The hike itself is a quick 1.6 miles round trip and felt nice and quick!
Moderate climbs with the spectacular views from the summit, sweeping vistas of Waikiki and the Pacific.
The trail is beautiful and lush, with tropical scenery at every turn. A simple, enjoyable rainforest escape.
This shuttle made visiting Manoa Falls easy. Pick-up in Waikiki was on time, and the ride was comfortable.

Everything went smoothly-tour operator picked us up on time at designated spot and returned us at appropriate time, and gave us a narrative talk about the area enroute to Diamond Head. The destination was exceptional -with amazing views of the inland and coastline. One tip- it appears that the later you go in the day the busier the trail gets. We left at 8:30 am and the crowds were manageable. If you're in Honolulu-definitely check this beauty out-and plan to get a good cardiovascular workout in climbing to the top!

The difficulty level is friendly for beginners, and regulars or those who want to challenge themselves can choose more difficult poses. A Japanese instructor explained the poses in English and then provided additional explanations in Japanese.
