It was an order with an English guide only, but the captain was very kind and friendly, paying attention to even the small details. My son got stung by a jellyfish, but they handled it well at that time. Thank you very much.

I previously visited during the summer with my coworkers, but my family had never been. After overcoming the long COVID pandemic, I finally brought my family along. It felt like fate that this was the last AM private cruise of 2023, and I was able to greet Captain Bruce before departure. Everyone picked up on even the little things from our prior communications and past experiences, which naturally sparked conversations.

Sitting near the bow of the speedboat can get you very wet. If you have things that you don't want to get wet, make sure to take precautions before and after boarding. I think you'll be dressed for swimming afterward, so feel free to enjoy getting splashed!

Veteran Alan interacted with us at just the right distance, ensuring that we had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves as a family. However, we weren't neglected; he discreetly prepared wetsuits for my family when they looked a bit chilly and promptly responded to our small requests. During snorkeling, he helped my younger daughter, who struggles with swimming, by pulling her on a Zayak (a bodyboard with a viewing window), allowing her to enjoy the underwater scenery.

On that day, the current was a bit strong and sand was swirling, but my family was thrilled to encounter a honu resting on the reef. He even took my younger daughter to see another honu that was in shallower water.

Since this is an activity in nature, the weather and sea conditions are a surprise on the day, but we had a different experience compared to summer. Our family was very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

Additionally, you can change from a shared shuttle to self-arrival at the location. This allows you to freely plan your schedule after the cruise, not just limited to the Waikiki area, so you can continue to enjoy the tranquil Windward side or venture up to the North Shore. For those considering renting a car, I think it's a good option. The yacht harbor parking is first-come, first-served (be careful of no-parking areas), so it's best to arrive with some extra time.

以前職場の人たちと夏季に来ましたが、家族は未踏だったでした。長いコロナ禍を乗り越え、ようやっと家族を連れて来られました。
2023年最後のAMプライベートクルーズだったのも何かの縁、キャプテンブルースさんにも出航前にご挨拶ができました。事前のやりとりや以前のお世話になった話など、ちょっとしたことでも皆さん拾ってくださり、自然と会話も弾みます。

スピードボートは舳先近くに座るととても濡れます。濡れると困るものは、乗船前後にあらかじめ対策しましょう。そのあと海に入る格好になって参加されると思いますので、せっかくなのであとは思う存分飛沫を浴びてください笑。

大ベテランのアランさんは程よい距離感で接してくださり、大体の時間は家族だけで自由気ままに過ごせるように計らってくださいました。とはいえ放置されているのではなく、少し肌寒そうにしていた家族にさり気なくウェットスーツを用意してくださり、こちらのちょっとしたリクエストにもすぐに対応してくださいました。
シュノーケリング時は泳ぎの苦手な次女をザヤック（のぞき窓付きボディボード）に載せて曳いていただき、次女も海中を眺めることができました。

この日は潮の流れが少し強く砂が舞ってましたが、家族も無事リーフにたたずむホヌと出会うことができ、喜んでいました。浅いところにいた別のホヌを見せに次女を連れて行っても下さいました。

自然の中でのアクティビティなので天気、海の様子は当日のお楽しみですが、夏季とはまた違った体験ができました。家族一同が大満足の滞在になりました。ありがとうございました！


なお、乗合送迎から自力での現地集合に変更もできます。クルーズ後の予定をワイキキエリアに限らず自由に立てられるので、のどかなウインドワードを引き続き満喫したり、ノースに足を伸ばしたりできますね。レンタカー派の方はご検討されるとよいと思います。
ヨットハーバーの駐車場は早い者勝ち（駐車禁止エリアもあるので注意）のため、ある程度余裕をもってのご到着がベストです。

It wasn't low tide, so the water level was about waist-high. I think it's a matter of luck when participating. I personally enjoyed the waist-high water more than the knee-high water. I recommend checking the low and high tide times in advance when making a reservation, but you can enjoy the beautiful sea regardless.

Also, since it was a lounge boat plan, we were able to use one SUP in a private setting, which was comfortable. It was a bit cold on the boat due to the strong wind, but they provided windbreakers with hoods for everyone, which was helpful.

I declined snorkeling due to the cold, but the captain was flexible and asked if we should drift a bit or stay here.

