The location has only a small sign, so I think most people will miss it. The elementary school children also seemed to have fun looking for fish. I recommend taking motion sickness precautions for those who are not confident on boats.

Since I always played golf, I decided to try surfing for the first time while in Hawaii. When I went to the surf shop offering lessons, there was quite a crowd waiting, which was encouraging. It was a semi-private lesson, but I felt there wasn't much difference from a group lesson. The timing for paddling with the waves was entirely up to the coach. Since I was on a longboard, I was able to stand up right from the start, which was fun. However, paddling out to the ocean was tough, and that was quite challenging. I'm excited that there are more options in Hawaii to enjoy in the future.

I have visited Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in this event. It often appears in guidebooks, so at first glance, I wasn't particularly interested.
