We participated in a Segway tour as a family. We were able to travel and sightsee distances that would be impossible to walk. It was fun to visit places that we couldn't reach by bus. The instructor was also kind and took a lot of photos for us. We really had a great time. Thank you very much!

We had a great experience. Joshua communicated well. We needed to make a last minute venue change, due to the weather. Everything worked out perfectly!

The drivers were all friendly, and even though the weather in Hawaii was bad this time, they provided raincoats that we could get for free. The service was excellent. However, there was one time when the trolley didn't arrive on time, and when I went to the first stop, I was told that the first bus wasn't running due to a breakdown. At that moment, I felt it was unkind to those of us waiting, as we didn't have any information about the situation.

運転手の方もみんな楽しく、今回のハワイは天候が悪かったのですが、レインコートまで用意してあって、無料でもらえました。サービスも最高でした。ただ、1回だけ、トロリーが時間内に来なくて始発の停留所に行ったら、故障で一便目は動かなかったの。と言われたときは、状況も分からないし、待ってる方のみとしては不親切だなぁと思いました。

Originally, I had a reservation for a different SUP yoga class, but it was canceled three days prior due to reasons from the organizers. I decided on this SUP yoga class, which was in English. The instructor was a muscular adult male. There were only Japanese participants, just us, but that might have been nice in a way because it allowed us to feel the Hawaiian vibe. In a good way, they left us alone, so as someone who tends to get nervous, I was able to experience it in my own way.

本来は別のsupヨガを予約済みでしたが、３日前に急遽催行側の理由によりキャンセルされ、英語でしたがこちらのsupヨガに決めました。
インストラクターさんはムキムキな大人の男性でした。英語が飛び交い、日本人は私たちだけでしたがそれはそれでハワイを感じられて良かったかもしれません。いい意味でほっといてくれたので、緊張しがちな私は好きなように体験できました。

I use this every time I go to Hawaii. It's the best to feel the wind while enjoying the scenery and being rocked by the trolley! It's sad that the prices keep going up and that the outlet service has been discontinued. It seems like fewer people are using it each year, as sometimes it's even rented out just for us. I also use The Bus and Uber, but the comfort of the trolley is in a league of its own.

When I go to Hawaii, I always use the trolley. Of course, I take the Waikiki loop, and the East Coast scenic tour is a popular route. It gets fully booked, so it's necessary to line up early.

I booked a day when I arrived in Waikiki. It was good for alleviating jet lag since I was active. A guide who spoke Japanese came to pick us up at the hotel, and we strolled around the park near Ala Moana. Since there were just two of us, we had a bit of freedom to stop and buy drinks from a café wagon, which allowed us to fully enjoy the Segway experience. We got caught in a little rain, but we managed to play for the entire time and even saw a beautiful rainbow, which was great.

On the way back, we were dropped off at Ala Moana Shopping Center, but it took a bit of time to get back to the hotel because it was crowded when we took the trolley after shopping.

ワイキキに着いた日を予約しました。体を動かすので時差ボケ解消に良かったです。
ホテルまでお迎えに来てくれて日本語が話せるガイドさんとアラモアナのほうの公園などを散策しました。2人だったので途中カフェワゴンで飲み物を買わせてもらったり少し自由がきいたのでセグウェイを満喫できました。少し雨に降られましたがなんとか時間いっぱい遊べて綺麗な虹も見れて良かったです。
帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターに送ってもらったのですが、買い物してからトロリーに乗ってホテルの方まで戻るのが混んでいて少し時間がかかりました。

I thought it was nice that there is a four-day course. However, as someone who knows the old trolleys, my impression is that there are significantly fewer trolleys now. Because of this, the trolleys were quite crowded. Also, there are not as many night trolleys as there used to be. The trolleys that go via Don Quijote have also decreased quite a bit, so it often ended up being a walk from Ala Moana after taking the trolley there.

