My hotel was the eighth one.

There was no explanation at all.

I chose this because it was supposed to be limited to just these five locations, so I was really disappointed.

I have been to Waikiki more than 20 times, and Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service is highly recommended compared to other companies' services.

ワイキキには２０回以上来てますが、ロバーツハワイさんのシャトルはこれまでの他社のサービスと比べてもお勧めです。

In front of me, there was a counter named Roberts Hawaii for picking up luggage, which was great. However, there were many other companies waiting with papers that had names written on them, so I was looking for those but couldn't find them. It was only after I called out to the counter that I was able to confirm. Other than that, there were no particular issues with the transportation.

荷物をピックアップしている目の前にロバーツハワイという名前のカウンターがあったのでよかったのですが、他に沢山、名前を書いた紙を持って待っている会社が沢山いたので、それを探していましたが、見当たらず、こちらからカウンターに声をかけて初めて確認できました。それ以外の送迎は特に問題ありませんでした。

On the last day, unlike just rushing back, we were picked up at the hotel, so we were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast (at a pancake shop). Although we arrived at the airport early, we checked in with plenty of time, which seems to have allowed us to get good seats.

最終日、バタバタと帰るだけとは違いホテルまでピックアップなので、安心して最終日の朝食（パンケーキ店）をゆっくりと満喫することが出来ました。
空港入りは早めでしたが、ゆとりをもってチェックインしたので、良い席が取れたようです。

The car didn't arrive even 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I tried to borrow a phone from the hotel porter, he said, "It's Hawaii time..." and I waited another 10 minutes. However, the car still didn't come. The porter, who was watching the situation, made an angry phone call, and the car arrived in just under 10 minutes, taking us straight to the airport. There were only my family and I as passengers. I don't know the details, but they really came through for us at the last minute. There were no issues with the flight departure time.

迎えの時間を10分過ぎても車が来ない。
ホテルのポーターに電話を借りようとしたら
「ハワイ時間だから・・・」と言われ10分待つ。
しかし来ない。
状況を見ていたポーターが怒りの電話を掛けてくれ
10分弱で車が来て、そのまま空港へ直行。
乗客は私たち家族のみ。
詳細は分かりませんが、最後の最後にやってくれました。
飛行機の出発時間には、何ら問題はありませんでした。

I was a little anxious since my arrival was via the island's internal flight, but a woman wearing a shirt with "Roberts" on it was there. When I said my name, she guided me to the shuttle bus. I arrived at the hotel without any waiting time. It's very convenient. The staff is friendly.

到着が島内線だったのでチョット不安でしたが
ロバーツのシャツを着た女性の方がいらっしゃって
名前を言ったらシャトルバスまで案内をしてくれました。
待ち時間もなくホテルに到着。
すごく便利です。
スタッフの方はフレンドリーです。

On the day, there were three groups of customers who seemed to have made reservations. After being guided to the car, we waited for a while, and then several more groups of customers who seemed to have made same-day applications boarded. We arrived at the hotel after visiting several hotels in Waikiki (excluding SPG). It took about an hour. I was disappointed because I thought I had signed up based on reviews that said we would arrive quickly since we would only be visiting SPG hotels. Was my application incorrect?

当日、予約をしていたと思われるお客が3組。
車に案内されてからしばらく待たされて、当日申込みと思われるお客がさらに数組乗車。
ワイキキのホテル（ＳＰＧ以外）を数か所巡ってからホテルに到着。
1時間位かかりました。
ＳＰＧホテルだけを回るので早く到着できます、という口コミを見て申し込んだつもりだったので、がっかりしています。
私の申し込みが間違っていたのでしょうか。

They were really kind and went out of their way to greet me even in the early morning. The female driver was also very friendly and taught me a lot. Since it was my first trip, I can't express how much their smiles helped me. I would like to ask for their help again. I am grateful. God bless you!

When I arrived in Hawaii, the staff was there to guide me, but I had to wait for an hour and the driving was rough. However, I will use this service again next time; the people were nice. Thank you.

My flight arrived from the Big Island after 10 PM. I was turned away by other companies due to the late hour, and I was referred to this service. Since it was late at night, I was really worried if someone would actually come, but as promised, I found someone in a yellow or green aloha shirt who introduced themselves and safely delivered me to my hotel, which was a relief. I was told that they wouldn't display a name or call out, so I wished they would at least stand in a noticeable spot. I had to search quite a bit for the person in the aloha shirt...

ハワイ島からの到着便が２２時過ぎでした。
他社から時間外、という事で送迎を断られてしまい、こちらを紹介して頂きました。
夜中という事もあり、本当に来てもらえるのか不安でしたが約束通り、黄色、又は緑色のアロハシャツのかたを見つけ、名乗り出て無事にホテルまで届けて頂き、安心しました。
名前を掲示したり、呼んだりする事はないという事なので、せめて分かりやすいところに立っていて欲しかったです。
ご担当のアロハシャツの方をかなり探しました…

The difference in cost compared to a taxi was about $10, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes in the heat, so I didn't think it was very cost-effective.

タクシーとの差額も10ドル程でしたし、暑い中30分以上待たされたので、あまりコスパが良いとは思えませんでした。

Since it had been a while since my last visit to Honolulu, I decided to relax and not rent a car, so I used the shuttle bus for the first time. It's convenient as it takes you right to the hotel!

I used the airport and hotel transfer service for the first time, and it was punctual. I didn't have any particular concerns, so I would like to use it again.

空港とホテルの送迎で、初めて利用しましたが、時間に正確でした。特に不安もなかったので、また利用したいと思います。
