Not the best experience, very rushed,choppy water, cloudy because of all the sand in the waterI didn't see anything underwater snorkeling ,saw a few turtles swimming on top of water.as far as the drinks part.. you got about 15 mins to chug your 3 free drinks on the way back because you can't drink and snorkel? Probably a bad combo to sell .Probably won't do this one again Crew was well informed and nice but could put more effort in the experience.

I kept jumping back and forth with scuba diving vs snorkeling. I’m glad I chose snorkeling! our instructor was Rida, he made the experience great with his cheesey jokes and his knowledge of the sea life. He was also very kind and understanding to those who were very afraid of deep water and using the snorkel for the first time.
The guides were amazing, we say dolphins on our way to the snorkeling. Snorkles with turtles and so many fish and on the way back saw humpback whales.

If you are staying in Waikiki. I highly recommend these guys. They were fantastic. We saw many turtles and fish. An absolute high light of our trip here in Hawaii. Thanks to the crew!

Nick was AWESOME! We went as a family (child age 11) and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We had a fabulous swim with turtles adventure and even some whale watching on way back to shore! Staff was very helpful and kept a good watch on everyone in the water! If you’re prone to motion sickness you are likely to feel it on return trip so prepare!

The crew was great, very friendly and helpful. Such beautiful views. The current was strong during our snorkel time which was tough, I’d definitely like to do it again when it’s calmer (obviously nothing we can control). We saw and got close to a turtle, dolphins, fishes. My daughter saw fishes that looked like Dory and Nemo!
Aidan, JJ, Carlos and Nick were a fantastic crew. They we knowledgeable, friendly, and funny too. We got to see turtles, fish of all kinds, sea urchins and more!
We had so much fun. The tour was easy to follow. Beautiful fish, coral, anemone, and more. Definitely check it out

I was able to see sea turtles from the boat, but it was difficult to swim with them as I had imagined. Since all the explanations were in English, I could enjoy the exotic atmosphere, but there were parts I didn't fully understand, which made me a bit anxious. The weather was nice, but perhaps because it was the rainy season, the sea was murky, and I couldn't see down to the bottom. Still, I think it was a valuable experience.

This outing was not what I expected. Given the description of "turtle canyon" I assumed we were going to some rather exotic location to swim and snorkel with the sea turtles. As it turns out, its just about a mile off of Waikiki Beach and it was full of boats with other snorkelers making it quite a crowded experience. Although we did see two turtles (or maybe the same turtle twice), it certainly wasn't the grand adventure it was made out to be. The water was quite murky and the coral was anything but pretty. And on top of all that, we could have booked directly with the tour company for 25% less. That was disappointing.
I will say the crew was very pleasant and the sail after was good.
My daughter and I took this trip to celebrate our same birthdays. We had a great fun with the other guests and the crew members! Mitchell and Mark we’re awesome house.

I made a reservation because it was stated that there would be a Japanese-speaking crew, but there was no Japanese-speaking crew. However, the crew members did their best to entertain us, and even though I'm not good at swimming, I was able to swim with the sea turtles and had a great time. It was nice to swim with the sea turtles and the crew (who only spoke English) were kind, but it was a bit disappointing that the information was incorrect.

The crew for Hawea deserved an extra round of applause. They are the epitome of friendly professionals. The day we did our snorkel trip, it was a bit choppy due to a storm that had passed the previous night. Unfortunately, it left several passengers pretty sick. The staff was great the ride was great but I was under the impression that we were going to see more turtle on a remote island and have the access to see them basking on land. We did not see many turtles but we saw a lot of pretty fish.
This time, my 9-year-old son, my husband, my mother-in-law in her 70s, and I participated together. The reception was a bit hard to find as it was located inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, across from the ABC Store. However, when I showed the voucher to the hotel staff, they kindly directed me to the reception area. When the time came, the staff gave a brief explanation (in all English), and then we all walked to the dock to board the boat. We were the only Japanese participants, which made us a bit anxious, but there were people from various countries joining us.
Once on the boat, the friendly staff explained snorkeling and talked to us in English. They patiently taught us how to inflate the life jackets, put on the fins, and wear the masks. As we listened to the explanations, we quickly arrived at the snorkeling spot and jumped into the sea! The beautiful ocean and numerous fish were amazing, and we even saw about five sea turtles up close! It was so close that it was surprising!
Additionally, soft drinks (like cola and Hawaiian drinks) and snacks were available for free, so we could eat whenever we felt a bit hungry.
After finishing snorkeling, we didn’t head back immediately but went sailing further out. We enjoyed many scenic views, even reaching the backside of Diamond Head. Sitting on the netting part of the boat while sailing was fantastic. We even spotted a whale, albeit briefly!
We had a very fulfilling time with snorkeling followed by sailing.
Here are some tips for those who will experience this:
1. If you are prone to motion sickness, be cautious as the boat can sway, and the waves during snorkeling can be intense. (I actually took motion sickness medication, but I still felt quite sick and had to return to the boat early. My son and husband, however, did not get sick and enjoyed the entire time.)
2. There are many other tours at the snorkeling spots, so there is a risk of getting separated if you get too absorbed in snorkeling. I made sure to stay close to our boat's staff.
3. Beginners in snorkeling may need to have some stamina. Fortunately, we were okay since we had some experience, but for first-timers, the wave height and moving to different spots might be challenging. However, it was nice that we could choose to return to the boat whenever we wanted.

船に乗ると気さくなスタッフの方がシュノーケリングの説明や、色々英語で話してくれました。
ライフジャケットの空気の入れ方や、フィンの付け方、マスクの付け方など丁寧に教えてくれました。
説明を聞いているとすぐにシュノーケリングスポットにつき、いざ海へ！
綺麗な海とたくさんの魚、お目当ての海亀も五匹ほど間近で見れました！近すぎてびっくりするくらい！！
また、ソフトドリンク（コーラやハワイアンドリンク）や、スナックはフリーで食べれるので小腹が空いた時自由に食べれました。
最後シュノーケリングが終わった後はすぐに戻らず、さらに沖の方はセイリング。
ダイヤモンドヘッドの裏側の方までいきたくさんの景色を楽しめました。やっとの網の部分に座ってのセーリングも最高でした。
最後に少しでしたがクジラも見えました！
シュノーケリングの、後のセーリングでとても充実した時間が過ごせました。
以下体験する方へのアドバイス
1、乗り物酔いする方は中々船の揺れや、シュノーケリングの、波も激しいので気おつけてください。（実際私は酔い止め飲みましたが途中で酔いがひどくなり先に船に戻りました。※息子や夫は酔わないので終始楽しんでいました。）
2、他のツアーがスポットにたくさんいるのでシュノーケリングに、没頭するとはぐれる危険性があります。こまめに自分の船のスタッフさんを連れての近くにいるようにしました。
3、シュノーケリング初心者は体力が必要かも。幸い私たちはシュノーケリングをしていたので大丈夫でしたが、初めての方だと波の高さや、スポットに毎回移動するのが困難かも
でも、船に戻りたくなったら先に戻っていいのでそこは自由で自身の判断でよかったです
3点書きましたが総合的には大満足です！

A dolphin pod swam up to the boat on the way back and they stopped to let us experience it.
We had the best time! The boat was the nicest one we’ve seen during our stay. The 2.5 hrs on the water made it a great value with a delicious cocktail of our choice included! AND we saw TURTLES TOO! Wow! Thank you for everything guys!
