Our guide Keola was the best. He provided us with valuable information about the eco system, history about the North Shore and Hawai’i and safety information during the hike.

The area is absolutely stunning. If you want to do something away from the commercial and touristy stuff in Waikiki this is a great way to see Hawai’i in all its beauty.

I would ensure you wear good hiking shoes or trail running shoes. Also this hike is not a leisure walk. You will earn your lunch.

The guides were great - took very good care of us, kept us at a great pace, very knowledgeable of the land and horses. The scenery was fantastic - walked along the shoreline of the beach. The horses were well-behaved - easy to direct, very sweet! Two adults, three middle school children who had never ridden before - very family-friendly...we had a great time!

It was truly the best tour! During the journey to and from the destination, our Japanese driver and guide shared various information about Hawaii. The stories were easy to understand and interesting, and his calm tone made it very easy to listen to. After arriving in Haleiwa Town, he kindly provided detailed information about recommended shops and restaurants while we slowly drove through the area, which I really appreciated. I have visited Hawaii many times, but I learned a lot of things I didn't know before, and I had a truly fulfilling day. I was very satisfied with my choice of this tour and returned home happy. I highly recommend it. Thank you to our tour guide!

This tour is highly recommended! You can taste Hawaii's specialties, enjoy nature, and watch turtles. Even my father, who is over 60, was able to enjoy it without any difficulty. If you come to Hawaii, I definitely want everyone to experience this!

First, at the Dole Plantation, you can enjoy freshly squeezed pineapple juice for just $2.50! It's a great deal, and you can savor the true flavor of pineapple without any additives, so I absolutely recommend it!

Next, the horseback riding takes you through a forest with ups and downs, making the one-hour ride completely engaging! The horses are all thoroughbreds and very stable, so it's reassuring, and it's kind of cute when they occasionally get bored and start munching on grass (*^-^*). The staff were also very cute and kind!

After that, our guide took us to a hidden gem for garlic shrimp that locals use, and we enjoyed incredibly plump and delicious shrimp! Apparently, the garlic shrimp from the North Shore is made from fresh shrimp, making it even tastier♪

Above all, the highlight of this tour is the guide!

The amount of knowledge is amazing!! And they are entertaining! They share all sorts of interesting stories about Hawaii's history, recent events, and trendy shops, so you won't get bored during the travel time! Also, if you ask, "Are there places like this nearby?" they will guide you by car if it's close, which was very helpful☆

The guide and this route were both fantastic, so I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii! (*^▽^*)

なんといってもこのツアーの一押しは、『ガイドさん』です！

知識量がすごい！！そしておもしろい！ハワイの歴史や最近の話、流行りのお店などありとあらゆる話を面白おかしく案内してくれるので、移動中も本当に飽きないです！
また、『こうゆうところはありますか？』と聞くと近場であれば車で案内して下さったりもするので、とても助かりました☆

I was planning to take a bus near H&M and was waiting for its arrival. It didn't come for 5 minutes, but it eventually arrived, and I boarded. After about 30 to 40 minutes of bouncing on the bus, we arrived at the airport. Inside the bus, we watched an instructional video and filled out a contract. I was a bit surprised by the contents of the contract.

Upon arriving at the airport, a woman asked if we wanted to take photos or videos. After that, we checked our luggage and followed the instructions from the staff. After receiving the explanation, we waited about 5 minutes for the Cessna to arrive. I was impressed by the speedy response here as well.

The Cessna arrived, and we boarded directly. We flew for about 10 minutes, reaching an altitude of around 4,200 meters, and then we jumped out one after another. I was surprised at how quick it felt.

The moment of jumping was very scary, but once in the air, the strong wind made it feel less terrifying, almost like being on a roller coaster, and I was desperately falling. The change in air pressure caused pain in my ears and made it hard to breathe. As the parachute opened and we descended to the ground, it spun around a bit, giving a floating sensation similar to being on a roller coaster, which was fun.

It seems there are individual differences, as some people may feel nauseous. Even though I'm not a fan of roller coasters, I found skydiving enjoyable, so I definitely recommend giving it a try!

ジェットコースターが苦手なのにスカイダイビングは楽しかったので是非やってみる事をオススメします

I signed up for the 9 o'clock session, but the meeting time was at 4:30. From there, we visited several hotels for pickups and then headed to the airport with about an hour's drive. Eating and drinking were prohibited in the car, so I woke up early and had a light breakfast before heading out. We watched a 10-minute video about safety precautions in the car and filled out liability forms, then I dozed off. In America, the legal system is quite detailed, and the forms had a lot of information.

