I went in February, but it seemed that the air conditioning on the bus from the meeting point to the port couldn't be turned off, so it was really cold. A jacket is a must!! It's definitely better to use the restroom before you go.

We departed from the port by boat. First up was turtle watching! There were more than I expected. I think it was about 15 minutes, and we saw around 10 turtles!

Then we arrived at the sandbar. It was beautiful, as expected!! Everyone got off to the beach and took photos freely. The staff were great and took lots of pictures for us. Since it was cold in February, a rash guard or similar jacket is necessary!

Next was snorkeling. I thought I wouldn't like using a snorkel set that others had used, but it was clean as it had been soaked in chlorinated water! After listening to the staff's explanation, we all set off together. There were a lot of participants, so you had to be careful not to bump into the person in front of you. If you moved slowly, you might bump into the person behind you. But we saw beautiful fish! After one round, snorkeling was over.

When we returned to the boat, each person was rinsed with fresh water to easily wash off the saltwater. Then sandwiches and juice were served. They were quite tasty.

And then we got back on the cold bus to return, and that was the end!

Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

2月に行きましたが、集合場所から港までのバスの冷房が止められないらしく、とっても寒かったです。上着は必須です！！行く前には絶対にトイレに行っておいた方が良いです。
港から船で出発。まずはウミガメウォッチング！思った以上にいます。15分程度だったと思いますが、10匹くらいは見れました！
そして、サンドバーに到着。やっぱりきれい！！それぞれ砂浜に降りて、自由に写真を撮ったり。良いスタッフさんでバシバシ写真撮ってくれます。2月だと寒いので、ラッシュガードなどの上着が必要です！
次にシュノーケリング。人が使ったシュノーケルセットは嫌だと思っていましたが、塩素の入った水に漬けられていてきれいでした！スタッフさんの説明を聞いて、みんなで出発。参加者がたくさんいて、気をつけないと前の人にぶつかる。とろとろしてると後ろの人にぶつかる。でも、きれいな魚見れましたよ！1往復したらシュノーケリング終了。
船に戻ると、一人ひとり真水を頭からかけてくれて塩水を簡単にすすげます。それからサンドイッチとジュースが出されます。普通においしかったです。
で、また寒いバスに乗って帰って終了！
とにかく、満足いくものでした。

The long-awaited sandbar! It was really beautiful, although it was disappointing that the water was up to my knees at high tide and I couldn't see the sandy beach. The guide was also a fun person, which made it enjoyable.

The light snack was a simple sandwich made with ham and cheese in bread.

I made some wonderful memories.

満潮で膝くらいまで水があって砂浜がみれなかったのが残念でしたが本当に綺麗でした。ガイドさんも面白いかたで楽しかったです。
軽食はサンドイッチで食パンにハムとチーズがはさんである簡易なものでした。

It was very beautiful and moving!

I was in Hawaii in the second half of January. I had booked this tour as my main highlight, but unfortunately, the weather was bad only that morning during my stay. The water was cold, but I managed to take photos in the shallow areas. It was so much fun snorkeling while chasing the cute tropical fish. The burgers grilled right in front of me were juicy and very delicious, and the cocoa after coming out of the sea was perfect for my chilled body. I definitely want to try again when the weather is sunny.

1月後半のハワイでした。一番の楽しみでこのツアーを予約してたのですが、滞在中この日の午前中だけお天気が悪くてちょっと残念・・。水も冷たかったですが、なんとか浅いところで写真を撮れました。可愛い熱帯魚たちを追いかけるようにシュノーケリングしたのがとても楽しかったです。目の前で焼いてくれるハンバーガーはジューシーでとても美味しかったし、海からあがったときのココアは冷えた体には最高でした。今度は晴れてるときにぜひリベンジしたいな。

We had a great time! We had everything explained to us very well numerous times. Very nice sand bar. Snorkeling was great! We were able to see many sea turtles. Great lunch. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Captain Carol was outstanding!!! Had a great time even though the weather was questionable. Great service, food, music and a lot of laughs. Even the turtles had a great time.