4日間コースがあるのはいいなと思いました。
ただ、昔のトローリーを知っている者としては、
ずいぶんトローリーの本数が少なくなったな・・・・というのが印象です。
なので、1台当たりのトローリーが、結構、混雑が激しかったです。
また昔ほど、夜のトローリーの本数がなくなりました。
ドンキ経由のトローリーも、かなり少なくなり、結局はアラモアナまで行って、そこから歩き・・・・というのが多かったです

There were many courses available, which was great. I used it every day for sightseeing, so it was a good deal. It was especially convenient because I could also ride the pink bus to get to Ala Moana.

コースが沢山あって良かった。観光に毎日利用したのでお得でした。特にピンクバスにも乗れるのでアラモアナ行くには便利です。

We are a couple who are both 60 years old. We tried riding a Segway for the first time. Since we were concerned that operating it might be difficult, we decided to start with a 60-minute session, but after just 10 minutes of practice, we became quite skilled at it.

The instructions were very clear and easy to understand in Japanese. When we actually went outside, it was fun, the scenery was beautiful, and riding through it felt really great. Next time, we plan to participate in a longer session that focuses more on the scenery.

We had a wonderful time.

60歳の同い年夫婦です。セグウェイを初めてやってみました。もし操作が難しいと困るのでとりあえず60分にしてみましたが10分も練習するとかなり上手になっていました。
操作説明も日本語でとてもわかりやすかったです。
実際に外へ出てみたところ、楽しくて景色も良くて、そこを走り抜けるのはとても気持ち良かったです。次回はもっと景色重視でもっと時間たっぷりのものに参加する予定です。
とても良い時間でした。

I used this service during my stay in Waikiki, and it was more convenient than I imagined. It covers almost all the way to Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako, and East Oahu with just this trolley.

There was no stress waiting for buses, and I could visit tourist spots at a good pace, allowing me to fully enjoy sightseeing even with limited days of stay. The interior was clean, and the staff was very courteous.

What I particularly liked was the ability to get on and off at my preferred times. Shopping, café hopping, and visiting tourist attractions went very smoothly.

I think this is a great mode of transportation not only for first-time visitors to Hawaii but also for repeat visitors.

ワイキキ滞在中に利用しましたが、想像以上に便利でした。アラモアナ、ダイヤモンドヘッド、カカアコ、東オアフ方面まで、このトロリーだけでほぼカバーできます。

バスを待つストレスもなく、観光地をテンポよく回れるので、限られた滞在日数でもしっかり観光できます。車内は清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。

特に良かったのは、好きなタイミングで乗り降りできる点。ショッピング、カフェ巡り、観光スポット巡りがとてもスムーズにできました。

初ハワイの方はもちろん、リピーターでもかなり使える移動手段だと思います。

It depends on the driver, but there are many wonderful drivers. They explain famous spots in broken Japanese and play Japanese songs to entertain us. If I had to say something, I would like them to increase the number of trips on the East Coast course since it's popular. But I definitely want to use this service again.

ドライバーさんにもよりますが、とっても素敵なドライバーさんが多いです。カタコトの日本語で有名スポットを説明してくれたり、日本の曲を流して楽しませてくれたりということなしです。あえていうなら、東海岸のコースは人気なので本数を増やして欲しいです。でもまた利用したいです。

The routes are plentiful, and I rode every day! It's a bit pricey, but I felt secure and safe, so I'm glad I used it. However, since there are few departures, you need to plan your time accordingly.

ルートが豊富で、毎日乗っていました！少し割高ですが、安心だし安全だし利用してよかったです。ただ、便数が少ないので時間を考えて行動する必要ありです。

Under the blue sky, I was able to experience the best SUP yoga with very little wave action. I was able to do various poses, but I ended up falling during the final tree pose 💦. The meeting place was hard to find, and I got lost, but I had a great time and I'm glad I participated.

The trolley service had fewer buses, but it was great because it could take us to the main tourist spots. It was a 7-day ticket, so it was a shame that I couldn't use it every day. The East Oahu Scenic Line gets crowded in the mornings. It's best to board from the Royal Hawaiian Center at the start of the line, as it becomes difficult to get on later. The driver was cheerful and kind, making the experience enjoyable. Last time, I used the Waikiki Trolley, but this one was only for Japanese tourists, which made it easier with shorter waiting times.

