It was a concentrated tour that allowed us to enjoy pineapples and various sightseeing spots in Hawaii. I signed up for the tour because I wanted to visit the Dole fields and factory, and I felt it was at a satisfying level, providing even more experiences than I expected.

From our hotel in Waikiki, we took a car, and the guide, who was alone, had an incredible amount of knowledge about the various famous spots in Hawaii along the way, including the Dole fields and factory.

It seems that Dole is a different company from the Dole Plantation, which is a tourist attraction across the street. I mistakenly thought that if we went to the Dole Plantation ourselves, we could have the same factory tour. Since we wouldn't have been able to visit the fields and factory without signing up for this tour, I believe it was a valuable experience. (After the factory tour, we had a little time to visit the Dole Plantation, where we could also buy souvenirs.)

At the fields, we were able to see the harvesting and had fresh pineapples cut right there. After the factory tour, we enjoyed cold cut pineapples and straight pineapple juice produced at the factory, which made me very happy. (They also offer coffee and chocolate tastings, and there are some small souvenirs for sale.)

After that, we went to Haleiwa for some free time, and later at the macadamia nut souvenir shop, we could taste many samples and buy souvenirs. Additionally, we visited two coffee shops where we had restroom breaks and could taste a lot of coffee.

On the way back, we took photos of King Kamehameha and, even from the car, we could see Hawaii's Izumo Taisha, Chinatown, and wall art while listening to the guide share a lot about Hawaii's history, which was educational.

I think it was a very fulfilling day.

パイナップルづくしと各所のハワイ観光ができて濃縮したツアーでした。
ドールの畑や工場見学がしたくて、申し込んだツアーでしたが、満足できるレベルでしたし、それ以上の体験ができたと感じています。

ワイキキのホテルから車に乗って、道中の所々のハワイの名所からドールの畑や工場の案内まで、お一人でされていたガイドさんの知識量は凄かったです。

ドールは畑・工場と、向かい側にある観光名所のドールプランテーションとは違う会社のようで、自分たちでドールプランテーションに行けば同じ工場見学ができると勘違いしていました。今回のツアーに申し込まないと畑と工場の見学はできないので、貴重な体験だったと思います。（工場見学後にドールプランテーションにも少し行く時間があったので、そちらのお土産も買うことができました。）

畑では収穫の見学時に畑のパイナップルをその場でカットしていただけて、工場見学後も冷たいカットパインと工場で製造しているストレートのパイナップルジュースをいただけてパイナップルづくしで幸せでした。（コーヒーやチョコレートの試食、ちょっとしたお土産も売っています。）

その後、ハレイワに行って自由行動と、その後、マカダミアナッツのお土産屋さんではたくさん試食ができてお土産も買えました。
その他にも二か所コーヒーショップに行けてトイレ休憩もコーヒーの試飲がたくさんできました。

帰りはカメハメハ大王の写真を撮ったり、車中からでも、ハワイの出雲大社、チャイナタウン、ウォールアートを見ながら帰れましたし、ガイドさんのハワイの歴史をたくさん聞きながら勉強にもなりました。

とても、充実した1日になったと思います。

Loved visiting each village and getting to learn about the unique traditions they hold! Fabulous put on.

The visit to the pineapple plantation was very good. Haleiwa was relatively quiet, and I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. I was able to eat at Giovanni's without any wait. The guide, Nori, was also wonderful, making it a very good tour.

ハレイワも比較的空いていて行きたいところもすべて行けました。ジョバンニは待ち時間なしで食べられました。
添乗のノリさんの対応も素晴らしく、大変良いツアーでした。

I was surprised by the aesthetics, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the quality of the performances, the abundance and taste of the food!

An amazing full-day experience - the island villages were interactive and educational, dinner at the Gateway Buffet was solid

The tour details from Beltora indicated an end time around 2 PM, but we were informed that the expected arrival time at the hotel would be 3:30 PM. During the latter part of the tour, we moved slowly through downtown and the Ala Moana area while explanations were provided from the bus. We were also asked about taking photos at the King Kamehameha statue. Since I was under the impression that the tour would end around 2 PM, I thought it might be a good idea to revise the introduction page if the hotel arrival time is indeed around 3:30 PM.

I wanted to join the tour because I had never been to a coffee farm on other optional tours. I have also done a coffee farm tour on the Big Island. I simply love natural coffee, and there were many different flavored coffees. Although it wasn't my favorite coffee, I was glad to have the opportunity to visit. It was my first time exploring a farm. Before participating in the tour, I watched an introductory video and learned about the tour content, and I was able to walk right in the middle of the farm. This time, I was able to taste freshly cut pineapple right from the field. Hawaiian pineapple is delicious, but the pineapple I ate directly at the farm was even better! I was happy to receive a whole pineapple as a souvenir, but I was surprised that I couldn't bring it back to Japan. The staff at the shop was Japanese, and they kindly offered to exchange it for cut pineapple for the Japanese participants, which was very helpful. The pineapple juice and fruit samples at the shop were also very delicious! Additionally, there were three types of Waialua coffee available for tasting, and I purchased some. I thought the tour fee was a bit high, so I was glad to participate in the monitor tour. In terms of the rarity of this tour, I thought it would be fun to experience places like Wahiawa Botanical Garden, which has free admission, aside from the farm.