In February, it's winter in Hawaii, so it gets a bit chilly when the wind blows, and I brought a hoodie with me. Since I went in the morning, maybe because of the tide, the seawater was up to my thighs, and it was quite windy, so it was cold. But it was incredibly beautiful! I encountered both sea turtles and manta rays. The sandwich was delicious! I want to go again!

２月はハワイも冬なのですこし風が吹くと肌寒く、パーカーを持って行きました。
午前に行ったから？潮の引き具合で、海水が腿の付け根くらいまであって、風も結構強かったので寒かったです～
けど、すご～く綺麗でした！

The staff on this cruise were very respectful and down to earth. They wanted to make sure you were comfortable at every moment. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone, Any age. When we decide to visit Hawaii again in a few years this be on our to do list. I cant remember their names, But the man that played the guitar while we were on the sand bar was awesome. Def a people person with a big heart.

I participated in a morning tour with a friend. The sandbar we aimed for had water levels up to about knee height since it was in the morning. I was impressed that the guide took photos for us without other people in the background.

As for snorkeling, we followed a designated course back and forth. There were many people, and it was quite crowded, so those with snorkeling experience might want to manage their expectations. Also, the shuttle bus had strong air conditioning, so I recommend wearing a hoodie or something similar.

午前中に終わるツアーに友人と2人で参加しました。
目的のサンドバーは午前中ということもあり、膝上くらいまで水位がありました。ガイドさんが他の人が写らないように写真を撮ってくださったのが印象的でした。
シュノーケルについては、決められたコースを往復しました。人が多く、行列状態で他の人とぶつかったりもするので、シュノーケル経験のある方はあまり期待しない方がいいと思います。
あと、送迎バスが結構冷房が効いてて寒かったのでパーカー等羽織って行く方がいいと思います。

Unlike the dolphin snorkeling activity from the day before yesterday, I was surprised to participate in this super beginner-friendly marine experience. The sandbar, just a few centimeters deep, was beautiful and perfect for taking photos. However, this tour, which ends in the morning, was a bit lacking in snorkeling. It felt like a guided exploration of the coral edges with a vibe similar to an elementary school camp. If you choose a plan that includes lunch, it seems there’s also some free snorkeling time at a different location. While it's appealing to return to Waikiki by noon, if you're focused on snorkeling, I recommend opting for the lunch barbecue option.

前々日のイルカのシュノーケリングのアクティビティと違い、超初心者用のマリン体験にびっくりしながら参加。膝上数センチのサンドバーは綺麗で写真を撮るには最高。ただし、午前中で終わるこのツアーは、シュノーケリングが、今ひとつ。まるで小学生の林間学校的なガイドの引率でサンゴの縁を探索するが、今ひとつ。昼食付きのプランだと、もう少し違う場所で自由なシュノーケリングの時間もあるらしい。昼にはワイキキに帰られるのは魅力だが、シュノーケリング重視で参加するなら、昼のバーベキュー付きをお勧めする。

It's a shame that I couldn't experience the beach in its full glory, perhaps due to the timing. On the other hand, it was incredibly lucky to see sea turtles. I want to participate again next time! It was fun.

I absolutely wanted to go to the island of heaven, and I signed up for this angelic sea. I'm glad we could make a reservation here for the same place we wanted to visit. I intended to speak in English, but the staff were so good at Japanese that before I knew it, I was speaking in Japanese. The local staff were very friendly, and it was a lot of fun. It was a tour that made me want to go again.

絶対行きたかった、天国の島??? がいっぱいで　こちらの天使の海に申し込みしました。
行きたい場所は同じでこちらで予約が取れてよかったです。
英語でお話しているつもりがスタッフの方が日本語がとてもお上手で気づいたら日本語を話していました。
とってもフレンドリーな現地スタッフの皆さんでとても楽しかったです。
また行きたいと思わせてくれるツアーでした。

The scenery was truly beautiful in person. I was so excited to see a sea turtle up close while snorkeling! I'm really glad I participated.

This was my second time participating. We were blessed with great weather, and it was fantastic! The staff, including the Japanese members and the locals, especially a half-Japanese sister, were entertaining, and I enjoyed our conversations! The lunch was also of high quality.