トロリーだと、本数は少ないけど主要観光地にも行くことができるたので良かったです。7日間チケットだったため、全日は使用出来なかったのは残念。東オアフ絶景ラインは午前中混み合います。途中からは無理なので、始発のロイヤルハワイアンセンターから乗るのがおすすめです。運転手さんも陽気で親切、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。前回はワイキキトロリーを利用しましたが、こちらは日本人だけで、並ぶ時間も短縮出来て楽でした。

The East Oahu drive course was amazing! The driver spoke Japanese well and explained various things, and even took photos for us. The scenery was beautiful (^ - ^) It was drizzling, so they provided us with raincoats! Next time, I want to try it on a nice sunny day. Haha!

I conveniently used it to go to various delicious places from Waikiki, such as Monsarrat Avenue, Kaimuki, and KCC, and to watch the sunset. I would like to use it again next time. 😊

I use the trolley for various reasons every year. It's convenient. I think it's sufficient just for the area around Waikiki.

I recommend this for those who can purely enjoy a Segway. It's not about sightseeing in particular. You stroll along the beachside park, feeling the pleasant breeze. It's a relaxed way to participate on your first day of sightseeing after arriving from Japan, especially if you're still getting used to things.

I was worried about whether my 11-year-old child could ride a Segway, and I even had a dream the night before about falling. However, when they tried it, I was surprised to see that they were the best in the family! If they can ride a bike, they should be fine! The anxiety is only at first; adults get used to it quickly. I think it's definitely worth a try!

１１才の子供がセグウェイに乗れるか不安なせいか前日に転ぶ夢を見てしまいましたが、乗ってみると家族で一番上手くてビックリしました。自転車に乗れるようなら大丈夫そうです！

The instruction was in English, but I was able to participate enjoyably while observing everyone. The waves are calm, so it can be a bit easy to get seasick. If you're worried, it might be a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand. The meeting place was hard to find, so I recommend arriving early. It's at the southernmost end of the parking lot!

英語での指導でしたが、みんなの様子見ながら楽しく参加できました。
波が穏やかなので少し酔いやすいです。不安なら酔い止めを事前に内服したらいいかも。
集合場所がわかりにくくて焦りましたので早めに行くのをお勧めします。

We participated in a Segway tour as a family of three. We visited the coast and historical buildings, and if you requested, we also went to places decorated for Christmas, which was fantastic. The instructor was kind and took many wonderful photos for us, and also shared information about shops. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

We participated as a family. Even for elementary school students who are on the shorter side, they provided thorough explanations and practiced in the parking lot before accompanying us to the park, which made us feel at ease.

The moments of getting on and off the Segway and the first crosswalk were the most nerve-wracking. Once we got a little used to it, we were able to enjoy the scenery around the park while adjusting our speed and feeling the wind as we rode. The guide who accompanied us skillfully took photos and videos, which was impressive and felt like a performance.

There were also appropriate breaks, during which they provided explanations. Due to the exchange rate, it was quite pricey, but it was a great experience that was worth it.

For the tip, there was a chart in the binder that indicated how much to give based on the course and time, so I used that as a reference when writing down my email address at the end.

It wasn't as fast as a car, but it wasn't as tiring as walking, allowing us to take in our surroundings. It was truly fun.

家族で参加しました。
背が低めの小学生でも、丁寧に説明して下さり駐車場で練習してから、付き添いながらパークへ移動して頂いたので、安心出来ました。

セグウェイに乗り降りする時と、最初の横断歩道が一番緊張しました。
少し慣れてくると、パーク内や周りの景色も十分に楽しみながら速度も調整して風を受けながら走る事ができます。
同行したガイドの方が、上手に写真や動画を撮影して下さるのが、曲芸みたいで感心しながら撮られていました。
適度に休憩も設けられ、説明などもしてくれます。
為替レートのせいもあって、なかなかのお値段しますが、それ以上に良い経験が出来ました。

チップは、最後にメールアドレスを記入する時にコースや時間毎で何%だと何ドルというような参考にできる表がバインダーに書かれていたので、それに挟んでお渡ししました。

自動車ほど速くなく、歩きほど疲れないで周りを見て進める。本当に楽しかったです。

I had a great time from morning until evening. Besides the pink line of the Waikiki Trolley, the Lealea Trolley expands my options and is essential when going out.

