discretion of our guests - there is no amount that is expected and if any of our staff made you uncomfortable, we apologize to you. We do provide a helpful chart for our guests with a suggestion of any gratuity amount. We are sorry you feel the way you do.

In the United States, many individuals who work in the service industry are paid an hourly wage and gratuities make up the majority of their pay. We know in Japan and other countries there is no gratuity expected nor requested too.

この度は、6月にマジックアイランドビーチグライドツアーをご予約いただき、誠にありがとうございました。
私たちもお客様にセグウェイ体験を楽しんでいただけることを心待ちにしておりましたが、指定のピックアップ時間（14:00）にお迎え場所でお会いできず、大変残念に思っております。

当日は、日本語が堪能で経験豊富なドライバーのマツが、いつも通り数分早めに到着し、10分間お待ちしましたが、お客様を見つけることができませんでした。
その後、弊社オフィスに連絡し、予約時にご提供いただいた電話番号にお電話しましたが、残念ながら電話がつながらない状態でした。

さらに数分待機した後、マツはお客様のホテルへ向かい、ホテルの両方の入口を確認しましたが、そちらにもお客様はいらっしゃいませんでした。
その間、弊社はVELTRAにも連絡を取り、電話番号やピックアップ場所を再確認し、VELTRAからもお客様に連絡を試みましたが、やはりつながりませんでした。

その後、マツは再びトロリーストップに戻り、10分以上待機しながらお客様のお名前を呼びかけ、他の待機者にも声をかけて確認しましたが、最終的にお客様を見つけることができませんでした。
ピックアップ時間から20分以上が経過し、他のお客様のピックアップにも遅れが生じるため、これ以上待機することはできませんでした。

私たちはお客様をお迎えするためにできる限りの対応を行いましたが、電話がつながらなかったことやご連絡をいただけなかったことで、結果的にお会いすることができず、大変心苦しく思っております。お客様がどのような状況だったのか、私たちも気になっておりますが、待機中にVELTRAまたは弊社にご連絡いただけていれば、状況が変わっていたかもしれません。

このような事態となり、ツアーをお楽しみいただけなかったことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。
