I've been to Hawaii several times, but this time I'm participating with my mother in her 60s and my child in their 40s. This is my mother's fourth trip to Hawaii.

During past stays, she has done shopping and an 8-hour sightseeing tour, so my not-so-active mother isn't really into shopping a lot, and she feels like she's already seen enough sights.

I chose this show for my mother, but I didn't have high expectations about whether she would enjoy it. However, she was the most excited I've ever seen her on this trip. Since it was a VIP tour, we were close enough that the cast members could reach out to us, and when my mother caught the blue cloth thrown by Elvis, she was ecstatic. She was truly happy. I was a bit worried until I got on the boat, but once I was on, I thought, "Whatever happens, happens!" and decided to enjoy myself. I had a great time with the vast ocean of Hawaii, the sea breeze, and the crew's jokes and playful antics.

The boat swayed quite a bit, and some passengers got a little seasick. I think it's better to take motion sickness medication; I took some beforehand. As for tips, in our case, we handed them out casually on the way back after everyone had finished flying (I think it was $10?).

Just before taking off, they asked if we wanted to take photos, and when I said yes, they started taking pictures right after we jumped. After we got off the boat, the staff reminded us about the photos. It was $30 for cash and $35 for card payment, so I paid $30 in cash and received the SD card on the spot. They took about 70 pictures.

ホテルまでの送迎バスの運転手さんも、片言の日本語で楽しくお話ししてくださいました♪

I had a very enjoyable time. This trip was with a friend who does hula dance, and we wanted to see a show related to hula, so we participated in this monitor tour. When we were first guided to the green room, the premium feel was overwhelming, and my excitement soared even more when I got to take a photo with Elvis.

During the backstage tour, there was a particular photo opportunity that made us very happy as hula dancers. The show was luxurious and well thought out, keeping us engaged throughout. I boldly signed up for the 150m experience. We went straight up into the sky, and it felt quite high, but it was refreshing. My family of three was able to fly together, creating wonderful memories. I took motion sickness medication, but my son felt a bit seasick. However, by the time we finished and were heading back, it seemed like he completely forgot about the seasickness because we were able to see two whales. It was a very lucky experience!

最初に、グリーンルームにて、シャンパンとおつまみが提供され、キャストと会話ができたり、写真撮影がありました。
その後のバックステージ見学は、とても新鮮な体験でした。

ショー前に、美味しいコース料理をいただき、デザートを食べ終えたあたりで、ショーがスタートしました。

エルビスやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさん達の素晴らしいダンスや歌声に酔い痴れるだけでなく、ハワイならではのフラダンサー達のショーも圧感でした。

ショー後は、エルビス&マイケルジャクソンのそっくりさん達と写真撮影ができ、サインもいただき、大満足です。

また、次にハワイにきたときは、絶対参加したいです。

I purchased four tickets intending to participate twice with my son and wife, but we were forced into a single ride with three family members. When I requested a refund for one ticket at the end, they refused, claiming it was longer and more expensive instead. However, in reality, it lasted only about four or five minutes and didn't even reach 150 meters in height. I later found that a third of the $30 photo service shots were failures. The staff was friendly, but overall... it was disappointing.

I experienced the 150m!

Everyone says it's not scary and it's amazing, but it was really scary!! Haha. However, it was thrilling and so much fun (^ - ^). It seems there haven't been any accidents for about 38 years, so it's safe.

I put my iPhone in a waterproof case that hangs around my neck and took videos from the sky.

Motion sickness medication is a must. Even with it, I felt a bit uneasy, haha. The little ones who didn't take any were completely down.

However, there was fun music playing on the boat, and the captain was very cheerful! When taking photos, he kept saying "Kiss!" to the couples, haha. We exchanged videos with the couples on the boat and later swapped them via AirDrop.

They picked us up by bus, and the driver was also very cheerful, giving us recommendations for shops in the city. I tipped the captain $20 and the driver $10!

This time, I was looking for a Hawaiian-style show for my first trip to Hawaii with my boyfriend. I had previously seen another luau show, so I decided to book the Rock-A-Hula show, which offers not only a luau but also an American-style show. The course I booked was called the Green Room, which included light snacks in a VIP room, and we got to take a photo with Michael Jackson at the beginning. I'm glad I chose this course because we received the photo on the day of the show!

We had front-row seats right in front of the stage. The dancers were easy to see, and it was really great. Before the show started, there was a backstage tour where we could wear the dancers' costumes and take photos, which was a wonderful experience! I boarded the 10 AM tour with a guide who spoke Japanese.

Along the way, we saw sea turtles several times, which made both my children and my wife very happy. Of course, I was also extremely satisfied with the tour. My child said, "I want to ride again!"

