We participated as a family of four: a couple in their early 30s and their parents in their late 50s and 60s. The shop is located on the Diamond Head side, within walking distance from the main hotels in Waikiki, but since we weren't sure about the distance until we actually went to Waikiki, we opted for the shuttle service. We rented rash guards and aqua shoes at the shop. It was a group lesson, but during our time slot, there were only five of us: our family and one other Korean woman in her 30s, with two staff members assisting us. We learned how to ride the waves while watching a video in the shop. After that, we moved to the beach and practiced the motions of riding the waves on the sand multiple times together. Then it was time to hit the ocean! Paddling was really tough, but both my mother and I managed to get out. The waves in Waikiki in March were quite gentle, suitable for beginners. In the summer, the waves get bigger, so it's advised not to go too far out. Because the waves were calm, it seemed impossible to ride them without paddling strongly, and when the waves came, the staff would give us a push. That helped us catch the waves! My husband and I were able to stand on the board for about five times, quite long. My mother, in her late 50s, also tried to stand several times and fell off the board, but she managed to stand for two longer periods and seemed to have a lot of fun! I wore contact lenses, and there were no issues at all. About ten years ago, I tried surfing a little at Kujukuri in Chiba, and I felt it was very painful to fall into the sea there because it was so beautiful, but here, it was not painful at all. The two staff members who accompanied us were very friendly. Once you can stand, it really feels refreshing!

30代前半の夫婦、とその両親(50代後半、60代)の家族4人で参加しました。ショップはワイキキの主要ホテルよりもダイヤモンドヘッド側で、徒歩圏内なのですが、実際にワイキキに行ってみるまで距離感覚がわからなかったため、送迎ありで利用しました。ショップでラッシュガードとアクアシューズを借ります。グループレッスンだったのですが、私たちの時間帯は、私たち家族ともう一人30代の韓国人女性のみの計5人にスタッフの方が2人ついてくれました。ショップ内でビデオを見ながら、波の乗り方を学びます。その後、ビーチへ移動し、砂浜でボードの上で実際に波に乗る動作を何回もみんなで反復します。そしていざ海へ！パドリングが本当にきつかった、、、ですが、私も母もなんとか沖へ。3月のワイキキの波はかなり穏やかで、「初心者向けの波」のようです。夏になるともっと波が大きくなるため、あまり沖には出ないようです。波が穏やかなため、自力で波に乗るには、かなり強くパドリングしないと無理なようで、波がくるとスタッフの方が押してくれます。それで波に乗れます！私たち夫婦は5回くらい、かなり長くボードの上に立つことができました。50代後半の母も何回か立てそうになりながらもボードから落ちていましたが、2回長く立つことができ、とても楽しかったようです！コンタクト装着していますが、全然問題ありませんでした。10年ほど前、千葉の九十九里で少しだけサーフィンをしてみたことがあるのですが、海がとても綺麗なので(?)、九十九里の時はボードから海に落ちるととても苦しいと感じたのですが笑、全く苦しくなかったです。同行してくれたスタッフ2人の方々はとてもフレンドリーでした。立つことができると、本当に気分爽快です！

I participated with my husband on our honeymoon. After getting on the pickup car at the hotel, we took a small boat at the dock. It was quite fast, and it was thrilling and fun. Once we went a bit offshore, we finally started parasailing! The weather was very nice that day, and although I was scared at first, I was moved by the beautiful scenery we could see! I was very satisfied and truly glad we participated.

ハネムーンで夫と二人で参加しました。
ホテルにてピックアップの車に乗ったあと、船着き場にて小型ボートに乗ります。
結構なスピードでこれもスリル満点で楽しかったです。
少し沖に行った辺りでいよいよパラセーリング開始です！
この日は天候がとても良く、最初は怖かったものの、とても美しい景色を見ることができて感動しました！
とても大満足で、本当に参加してよかったです。

I had a great time. I was a bit anxious due to the lack of detailed explanations regarding safety, but once I experienced it, the scenery was beautiful, and I enjoyed it. If I had to mention something, during the latter part of the parasailing, some groups touched the seawater upon landing, so it's best to prepare for the cold. Also, it's advisable to use the restroom beforehand.