This was a great introduction to snorkeling for our apprehensive teen. Nick was fun, knowledgeable, and patient. We learned about the sealife of Oahu and had so much fun, too. Highly recommend!

I participated in the sunset drive for the first time, and it was truly wonderful and moving. I definitely want to go again next time, and I recommend it to everyone.

I purchased a four-day ticket and used it. I was able to fully utilize the four days and easily go to the places I wanted to visit. If you prepare your time and destinations well, you can truly appreciate the convenience. I think I will use it again.

On the day I used the trolley bus, there was a festival on Kalakaua Avenue, and it was a pedestrian paradise. Because of that, we had to detour via Kuhio Avenue towards the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The roads were crowded, but the driver was cheerful and chatted a lot, which made it enjoyable.

トロリーバスを利用した日は、カラカウア通りでお祭りをやっていて、歩行者天国でした。
そのために、クヒオ通りを迂回してアラモアナショッピングセンター方面へ行きました。
道路は混んでいたけど、運転手さんが陽気な方で、色々喋ってたから楽しかったです。

I previously used a HIS package tour and found it very convenient, so for this individual arrangement, I applied here. This time, I utilized three routes. The local drivers often provided explanations in Japanese and were very enjoyable to be around. Additionally, the drivers were quite humorous and mentioned that the stopping times were carefully scheduled, which can be quite demanding. However, I believe this is due to the fact that it is managed by a Japanese company, ensuring strict oversight. While there may be delays due to road conditions, I think it’s reassuring that they won’t leave early, which is appreciated by Japanese people who are used to punctual transportation.

以前HISのパックツアーで利用した事があり使い勝手が良いので、個人手配の今回はこちらで申し込みしました。
今回は３ルートを利用しました。
現地の運転手の方は日本語で説明をしてくれたり楽しい方が多いです。あと運転手の方が面白おかしく、停車する時間がきちんと細かく設定されていて大変だよーと話していましたが、これはやはり日本の企業が運行している事できっちり管理されているという事だと思います。道路の事情で遅れることはあるかもしれなくても、時間前にさっさと出発してしまう事はないという事だと思うので、時間通りにきっちりした交通機関に慣れている日本人にとってはありがたいと思います。

In recent years, I have often used a bike for transportation, but since my range of movement was limited, I decided to book a trolley for the first time in a while. I found it convenient because it allows access to various places, but unfortunately, there are few lines available except for the pink trolley.

The photo is from when I used the Malama Line and got off to do some sightseeing. After visiting the main tourist spots, I tried to catch the next trolley, but I ended up waiting for a while at the trolley bus stop because I had some extra time. I also wanted to hike Makapu'u on the East Oahu Scenic Line, but since there was quite a long wait for the next trolley, I decided against getting off and just enjoyed the view from the bus window.

Additionally, some drivers speak broken Japanese and do their best to explain the tourist spots, but since everything is in English, I couldn't understand much. Due to the weak yen, prices are high, but it is relatively empty, which makes it comfortable. I would like to see the revival of coupon services like free one-day passes with the purchase of the Lealea Magazine or discounts on multi-day passes, as we had before.

近年はビキを利用して移動することが多かったのですが、行動範囲が限られてしまうため、久しぶりに今回トロリー を申し込みました。
色々な場所に行けるので便利だと感じましたがいかんせん、ピンクトロリー を除くラインの本数が少ないです。
写真はマラマラインを利用して途中下車し、観光した時の写真ですが、観光スポットを一通り回って次の便に乗ろうとしましたが、時間が余ってしまい、トロリー のバス停でしばらく待ちました。
東オアフの絶景ラインもマカプウトレッキングしたいと思っていたのですが、次の便が来るまでかなり時間が開いていたため、下車を断念し、バスの車窓から眺めるだけにしました。
また、運転手さんによっては日本語がカタコトの方がいらして一生懸命観光スポットの説明をしてくださるのですが、全て英語のため、あまり理解できませんでした。
円安で価格が高い事もあり、比較的空いているのでその点は快適です。
以前の様にレアレアマガジン購入で一日券無料や、数日券割引などのクーポンサービスを復活させていただきたいです。
