It was my first experience in a state where I couldn't have a conversation, but it was no problem at all. Since I have a fear of heights, I chose to go up to 110 meters, but I think I could have gone higher without any issues. Although we were off the coast of Waikiki, one of the reasons I was satisfied was that I could see the very beautiful deep blue sea, which is different from the coastal area. There were 14 people on the boat, including two staff members. It was a small boat, but we were able to lift off without getting our swimsuits wet, and my sunglasses didn't fall off either. Some people even brought cameras, and we comfortably enjoyed parasailing. It was very stable in the air, and it was nothing but "pleasant." The media fee for the photos (SD card cost) was high, but they took many pictures, and I think I can use one of them as the best shot for my New Year's card.

I was fine, but since we were out at sea for a while, I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case.

　私は大丈夫でしたが、しばらくの間、沖合にいるので、酔い止めの薬を飲んでおくことをおすすめします。

I made a reservation through SUP and brought the voucher, but it seemed the staff wasn't very familiar with it, and initially, they mistook it for a rental. They also said that due to the waves that day, SUP would be dangerous, that there would be no refund for cancellations, and suggested switching to surfing. I thought it was a shame that I wouldn't get my money back if the weather prevented us from doing it.

The Japanese staff at the reception wasn't very friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

The instructor was kind and great. I was able to ride the waves. However, since there were many people around, it felt a bit dangerous as I was worried about colliding with someone. In a semi-private lesson, there are times when you end up alone, and you might be far from the instructor, so I think it's better for those who are anxious to opt for a one-on-one lesson.

別の日に他のサーフスクールでも体験し、そちらの方が良かったので、ここでのリピートはないかなと思います。

I'm not a fan of roller coasters that make my heart race, but I'm glad I chose the 150-meter one. I really enjoyed it. It goes up and then comes down quickly, so it feels like no time at all. It was my first time parasailing. They picked us up at our hotel, and we departed by boat near the Hilton Hotel. I really appreciated that there was no wasted time during the waiting and travel, allowing us to make the most of our valuable time during the trip. Everyone who participated was friendly and had a great time. When it was our turn and we moved on the boat, the staff kindly escorted us, so we felt no anxiety during the setup and enjoyed sailing in the beautiful sky of Waikiki. We went up to 150 meters, and it was absolutely amazing without any fear. The splash back into the sea on the way back was also a lot of fun! I will definitely participate again when I come back to Waikiki.

I was really anxious since I was participating alone, but the pickup driver was friendly and spoke to me in Japanese, which made me forget my worries because he was really funny. The person who actually taught us how to surf didn't speak Japanese, but it wasn't a problem at all. The waves were small, so I was able to stand up, but if I could wish for something, I would have liked to ride slightly bigger waves for a longer time. I also enjoyed the conversation with the staff who spoke Japanese after we finished. Everyone on the staff was nice, and I'm satisfied with my choice to surf here for my first time. Additionally, there was a note in the email advising not to bring valuables, so I didn't take any money and couldn't give a tip, but it seems fine to bring valuables since you can store your belongings inside the shop!

This time, I chose the Stage Side VIP Dinner Course for Rock of Ages, which I had been curious about for a while. After enjoying a Mai Tai and various snacks at the welcome reception, along with beautifully arranged fruit, we moved to our stage-side seats.

The dinner included a main lobster, salmon, steak, and salad, all served in just the right portions and delicious. We enjoyed the show while sipping drinks without having to move from our seats. The impersonators of Elvis and Michael, along with the female vocalist, were excellent in both singing and performance. The collaboration of hula dancing and rock and roll was captivating and left us very satisfied.

The cast also came down close to us, and there was a fire dance, making for a high-quality show that kept us excited the entire time. We were even able to take photos with the cast after the show. There were families with small children, so I thought it would be nice to bring my daughter’s family next time.

今回は前から気になっていたロック・ア・フラショーのステージサイドＶＩＰディナーコースを選びました。ウエルカムレセプションでマイタイと各種おつまみや、お花仕立てのフルーツを頂いた後ステージサイドの席へ移動。
ディナーは、メインのロブスターにサーモン、ステーキ、サラダ等どれも程良い量で美味しく戴きました。席の移動もなくドリンクを飲みながらショーを拝見。エルビス、マイケル両そっくりさんと女性ボーカルは歌もパフォーマンスもうまく、ダンサーとのフラダンス、ロックンロールのコラボは魅力たっぷりで大満足。

Watching the parasailing looked very enjoyable, but I had always avoided it because I couldn't imagine the feeling of not having my feet on the ground. This time, my friend encouraged me to try it for the first time, and I joined in.

To be honest, the fear was only at the beginning, and I gradually got used to it. The sea breeze was pleasant, and I was able to look out over the city, so I'm glad I gave it a try.