十二分に楽しめました。安全に関する部分の細かい説明が少なかったので少し不安でしたがいざ体験してみると景色も良くて良かったです。強いて言うならパラセーリング中の後半、着陸時にグループによっては海の中の海水に触れているグループがあったので寒さ対策はしっかりしておいた方が良いのとトイレは事前に済ましておいた方がいいです。

This parasailing experience was my second time as a repeat visitor. Last time, I had so much fun and felt a thrill and refreshment that I wanted to try it again when I visited Hawaii. This time, perhaps because there were two fewer groups than last time, it felt like we were able to fly for a longer time. Also, since there wasn't much wind last time, I was desperately clinging to the railing to avoid falling while the yacht was flying quite a bit, but this time, the wind was just right, and I was able to ride calmly on the yacht, which was comfortable. The crew was also very fun and lively, making for a truly enjoyable time. The shuttle driver was very nice this time as well, engaging in fun conversation and even treating us to drinks on the way back. For my third time, I will try the 150 meters.

このパラセーリングは、リピーターで二度目です。
前回、とても楽しくスリルと爽快感を味わえたので、ハワイに行くならまたトライしたいと思っていました。
今回は、前回より二組分少なかったせいか、長い時間飛ぶことができたように思います。
また、前回は風があまりなかったため、ヨットをかなり飛ばしていたので、落ちないように手すりにしがみつき必死でしたが、今回は風もほどよくあったのか、ヨットでも落ち着いて乗っていることができ、快適でした。
クルーの方も、とても楽しく盛り上げてくださったので、本当に楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
送迎の方も今回はとても良い方で、楽しくお話をして盛り上げてくれ、帰りにはドリンクまでごちそうしてくれました。
三回目は、150ｍをトライさせていただきます。

I had a fear of heights, but I decided to challenge myself!
It wasn't scary at all!
The ocean was beautiful, and the view was amazing!
I would love to do it again if I have the chance!
I just want to be careful about seasickness!

高所恐怖症でしたが、挑戦してみました！
全然怖くなかったです！
とにかく海が綺麗で、景色が最高でした！

My husband and I participated in a 150-meter parasailing experience. It was my second time parasailing, but the last time I did it at another place, it was only about 60 meters, so I thought I’d challenge myself and go for the highest one!

There was only one other couple, a Japanese couple, besides us, so the announcements regarding safety precautions were made in Japanese.

The weather was a bit bad that day, with light rain and wind, which made it quite shaky when we were up in the air, and it was a little scary, but the view was amazing and felt great!

Last time, there were many participants, and we came down quickly once we reached the top, but this time, since there were only two couples, we were able to stay up for a much longer time!

When we came down, our feet just touched the water, but it was a bit cold.

主人と二人で150メートルのパラセイルに参加しました。パラセイルは2回目でしたが、前回は他のとこで確か60メートルくらいのやつだったので、せっかくなら、と一番高いやつに挑戦しました！
参加者は、私たちの他にもう一組日本人のカップルだけだったので、注意事項などのアナウンスは日本語が流れていました。
この日は少し天気が悪く、小雨と風で上空にいるときは、なかなかの揺れで少し怖かったけど、とてもいい眺めで気持ちよかったです！
前回は参加者が多くトップまでいったらすぐ降りてきてたのですが、今回は二組だけだったせいか、とても長い時間飛ばしてもらえました！
降りてきてくるときに足だけ海にポチャンと着水してもらいましたが、少し寒かったです。

I participated in the morning session and chose the 90m option. There were three groups, including us, totaling seven people. The "m" likely refers to the length of the rope, and at 90m, it felt like there was no slack in the rope, making it rise quite high. The 150m option seemed to have a bit of slack, so it didn't look like it was going as high. If it's your first time, I think the 90m option is sufficient since the price is also lower.

It would be nice to have a waterproof phone case that you can hang around your neck to take photos from above. I'm worried about dropping a selfie stick. I wasn't sure about the tipping standard, so I gave $20 each to the two instructors, but it seems that wasn't necessary. They took about 112 photos for us. You can decide whether to purchase them after looking at the photos.

