I participated with my wife. Although we signed up quite last minute, the reservation confirmation and finalization went smoothly, and the pickup on the day was right on time. The boat dock for parasailing is about 10-15 minutes from the city center (near T Galleria), so I think it's a quick and enjoyable activity. This was my second time parasailing, but the views of Hawaii are truly exceptional. The boat ride was pleasant, and my wife, who was experiencing parasailing for the first time, was completely satisfied, leaving us both feeling refreshed from the morning.

Before starting parasailing, the instructor asked if we wanted to take photos, and we could purchase a commemorative photo and SD card for 30 USD. We requested the photo shoot, but I accidentally lost the purchased SD card. I realized this when we returned to our hotel room, but shortly after, I received a call in the room from a representative at Veltra, who informed me, "There was a lost SD card in the car, and I will have the driver deliver it to you now." After that, I was able to meet with the driver and receive the SD card. The Veltra representative and the driver were all incredibly kind, and I can't thank them enough.

In the future, when I request optional tours in other countries, I plan to book with Veltra. By the way, the driver and instructor spoke only English, but there were no issues with communication. I can confidently recommend this tour to anyone considering it!

かなり直前での申し込みでしたが、予約確認〜確定までスムーズに進めて頂き、当日のピックアップも定刻通りにお越し頂きました。
パラセイリングのボート乗り場までは中心地（Tギャラリア近辺）から10-15分程度ですので、サクッと楽しめるアクティビティだと思います。
私は人生2度目のパラセイリングでしたが、ハワイの景色はやはり別格です。
ボートでの移動も気持ち良いですし、パラセイリング初体験の妻も終始大満足で、朝からとても清々しい気分に浸れました。
パラセイリング開始前に、インストラクターさんから写真を撮るかどうか聞かれ、30USDで記念写真&SDカードを購入できます。
私たちは写真撮影をお願いしたのですが、購入したSDカードをうっかり紛失。
ホテルの部屋に戻ってそのことに気付いたのですが、すぐに部屋に電話があり、ベルトラのご担当者の方から「帰りの車内にSDカードの落し物があったので、今からドライバーさんに届けてもらいます」とお伝え頂きました。
その後、無事にドライバーさんと落ち合うことができ、SDカードを届けて頂きました。
ベルトラのご担当者の方、ドライバーさん、皆さん本当に親切で、感謝してもしきれません。
今後どこかの国でオプショナルツアーをお願いする時も、ベルトラさんで申し込もうと思います。
ちなみに、ドライバーさん、インストラクターさんは英語オンリーですが、コミュニケーションロスで不便することは特にありませんでした。
こちらのツアーをご検討されている方には、自信を持ってオススメできます！

The pickup bus was late, which made me a bit anxious, but the staff were very friendly and it turned out to be a fun time! I participated with another person in a 90-meter experience, but the staff was not at all kind to Japanese speakers and only spoke English. When we got on the boat, despite the strong waves, they sped off, and I ended up getting seasick and couldn't experience parasailing. There were about three groups, so waiting on the boat the whole time was really tough. The instructor didn't seem to care and was singing along to the music, which was frustrating.

In the end, we were the only ones who didn't receive the initial explanation, so my husband had to experience it alone, and they didn't even take any photos for us. They just said "sorry!" casually. It was truly the worst day.

I didn't use the hotel pickup and went to the meeting place by rental car, but it was very difficult to find. I called the Japanese office and communicated with a Japanese staff member, but in the end, I couldn't make it on time... I have a fear of heights and I'm not a good swimmer, so I was feeling anxious when I joined at my partner's invitation. We were on the same trip as a foreign couple, and the captain was also a foreigner, which made me worried about the language barrier. However, both the shuttle staff and the captain, despite their limited Japanese, were kind and communicated clearly!

I used it at 150m! However, the other members of the group were at different heights, but I didn't feel much of a difference. The staff may not speak Japanese very well, but they really know how to get everyone excited! It was cloudy, but the view from above was amazing! I was picked up at 8:30 and returned to the hotel just before 11, which I think is great because you can have a quick experience and still do something different in the afternoon.

They ask if you want to take pictures before flying, so if you request it, they will take photos for you with their camera. The photos cost $30, and you get a memory card. I'm not sure if that's expensive or cheap, but there are some fun pictures, and I don't think it's too high at all.

The view of Waikiki from parasailing is exceptional!! I wanted to do it multiple times! They offered about 40 photos for $30, including an SD card, and the way they took the photos was great. I participated in parasailing at the strong request of a friend. The staff were cheerful and efficient. We went up into the air from the boat, and when returning, if you wish, you can touch the water before getting back on the boat. It looked like a lot of fun. I went parasailing for the first time and it was so much fun! The boat sways quite a bit, so my friend took some motion sickness medication and that helped a lot!

During the parasailing, Justin from the crew was very thorough in preparing everything, and we were able to take photos, which made it really comfortable and enjoyable. I definitely want to do this again when I go to Hawaii! Thank you so much!

The pickup time was accurate, and although the driver was of Japanese descent and couldn't speak Japanese, we had a very enjoyable time during the ride to the pickup point.

The parasailing lasted just under 10 minutes, but it felt like we were flying in the sky for much longer. The instructor playfully dropped us just enough to touch the water. It wasn't like a roller coaster with a sudden drop; instead, it was a fun journey through the vast sky!

I hoped to go up to 150 meters, but I wanted to go even higher!

I asked to have photos taken, but it seems you have to say it right before you jump, so they didn't take any, which is a bit disappointing... However, I was able to get some photos because I handed my iPhone to a college student on the same team, so that was great!
The instructor was also really nice, and I will definitely participate again!!! It was the best!!

Boat captain and first mate were fab. Joined by three senior women on our boat which was inspiring. The day was cloudy and it was a lovely experience anyway - did not stop us from having an incredible view of Diamondhead. Mahalo!
