After I mentioned how great the parasailing experience I had previously was, I participated with a couple of friends who were eager to try it out as well (and together we total over 240 years!). The driver shared recommendations for restaurants in Waikiki and tips for great souvenirs during the ride, and while we waited to board the boat, he introduced us to some fish and birds he called his "friends."

The crew on the boat was playful and incredibly cheerful, and they willingly took photos of the four of us together. Parasailing was enjoyable both while soaring in the sky and while watching, creating a sense of unity with the other participants. This program was filled with smiles, and I definitely feel like I will participate again!

I decided to challenge myself to fly in the sky as a celebration of my upcoming 60th birthday. Since I was staying at the Hilton, it was only a 10-minute walk, so there was no time loss. I've been to Hawaii more than ten times, but this was my first time parasailing! I went with a mix of anxiety and excitement, but there was nothing to worry about; it was incredibly safe and enjoyable, even more than I imagined.

Seeing Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sky was just breathtaking! We were blessed with beautiful weather, with a stunning blue sky and ocean. I don't think you can find such scenery anywhere else. I definitely want to do it again the next time I go to Hawaii.

We participated with three adults and one high school student. We traveled by boat from the sandy beach to the spot. The ride can be bumpy, and it shakes while waiting for others to fly, so I think it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

After about a five-minute boat ride, the staff starts preparing everything. We took off our sandals, put on life jackets, and once we were ready, the groups started flying one after another. You choose the height when you make the reservation, but it didn't seem to be confirmed, so the height doesn't seem to matter much. What was checked were the number of water landings and the force of the jump. I didn't want to get wet, so I used "ones! mild!" and only splashed a little. Some people got quite wet, but it seems it's also possible to come back dry.

The flying lasts just under ten minutes, but it feels amazing. It was quite high and a bit scary, but I had enough time to wave my hands and take pictures. The staff were handsome and kind, and it was fun to chat with others on the same boat.

飛んでいる間は10分弱ですがかなり気持ちいいです。結構高くて少し恐さはありましたが手を振ったり、写真を撮る余裕はありました。スタッフの方がイケメンで親切で、同じボートの方との話ができたり楽しかったです。

They asked if we wanted to take photos for $30, but we decided to have a couple of newlyweds from the same tour take pictures with their iPhone, so we didn't get the photos.

Since it was an iPhone, our faces weren't captured clearly, but they were able to take videos as well, which was nice. If you want clear photos of your face, I think it's a good idea to ask the staff to take pictures with a DSLR camera.

I was relieved that there was no anxiety about landing, and they helped us get off the boat smoothly, so I didn't get wet at all from start to finish, even in my clothes. I had an 800 sticker on my hand, so I think I signed up for 120 meters, but was it 800 feet? It was higher than I imagined, and I thoroughly enjoyed the gentle breeze and the beautiful scenery!