朝イチの参加で90mにしました。
私達を含め３組7人でした。
mは恐らく紐の長さなので、90mだと紐のたるむ部分がなくてかなり上まで上がっている気がしました。150mの方は紐が少したるんでそんなに高く上がっているようには見えませんでした。
初めてなら料金も安いし90mで十分だと思います。
首から下げれる防水のスマホケースがあれば上からも写真が撮れていいと思います。自撮り棒は落としそうで怖いです。
チップは相場がわからず、インストラクターの方2人に1人20ドルずつ渡しましたが、そんなに渡さなくて良かったみたいです
写真は112枚ほどとってくれていました。
一応写真を見てから購入するかを決めれます。

This is my third time, and I always enjoy the different content and songs each year. This year, I was moved by the female singer's voice. The fire show was also dynamic and thrilling; it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

三回目になりますが、毎年違う内容や歌に楽しませていただいてます。今年は女性の方の歌声に感動しました。火のショーもダイナミックでハラハラドキドキ楽しかったです。

The pickup was on time! There was a child who got a bit drunk, but the kind brother took good care of him! The explanations were easy to understand, and he made it fun and exciting, so I would like to participate again!

It was close to Waikiki, simple, and very good. This was my second time parasailing in Hawaii. Previously, I did parasailing combined with snorkeling at Hanauma, but I was disappointed because the instructor there was of Chinese descent and quite indifferent. This time, I felt it was very good.

以前 ハナウマシュノーケルとセットのパラセーリングをしましたが ハナウマのインストラクターが中国系の人で素っ気なく残念な思いをした分 今回は 非常に良く感じました。

Beginners can ride too! As mentioned, I was able to ride. Jimmy, who taught me, explained everything clearly. The staff also engaged in conversation, helping to ease my nerves. After changing, we took photos and played games, which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it!

I truly felt that participating was worthwhile. Before boarding, I requested some photos, and they took not only the overall shots of parasailing but also captured our expressions and the views from the boat, totaling around 90 photos. It's necessary to inform the staff and the captain that you'd like photos before boarding and before parasailing, but it's reassuring that you can decide whether to purchase them after returning to the office and viewing the photos. The cost for the photos was $30, and we gave the captain a total of $20 in tips for the four of us. It created the best memories!

参加してよかったと心から思います。乗船前に写真をお願いし、撮っていただきましたが、パラセイルの全体像だけでなく、表情、船からの景色も撮ってくださり、90枚程度撮っていただきました。乗船前やパラセイル前にスタッフや船長さんに写真が欲しいと伝える必要がありますが、事務所に帰ってきて写真を見てから購入の有無を決めることができるので安心です。写真代は30ドル、チップは4人で合わせて船長さんに20ドル渡しました。最高の思い出ができました！

This boat trip was amazing! The captain was extremely knowledgeable and even looked out for dolphins and whales for us! We werent able to see any dolphins, but we were able to see a whale. We also saw some honu's, (green sea turtles) and some really cool fish. He also had a lot of great jokes, which made me smile! Well worth it!

The instructors were lively and had great energy even early in the morning. I paid a $30 tip. I've heard that you might see whales and dolphins, so I think you can look forward to that.

We boarded the boat and set off for parasailing! I only observed from the boat while my two children experienced it. The captain and staff had great conversations and jokes, which made my observation really enjoyable.

The staff took care of all the preparations! Once we arrived at the starting point, they put on a harness-like gear and we started right away. There was a slight feeling of floating, but the breathtaking view in front of me quickly made any fear disappear. It was quite high. If you're afraid of heights, you might find yourself gripping the belt tightly, but if you're not, you can relax and let go with one hand!

I read that there was a possibility of landing in the water, so I wore a swimsuit, but I only got wet up to my butt, so I didn't get too soaked. However, it's definitely better to wear a swimsuit. It might depend on the season, but since it was early morning, it was quite cold. You can place your belongings at your feet, so it's a good idea to have something to cover up with.

Due to the weather and being the first ride of the day, by the time we returned to the port, I was able to wear a T-shirt and shorts over my swimsuit.

