Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

英語のみのツアーということで、日常会話程度ならなんとか…というレベルの我々は大丈夫かなと少し心配しながら参加しました。
しかし、確かにLolaは日本語はほとんど喋れないものの、ゆっくり聞き取りやすく話してくれて、会話も弾みました。
また、道中の建物やエリアなどもガイドしてくれて楽しかったです。

ドールは、なんとなくショボいのかなと思っていましたが、とても広く十分楽しめました。
お土産コーナーがすごく広いです。
ハレイワは、ワイキキとは全く違う雰囲気で新鮮でした。
食べる所が多く選ぶのに困りましたが、ガーリックシュリンプとても美味しかったです。
シェイブアイス、フリフリチキンは列が長かったので断念。
代わりにアリビーチまで行ってみたところ、甲羅乾かしているホヌに出会えて感動しました！

I had some concerns about the reservation in Japan, but I received communication via LINE, and even though I arrived earlier than the meeting time on the day of the tour, the bus came early, leading to an earlier departure. We arrived at the destination ahead of schedule and were able to fully enjoy our time there. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. I would like to use this service again on my next trip to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

It was like a dream to be able to ride for a long time along the beach. It started to rain, and my pants and hair got quite wet, but I was able to borrow a raincoat, so my upper body stayed dry. I was disappointed that my time in Haleiwa was too short; I only had time to eat lunch and visit one shop. It would be perfect if I had more time to explore Haleiwa!

My husband, who is learning English conversation, made his first trip to Hawaii! Although we chose an English tour, my husband's English skills couldn't keep up... However, thanks to our cheerful and fun tour guide and driver, Patrick, we had a wonderful time. He helped us purchase tickets for the Dole Plantation, and we were able to enter smoothly. At times, he even used a translation device to explain things, which was incredibly kind and impressive. We had plenty of time in Haleiwa Town, and I was able to finally enjoy authentic garlic shrimp, as well as buy some unique souvenirs and my favorite items!

Our guide, Kaz, accompanied us to the riding location and helped with everything from check-in to translation, which was a great help. He taught us how to ride during the transfer, and even though it was everyone's first time riding, we had a lot of fun. I can't speak any English, but having Kaz made me feel very secure. The staff at the riding location were not very impressive; they seemed to be new and a bit inexperienced. It felt like the tip was paid not for the staff, but for the smart horses. Since the tour was focused on horseback riding, we didn't plan for any exploration and just enjoyed a relaxed time.

I visited various shops that caught my interest and took plenty of photos, allowing me to leisurely stroll around. In the past, I participated in a tour with only three hours of free time, which felt rushed and left me unable to fully enjoy the beach. This time, however, I had enough time to visit the beach as well, which greatly increased my satisfaction. Overall, the timing was just right. I believe this tour is perfect for those who want to take their time exploring the town of Haleiwa.

I wish I had done this tour earlier into my trip. We got to see the entire island. It was clear that our guide, Kevin was passionate and knowledgeable on the island's history and culture. Our group made a few stops additional to the two main activities. It was well worth the cost. As a solo traveller I had an amazing time on this excursion!

I drove a buggy for about two and a half hours on various courses such as mountain paths, forest roads, and gravel roads in the North Shore! I had been to the North Shore several times, but I was very satisfied to see scenery I had never seen before! We stopped several times to switch drivers and take photos. The guide took the pictures for us. There were several intense courses that were thrilling and fun! My face and clothes got covered in dust! (laughs) After the buggy ride, there is a water source where you can wash your face! They provide sunglasses at the beginning, but just wearing sunglasses can let dust get into your eyes while driving, so I think it's a good idea to use goggles or something similar for protection. The guide didn't speak Japanese, but he explained everything slowly and kindly, and he was a very nice person! It was a really enjoyable experience! ^_^

ノースショアの山道、林道、砂利道など様々なコースを2時間半程度かけてバギーで走りました！
ノースショアには何度か来ていましたが、見たことのない景色を見ることができて大満足です！途中何度か運転交代や、写真撮影のために停車します。写真はガイドさんが撮ってくださいました。

バギー終了後に、水道があるのでそこで顔洗えます！

ガイドさんは日本語話せませんが、ゆっくり丁寧に説明してくださりとても優しい方でした！

I was unsure whether to rent a car, but I was also anxious about driving overseas, so I decided to use this plan! We left the hotel at 11 AM and arrived about an hour later to participate in the photo mini tour. After the photo mini tour, I was dropped off near Giovanni's, which was very helpful! Since we had plenty of time, I was able to enjoy acai at Matsumoto Shave Ice and Haleiwa Bowl, and I also had a leisurely shopping experience!

This was my first luau and I really didn't know what to expect. I was greatly impressed with the quality of the program, the enthusiasm of the performers and the outstanding cuisine we enjoyed for the meal. The evening with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.

First of all, the driver was great. Being Japanese made me feel at ease. Thanks to their service-oriented spirit and the various information they provided, I was able to fully enjoy the North Shore even in a short time. It was my first time horseback riding, and I was worried, but the thorough explanation of the precautions in the vehicle allowed everything to proceed smoothly. The local female staff were also kind, and my son, who is in the third year of middle school, enjoyed horseback riding as well. He said it was the best part of our trip. I was also satisfied with the delicious restaurants they recommended. The ocean was very beautiful, and I would love to go to the North Shore again.

With a group of six people, we enjoyed a leisurely trip under the beautiful sunny sky, taking in the scenery. We also participated in a mini tour that we had hoped to join. Since our group had the vehicle to ourselves, thanks to the driver's kindness, we were able to see the honu (sea turtles) that weren't on the original itinerary, and we got off at Giovanni's Shrimp Truck. This allowed us to efficiently enjoy our time while walking northward. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, so we could shop at a relaxed pace. Along the way, we revitalized ourselves with smoothies. It was a whirlwind five-hour stay in Haleiwa filled with walking, eating, and shopping. A tour that allows for efficient sightseeing during free time. It's enjoyable to just hop on the bus and explore without thinking too much! Although it was a bus tour, it was very efficient and offered plenty of free time, so I was able to go around without any stress. Our driver, Chris, was fluent in Japanese and even though it was an English tour, he provided guidance in both English and Japanese! He drove skillfully, so there was no worry about motion sickness. The conversations during the tour and the explanations at each landmark were excellent, making the travel time enjoyable!

At the Dole Plantation, we had pineapple soft serve, which was quite a large portion, so sharing between two people is recommended. After about 20 minutes, we arrived at Haleiwa, where we had two hours of free time and received a recommended map, making it easy to explore! We enjoyed both the pineapple burger and garlic shrimp recommended by our driver before heading back. It was a very fun time!

ここから20分位でハレイワに到着、ハレイワでは2時間のフリータイムとオススメマップもくれるので迷うこと無く散策！ドライバーさんオススメのパイナップルバーガーとガーリックシュリンプ両方を堪能し帰路へ！
