I want to fly in the sky like a bird! I think everyone has thought about this when they were little. This active experience became a wonderful memory for me. I have a fear of heights, and this time I faced real fear and ventured into the unknown. It's difficult to express in words, but it's the best attraction.

really wonderful and personal tour, the horses are well cared for and loved!

My 79-year-old mother suddenly said she wanted to try it, and while I was a bit worried, I thought we could just stop if it didn't go well, so I joined her. She said it was a lot of fun with no problems at all, and she was excitedly talking about it even after we returned home. She wants to do it again. The Japanese staff member was very kind.

I was unsure whether to rent a car, but I was also anxious about driving overseas, so I decided to use this plan! We left the hotel at 11 AM and arrived about an hour later to participate in the photo mini tour. After the photo mini tour, I was dropped off near Giovanni's, which was very helpful! Since we had plenty of time, I was able to enjoy acai at Matsumoto Shave Ice and Haleiwa Bowl, and I also had a leisurely shopping experience!

レンタカーで行くか迷いましたが海外にて車を運転することが不安もありこちらのプランを使用させていただきました！
11時にホテルを出発し約1時間後に到着しフォトミニツアーに参加しました。
フォトミニツアー終了後、ジョバンニの近くで降ろしてくださり大変助かりました！
時間もたくさんあったので、マツモトシェイブアイスやハレイワボウルにてアサイーを食べ、ショッピングもゆっくり楽しむことができました！

My first booking was cancelled at very last minute. The captain only told me when I got to the pier - 2hours round trips was wasted for nothing without early notice.

I booked second one which was rescheduled twice, eventually it made through and my daughter loves it.

The water is bit cold in the first place but bearable and we stayed in water for 40mins or longer as we were the last group.

On the way back, we saw the whales - what a bonus!!

It was a perfect skydiving experience on a clear day. This time, I requested the photo and video option, so I was able to share the excitement with my family, making it the best activity.

The pick-up, reception, explanation, and execution were all smooth and helpful! There are also people who speak Japanese, so Japanese visitors can feel at ease! The divers were friendly, and I was very satisfied!

This venue Is jam packed with things to do and see! Each village area representing an island of Polynesian was so informative and filled with fun activities. The students that perform are absolutely wonderful.
We were so impressed by the grand buffet, so much incredibly wonderful food.
The HA Breath of life performance was amazing! The driver of our bus that we went on told us that this show was one of the most authentic depictions of Polynesian culture on the whole island! I concur 100%

It was the best party, with only Japanese people, but everyone was very friendly. The staff was also kind and attentive. This was my second time, and it was great again.

My family loved this tour. The activities we fun and well managed. Kevin was a great tour guide.

I originally joined this tour because I love sharks. We took a bus for just under two hours from our hotel in Waikiki to Haleiwa. We gathered at a small shack decorated with shark patterns and set off. There were about 14 or 15 participants, and I was the only Japanese person (the staff were not Japanese either).

The explanations were in English, and the engine noise was loud, so I couldn't understand much, but I managed to get by. Since my eyesight is poor, I borrowed prescription goggles, but they weren't very clear, so I recommend bringing contact lenses if you have vision issues. As others have mentioned, once we arrived at the spot, the waves were high and it was easy to get seasick. I got seasick here too.

However, when we got into the cage, I was so focused on watching the sharks that I forgot about my seasickness. I was very satisfied to see a nearly 3-meter-long tiger shark up close. The shark was calm, and I was moved by its graceful swimming. Unfortunately, I didn't see many other sharks besides that tiger shark. After getting out of the cage, I felt worse and ended up vomiting. There was another person who vomited as well. However, after that, I felt refreshed and was able to enjoy the return trip.

I was a bit anxious about participating alone as a woman, but I had a valuable experience and it was really great! If there are others in a similar situation who are hesitant to join, I encourage you to participate without hesitation!

もともとサメが好きでこのツアーに参加しました。ワイキキのホテルからバスで2時間弱かけてハレイワまで向かいました。サメの柄の小さな小屋に集合して出発しました。参加者は14、5人で日本人は私1人だけでした（スタッフの方も日本人ではない）。
説明は英語かつエンジンの音がうるさくあまり理解できませんでしたが、なんとかなりました笑。視力が低いので、度ありのゴーグルを借りましたが、あまり見えやすくはなかったので目がよくない方はコンタクトを持って行くことをおすすめします。他の方も言っている通り、スポットについてからは波が高く酔いやすいです。当方もここで酔いました。
しかし、ケージに入る際はサメを見ることに夢中で酔っていることを忘れました。体長３メートル弱のタイガーシャークを一匹、近くで見ることができとても満足でした。サメは穏やかで、優雅に泳ぐ姿に感動しました。しかしそのタイガーシャーク以外のサメはほとんど見れませんでした。ケージから出た後、酔いが酷くなり吐いてしまいました。私以外にももう1人吐いてる方がいました。しかし、その後はスッキリして帰港を楽しむことができました。
女1人の参加で少し不安でしたが貴重な経験ができてとても良かったです！同じ境遇で参加を迷っている方がいたらぜひ迷わず参加してみてください！！

Jay was an excellent host and guide. He shared so many interesting things about the aircraft, Hawaii, and the area we were flying over. Jay also has a keen eye for spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, I got to see turtles, and monk seals! I’m really glad I signed up for this experience.