港から船に乗りいざパラセイリングへ！
私は船で見学のみ、子ども2人で体験してきました。船長、スタッフの方のノリの良い会話、ジョークも楽しく見学している私もすごく楽しめました。
準備はスタッフの方が決めてくれます！ハーネスっぽい装備をつけてもらってポイント地点に着いたらすぐにスタート。多少の浮遊感はありましたが目の前に広がる絶景にすぐに怖さも吹き飛びます。結構高いです。高所恐怖症だとベルトをひたすら掴んで硬直状態になりますが、そうでないなら片手を離してリラックスもできます！
海への着地の可能性ありと書いてあったので水着でいきましたが、お尻までボチャンと浸かるくらいであまり濡れませんでした。でも水着で行った方がいいです。ただ時期にもよると思いますが、早朝だったのでかなり寒かったです。荷物は足元におけるので羽織るものがあったほうがいいですよ。
気候と一番最初だったこともあり港に着く頃には水着の上からTシャツと短パンが着れました。

This was my third trip to Hawaii, and this time I chose the Rock-a-Hula show among many options. As the largest show in Waikiki that fuses Polynesian culture with rock, it was truly a wonderful experience. The backstage monitor tour I participated in was all VIP treatment, which was very moving.

First, we were guided to the green room where we received a welcome drink. Then, during the backstage tour, we were taken to areas not usually accessible, where we learned about the performers' costumes and props. We even got to wear some of the decorations used in the Polynesian show for photos, which was quite touching when I saw the pictures later.

The stage setup was fantastic, and the live band was powerful. Being seated in the front row center, I was completely drawn into the show. The performances of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson's songs and dances were so incredible that I almost thought they were the real deal.

The fire show was also more impressive from the front row than when I saw it previously. The delicious dinner and the photo gift added to the overall satisfaction, making it feel worth more than the price paid.

今度で3度目のハワイ旅行で、今回は数あるショーの中でロック・ア・フラショーを選択しました。ポリネシアとロックを融合させたワイキキ最大のショーと
いう名の通り大変素晴らしいショーでした。その中でも今回エントリーしたバックステージ付きのモニターツアーはすべてがVIP待遇で感動しました。
先ずはグリーンルームに案内され、ウエルカムドリンクがあり、その後バックステージツアーで、普段見ることが出来ない舞台裏に案内され、出演者の衣装や小道具の説明受け、そしてポリネシアショーで使う飾り物を頭につけて頂き
写真撮影をしてくれました。後でその姿をみて少し感激しました。
舞台装置も素晴らしく生バンドも迫力があり、VIP待遇ということで席も最前列の真ん中でしたので、ショーに引き込まれました。
ロックショーのエルビスプレスリー、マイケルジャクソンの歌とダンスは大変すばらしく一瞬本物にかと思うほどのレベルだと思います。
ファイヤーショーも最前列のため以前見た時より迫力を感じました。
美味しいディナーに写真のプレゼントも付き料金以上の満足感です。

This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, but my first time parasailing! Since I was staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, I was able to walk directly to the meeting point. Since it was a special trip to Hawaii, I decided to challenge myself with the 150m height, and it was definitely the right choice! I kept rising higher and felt like we were the only ones up there, which was an amazing feeling. I wondered if this is how birds feel when they fly? It was so exhilarating!!!

They said it would last about 15 minutes, but I think we were actually in the air for about 7 or 8 minutes. It cost nearly $100, so I gave it four stars. There were about four other groups participating, but since we were the first to fly and headed out to sea, we could only see the ocean in front of us and had to turn back to see the view of Waikiki. I recommend boarding the boat last so you can fly facing Waikiki.

Also, if you ask, they will take photos for about $20, but I think it's fine to ask someone from another group to take your picture. Since we flew first, we didn't have time to ask, so we ended up not getting any photos, but the experience is etched in my memory!

