The Haleiwa Queen is captained by Oahu local Leif Robinson, a waterman who has spent his life on the ocean and has a deep respect and love for the ocean. Leif has been a captain since 1999, and got into commercial fishing fresh out of high school. He escorted canoe races through our Hawaiian island chain and enjoyed educating Hawaii's youth on keeping our ocean and it's inhabitants protected. It is his aim to share Hawaii's beauty and educate all who come aboard the Haleiwa Queen on the unique majesty of the Pacific Ocean.
