The meal included a salad (ordinary), the main dish of frilly chicken (huge and tender), an ahi poke bowl (deliciously seasoned), today's fish dish (lightly flavored white fish, very tasty), and dessert was ice cream.

The performance was authentic and truly wonderful! I was really impressed by the high level of talent!

However, the seating was a bit disappointing, as it was lined up right next to the stage, and the entrance behind the bar was clearly visible, making it feel less like a resort. Of course, there was no view of the ocean at all.

If I go again, I would like to sit in the area by the pool, which has a much larger space, without making a reservation. On this day, there were quite a few empty seats even after the performance started.

The food was amazing.
It was a simple menu with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, but I was very full.

The Waimea beef is close to Wagyu. It was cooked over wood fire, and it had a wonderful aroma.
When I mentioned it was a birthday dinner, they offered a complimentary dessert plate.

I was pleased to find that the dishes focus on local organic ingredients. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it was a great choice! The smoked salmon was cut thick, allowing the rich flavor of the salmon to shine through. Additionally, the poached egg and sauce added a creaminess that created a perfect balance of flavors.

I had been curious about Nature after seeing it featured on TV and by influencers, and I finally had the chance to visit! This time, I reserved the "Local Beef Experience Course." After indulging in rich meals in Hawaii, I was moved by the delicate dishes at Nature. Perhaps this level of finesse is something that only a Japanese chef can express.

The combination of papaya and prosciutto that I had as an appetizer was a first-time experience for me, and it was delicious. As someone who loves the pairing of melon and prosciutto, I was surprised to find that papaya pairs so well too! It was a new discovery. Also, I was amazed by the size of the burrata cheese! It had an American-style portion, and even sharing it among three people was more than enough to satisfy us.

The main course, the Waimea beef steak, was incredibly tender. The seasoning was exquisite, and the balance of fat was just right, allowing us to enjoy a rich flavor without it being too heavy. I visited Nature for the first time this time. Since it was a limited-time discount price, I was able to enjoy steak at a great deal.

Nature is located on Seaside Avenue, just across Kuhio Street. The first floor houses the creative Japanese restaurant ZIGU. When I visited, ZIGU was already bustling, indicating its popularity.

Nature is on the second floor of the building, and unlike ZIGU, it has a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. The calm service left a strong impression, and other customers seemed to be enjoying their meals peacefully.

I ordered a set menu this time and enjoyed a glass of red wine as a pairing.

The starter was a marinated cheese and papaya dish. It was a combination I had never seen before, but the sweetness and saltiness were well balanced, and I was already impressed from the start of the meal. The main dish was the signature Waimea beef steak. It was tender and cooked slowly, with nice seasoning. Having visited Hawaii several times and enjoyed various steaks, I think this one ranks at the top! Since I was staying at Outrigger Reef Waikiki, I used this service during my stay. Dining while listening to Hawaiian music created a wonderful atmosphere, and I was able to relax. As for the food, the flavors were a bit on the heavy side, so I can't say it was delicious, but since it was a special menu for ticket holders, I guess that's to be expected. I had a very comfortable stay on the first floor of the hotel. The music was great, and the casual dining had a wonderful Hawaiian vibe that left me very satisfied. Being close to the performers added to the live atmosphere. The guests started dancing, which is a feeling not often experienced by Japanese people, allowing us to truly enjoy Hawaii. Since the tip is included, I think it's a great deal for Japanese visitors, especially with the current weak yen. A beer was included, and it was a large size, so there was plenty!

We went as a pair and were guided to a table for four, the seat closest to the stage, where we could enjoy our meal. Although I was worried about the weather since we were dining on the open terrace, it turned out to be fine as we were seated under an umbrella. The quality and quantity of the food were excellent. However, after finishing the meal, I wasn't sure if I needed to sign anything or when it was appropriate to leave the table, but it seems I could have just gotten up when I was ready. Before COVID, whenever I came to Hawaii, I always made sure to have dinner with live music at the Kanikapila Grill. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and fun. You get to enjoy a wonderful live performance, and there's nothing more to ask for. Even though they are very famous musicians, they stopped me on my way out, even from a distance, and gave me an aloha sign, which made me very happy. It turned out to be the best night in Hawaii. I will definitely go again!

The atmosphere is nice while listening to live Hawaiian music. Although the variety is limited, the portions are enormous. I think it's better for everyone to order different main dishes.

生ハワイバンドを聞きながら、雰囲気はいいです。
品数が少ないが、量が物凄く。メインは皆で違うものを頼んだ方がいいとおもいました。

My birthday dinner. I thought it would be nice to try casual dining for a change, so I made a reservation for the live music. Even though I mentioned it was my birthday, there wasn't any special service. When I told the waiter who brought my last coffee that I wished he would have at least said "Happy Birthday," the live band played "Happy Birthday" for me.
For dessert, I had a super sweet ice cream (see photo).

自分の誕生日ディナー。たまにはカジュアルダイニングもよいかと、生演奏目当てに予約。誕生日だと伝えてたのに、特にサービスもなし。最後のコーヒーを頼んだボーイに誕生日おめでとうくらいいってほしかったわと伝えると、生バンドが、happyバースデーを演奏してくれました。　
デザートは甘〜いアイス（写真）でした。