引き潮ではなかったため、腰高程度の潮でした。
これは参加時の運だと思います。
私は膝下の潮高より腰高の方が結果的に楽しかったです。
参加日の干潮、満潮を事前に把握した上での予約をお勧めしますが
どちらでも海は綺麗ですから楽しめますね。

また、ラウンジボート利用プランのためＳＵＰを１台
貸切状態で利用できて快適でした。
風が強かったためボートの上の方が寒かったですが
フード付きウィンドウブレーカーを人数分用意してくれていて
助かりました。

シュノーケリングは寒さのため辞退したのですが
キャプテンは臨機応変に、少しボートを流す（走らせる）？
それとも　ここに留まる？　と聞いてくれました。

Our family of 6 was excited about snorkeling and seeing turtles. My children and husband had never been before, so this was a perfect day with a Nick taking the kids through the water. It was a personal tour of the beautiful reef. My elderly parents preferred staying on the boat, but that was excellent too as Sam filled us in on all the history about the island. I would highly recommend taking the two-hour private charter as the attention to detail and attention to guests is unmatched. They had drinks and water for us.

I had a wonderful time enjoying elegant sea activities on a luxury boat. Thanks to a lovely female captain from Osaka, my son was also able to enjoy kayaking and snorkeling, and we were both very satisfied. I would love to use their services again when we go to Hawaii.

We had a party of 6 so did private charter. Only way to do the fireworks.

Boat was perfect and the crew was fantastic. Very timely and thoughtful. Right before dusk, captain saw a whale surface and we got to see it and the flute. Appreciated him catching it.

We got lucky and they texted day of to see if we wanted to go out early for the sunset. Got message late and they still made it work. Only a minimal extra charge.

Whale, sunset and fireworks. Doesn’t get any better. Highly recommend this tour.

The ship is comfy, they also provide drinks.
Snorkeling spot is great, saw sea turtles and of course a lot of fishes.
We were very lucky to see 4 spots of dolphins swimming just around us and jumping and spinning.
Great crew, very friendly and helpful.
We brought 2 babies (18 months) with us, they also had a great time, could tell from their face :)

Attending a private tour allowed us to set out immediately for the dolphins when spotted them. Will def. choose to do private tour again next time.

I encountered many sea turtles. The weather was nice, but the tide was a bit high (I participated with this understanding in advance), so it didn't go as smoothly as in the photos, but I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling in the clear sea. We were able to take a leisurely break on the boat, and there were drink services, which matched our pace nicely. Above all, the guides were kind and wonderful!

たくさんのウミガメに出会えました。
お天気は良かったのですが潮位が高めで（事前に理解の上で参加）写真のようにはいきませんでしたが、透明な海でサップ、シュノーケリングを楽しめました。
船でゆっくり休憩もできて飲み物などのサービスもあり私達のペースに寄り添っていただいたのがよかったです。何よりガイドの方々が親切で素敵でした！

The sandbar is very beautiful, and you can also meet sea turtles. You can enjoy both snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding. We opted for a private boat rental plan, but before COVID, it included lunch, which is no longer the case now.

サンドバーはとても綺麗で、ウミガメにも会えます。シュノーケリングもSUPも楽しめます。ボート貸し切りプランにしましたが、コロナ前はランチ付きだったのが、今はありません。

I was able to enjoy the tour with staff members and the captain who spoke Japanese, which made me feel at ease. Both of them were supportive throughout, helping a lot to ensure that my grandmother and my 0-year-old son could have fun.

Thanks to their gentle guidance, my grandmother, who has a chronic illness that makes it difficult for her to move her arms and legs, was able to enjoy activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding. She said this experience was her best memory. We also encountered many turtles!

In the end, I forgot to give a tip! I'm thinking of ways to somehow give it to them... that's the only regret I have. I'm sorry for not giving it (cry).

