Since my children are 3 and 7 years old, scuba diving wasn't an option... but I wanted to show them the underwater world. While searching for options, I came across this tour. Submarine tours are generally expensive, but Alan's tour has a wonderful policy of free admission for children, so we decided to take advantage of it. It was truly a lifesaver! The whole family was excited for their first submarine experience. Shortly after the submarine started cruising along the seabed, we spotted a sea turtle! Everyone exclaimed, "Wow!!!" We were also amazed by the other beautiful fish. My older child compared the fish in the brochure with the ones swimming around and joyfully said, "There it is!" My wife exclaimed, "Amazing!! It's so deep down here, yet it's so clear!" I was worried that my younger child might get bored, but he was captivated by the sea turtles and remained excited until the end. Luckily, we were able to see seven of them. I had prepared for seasickness during the submarine ride, but I felt perfectly fine. With Diamond Head in the background, I initially thought I wouldn't need the photos taken by the staff, but when I saw them later, I couldn't help but buy them. They made for great keepsakes. On the way back, the staff member guided us to the bus, making it easy to return to our hotel without getting lost. It was a tour that left both the kids and us 100% satisfied. Thank you, Alan!

海の中を見せてあげたい…と色々探してたところ、このツアーが目にとまりました。
潜水艦のツアーはどこも値段が高いのですがアランさんのツアーはありがたい事に子供無料制度がありこの度利用させてもらいました。ホントに大助かりでした!!家族全員初めての潜水艦に興奮しておりました。潜水艦が海底を遊泳して間もなく海亀発見！みんな「おぉ~!!!」と大歓声。他の魚たちも美しく感激しました。上の子はもらったパンフレットに載っている魚と泳いでる魚を見比べて「いたいた！」と喜び、カミサンは「スゴーイ!!（海の中は）こんなに深いのに透き通ってる！」と歓喜。下の子は飽きるかなぁと心配していたのですが海亀に魅せられ最後まで興奮状態。ラッキーな事に７匹も見る事ができました。
潜水艦の遊泳中は酔いも覚悟してたのですが全く大丈夫でした。
ダイヤモンドヘッドをバックに、業者さんが撮ってくれる写真も初めいらないかなぁと思ってたのですが後で見せられると思わず買ってしまいます。しかし、良い記念になりました。帰りも分かりやすく担当の方がバスまで案内してくれて、迷うことなくホテルに帰る事が出来ました。
子供たちも私たちも１００％満足できたツアーでした。

I have seen underwater observatories before, but a submarine is truly amazing! I especially recommend it for families with children. I saw sea turtles and eels! And above all, seeing the fish reefs for the fish and all the many fish living there was the best memory.

This is my second time participating in the submarine tour. The kids were so happy that I decided to join again this time. We participated in the standard course. The deluxe participants were swinging souvenir bags, which caught the kids' attention.

I signed up at the last minute, and only the 11 AM slot was available, so we wasted the morning. If you want to make the most of your time, I recommend booking an earlier time. They mentioned that the water is clearer in the early morning. Unfortunately, since I booked last minute, the free admission for kids didn't apply, which was disappointing.

A trolley-style shuttle bus picks you up from a nearby hotel. It's easy to spot because it has a picture of the Atlantis submarine on it.

During the summer vacation, there were many participants, so all three submarines were fully operational. The recycled boarding tickets were divided into yellow, red, and green. 前回は日本語ツアーでしたが、今回は英語と言うことで、ヘッドホンからの日本語のテープを聴きながらの潜水です。テープなので、実際の場所の紹介とずれてしまっていて残念です。できれば、日本語ツアーにすべきです。前回は、窓ガラスのモデルも見せてくれて、こんなに厚い窓なんですから安心ですよと教えてくれましたが、今回はいきなりヘッドホンをつけてくださいで終わりでした。
さらに困った？ことには、妻の隣が韓国人の方で、とっても親切な人らしく、日本語は１チャンネルなのですが、ハングル語の３チャンネルに直してくれたんです。１チャンネルに戻すと、しばらくして、また３チャンネルにしてしまう。そんなやりとりが３回くらいあったそうです。ちなみに妻は日本人です。
海中は、自然の海なので当たり前ですが、移動中はほとんど魚がいません。魚は珊瑚礁や、途中途中の船や飛行機の残骸に集まっています。水族館のような感じを期待していくと裏切られますので、心して行きましょう。

It may have been a coincidence, but we were the only Japanese people there. Still, there were several staff members who spoke Japanese, so we had no trouble communicating. The children were very excited. While there weren't many beautiful corals or fish, we thoroughly enjoyed the artificial reefs, ship and airplane wrecks, sharks, and sea turtles (there were many). Watching the submarine surface and dive from our boat was impressive. The only issue was that there was no explanation regarding the pick-up of the shuttle bus when returning to the hotel, which caused some confusion afterward. The way it seemed like we couldn't return unless we participated in the coral processing factory tour was disappointing.

I think participating in this tour was a great decision. The underwater exploration in Hawaii, with its clear and beautiful cobalt blue waters, is truly unique to Hawaii. We were also lucky to see resting and swimming turtles, which was a wonderful experience. It became a great memory for both of us.

However, I found out that (1) if you book this tour locally, it costs around $65 to $66, which is significantly cheaper than what we paid through the company. But the approximately 15-minute ferry rides each way, along with about 10 minutes of waiting to board the submarine and the subtle floating sensation inside the submarine, ultimately made me give up. Of course, the unique rocking of the boat likely played a role, but I believe the real reasons were lack of sleep from arriving the day before and having eaten too much breakfast just before participating... 8月19日午前9時の回のデラックスに参加しました。このページで予約をして参加しましたが、ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジにある現地でのチケット購入から下船するまで全て日本語でOKです。潜水艦内部でも参加者がほとんど日本人（日本人率約90％）だったせいか、スタッフのケン君？の流暢な日本語（だじゃれ付）の楽しい案内でした。しかし、今回は不覚にも船酔いをしてしまい、帰りの連絡船の中ではこみ上げる物との格闘になってしまったのでした。普段から乗物酔いとは無縁（車や電車バス、飛行機や遊園地のアトラクションでも酔った事は無かった）の自分がまさか船酔いするとは思ってもいませんでしたが、連絡船の行き帰りの約15分づつとそれぞれの潜水艦への乗船待ちの約10分、潜水艦の微妙な浮遊感でついにはギブアップ状態になってしまいました。もちろん船特有の揺れの影響はあるのでしょうが、本当の理由は前日到着での睡眠不足だったのと、参加直前に朝食を食べ過ぎていたのが原因と思われます･･･
