The service was great But my wife and i both got sick. The crew was very accommodating! If you are looking to parasail you can't go wrong with them but getting sick was out of their control

I visited Hawaii on a company trip and participated in a snorkeling tour at Hanauma Bay. Hanauma Bay was so beautiful, and I was very satisfied to see small fish, large fish, and even the long-awaited sea turtles! I had some anxiety since it was my first time in Hawaii, but thanks to Dan and Chieko, I had a lot of fun and made great memories! If I visit Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate! 最高の天気、最高の環境、初めてのパラセイルは良い思い出のみでした！
3泊のハネムーン、最終日に一番思い出に残ったのはと夫婦で話した結果、満場一致でパラセイルでした^_^

ただスタッフの方があまりフレンドリーではありません。
またサーフィン中の説明はありません。
なのでサーフボードに立ちたいという方はいいかもしれませんが、
それも含めてサーフィンを楽しみたいという方にはおススメできません。
帰りは人数を確認することなくバスを出発されているようで、置いてかれてしまいました。
そこそこ時間をロスしてしまったのも残念です。

男性がひとり船酔いをしてしまったようでつらそうでした。
テンション高めな感じでぐいぐいボートは進むので、酔いやすい人は酔い止めをおすすめします。
（ノリ的にも30代くらいをターゲットにしてる印象でした）
英語オンリーですが、ジェスチャーと他の参加者の見よう見まねで
なんとなくジャケットを着たりカバンを椅子の下にしまったりと、コミュニケーションには問題なし。
ペアずつ飛んでいきますが、各ペアが飛ぶ瞬間はみんな手を振ってくれたり、帰ってきたら拍手で迎えてくれたりと、とても和やかでした！
「水面にボチャンしていい？」的なことを聞かれるので、ＯＫ！と答えれば、最後には水面に２・３回落としてくれます。
最後は気さくに写真を撮ってくれて、陽気なお兄ちゃんたちに遊んでもらったかんじで楽しかったです！

This is our first time parasailing. My son and I went alone because my younger son decided last minute he wouldn't go. The weather was great but more importantly, the staff were amazing. I would recommend to anyone. I want to go again when I return. Thank you Hawaiian Parasail!!
When we applied, my wife kept refusing because she is not good with heights, but once we actually went up in the air, she forgot her fear due to the amazing scenery and was super excited! We are a middle-aged couple, but I definitely recommend it.

By the way, during the Tropical Garden & Fish Pond Tour, we explored the aquaculture pond by boat, which was also a famous filming location for Jurassic World. The Jungle Expedition had us racing through the mountains in a jeep while enjoying breathtaking views of Kualoa and the ocean. You really need to buckle up and hold on tight, as it shakes you around quite a bit! It's a fun attraction where motion sickness medication is a must.
By the way, the local staff who switch between English, Japanese, and Korean to accommodate guests are just too cool!
現地では映画ツアーや乗馬等で場所が分かれていて、時間ごと(90分？)に時間割が組まれていました。
私たち夫婦は「映画ロケ地ツアー」「トロピカルガーデン＆フィッシュポンドツアー」「ジャングルエクスペディション」に参加。
映画ロケ地はまさに映画で観たまんま！映画好きなら興奮しっぱなし間違いなしです！
ちなみにトロピカルガーデン＆フィッシュポンドツアーでは養殖池をボートで回りますが、ここもジュラシックワールドの有名シーンの撮影場所でした。
ジャングルエクスペディションはクアロアと海の絶景を見ながらジープで山の中を疾走。
ちゃんとベルトを締めて掴まってないとガンガン頭ぶつけるくらい、激しくゆさぶられます笑
酔い止め必須のおもしろアトラクションです。
それにしても、お客に会わせて英語、日本語、韓国語を使い分ける現地スタッフさん、かっこよすぎです笑