This was my first luau and I really didn't know what to expect. I was greatly impressed with the quality of the program, the enthusiasm of the performers and the outstanding cuisine we enjoyed for the meal. The evening with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.

5/5 stars! The Polynesian Cultural Center Tour was a trip highlight! Well-organized, easy to follow, and bursting with energy. The setting was perfection!

First of all, the driver was great. Being Japanese made me feel at ease. Thanks to their service-oriented spirit and the various information they provided, I was able to fully enjoy the North Shore even in a short time. It was my first time horseback riding, and I was worried, but the thorough explanation of the precautions in the vehicle allowed everything to proceed smoothly. The local female staff were also kind, and my son, who is in the third year of middle school, enjoyed horseback riding as well. He said it was the best part of our trip. I was also satisfied with the delicious restaurants they recommended. The ocean was very beautiful, and I would love to go to the North Shore again.

現地の女性スタッフの方々も親切で、中学3年の息子でも乗馬を楽しめました。今回の旅で一番良かったと言っています。
食事も美味しいお店をご紹介いただいたお陰で満足出来ました。

First of all, I was very grateful for the round-trip shuttle service to and from the hotel.

Now, regarding the skydiving, the process goes as follows:
1. Sign the waiver (iPad)
2. Weight measurement and payment of the fuel surcharge ($15)
* At this point, they will explain the following optional upgrades in English, but if you don't want to change anything, just say "No."
- Upgrade for photography
- Change in drop altitude
3. Meet your buddy and receive safety instructions
4. Time to dive into the sky!

The drop is very much a streamlined process. There’s no time to hesitate, so if you’re not ready for it, it might be best to skip it.

For those who are still interested, the dive into the sky feels amazing, and you can see the beautiful scenery of Hawaii. It will undoubtedly be the best experience of your life.

Unique experience with a knowledgeable and fun crew! Common sense and safety first approach put us all at ease, so the swim was nothing but fun. We also saw dolphins, green turtle and a whale! They even pointed out to listen for a whale song under the water, which we heard!! If on Oahu, this is a must!

Super save and enjoyable flight! Saw two whales breaching! Highly recommend.

Thank you guys for the amazing time! Would highly recommend this trip. We did see whales, beautiful views of paradise, some crap traps, and the site for the open shark dive. We loved the crew so much, we have now signed up for the shark dive! We can’t wait! The crew were fantastic, captain and skipper both knew and shared a ton of great information about the island. They took their time and were not in a rush. The sunset was also amazing. Could not have asked for a better trip!

The care, attention, quality, cleanliness, and authenticity made for an unbelievable experience. My family and I left very happy and ready to recommend to everyone. You get what you pay for.

It was a good day, but there is a LOT going on. You could probably break it up into 2 days as the pass lets you come back for the day-time events.

With a group of six people, we enjoyed a leisurely trip under the beautiful sunny sky, taking in the scenery. We also participated in a mini tour that we had hoped to join. Since our group had the vehicle to ourselves, thanks to the driver's kindness, we were able to see the honu (sea turtles) that weren't on the original itinerary, and we got off at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck. This allowed us to efficiently enjoy our time while walking northward. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, so we could shop at a relaxed pace. Along the way, we revitalized ourselves with smoothies. It was a whirlwind five-hour stay in Haleiwa filled with walking, eating, and shopping. Personally, I found it more enjoyable without having to drive compared to when I came with a rental car (laughs).

3組6人の参加で絶子の晴天のなか、景色観ながらゆったり移動。希望参加のミニツアーにも参加。１組貸切状態だったので、運転手さんのご厚意で予定にないホヌも見物し、ジェニーズシュリンプで下車させていただきました。お陰で北上しながら徒歩で効率よく楽しめました。平日の為かさほど混むこともなくゆったりショッピング。途中、疲れを癒しにスムージー飲んで復活。歩いて飲食して買い物してあっという間の5時間ハレイワ滞在でした。個人的には、レンタカーで来た時より運転なく楽でした（笑）

A tour that allows for efficient sightseeing during free time. It's enjoyable to just hop on the bus and explore without thinking too much! Although it was a bus tour, it was very efficient and offered plenty of free time, so I was able to go around without any stress. Our driver, Chris, was fluent in Japanese and even though it was an English tour, he provided guidance in both English and Japanese! He drove skillfully, so there was no worry about motion sickness. The conversations during the tour and the explanations at each landmark were excellent, making the travel time enjoyable!