ほかのオプショナルツアーでは寄ることがほとんどなかったコーヒー農園に行ってみたかったのでツアー参加を希望しました
ハワイ島でもコーヒー農園巡りをしたことがあります
シンプルにナチュナルコーヒーが好きだったのでいろいろなフレーバーコーヒーが多くて
自分の好みコーヒーではなかったですが寄ることができてよかったです
農園は初めての散策です
ツアー参加前に紹介動画をみてツアー内容を知ることができましたが、まさに農園の真ん中散策ができます
今回は農園の畑でもいだパイナップルをその場でカットして試食させていただくこともできました
ハワイのパイナップルはおいしいですが、農園で直接食べたパイナップルはさらに美味しかったです～
おみやげのパイナップルは1玉そのものいただいたときはうれしかったですが、日本に持ち帰りできないしびっくりしました
売店の店員さんが日本人で日本人参加者にはカットパインとチェンジしましょうか？と声をかけていただいて助かりました
売店でのパイナップルジュースと果実も試食として出していただきとても美味しかった！
またワイアルアコーヒーの試飲も3種類あり購入させていただきました
ツアー代金は高いな～と思ったのでモニターツアーに参加できてよかったです
このレアさの強いツアーという意味では農場以外の場所としてワヒアワ植物園とか入場無料ですし、こういう場所の体験ができたりすると楽しいのかなと思いました

Tonight we went to an immersive and interactive luau -it was simply the best and I would highly recommend!

We all had such a great time - we were welcomed like family! We loved learning to drum, spin fire “knives”, wrap fish for cooking, bury the fish to cook on the hot rocks, have a traditional kava ceremony, and weave tea leaves to make bracelets, leis, etc. We then had a catered kalua pork dinner and got to eat the fish we wrapped and cooked. This was so much better than the commercialized luaus we have attended before! If you want a true family experience this is for you. If you want the commercialized cocktail filled experience this isn’t it!

We only bought the entrance tickets and drove ourselves to the Polynesian Center. The journey there was also a wonderful experience—we really enjoyed the views and the local residents. The center was very beautiful, and there were also lovely stalls where you could buy souvenirs. The staff was very hospitable. We enjoyed the many presentations from different islands. We enjoyed the welcome show. The final show was amazing, as was the buffet. Our compliments!

I had been to Dole Plantation before, but I had never been inside the farm, so it was great to see the process from harvesting to packing. There seemed to be a lot of manual work from planting to harvesting, which looked tough, but the workers waved cheerfully at us when they saw us. The guide not only taught us various things but also made a great effort to ensure we had fun, allowing us to enjoy the day. While it's nice to enjoy the maze and train at Dole Plantation, I think the farm tour across the street gave us a better sense of Hawaii.

農園の中には行ったことがなかったので、収穫から箱詰めまでの工程を見ることが出来て
とてもよかったです。
植え付けから収穫まで手作業が多く、大変そうでしたが作業している人たちは我々を見ると明るく手を振ってくれました。
ガイドさんはいろいろなことを教えてくれただけでなく、我々が楽しめるようにすごく気を遣ってくれたこともあり、楽しく１日過ごすことが出来ました。
ドールプランテーションで迷路や汽車を楽しむのも良いですが、向かいにある農園見学の方が、よりハワイを感じられてよかったと思います。

Coming from Alaska, It was an awesome experience to see different cultures.

My son and I learned so much about the polynesian people and their culture and pride in their ancestry and the spokes person for each island was both funny and informative. I would definitely do this again and the life of breath show was amazing, sat on the front row and a few performers shook our hands after the show!

The hospitality was amazing and the food was great! Worth every penny!

What a top-tier luau in a beautiful setting at Waimea Valley! Highly recommended

The cultural center was amazing! The buffet had a wide variety of options, blending Japanese and Western styles, and my daughter seemed to enjoy it too! The shows were all in English, but I was completely captivated by the fun atmosphere created by the dancers! I think the quality was high, with a storyline that made it enjoyable even for those who don't understand English.

What was disappointing was the tour conductor.

They were responsible for the transportation from Waikiki to the venue and arranging the tickets, but when I arrived at the meeting point just 5 minutes before departure, I was scolded for being late and told it was a 10-minute departure. We sped to the center, and upon arrival, there was hardly any explanation before we dashed to the ticket booth. They quickly explained only the location of the show and left. I would have liked more information about what the tickets allowed access to and details about the activities inside that were not available.

