Would definitely recommend, especially if you have never been parasailing. As soon as we were done, I wanted to book another Parasail. Beautiful views and all around amazing experience.

That was my first time going, but the crew made it a good time, and helped with all my nerves. Would definitely go through them again.

The guide was very informative. Seeing the memorial was very educational and the guide gave us nice places to go as well.

I can’t rave enough about this company. From the cashier in the office to the Captain (Jim?) and his First Mate (Russell?), the customer service was fantastic. The skill and experience of the Captain & 1st Mate were obvious. My husband and I were aware of how focused they were on safety. They played great music, they were so personable and engaging and made it such a fabulous memory for my family (husband & 3 teens). It was the best part of our Hawaii vacation. Also, pics of your parasailing experience are only $30 (no catches, no tricks). Best value around. Make sure to bring cash to tip them….it’s worth every penny!!

Hawaiian Parasail was a very fun experience. Starting with the boarding, the two-man crew was very friendly and helpful in getting everyone situated comfortably. The ride out was cool and gave a great view of the city. During the ride, our guide was great at striking up conversation and getting us in our harnesses and life jackets. At first I was given one that closed, but fit too tightly and he offered a larger one to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Once it was time to get up in the air the crew secured us and the ascent was very smooth. The ride was a nice experience. It was a lot calmer and quieter than I expected, but it was still fun. Before going up, we were asked if we were ok with being dunked into the water and we said yes. The dunk was a really nice addition and we're glad we didn't say no like some in our group did. They also offer pictures for purchase. It is $30 which at first sounded pricey, but that is the price for the entire SD card and the photos don't come with any watermarks or logos, so I think $30 was a good price for the 98 pictures we got. Overall, I would recommend this.

This is the tour that o have been waiting for. I am so interested in history especially about military history. For me, visiting Hawaii for the first time, this is a MUST see, experience and enjoy the place and give respect to our fallen heroes. This is the best tour! Our driver Tony, and tour guide Corin were the BEST! Tony was very kind and helpful. Since, the USS Missouri was not included in our trip, I approached our kind Tony and he immediately help us to get the other trip. It was quick and easy fix. He even texted us for the details of our pick up since he is not our driver anymore going back to Waikiki. Thank you, Tony. Corin, our tour guide was knowledgeable and ready to answer your questions right away. Thank you, Corin. As I mentioned earlier that Tony was not our driver back to Waikiki anymore, I want to give a shout out to Chris, our second driver. Chris was patient as he waited for one family to show up ( about ten minutes) before leaving the area. Unfortunately, the family still didn't show up after a long wait. Chris was so funny and made our travel back an amazing and informative experience. I highly recommend this tour and the company for your tour to USS Arizona, Pearl Harbor, and USS Missouri. Driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Did his best to keep our son entertained. We would recommend this to anyone.

This parasailing adventure was so much fun My wife and I went up together we had the best time ever highly recommend this activity! They even took photos which we purchased after the activity. Very nice.

The employees were very kind, funny and made the experience great overall! My friend didn’t know to keep his knees bent so he ended up sitting uncomfortably while parasailing. Sort of wish the guys warned us or made it more clear to keep the knees bent but overall it was fun

This experience was so much fun! My husband and I did a 4pm tour, so the views and weather were amazing at that time. The actual time parasailing felt like 5 minutes, but any longer than that would have been too much for me anyway because we spent the whole time holding so tight onto those ropes! Overall, the experience was super fun!

We did the 800 ft parasail. I thought about going higher but when I did a hot air balloon ride it was the most fun we weren’t as high because when it’s higher it was quieter and you couldn’t see as much. We had so much fun! It was like we were a human kite! Even the people who said they were scared had fun. We went with friends and kids

Excellent City Tour and Pearl Harbor visit, especially with Tony as the escort. We had a timely pick-up, and learned a lot about the history of Honolulu and the island of Oahu in general. Tony was not only informative, but humorous and personable. He provided great tips on how to navigate the Pearl Harbor tour. Highly recommend!

Booking the activity reservation, awesome.
Friendly reminders regarding my reservation, awesome. The parasail experience, awesome. Only gripe was the not-so-friendly attendant at the window prior to boarding our boat/parasail.

Great experience from start to finish. Our boat captain and photographer were awesome. We recommend purchasing the photo package (Sim Card) provided at the end of the trip. A word of caution: DO NOT BE LATE. Allow ample time to get to the marina and fill out waiver forms (30 minutes prior to your departure time). The boat will leave you behind if you are not there on time.

My wife and I and our 8, 14, and 16 year old kids all had a great time. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun!! I was scared prior to arriving but they were very professional and made it fun!! Would definitely book again!!

After my group was picked up another couple was picked up. I was disappointed because they were picked up across the street from the condo we were staying at. My group had to take a 15 minute walk to The pick up location that they told us. We could have slept in a little bit later and had breakfast. The ride to Diamondhead was simple and quick. Once you get to the location they do you have food trucks if you want to grab food or something to drink. As we were entering we were ask for tickets. Our driver did not give us the tickets to enter the hiking trail. We called the company no one answered and we did not have the phone number to the shuttle driver. The staff at Diamondhead did not want to let us in. however after taking sympathy on as they were nice and let us in. They could have said no and we would have to have sat in front of Diamondhead for 2 1/2. If you book with this company make sure your driver gives you your blue ticket for entry into the park.

After the hike it was a madhouse because the afternoon tours were coming in and the morning tours were going out. I received a phone call and it was a new shuttle driver who was supposed to take us to our original shuttle driver because he was caught in some type of traffic. It was a tight squeeze because this new shadow was much smaller than the ones that we came in on. The drive was really nice he gave us kind of like a sightseeing tour as we were going to the drop off location. We all get out and we’re kind of just standing around waiting. He tells us that the original shuttle driver is coming (he never showed). For people decided not to continue on with the second hike. So the shuttle driver said that instead of us waiting he could take us now because it was a smaller group. This isn’t their first time doing these tour so I would have expected things to run a lot smoother. I do recommend shopping around for different tour companies.

We had an awesome guide, Tony! During the city tour, he really gave so much important and valuable history and background of Hawaii for someone who has never been to Hawaii or know much about how the state came about.
Our Pearl Harbor tour was great! Would have definitely added the USS Missouri tour as we felt we wanted more time at Pearl Harbor.

We had an awesome time parasailing. Aside from the grumpy front desk lady, we had an awesome time with the other staff members who helped us during our parasailing adventure!

Parasailing was amazing! We were a party of 8 including my 7 year old grandson. The experience was perfect for our family and our captain adjusted the ride appropriately for each group of our riders (some were gently dipped and others had a more thrilling experience). It was obvious our captain and crew knew what they were experienced. I recommend getting the pictures. We would definitely do again

This was an incredible experience. Our guide Steven did a fabulous job and gave my wife and daughters the confidence to give snorkeling a real try. I would definitely recommend this again, and then take that experience and go to a better snorkeling location. Great way to try it out and make sure you able and ready before making the expensive snorkeling investment!