The only thing that concerned me was the privacy regarding photos. By coincidence, it seems there was a mutual acquaintance among the participants of the tour, and when that person uploaded a group photo to Facebook, I was shocked to receive a message from a friend in Japan asking if I was in Hawaii.

I think it’s necessary to have rules or reminders about not posting photos with others in them without their consent, or at least to get their approval first. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

スタッフも日本人の方はもちろん、現地の方、特にハーフのお姉さんが面白くて会話も楽しめました！

唯一気になったのが…写真のプライバシーについて。たまたまですが、同じツアー参加者の中に共通の知人がいたようで、その方が集合写真をFBにアップしたらしく、日本にいる知人からハワイにいるの？との連絡がきて驚愕しました。
自分以外の載ってる写真は載せない、もしくは了承を得てにする、等のルールや注意喚起が必要に思います。

Captain Bob experience was one of our highlights! We saw turtles , fish, snorkeled, good food, great crew. Will go again next year.

We were both quite nervous as it was our first time in Hawaii, but the crew was very cheerful and kind, making it an incredibly memorable experience! Since there were Japanese staff members, we didn't have any particular difficulties, and being newlyweds, we were able to take many wonderful photos (*´ ˘ `*)♡ I would love to participate again!

The sandbar felt shallow, possibly due to high tide, but during the subsequent sea turtle watch, we saw many sea turtles and manta rays! There were also plenty of sea turtles while snorkeling, and it was one of the most satisfying snorkeling experiences I've had. The staff was friendly, and since they provided a Japanese guide, I felt comfortable enjoying the activities. I definitely want to do this again next time.

サンドバーは満潮だったのか、浅瀬って感じでしたが、その後のウミガメウォッチではたくさんのウミガメと、マンタが見られました！
シュノーケリングの時も、たくさんウミガメがいて、今まで体験したシュノーケリングでもかなり満足できました。
スタッフの方も気さくで、日本語ガイドなので安心して遊べました。
また次回もやりたいです。

I participated in the morning plan. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day, but even in January, Hawaii was warm. We headed to the heavenly sea while watching sea turtles. There were about 100 participants. At the sandbar, we walked over 50 meters in water slightly below waist level, over sand and coral fragments. It seemed to be low tide... Then, we took commemorative photos. We were split into two boats. The snorkeling experience was wonderful, with thorough and attentive guidance, and we slowly explored alongside the sandbar, observing tropical fish and sea turtles on the bottom. Since breakfast was around noon, it was actually lunch. The delicious croissant sandwiches and other offerings were satisfying. The staff's service was excellent and left a strong impression. I would love to go again.

　午前プランで参加。あいにくの曇り空でしたが、１月なのにハワイは暖か。ウミガメウオッチングをしながら、天国の海へ。100人位の参加。サンドバーは腰よりやや下の海水の中、砂やサンゴのかけらの上を５０ｍ以上歩きます。引き潮だとみられるのだが・・・。そして、記念撮影。２艘にわかれていました。シュノーケリング体験は、懇切丁寧な指導後にサンドバー横をゆっくり、熱帯魚や底にいた海亀を見ながら。朝食は昼頃でしたのでランチです。おいしいクロワッサンサンドなど満足する内容です。スタッフの対応もよく感動。また、行きたいと思います。

The weather was nice, the sea was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my first snorkeling experience. Also, the hamburger eaten on the water was exceptional and very delicious.

I have participated in other tours, but this tour was very relaxing and I think it would be enjoyable for families as well. It was a tour that makes you want to go again. I recommend it!

Since I joined on the afternoon flight, it seems it was raining in the morning, but it cleared up and the blue sky was beautiful! The shallowest part was at my ankles, so that was great! The lunch was delicious, and I was really satisfied with the kayaking experience too!

午後の便での参加だったため朝は雨が降っていたみたいですが、晴れて青空が広がっていて綺麗でした！1番浅いところで足首のところでしたので良かったです*\(^o^)/*昼ごはんも美味しくて、カヤックなども体験できすごく満足です！！

Among the many tours available, I chose this one because it offered a simple itinerary focused on the sandbar and snorkeling, along with two key points: "Japanese-speaking guide" and "BBQ lunch included."

