Due to a rare weather disruption that occurs once every few decades, it was difficult to carry out the originally scheduled date, but they proposed an alternative date, making it possible for us to participate. The captain was very friendly and treated my family, who are not very familiar with English, with great kindness. Thanks to his patient instruction on fishing techniques, we were able to catch some fish! He was also very gentle with my child, who got seasick, which made for a very satisfying experience. If we have the opportunity to go again, I would definitely like to use their services.

We booked this charter primarily for snorkeling, with sightseeing and fishing as secondary goals. Despite calling twice before the trip to express concerns about a 30 mph wind forecast, we were repeatedly told it was fine to proceed.
On the day of the trip, the conditions were so poor that other local companies canceled their snorkeling tours. Our captain even explicitly stated that snorkeling was unsafe. We pivoted to whale watching, but saw nothing due to the weather; the conditions were so miserable we had to cut the trip short.
Most disappointing was the company’s response. When I reached out, they claimed snorkeling was still possible "for strong swimmers"—a reckless statement considering we had children with us and the waves were objectively dangerous. It’s clear this business prioritizes keeping your money over customer safety and satisfaction. Avoid this company; they do not have their customers' best interests in mind.

Safety is our priority, and non swimmers are often advised not to snorkel. This trip involved a non guided snorkel, with a second, safer spot chosen based on conditions. We acknowledge the experience wasn’t ideal for young children, including the 3 year old, and appreciate your concerns. In response, we offered 12 complimentary bottom fishing spots, though we recognize you received this after your trip and were off island to utilize it. The crew worked to maximize the arrangements given the weather, and future guests can expect clearer guidance on weather variability. Wildlife sightings included a manta ray and monk seal. Thank you again for helping us improve! We’re committed to safer, more predictable experiences for all guests.

Kevin and Sabrina took really good care of us. The boat was clean, explanations/safety rules were well covered, and everything was catered to how we wanted our ride to go! Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. They even gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more whale watching locations. We highly recommend it! (And by we, I mean party of 9 girls to celebrate our bride to be!)

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales, but I was satisfied to watch sea turtles and 5-6 F22s taking off and climbing rapidly in their training. The zodiac was very fast, more thrilling than a roller coaster, and my family was overjoyed! I would love to ride it again.

Rearranged trip to bypass hurricane Kiko. Flew my Dads ceremonial US flag at half mast.
The Captain and his first mate Loren were handsome and Beautiful.
The ship was extremely comfortable even with the big swells from Kiko. We felt safe all the way past 3 miles for our ceremony.
Access to the marina was easy with lots of parking. Can’t say enough about this boat and crew members who made our ceremony extraordinary.
Morning traffic on Oahu is bad, give yourself time.

Francesco and Ella were phenomenal. We had kids aged 9,5, and 3 with us. The two youngest were freaked out and didn’t want to go in the water. Francesco stayed with them while myself, my wife, and the 9 year old went snorkeling. Ella was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you both for your hospitality and putting up with the kids. I recommend anyone try this out, it’s so much better than being on crowded boat, especially if you have kids.

Excellent boat tour with six of us so essentially a private tour. The ladies were great driving the boat and spotting the whales, spinner dolphins and turtles. Was great to bring your own food and drinks on board.
We celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 aboard this charter, and it was an unforgettable experience. The crew was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The views were breathtaking; we truly couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate!
The trip and staff were wonderful, we had a great time, we snorkelled, fished, and sat in the hot tub. It was cheaper for a family of three than going on separate fishing and snorkelling trips and it was private!

The girls were wonderful. They were kind and helpful. We not only swam with amazing dolphins but snorkeled in a wonderful coral reef with sea turtles. I would highly recommend this tout

We were blessed w a great deal of memorable experiences on our visit to Waikiki, but the trip would not have been the same without the private fireworks cruise in Waikiki. Definitely a moment we will cherish for a lifetime. Mahalo to the Captain and Chelsea.
Matty and Mari were absolutely great! We went on the sunset whale watching tour and they made it such a fun and personalized experience! They answered all our questions, explained the different parts of the island that we could see from the ocean, and made it an overall great experience. We not only saw plenty of whales, but we also saw a shark too. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone and everyone!
Thank you guys for the amazing time! Would highly recommend this trip. We did see whales, beautiful views of paradise, some crap traps, and the site for the open shark dive. We loved the crew so much, we have now signed up for the shark dive! We can’t wait! The crew were fantastic, captain and skipper both knew and shared a ton of great information about the island. They took their time and were not in a rush. The sunset was also amazing. Could not have asked for a better trip!

Our family (my wife, myself, our 3 sons and 2 daughters in law) had a great cruise on this private yacht. The crew was outstanding and looked after our every need. We cruised and then stopped for an hour long swim. We enjoyed a few Mai Tai's and really loved the hot tub. Overall a great experience which we would highly recommend.

When looking at activities for our honeymoon, we were definitely looking for an on the water experience. There are lots of options in regards to sunset or fireworks(every friday) but most of them seemed to include having to be on a boat with many other families. While we are not opposed to spending time with strangers and getting to meet people, we really wanted to have a "next level" experience where we had pictures to share and memories to make.
Pau Hana sailing delivered on every single level. Captain Austin made sure our experience was one to remember. He helped us take pictures and was an absolute gem to spend two hours with.
Considering the pricing to be on our own private charter was only slightly more than being on one with tons of other families, there was absolutely no downside. I cannot recommend Pau hana sailing enough.
When we come back for an anniversary we will absolutely be booking again. Mahalo!