Once we arrived at the airport, the staff checked our documents and collected our passports (copies are acceptable). The elderly staff member's explanations were a bit unclear; for instance, they didn’t mention that there were coin lockers available, and they told us not to use the lockers because they would watch our bags, but they didn’t really keep an eye on them... so I think it’s better to act with personal responsibility. The lockers can be used with four 25-cent coins. If you want to take photos with your iPhone or similar, it’s better not to put it in the locker; I left mine on the table in the waiting area during the skydiving.

About eight groups board the plane at a time, so there is a wait. There was a food truck, so we could have light snacks and drinks while waiting. When it was my turn, I got fitted with a harness and practiced how to jump with my assigned instructor. All the instructors were very energetic and friendly! They gave instructions in simple Japanese, but the basic conversation was in English.

I waited for about an hour until the pickup car arrived, and we returned to Waikiki just after 11. Since there is some waiting time, I think it’s a good idea to bring light snacks like cookies. It was a sensation I had never experienced before, and it was so much fun! I think everyone should try it at least once in their lifetime!

順番が来たらハーネスをつけてもらい、自分の担当のインストラクターの方と飛び方の練習をします。どのインストラクターの方もテンションが高めで感じのよい方達です！指示は簡単な日本語でしてくれますが、基本会話は英語になります。
そしていよいよテイクオフ！10分ほどかけて高度4200メートルまで上がります。海がとっても綺麗でワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドまで見渡せます！そこからはあっという間！ためらう間も無く順番に飛んで（落ちて？）行きます！フリーフォール中の感覚は今までにない感覚。ふわっと感はなくって冷たい風の中をくぐり抜けている感じ。恐怖感は不思議とない！それよりもパラシュートが開いてからの方が怖かった・・・5分ほど空中を飛んでから着陸。練習通りにできました！
証明書をいただいておしまいです。インストラクターの方にチップを入れる袋を渡されるので20ドル〜を入れて箱に入れておきます。
迎えの車が来るまで小一時間待ち、11時過ぎにはワイキキに戻りました。
待っている時間がちょこちょこあるのでクッキーみたいな軽食を持っていくといいと思います。
今までに味わったことのない感覚でとても楽しかったです！一生に一度は体験してみるといいと思います！

I took an Uber to get there.
From the road, I could see a green-roofed waiting area with several chairs and a table that had a simple guide in Japanese on how to ride.
There were only me and my daughter, a white man, and a cute girl who guided us, making a total of three people.
We enjoyed a leisurely horseback ride through the fields and North Shore.
Sometimes the horse would stop to eat grass or urinate, which was also fun.
We thoroughly enjoyed 90 minutes on the North Shore.
If you're expecting a fast-paced ride, it might feel a bit lacking, but if you want to relax and enjoy, it's perfect.
Since there were no other Japanese people in the later group, it felt very Hawaiian.
I was a bit anxious because the Uber driver who brought us said it would be difficult to get an Uber back, but I was able to ride after waiting for 20 minutes.
I think it's a bit far from Waikiki, but I highly recommend this horseback riding experience.

I like roller coasters and have experienced bungee jumping, so I thought I had a good tolerance for thrills, floating sensations, and heights. However, skydiving felt more like a constant state of motion sickness. As soon as I jumped, I was hit by an intense wind that made it hard to breathe, and my contact lenses flew away. Once the parachute opened, it felt like being spun around in a coffee cup at an amusement park, and I just wanted to come down quickly.

Additionally, the tour bus to the airport was shared with others. The bus had a capacity of about 20 people, and several buses arrived at the same time. This meant that with the foreigners included, there were about 60 to 80 people receiving explanations, but the plane that actually took off had only 8 seats, resulting in a significant wait time.

I’m not sure if the order for boarding the plane was random, but we left the hotel at 5:00 AM and arrived at the site by 6:30 AM, yet we didn’t get to skydive until 9:00 AM. We left the airport at 11:00 AM and got back to the hotel just after 12:00 PM.

Since some people can feel nauseous during skydiving, we weren’t allowed to eat anything in the morning until after the jump. Even after we finished, there was nothing nearby in the isolated airport area, just one truck with a food stall. It was so crowded that I couldn’t even buy a drink, so I recommend bringing your own water.

