Since it was a special trip to Hawaii, I wanted to have the best experience, so I booked for my family of five. The receptionist was already friendly and easy to talk to. The male staff on the boat spoke in broken Japanese with a lot of humor while preparing us for the flight. He took pictures with my elderly mother and even played around with a shark doll to make the photos more fun, showing a great spirit of service. This might be the last time I can come with my mother, but it truly became a wonderful lifelong memory. Thank you very much.

First of all, having staff who could speak Japanese was incredibly helpful. There were several people at the reception, and among them, one person spoke Japanese. Additionally, before boarding the canoe, a Hawaiian explained how to paddle and hold the canoe in broken Japanese, which made it easy to understand and gave me a sense of reassurance.

That aspect was quite significant.

Moreover, the experience was so memorable that it will stay with me for a lifetime. We paddled out a bit from the shore and then returned, and it reminded me of a scene from a Disney movie, like Moana, which made me smile.

It was truly wonderful to have a Hawaiian experience with Diamond Head in the background! I can only express my gratitude to the locals. Thank you!

登山を終えて車に戻ると、冷たいお水（ペットボトル）を渡してくださいました。そして、「私たちは帰りに近くのカフェに寄りたいので、ここで解散したほうがいいですか？」とドライバーさんに聞くと、すぐにそのカフェのことがわかったようでそのカフェの名前を言って聞いてくださり、「乗って行っていいよ」と言ってくださいました。ダイヤモンドヘッド近くのカフェなので、ホテルではなくカフェ近くで降ろしていただきました。とても親切で、安心して参加させていただけたことに感謝しております。ありがとうございました。（カフェの帰りはお散歩がてらワイキキのホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが気持ちよかったです。）

Two crew members entertained us a lot and took many photos for $40. They transferred the photos to my iPhone right after we disembarked and gave us an SD card. I experienced this two days after the Honolulu Marathon, but unfortunately, the weather was bad with high waves, and some people got seasick before the boat even left the shore. This was our second family trip to Hawaii, and while we were debating what activities to do, we found this one. After checking with the kids, they seemed excited, so we decided to sign up. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on the day of our activity, but we had a great time nonetheless. My eldest son, who is not fond of heights, said it was a bit scary, but my daughter and younger son, who is in elementary school, loved it and wanted to do it again.

I thought I would feel more scared when going up, but I ascended smoothly and didn't feel scared at all. It was a great opportunity to see Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the ocean direction, something I had never experienced before.

We were also lucky enough to see whales from the boat. My eldest son was right above them, so he got to see the whales from the sky.

The staff were kind, and we were able to enjoy the experience thoroughly.

The weather was nice, which allowed us to see some very beautiful scenery! It was a really enjoyable experience.

The staff is accustomed to dealing with Japanese customers, but the explanations will be in English. However, during the boat ride, there are also explanations in Japanese, so I think it would be reassuring to pay attention to those as well.

You can have photos taken during the experience for an additional fee, and since they took many pictures, it became a great memory. I definitely recommend requesting this!

The pickup and reservation process was very helpful. Since there was plenty of time until the meeting point for the descent, I was able to climb Diamond Head at my own pace and take lots of photos. On the way back, the route was to the hotel, but when I mentioned that I wanted to go to the KCC Market instead of the hotel, they kindly took me to the KCC Market and dropped me off there. The driver was cheerful, and it was a very enjoyable time.
