The staff is accustomed to dealing with Japanese customers, but the explanations will be in English. However, during the boat ride, there are also explanations in Japanese, so I think it would be reassuring to pay attention to those as well.

You can have photos taken during the experience for an additional fee, and since they took many pictures, it became a great memory. I definitely recommend requesting this!

It was early in the morning and the outside was completely dark, so I felt quite anxious about interacting with the locals. However, once it was over, it turned out to be a very smooth tour.