At the Dole Plantation, we had pineapple soft serve, which was quite a large portion, so sharing between two people is recommended. After about 20 minutes, we arrived at Haleiwa, where we had two hours of free time and received a recommended map, making it easy to explore! We enjoyed both the pineapple burger and garlic shrimp recommended by our driver before heading back. It was a very fun time!

自由時間メインなので効率良く回れるツアー
何も考えずにバスに乗って観光出来るので楽！
バスツアーでしたが、とてと効率的で自由時間が沢山あるのでストレス無くこ 効率的に回れました！ドライバーのクリスさんは日本語も堪能で英語ツアーでしたが、英語と日本語両方で案内をしてくれました！
運転もお上手で酔う心配も無し、とにかくツアー中の会話と各名所の案内が上手で移動中も退屈せず過ごせました！
ドールプランテーションでは、パイナップルのソフトクリームを頂き、量が多いので2人でシェアがオススメです。
ここから20分位でハレイワに到着、ハレイワでは2時間のフリータイムとオススメマップもくれるので迷うこと無く散策！ドライバーさんオススメのパイナップルバーガーとガーリックシュリンプ両方を堪能し帰路へ！

The Polynesian cultural centre was one of the best experiences ever. It was my family’s first time, we just loved it and we hope to go back in the future.

It was good, but no alcohol so I would have went to another luau!

I experienced it for the first time in the summer, and I couldn't forget the excitement from that time, so I made another reservation. I'm not good with heights, but once I went above the clouds, the beautiful scenery and thrill made me forget about my fear of heights. I wanted to experience it at least once in my life, and after trying it last time, it was such a wonderful experience that I want to do it again.

夏に初めて体験したのですが、その時の感動が忘れられずまた予約しました。高所が苦手ですが、雲より上にいってしまうと綺麗な景色と興奮で高さの怖さはあまりなかったです。人生で一度は体験したいと思って前回やってみましたが、またやりたくなるほど素晴らしい経験でした。

On New Year's Eve, I participated in a tour the day after my arrival. The Japanese driver was very reassuring, and it was great to hear various stories about Hawaii. It was my first time on the North Shore, and despite my worries about the weather, we were blessed with good conditions. Even during a relaxed time, we were able to hit all the key points, making it a fantastic start to my time in Hawaii. I'm grateful for that.

In particular, it was excellent to visit the rock that the famous baseball player, Shohei Ohtani, also visited. I was able to build upon the information I received to plan the following days. It turned out to be the best trip to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

日本人ドライバーさんでとても安心感があり色々とハワイの話が聞けて良かったです。
初めてのノースショアでしたが、心配していた天気にも恵まれ、ゆっくりした時間の中でも、ポイントはしっかり押えることができ、最高のハワイスタートになりました。感謝です。
　特に、某有名野球、大谷選手も訪れたという岩を見に行けたのは、秀逸でした。
　頂いた情報を元に翌日以降の予定に色々と肉付けさせていただきました。

My experience during my previous visit was so wonderful that this was my second time. It's difficult to communicate unless you have at least a basic understanding of English, but there are Japanese staff members on-site.

At the beginning, you have to sign various waivers on a machine, but you can easily manage with Google Translate. I went alone both times without knowing much English, and I managed just fine.

One thing that caught my attention was that there are different height plans. I happened to become friends with a Japanese person on the same flight, and it seemed they had a different height plan, but we took off from the same place at the same time. I don't really understand feet, so I'm not sure how that works in practice.

Still, the experience itself is something I think everyone should try at least once in their life. The support from the person flying with you was perfect. I will definitely use this service again.

以前来た時の体験が素晴らし過ぎて今回2回目の体験でした。
基本英語がなんとなくわかる人でないとコミュニケーションが難しいですが、一応現地に日本語スタッフの方はいます。
最初に機械で色々と誓約書にサインなどがありますが、google翻訳で余裕でいけます。
僕は英語はほとんどわからないまま、2回とも１人で行きました。なんとかなります。

1点気になったのは、高さのプランがありますがたまたま同じ便だった日本人の方と仲良くなり、その方は他の高さのプランだったようですが、同時に同じところから飛びました。
そもそもフィートの感覚がわからないので実際どうなのか？

それでも体験自体は人生で1度は体験して欲しいぐらい最高です。
一緒に飛んでくれる方のサポートも完璧でした。
必ずまた利用させてもらいます。