I personally don’t want to skydive again, but my husband, who doesn’t get motion sickness, said he had fun and would like to do it again, so it might depend on the person.

For those who want to create lasting memories, I highly recommend adding the photo option, even though it’s a bit pricey.

飛行機に乗せてもらえる順番はランダムなのか、5時にホテルを出発し現地には6時半には着きましたがスカイダイビングできたのが9時です。帰宅できたのは11時に飛行場を出発して12時すぎのホテル着でした。

スカイダイビングは気分が悪くなる人もいるので吐いてしまうといけないからと朝は飛び終わるまで何も食べれません。飛び終わってからも隔離された飛行場内では近くに何もなくトラックが一台で屋台を出しているだけでした。
混雑して飲み物さえ買えないので事前にお水などは持っていくことをお勧めします。

私は二度とスカイダイビングをしたいとは思いませんが、主人は気分が悪くならないタイプだったので、楽しかった！またしたい！と言っていましたので、人によるのかもしれませんが…

むた思い出に残したい方は少し高い金額ですが絶対に写真撮影はオプションでつけることをお勧めします。

This was my second jump, but it was my friend's first experience. They were nervous the whole time, and their face was tense, but after actually jumping, they were all smiles and said, "I'm glad I did it! I think I'm hooked!!"

I regret not being able to see the person in the wingsuit jump from the same plane, as I missed that part due to the order of jumps.

Regarding photos and videos, it's definitely better to have a photographer jump with you! I chose a GoPro, but since the instructor's hands are unavailable during the parachute stage, I only got footage up until that point. I felt disappointed thinking that if there had been an explanation beforehand, I would have definitely opted for a photographer. Also, the explanation was given by an elderly Japanese man, so there were no issues with Japanese language support. However, I was repeatedly told that if I had chosen a plan to jump from a lower altitude, it would be better not to do it at all, that it was meaningless, and that I should definitely jump from a higher place. I felt quite disappointed and stubbornly didn’t change my mind, but in the end, I was told, "It's a waste, but I don't know," as a parting remark. After a long conversation like that, I ended up going to the reception without watching the video I was supposed to see. I can't help but think that if I had been able to watch more videos at that time, I could have reconsidered my choices for photos and videos.

Additionally, it seemed that the data from the GoPro was supposed to be transferred via Airdrop, which I only learned after the jump. There was no explanation about that at the beginning. The Airdrop transfer didn’t go well, and when I checked after leaving the airfield, the data I thought I had received was nowhere to be found; it had disappeared. When I called to inquire, the phone support was very disappointing, and they said they wouldn't know anything unless I came back. After returning, the attitude of the staff at the reception was also not very good, which was very disappointing considering it was such a great experience overall.

終始緊張していて、顔もこわばっていましたが、実際飛んだ後はとても笑顔で「やって良かった！ハマりそう！！」と言っていました。

写真やムービーに関しては絶対にカメラマンに飛んでもらった方が正解です！
私はGoproを選びましたが、パラシュートの段階でインストラクターの方の手が使えなくなるのでその前までの映像でした。
事前に説明があれば絶対カメラマンに飛んでもらったのにな…と残念さを感じました。
また、説明は日本人？のおじいさんがしてくれたので日本語の対応は全く問題ありません。
しかし低い高度から飛ぶプランを選んでいたら、それならやらない方がマシ、意味がない、絶対高い所から飛ぶべきと何度も言われました。
なんだか残念でこちらも頑なに変更しなかったのですが、最後は勿体無いけどしらないよと捨て台詞でした。
そんな会話が長くあり実際見るはずのビデオなどは見ずに受付に行く事になりました。
この時にビデオをもっと見れていたら写真ムービーの時の選択を考えられたと思わずにはいられません。
またGoproの場合はデータをAirdropで渡す事になっていたようで飛んだ後に知りました。
その説明も最初にらありませんでした。
Airdropのやり取りが上手く行かず、一度は来たと思ったデータが飛行場を出た後に確認したところどこにもなく消えてしまっていました。
電話で問い合わせたところ、あまりにも残念な電話対応の末に戻ってきてもらわなきゃわからないと。Airdrop以外の方法はないのか聞きましたが、この方にはわからないとの返答だったため結局戻ることに。
30分ほど車で進んでしまっていた為、かなりのタイムロス。予定していたビーチに行くことが出来ませんでした。
戻った後の受付の方の態度もあまり良くなく、とても良い体験だっただけにその辺りがとてもとても残念でした。

前回はスカイダイブ・ハワイで飛びましたが
そちらの方が全体的に対応が良かった印象です。
スカイダイビング自体はとてもオススメで、絶対にやった方が良い！と言い切れます！

I had been vaguely thinking about wanting to try this someday, but about ten years ago, my husband experienced it and said it was really great, so we decided to participate together this time.