ハワイ4回目ですが初のパラセーリング！
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ宿泊だったので徒歩で直接集合場所に行けました。
せっかくのハワイ旅行だし、ということで150mにチャレンジしましたが、これが大正解でした！
どんどん高く上がっていき、上空を私達だけで独り占めしてるようなそんな気分になれました^^
鳥ってこんな感じで飛んでるのかな？気持ちいいーーーーー！！！
と大興奮でした♪
15分？とのことでしたが実際に飛んでいたのは7.8分ほどだったと思います^^;
それで100ドル近くがかかったので星4つにしました。
ツアー客4組ほどと一緒に参加するのですが、私たちが一番最初に飛んだ時に沖に向かって進んでいたため、前の景色は海しか見えず、後を振り返りながらワイキキの景色をみないといけませんでした^^;
船に乗り込むのを最後にすると、ワイキキ方面を向いて飛べるのでおすすめです。
あと写真はお願いすれば20ドルくらいで撮ってくれますが、他のグループの方たちにお願いして撮ってもらう感じでいいと思います。
私達は最初に飛んだのでお願いする暇もなく結局写真は取れませんでしたが目に焼き付けました(笑)

I was picked up by bus at the hotel and departed from the bay near Hilton Village. It mentioned that towels were needed, but it was fine without them. You can also leave your valuables on the cruiser, so there's no need to worry.

It was drizzling a bit at departure, but once we got out to sea, it cleared up and we enjoyed beautiful weather!

The crew was friendly and engaged in conversation, which really enhanced the atmosphere, making it a lot of fun! Be sure to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and refreshing experience!

バスでホテルまで迎えに来てもらい、ヒルトン村のそばの湾から出発。
タオル必要と書いてありましたが、無くて大丈夫です。貴重品もクルーザーで置いておけるので安心してください。

出発時はパラパラと雨が降ってましたが、沖に出ると晴れ、快晴の中でした！

クルーの人が気さくに話しかけてくれ、雰囲気も盛り上げてくれるのでとても楽しかったです！

It was an experience like no other, and I had so much fun! The captain and crew were kind and made it enjoyable, so I felt at ease taking on the challenge. I want to ride again!

I appreciated that the shuttle service to the hotel was included, and it was great that it was okay to be wet as long as I had a bath towel laid out. I chose the 150-meter option, and even as someone with a fear of heights, I was able to enjoy it. The local crew took beautiful photos with a single-lens camera, which made for even more memorable moments.

ホテルまでの送迎付きで、バスタオルさえ敷いていれば濡れていてもOKなのが有り難かったです。150メートルを選択しましたが、高所恐怖症でも楽しめました。現地クルーの方が一眼で綺麗に写真を撮ってくれたので、更に思い出になりました。

I was scared before it started, but it seems like I had fun when it was over. Now I want to try the 150m ride!

Out to sea by boat! At a distance of 150 meters, we went up and up, but without any fear, and we even saw whales. It was the best eight minutes. I participated in a one-piece swimsuit, but I didn't get wet and landed safely on the boat! The staff were cheerful and it was a lot of fun! Thank you very much.

It was the kids' first surfing experience. My son was able to stand up on the board from the first day, and my daughter quickly learned to do the same. By the end, both kids were even riding while holding hands! If you want to start surfing, I recommend signing up here.

子供達の初サーフィンでした。
息子は、１本日から立てるようになり、娘もすぐに立てるようになりました。最後の方は、子供達二人で手を繋ぎながらのライディングまで出来るように！サーフィンを始めたいならこちらに申し込みをお勧めします。

It was my first time surfing, and there was a staff member who was friendly and spoke Japanese well, which helped me manage to stand up! Since I had a one-year-old child, my husband and I took turns participating, but we managed to ride the waves about 5 or 6 times in total. The two hours flew by, and it was a wonderful experience! I was so into it that I didn't even notice they were taking photos. This time was beginner-friendly, so next time I’d like to challenge myself with slightly bigger waves!

初サーフィンでしたが、日本語が上手で気さくなスタッフさんが1人いらっしゃり、なんとか立ち上がれました！
一歳の子供がいたので主人と2人で交替しながらの参加でしたが、合計5,6回は波に乗れました。あっという間の２時間でしたが、とても良い経験ができました！
写真は撮られていることにも全く気付かないくらいでした。
今回は初心者向けだったので、次回はもう少し高い波にも挑戦してみたいです♪

It was exciting to go parasailing after a long time. The moment we went up, there was a bit of speed, but before I knew it, we were quite high up, and it felt amazing. The pickup and the entire process were smooth without any long waits. Since it was the first tour of the day, it was great for planning the rest of the day's activities.