Once we boarded the bus heading to Kaneohe Bay from the meeting point, the guide was a foreigner who knew a few words of Japanese (not fluent). The atmosphere on the bus was extremely high-energy, filled with American jokes, but only the English-speaking passengers were laughing. Many of the Japanese passengers, who made up 80% of the bus, felt left out... (sigh). I was worried that this person with broken Japanese was the "Japanese-speaking guide," but I felt relieved to find another Japanese staff member on the boat.

The Japanese-speaking female guide was energetic and great at engaging the group; she was very funny and kind! Her explanations were very clear, and as someone who lacks confidence in English, I was glad I chose a Japanese staff member. The other staff members were all locals, and although their Japanese was limited, they were friendly and kind. I was able to enjoy the experience comfortably throughout.

The sandbar we aimed for had water up to about my knees, but it was beautifully clear, and while some people were swimming, others were playing beach volleyball. I think everyone was able to enjoy themselves thoroughly. We were blessed with good weather, and we had plenty of time to relax on the sandbar. Although it was a large tour with two boats, we didn't feel crowded with other tours, and we were able to take beautiful photos!

Lunch was a BBQ on the boat! I didn't have high expectations since it was an option, but it turned out to be hearty and delicious! Freshly grilled hamburgers with a wonderful view! A pleasant breeze! The staff even sang while playing the guitar... it was truly the best moment! After that, we moved to see sea turtles together and even spotted a rare giant manta ray, which made us feel special when they said, "Today is your lucky day!"

The snorkeling point was filled with lots of fish, and I was thrilled to see colorful tropical fish right in front of me. My mother, who is over 60, was initially scared of snorkeling and planned to stay on the boat, but I took her to the water, and although she was scared and almost in tears, a staff member guided her with a floating stick, allowing her to swim comfortably throughout. She was able to see many beautiful fish up close, and I think it became a great memory for her. I appreciate the kind assistance, as I imagine guiding her underwater must have been tiring.

At the snorkeling point, we were lucky enough to swim close to a sea turtle, which became a very memorable experience. Like the sandbar, this was also a private spot just for our tour participants, so we could enjoy it without being crowded. I think we had about 45 minutes to an hour of snorkeling time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the water! After getting out of the sea, it was great to receive a warm drink to warm up my chilled body.

The only disappointing part was... when we boarded the bus for the return trip, there were somehow too many people, and there were no seats available. There were even empty seats on the way there, so why were there more people on the return trip? Were they not checking names properly before boarding? This remains a mystery... I was terrified thinking that we could have almost been left behind because the bus was full! This was a moment that made me realize the lack of organization compared to Japanese tours. I ended up feeling disappointed at the very end. (★-1) I also felt uneasy when the staff only took attendance in the morning and then left in the vehicle without saying anything... (after a while, a large bus arrived). Given that the tour itself exceeded my expectations, the handling during the meeting and the bus rides detracted from the quality of the tour.

数あるツアーの中で、サンドバーとシュノーケリングに特化したシンプルなツアー内容であること、そして「日本語ガイド」「BBQランチ付き」の2点がポイントでこちらに申し込みました。

集合場所からカネオヘ湾へ向かうバスに乗り込むと、バス内でガイドしてくださる方はガチガチの外国人の方で、一言二言日本語を知っている（≠話せる）レベル。
バス内は超高いテンションで終始アメリカンジョークがさく裂していましたが、笑っているのは英語圏の方のみ。車中80％を占める日本人の多くは置いてけぼり状態‥（苦笑）
まさか、このカタコトの方が「日本語ガイド」？？と焦りましたが、船には別の日本人スタッフの方がいてひと安心。

日本語ガイドの女性はテンション高く盛り上げ上手で、とーっても面白くていい方でした！
説明も大変わかりやすく、英語に自信がない私はやっぱり日本語スタッフを選択して正解でした。
その方以外の他のスタッフは皆 現地の方々でしたが、日本語はカタコトなものの、フレンドリーで優しくていい方ばかり。終始楽しく、安心して参加することが出来ました。