カルチャーセンターは最高でした！
ビュッフェの種類もとても豊富で和洋折衷なんでもあり、一緒に行った娘も楽しめたようです！
ショーは全て英語でしたがダンサーさんの楽しい雰囲気にすっかり呑まれました！
クオリティ高く、ストーリー性があって英語がわからなくても楽しめるように作られていたと思います。


残念だったのがツアーコンダクターです。

ワイキキから現地までの送りとチケットの手配までの仕事でしたが…
出発5分前に集合場所に行ったら「10分前出発です。遅い」と怒られ、ものすごい勢いで車を飛ばしてセンターに到着したと思ったら、ほぼ中の説明なくチケット売り場まで猛ダッシュ。ショーの場所だけ説明してさっさと帰ってしまいました。
チケットでどこまで入れてどこまでできるのか、や、中のアクティビティはできないことなど、もっと説明して欲しかったです。

Fantastisk oplevelse. Vi prøvede også for 18 år siden. Grunden til kun 4 stjerner er, at der er for kort tid til at opleve det hele. Vi kom sent derop pga vejarbejde (men havde en fantastisk chauffør), så show på vandet er godt igang og alle pladser optaget.
Der var flere rækker tomme sæder ved det store aftenshow. Hvorfor ikke lade andre sidde der, så de ser bedre?

The show was powerful, and the audience's reaction was great, creating a wonderful sense of unity like a live performance. The buffet at Gateway had high quality and a variety of options, which left me very satisfied. The transportation was, in a good way, bland, so it worked well for me.

ショーは迫力があり、観客の反応も良いので、ライブのような一体感があり素晴らしいです。
Gatewayのビュッフェは質が高く、いろんなものがあり、大変満足でした。
送迎は、いい意味で無味乾燥だったので、僕にはよかったです。

We enjoyed learning about the different cultures. The best one was Samoa. The chief had us laughing the entire time. We even bought his paintings afterwards and he signed them. The buffet dinner was amazing. I recommend getting a tour guide as they can give you more information and take you through all the villages quicker.

Once you buy a ticket, you can enter for three days!
Indeed, with such a wealth of experiences, it seems like it would take three days to fully enjoy everything.
Understanding the schedules for experiences and shows can be overwhelming for first-timers, so I recommend paying the additional fee for a guide; otherwise, it would be hard to enjoy efficiently and you might feel lost! I definitely recommend getting a guide!

The staff is mostly university students from the adjacent campus, creating a lively and pleasant atmosphere.
The guide who assisted us was great at explaining in Japanese, and thanks to them, we had a fantastic time! ✨

All the shows and experiences were fun!
With a ticket, you can enjoy everything for free except for meals and the fire show.
If you have kids, I think it's an incredibly fun place.

It was such a great place that I would want to visit for three days!

たしかに豊富な体験数なので、全制覇は3日かかりそう。
体験やショーのプログラム時間の把握は、豊富すぎて初めての人には厳しいのでガイド追加料金を払って、案内してもらわないと効率よく楽しめないし、わけがわからないと思う！絶対ガイドをつけることをおすすめ！

スタッフは隣接の大学生が8割とのことで、活気があって良い雰囲気だった。
ガイドをしてくれた方も日本語での説明が上手で、彼らのおかげで相当楽しめた✨

ショーも、体験も全部楽しかった！
チケットがあれば、食事とファイヤーショー意外無料で楽しめます。
子供がいたら、楽しすぎる場所だと思う。

3日間通いたいくらい良い場所でした。

Activité à ne pas manquer! Chaque site était extraordinaire, beaucoup d’informations , très culturel! Le spectacle en fin de soirée à lui seul vaut le prix du billet, à couper le souffle

This venue Is jam packed with things to do and see! Each village area representing an island of Polynesian was so informative and filled with fun activities. The students that perform are absolutely wonderful.
We were so impressed by the grand buffet, so much incredibly wonderful food.
The HA Breath of life performance was amazing! The driver of our bus that we went on told us that this show was one of the most authentic depictions of Polynesian culture on the whole island! I concur 100%

This was my first luau and I really didn't know what to expect. I was greatly impressed with the quality of the program, the enthusiasm of the performers and the outstanding cuisine we enjoyed for the meal. The evening with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.

5/5 stars! The Polynesian Cultural Center Tour was a trip highlight! Well-organized, easy to follow, and bursting with energy. The setting was perfection!

The care, attention, quality, cleanliness, and authenticity made for an unbelievable experience. My family and I left very happy and ready to recommend to everyone. You get what you pay for.

It was a good day, but there is a LOT going on. You could probably break it up into 2 days as the pass lets you come back for the day-time events.

The Polynesian cultural centre was one of the best experiences ever. It was my family’s first time, we just loved it and we hope to go back in the future.