久しぶりのパラセイリングでドキドキでした。
上に上がる瞬間は少しスピードがありましたが、あっという間にかなり高い所まであがり、すごく気持ちよかったです。
お迎えから終了まで特に待たされる事もなくスムーズな案内でした。
朝一のツアーなので、そのあとの予定も組みやすくて良かったです。

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy sky with light rain. The boat ride and the captain's performance were fun, but it really depends on the weather. The 150 meters was not scary at all; it could have been even higher, haha. It’s a bit chilly in the early morning, so a rash guard or something to wear is essential! Also, I asked for photos, but it seems there was a miscommunication? The person I was with also requested photos, but it seems that didn’t go through either, so we couldn’t buy any photos after all.

ボートの移動やキャプテン？のパフォーマンスなどは楽しかったけれど、やはり天候次第でしょうか。150メートルは全然怖くなかったです。もっともっと高くてもいいかも笑

This was my first dinner show other than hula, despite having been to Hawaii over 20 times.

First, I received a pass to wear around my neck and was allowed priority entry after watching the hula from a special entrance. Then, I was taken to the green room of Elvis's dressing room. While enjoying some snacks and a welcome drink, I chatted and took photos with a beautiful performer, and then the manager came to guide us backstage.

After that, we had dinner at a table right in front of the stage. I wasn't expecting much from the meal, but it turned out to be one of the top three best course meals I've had in Hawaii—it was incredibly delicious.

Just as we finished our meal, the show began. The performance was fantastic, with not only singers but also dancers who performed not just hula but ballet as well. The music was impressive enough to satisfy even those of us who are particular about sound quality. Since our table was right in front of the stage, we could hear the singer's breathing and footsteps, which added to the excitement. At one point, Elvis came down from the stage, draped something like a scarf around my neck, and surprised me with a kiss on the cheek!

After the show, I was able to take photos with the stars at the exit using my own camera, and I got autographs on the photos taken in the green room. The hospitality, food, and show were all wonderful, making it a dreamlike experience.

ハワイは20回目以上ですがフラ以外のディナーショーははじめてでした。
まず首から掛けるパスをいただき、特別な入り口でフラを見てから優先入場させていただき、エルビスの楽屋のグリーンルームに通されます。
おつまみとウェルカムドリンクをいただきながらパフォーマーの美しいお姉さんとお話したり写真を撮ってもらっていると支配人が来られてバックステージを案内してくださいます。
その後ステージの目の前のテーブルで食事をいただきます。
その食事はあまり期待していませんでしたが、ハワイで食べたコース料理の中でもベスト3には入るぐらいとってもおいしかったです。
ゆっくりと食事を終えた頃にショーが始まります。
このショーも、歌手はもちろん、ダンサーもフラだけでなくバレエなどもされているようなパフォーマンスで、演奏もちょっと音楽にはうるさい私たちも満足するすばらしさ。テーブルが舞台の目の前なので歌手の方の息使いや足音も聞こえて迫力満点でした。途中にエルビスが舞台から降りて来られ、首にスカーフのようなものを掛けてほっぺたにキスしてくれてビックリ!!
ショーが終わっても出口でスターと自分のカメラで写真をとっていただけ、グリーンルームで撮っていただいた写真にサインしてもらえました。
おもてなし、食事、ショー、どれをとってもすばらしくて夢のようなひとときでした。

It was my first time paragliding, and it was incredibly fun. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't do it solo (everyone had to go within an hour) and that it was only for 10 minutes, which was short.

初めてのパラセイリングでしたが最高に楽しかったです。ただ、残念なのは単独ではできなかったこと（1時間以内にすべての人を実施する）と10分間と短かったことです。

We departed from the ship and gradually increased in height while enjoying the wind. I chose the 150m plan, and I felt almost no fear, fully enjoying the views of Hawaii's cityscape and mountains from the sea. The round-trip transportation was provided by someone who spoke Japanese, and I was able to hear helpful advice about shopping and other useful information.

船上から出発して、風を見ながら徐々に高さが増していきました。150mのプランにしましたが、恐怖心はほとんどなく、海上からハワイの街並みや山を満喫できました。
往復の送迎は日本語の分かる方で、買い物のアドバイスなど、参考になる話を聞かせていただけました。