However, the downside was the very long wait times. A lot of time was spent waiting to get on the boat (I would like to know how long the wait is beforehand) and then waiting for my turn once on the boat.

Additionally, the prices vary depending on the height, but the names were a bit unclear, and from the boat, it looked like everyone was flying at the same height (the flying time was also about 4 to 5 minutes, right?). That left me a bit puzzled.

パラセイリングを見ているととても気持ちよさそうに思いますが地に足が付かない感覚が想像できず今までずっと避けていました。今回はお友達にデビュ－するべきと誘われて一緒に参加しました。
実際のところ怖いのは最初だけでだんだん慣れてきました。海風が心地よく街の方を見渡したりできてやってみてよかったと思います。
ただ残念なのは待ち時間が非常に多いこと。ボ－トに乗るまで（どのくらいの待ち時間かを先に知りたい）とボ－トに乗ってからの順番待ちには大半を費やします。
また高さごとに価格も異なりますが名前の確認も曖昧だったしボートから見ているとみんなが同じ高さに飛んでいるようにも見えたので（飛んでいる時間も4～5分くらいで同じ？）そこはちょっと疑問に感じました。

The food was delicious, and the seating was right in front, which made me very satisfied! I had such a fun time. The lively atmosphere felt very much like being abroad, and I was really glad I came to Hawaii. The welcome drink was tasty, and I could choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The fruit platter was cute, and everything was enjoyable from start to finish. The main dish, lobster, and the seasoning of the meat were just right, and I finished it all (laughs). お料理も美味しく、座席も目の前で大満足でした！すごく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。海外らしい盛り上がりで、ハワイに来て良かったなとすごく重いました(^^)ウェルカムドリンクも美味しく、アルコールとノンアルコールを選べたり、フルーツの盛り合わせも可愛く、最初から最後まで楽しかったです。メインのロブスター、お肉の味付けも丁度良く完食しました（笑）日本人には少し量が多かったかもですが、ゆっくり食べることができたのですごく良かったです(^^)ショーも大音量で、満席近く、英語がわからなくても、見てるだけで楽しめました(^^)次も、予約したいと思います！！写真も撮ってもらい、思い出に残るものとなりました。ほかの日本人の方もすごく楽しそうにしており、場所もカラカウア通りに面しているのでまようことなく行けました。雰囲気って、すごく大事なんだなぁと感じました☆時間がたつのが、早かったですね。ハワイらしさと、海外のテンション、そしてお料理、全てが満足となる結果でした！写真は要らないかな？と思いましたが、やっぱり形に残るものがあると良いですね(^^)ビデオ撮影や、写真を撮ることも出来たので、楽しい思い出となりました！！

今回はVIP席でショーを見ることになったので、かなり近くからの席の経験ができたのと、コースディナーも満喫することでリッチな体験ができました。
ショーの内容は昔のロックなテイストで、マイケルジャクソンなどをみたり、ハワイらしい落ち着いたテイストの曲などもあります。

I was torn between a traditional luau in the suburbs and this one, but I decided on the Rock-a-Hula show because it was within walking distance from the hotel and there was no need for bus transportation, plus the promotional price was tempting. I'm really glad I chose this one. First of all, the food was delicious! Unlike other dishes I've had in Hawaii, the seasoning was not too strong, just right, and although it was luxurious and plentiful, it wasn't greasy at all, so I finished it all quickly. There were also Japanese staff members in the hall who frequently checked in on us, which made me feel at ease. The content of the hula show was a great mix of traditional elements and some well-known songs from a bit earlier, so the time flew by without getting boring. The impersonators of Michael and Elvis were also very talented and entertaining. While some might say the show was short, I felt satisfied with the rich content. ぎりぎりまで郊外の伝統的なルアウかこちらかで迷いましたが、ホテルから徒歩圏内でバス移動がないことと、モニター価格につられてロック・ア・フラショーに決めましたが、こちらに決めて本当に良かったです。まず、お料理が美味しい！今までハワイでさんざん食べたほかのお料理と違って味付けが濃くなく丁度よく、豪華で量も多いのですが油っこくないのでぺろっと食べてしまいました。ホールには日本人らしき従業員もおられて、こまめに声掛けをしてくれるので安心して過ごすことができました。フラショーの内容も、伝統的なものに少し前の有名な曲等を織り交ぜて飽きさせることなくあっという間に時間が経ちました。マイケルやエルビスのそっくりさんも

It was my first time at such a height, so I was a bit scared, but it was refreshing and I really enjoyed it. I could see all of Waikiki, and the view was beautiful. There was a forecast for thunderstorms, but there were also some clear skies, which was nice.