お目当てのサンドバーは膝下くらいの水位でしたが、底まで透き通って大変美しく、泳ぐ方もいればビーチバレーをする方々もいて、参加者各々が十分に楽しめたと思います。
お天気にも恵まれ、サンドバー上陸の時間も十分にとってくださり、マッタリと過ごすことが出来ました。
船2隻での大所帯ツアーでしたが、他のツアーの方と一緒になって混雑するようなこともなく、美しい写真もバッチリ撮れます！

昼食は船内でBBQランチ！オプションだからと期待していませんでしたが、これがまたボリューミーで美味しかった！
たった今焼いたばかりの出来立てハンバーガーに素晴らしい景色！気持ちいい風！スタッフの方がギター片手に歌まで披露してくれて‥まさに最高のひと時！
その後、移動して皆でウミガメを見たり、珍しい巨大マンタも目撃することができ「今日はラッキーだよ！」と言ってもらえて特別感もありました！

シュノーケリングポイントは本当にお魚がい～っぱいいる場所で、目の前にカラフルな熱帯魚がたくさんいて感激でした。
60歳オーバーの母は、シュノーケリングを怖がって船内に残るつもりでいましたが、せっかくだから！と半ば強引に海に連れて行き、怖くて泣きそうになっていたところ、スタッフの方が棒状の浮きを持ってずーっと誘導してくださり、終始安心して泳ぐことができたようです。
美しいお魚も近くでたくさん見られたようで、母にとってもいい思い出になったと思います。
海中での誘導は疲れたと思います。親切な対応に大変感謝します！

シュノーケリングポイントではウミガメも出没！幸運にも近くで一緒に泳ぐこともでき、とても心に残る経験になりました。
サンドバー同様、ここも同じツアー参加者だけの貸し切りスポットだったため、人で溢れかえるようなこともなく悠々と楽しむことができました。
シュノーケリングの時間は45分～1時間ほどあったように思います。十分すぎるくらいに海の中を満喫し、心底楽しめました！
海から上がって冷えた身体に、すかさず温かいドリンクをいただけたのは「わかってるなぁ！」という感じでした。


ひとつだけ残念だったのは‥‥
帰りのバスに乗り込むと、なぜか定員オーバーで座る席が無かったこと。
行きの車内では空席もあったくらいなのに、なぜ帰りの便は席が足りないほど人が増えているのでしょうか？
ちゃんと名前を確認して乗車させていないんでしょうか？こればかりは謎でしかありません‥
満席だから出発！と、危うく現地に置き去りにされる可能性もあったかとお思うと、恐ろしくてなりません。
こればかりは、日本のツアーとは違う杜撰な部分が出たな‥と痛感した場面でした。
最後の最後に残念な思いをしてしまいました。（★-1）
朝の集合時も、点呼だけして何も告げずに車でどこかに行ってしまうスタッフの方に不安を感じました‥（しばらくして大型バスが到着）
ツアーの内容自体が期待以上だっただけに、集合時と行き帰りのバスでの対応が、ツアーの質を落としている感は否めません。


どのツアー会社も、以前に比べツアー自体の価格が高騰して数十ドル値上がっている印象を受けましたが、今回は大変満足したツアーでしたので、この内容だったらまたぜひ参加したいなと思いました。
他社に比べてクチコミのポイントが高いのも納得できるいいツアーです！

お天気や気候、サンドバーの状態は運任せだけど、楽しめるツアー内容であることは間違いないですよ！

I participated in the Heavenly Ocean Tour in Hawaii for the first time! My friends also said it was really great to join this tour. The ocean was stunningly beautiful! No doubt about it! Additionally, the guide was kind and friendly, making it a very enjoyable day. The people were warm, and since it was my first time seeing such a beautiful ocean, it became the best memory. When I go to Hawaii again, I would like to join this tour! Thank you!

The highlight of my trip to Hawaii was the sandbar at Kaneohe Bay! The boat had both local and Japanese crew members, and both were very accommodating. In particular, the Japanese crew member, Yukiko, was very friendly, chatting with all the participants and taking photos, which made for even more enjoyable memories!

The weather was great that day, and the sandbar was absolutely beautiful! At the sandbar, we enjoyed an hour of free time where we could practice snorkeling, take photos, and play beach volleyball with the crew and other participants.