In conclusion, I’m really glad we joined!

I have a fear of heights to the point where my legs shake when I climb up a slide or look down from a high floor of a building, but the instructor jumped with us, so I hardly felt any fear! It was a little scary while we were on the plane and when the parachute opened and we were suspended in the air, but the beautiful scenery made the fear fade quite a bit.

I think that experiencing going through the clouds is something you can only do by skydiving, so I recommend it to anyone who is interested! You can easily decline the photos and videos if you don’t want them, but I regret not accepting them, so if you’re unsure, I think it’s a good idea to keep them as a memory.

I want to participate again when I go to Hawaii!

結論、参加して本当に良かったです！

自力で滑り台に登ったりビルの高層階から下を覗き込んだりすると足が震えてしまうくらい高所恐怖症なのですが、インストラクターさんが一緒に飛んでくれるのでほぼ恐怖を感じませんでした！
飛行機に乗ってる間と、パラシュートが開いてから宙吊りになってる間はちょっと怖かったですが…景色の良さでかなり怖さは薄れました。

雲の中を突き抜けるなんてスカイダイビングやらないと経験すること無いと思うので、興味のある方は参加された方がいいと思います！
写真とムービーはいらなければ問題なく断れますがわたしは断ったことを後悔しているので、迷っているなら形として思い出に残してもいいと思います。

ハワイに行ったらまた参加したいです！

Everyone except us was from the West! I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but it wasn't simple English; it was quite advanced. I managed with the Japanese explanations on the consent form and the sign for how to slide. I think it would be difficult if trouble arises and you don't have the English skills to explain yourself.

The zip line offers a sense of freedom and the thrill of speed! You can see the ocean from the first two lines. Most of the area is a farm, so there's a lot of greenery. There are two safety harnesses, and they use very high ones with locks, so I felt safe sliding. The upside-down part was on the last line, and I mostly slid normally!

Westerners tend to be heavier, but I think people under 50 kg need to lift their legs to make it through most of the lines. If you stop midway or bounce back, it uses up the staff's effort.

In addition to the zip line, there are experiences like a suspension bridge and a vertical drop. There was also a part where you have to pull yourself up with just your arms, but that was very tiring; a woman from a foreign couple became grumpy (laughs).

I dropped my phone at the end, but luckily, the staff witnessed where it fell and found it unharmed. Tipping is not particularly required, but since they found my phone, I gave them a tip.

The staff will take care of your belongings! There was a locker for valuables, but I wasn't guided to it. For my belongings, there were no numbers; I just communicated the color, and it was retrieved with that exchange. The security is quite low.

ジップラインは開放感と速さのスリルを味わえます！景色も1.2本は先に海が見えたりします。ほとんどは農園なので緑が広がります。安全帯も2本あり、ロック付きのとても高いものを使っていて安心して滑ることができました。逆さまになるのは最後の方の1本で、ほとんど普通に滑りました！
欧米の方は体重がありますが、多分50キロ以下の人はほとんどの本数足を上げて滑らないと最後まで行けません。途中で止まったり、反動で帰ってしまうとスタッフの労力を使ってしまうことになります。
ジップラインだけでなく吊り橋や垂直にゆっくり落ちる体験もあります。自分の腕だけで上に上がるのもありましたが、これは非常に疲れました、外人のカップルの女の人は不機嫌になっていました(笑)
最後に携帯を落としてしまいましたが、スタッフが落ちたところを目撃してくれていて幸運にも無傷で発見してもらえました。チップは特段要求されませんが携帯を見つけてもらったので払いました。
荷物はスタッフが預かってくれます！貴重品ロッカーはあったけど案内されませんでした。荷物は番号とかなくて、何色か伝えて、これ？と言ったやりとりでとってもらう感じです。セキュリティ一は低いです。
個人的には期待より下だったかな？口コミを読みすぎて期待が大きかったのかもしれません。

The pickup was about 15 minutes late.
It’s a car marked with "Keana Farm Zipline," so you can just wait at the meeting point.

The instructors can understand simple Japanese.

I participated in this on my honeymoon trip!