The scenery on the way to where the submarine is docked was beautiful, and from the second floor of the boat, you can see Diamond Head, so I definitely recommend going to the second floor!

Considering the cost of living in Hawaii, I think the price is quite reasonable.

That said, I will point out three potential downsides that might be considered negatives by some people.

First, when gathering, you go to the counter inside the Hilton Hawaiian Village, but not much Japanese is spoken here. You check in at this counter, but you have to move to the boarding area for the boat on your own (it's very close, though).

You will see a boat with "Atlantis" written in large letters, so you should be able to find it, but please be aware that this is not the type of package tour where your name is called at the reception, and you walk together with the guide to the boarding area.

Also, while the 10 AM tour has a guide who speaks Japanese, I found that I could only understand about 50-60% of what was said in Japanese (laughs).

日本語でお話し頂けるガイドさんが添乗される午前10時の回に搭乗しました。

途中で海ガメも何回か見られて、子供はもちろん妻も喜んでいました。もちろん私も大満足のツアーでした。子供は「また乗りたい！」と言っていました。

潜水艦が停泊している沖に行くまでの景色も綺麗で、船の2Fからはダイヤモンドヘッドが見えますので絶対に2Fに行く事をオススメします！

注意事項に書いてある潜水艦への乗船の際のハシゴも、実際はハシゴではなく階段状になっており（急で、足場が狭めの階段とご想像ください）6才の子供やうちの妻も訳なく乗降できました。

ただし、かなり急ですので、やはり注意事項に書いてある「スニーカーなどを着用」「ズボン着用」は必須かと思います。

価格も、ハワイの物価を考えれば相当額だと思います。

そんな中であえてマイナス点と言いますか、人によってはマイナス点になりそうな部分を3点挙げます。

まず集合の際、ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ内のカウンターに行きますが、ここでは余り日本語が通じません。受付はまずこのカウンターで行いますが、船への乗船場所へは自身で移動します。（目と鼻の先ですが）

英語で大きく「Atlantis」と書かれた船が船着き場に来るので分かるとは思いますが、いわゆる日本人観光客御用達のパッケージツアーのように、受付の所で名前を呼ばれてガイドさんと共に船着き場までゾロゾロ行くタイプではないので気を付けてください。

また、10時の回は潜水艦のガイドさんが日本語をお話しされる、との事でしたが、確かに日本語でのガイドを直接してくださいますが5〜6割くらいしか理解できない日本語でした(笑)

不満ではありませんし、何ともハワイらしいな、と言う感想ですが、100％きれいな日本語を期待されて行くと肩透かしかもしれません(笑)

それと、ツアーの注意事項や多くのレビューでも書かれていますが、船着き場から潜水艦の所まで船で移動しますが、その日の風の状況により船が弱い人は船酔いする可能性があります。

また、船から潜水艦へお客さんが移動する際には当然船が潜水艦の近くに停泊するのですが、ここでも結構船が揺れますので、同様に船酔いする可能性があります。

船酔いが心配な人、乗り物酔いしやすい人は事前に必ず酔い止めを飲む事をオススメします。

I think the backstage tour before the show was a very valuable experience. For dinner, we opted for the buffet since it was around the time we would be eating anyway, and it was pretty much what I expected. In hindsight, I think it might have been nice to join after having something at a restaurant during happy hour. The tables were cramped, there were a lot of people, and waiting in line for the buffet was tiring. The variety of dishes was decent. I tried some things I don't usually eat, like Ahi Poke and Lomilomi Salmon, and they were delicious.

The show started with a Polynesian theme, set around Elvis landing in Hawaii. MJ also made an appearance. Since both of them have passed away, we can't see the real ones, but I enjoyed the American entertainment; the singing and dancing were great. I was satisfied.

I wonder if it was just Elvis and MJ? It would have been nice to see GAGA or Taylor Swift as well. I wish I knew who would be performing and when.

夕食は始まる時間、どっちにしろ食べる時間だろうからということでビュッフェ付きのものにしましたが　まあまあ思っていた通りでした。
どこか レストランのHAPPY HOURで頂いてからの参加でもよかったかな～と今となっては思います。
テーブルも狭いし、人が多いし　ビュッフェなので順番待ちで疲れたな～という感じでした。品数はまあまあでした。Ahi Poke や　Lomilomi Salmon など　普段食べないものがあったので挑戦してみましたが　美味しかったです。

ポリネシアの要素を取り入れ内容で　エルビスがハワイに上陸したという設定でショーが始まります。MJも登場します。
本物は二人とも亡くなっているので見ることはもできませんけど、アメリカのエンターテイメンをたのしめました歌も踊りもよかったです。満足です。

エルビスとMJだけなのでしょうか？GAGAやテイラースイフトなどみれたらよかったのにな～。だれがいつ出るかが分ればいいな～と思います。