After returning to the boat, we had hamburgers for lunch. The captain grilled the meat himself, and snacks and vegetables were self-serve. Soft drinks were unlimited, and the crew would refill them anytime if you asked at the counter on the boat.

Actually, my meat hadn’t been grilled yet, and I was told to wait a bit for a fresh one, but since they felt bad for making me wait, I ended up getting two pieces of meat (laughs), and they also grilled some cheese and bread for me! I really appreciated this kind of thoughtfulness.

After lunch, we watched sea turtles and manta rays from the boat. I heard that sea turtles are there every day, but we were lucky to see many manta rays that day, which was very moving!

From 1:00 PM, we went snorkeling near the coral reef! We snorkeled for about an hour around a very large coral reef, watching the fish. I wasn’t able to swim with the sea turtles, but it seemed that others were able to, and it appears that there are lucky moments when you can swim with them!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to participate again!

ハワイ旅行で一番の楽しみだった、カネオヘ湾のサンドバー！
ボートには現地の人と日本人のクルーが両方乗っており、どちらもとても対応が良かったです。
特に日本人クルー、ユキコさんは参加者皆に気さくに話し掛けていたり写真も撮ってくれたり、すごく陽気な方でより楽しい思い出ができました！
この日は天気がよく、サンドバーがとっても綺麗でした！！サンドバーでは、この後にあるシュノーケリングの練習ができたり、写真を撮ったりクルー達もツアー参加者も混じってビーチバレーをやっていたりと、各自で１時間のフリータイムを楽しんでいました。
ボートに戻ったら昼食のハンバーガー。お肉は船長自ら焼いてくれて、スナックや野菜は自分でお皿に取る方式でした。あと、ソフトドリンクは飲み放題で、ボートの中のカウンター？でクルーに声を掛ければいつでも注いでくれました。
実は私の分のお肉が焼かれていなくて新しく焼くから少し待ってと言われたのですが、待たせてしまったからと言ってお肉は2枚頂き（笑）、チーズやパンも少し焼いてくれました！こういう気づかいもして頂いて嬉しかったです^_^

昼食が終わって、ボートからウミガメとマンタをウォッチングしました。
ウミガメは毎日いるそうなのですが、この日は運良くマンタも沢山見れてとても感動しました！

13:00からは、サンゴ礁の近くでシュノーケリング！とても大きなサンゴ礁の周りを、魚たちを見ながら１時間ほどシュノーケリングしました。私はウミガメと一緒に泳げなかったのですが、他の方は泳げていたみたいで、運よく一緒にウミガメと泳げる事もあるみたいです！

総合的に、とても素晴らしい体験でまた参加したいなと思いました！

There was no land visible above the water surface as often seen in photos, but the white color of the knee-deep water spread throughout the blue sea. The tones of white, blue, and emerald green were very beautiful. After lunch, during snorkeling, I was able to see a large sea turtle up close that I felt I could ride, making it an exhilarating tour.

写真でよく見る、水面上の陸地はありませんでしたが、ひざ上位の水深の白い色が、青い海のなかに広がっていました。
白、青、エメラルドグリーンのトーンが、とても綺麗でした。
ランチのあとのシュノーケリングでは、自分が乗れそうな大きな海ガメを、間近に見ることができ、大興奮のツアーでした。

I was able to make good use of the time from 9:00 to 15:00.

The beauty of the sandbar and the fun of snorkeling were, of course, wonderful, and the cheerful and articulate staff on the cruiser kept the atmosphere lively throughout. There were customers with small children, and I thought it was really lovely to see the couple enjoying snorkeling while the staff kept the kids entertained.

During snorkeling, I even got to see sea turtles underwater, which was amazing!! ヽ（´∀｀＊）ﾉ

9:00～15:00の時間を有意義に使えました。

サンドバーの美しさやシュノーケリングの楽しさはもちろん、クルーザーの上でも愉快で滑舌のよいスタッフの方が始終盛り上げてくれていました。
小さなお子様連れのお客様がいらしたのですが、ご夫婦がシュノーケリングを楽しめるよう子供をずっと楽し気にあやしている姿を見たときに非常に素敵だなと思いました。

シュノーケリングでは海中のウミガメまでみれて、最高でした！！ヽ（´∀｀＊）ﾉ