日本語が話せるスタッフさんとキャプテンとご一緒することができ、安心してツアーを満喫することができました。
お二人とも終始サポーティブで、おばあちゃんや0歳の息子が楽しめるよう、たくさん手伝っていただきました。
特に、持病から手足が動かしづらいおばあちゃんにも優しくガイドしていただいたお陰様で、おばあちゃんもシュノーケリングやサップなどを楽しむことができました。
おばあちゃんは、この体験が一番の思い出だと言っていました。
カメさんにもたくさん遭遇することができました！

最後、チップをお渡しするのを忘れてしまいました！！
どうにかお渡しする方法がないか考えています、、これだけが心残りです、、。お渡しせずにすみませんでした（泣）

I used a private speedboat. The first half had bad weather and it rained, but thanks to Captain Kekko's consideration, we were able to spend our time comfortably. The weather improved in the second half, and we enjoyed snorkeling, making it a fantastic experience. I would like to use this service again.
P.S. I think choosing the right season is important. The low ratings are mostly in March.

貸切スピードボートで利用しました。
前半は天気が悪く、雨も降りましたが、キャプテンケッコーの気遣いもあり、快適に過ごせました。
後半は天気も良くなり、シュノーケリングも楽しめましたし、最高の体験をすることができました。
また利用したいと思います。

Since we had a large group, mostly consisting of people in their 60s and above, we decided to rent a private boat. It was great to be able to do things at our own pace. The captain was cheerful and charming, which made the experience very enjoyable. Although some members of our group didn't understand any English, it was very helpful that they used simple words. Even though it was a private boat, there were other participants nearby, and having Japanese staff made us feel at ease. The spam onigiri that was provided as a snack was delicious.

大人数で、60代以上が多かったので思い切って貸切ボートにしました。色々とマイペースにできてよかったです。船長さんも明るく可愛いかたでとても楽しめました。英語は少しもわからないメンバーでしたが、簡単な単語を使ってくれてとても助かりました。貸切ボートといっても、アクティビティは他の参加者さんもちかくにいるので、日本人スタッフもいて安心できました。　
スナックで置いてあったスパムおにぎりが美味しかったです。

It was so much fun to see wild sea turtles and fish up close! I was a bit anxious since it was my first time snorkeling, but the instructor was kind and taught me everything step by step, making it a very enjoyable memory!

I participated in a group boat tour 10 years ago. It was such a great memory that I initially hoped to join a group boat again this time, but it was sold out a week before the tour. Since I really wanted to go, I reserved a private boat. Of course, it was more expensive, but it was worth it.

• Since it was a speedboat, we could get to the location faster than the group boat, and we were able to play for about an extra hour after the group boat had left.
• They prioritized letting us use the stand-up paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and other equipment, so we could play as much as we wanted. That feeling of being prioritized was incredible.
• A professional Japanese guide accompanied us, sharing information about the tour, Hawaii, and the pandemic. They played with us beforehand like a member of the family.
• They took care of arrangements for the restroom after landing and monitored our rental car.

Of course, the beauty of the sandbar was amazing, but I’m really glad I chose the private boat.

10年前に団体ボートで参加しました。良い思い出だったので、今回も団体ボートを最初は希望したのですが、ツアー開催の1週間前でSOLDOUT。どうしても行きたかったので貸切ボートを予約しました。もちろん費用は高かったですが、それ以上の価値はありました。
•高速ボートなので、団体ボートよりも早く現地に行けて、帰りも団体ボートが帰ったあとも遊べたので1時間くらいは追加で遊べた気がする。
•SAP、シュノーケル、遊具等優先して使わせてくれるので遊び放題。その優遇感はハンパない。
•日本人のプロのアテンドが付くので、このツアーのことはもちろん、ハワイのこと、パンデミックのこと教えてくれる。家族の一員みたいに事前に一緒に遊んでくれる。
•着岸後のトイレの手配とか、レンタカーの見守りとか、やってくれる。
もちろん、サンドバーの美しさは素晴らしかったですが、貸切ボートにして本当に良かったです。

We rented a private speedboat. First, my apologies for most likely misspelling your name, Kaikoa or Keoke? Again, my apologies but me, my hubby and his mom had the best experience and truly enjoyed the day just talking with you about Hawaii and seeing all the wonderful wildlife when snorkeling. We also wanted to say thank you for being so kind and hospitable and putting up with our 20 questions about Hawaii life and thank you so much for sharing! Many moons ago I visited the sandbar and knew I needed to come back again. It took me 10 years but finally made it!!

I ponied up the cheddar for the private speed boat and for me it was perfect. Captain K was so attentive to my family. (My daughter tripped in the parking lot within 20 seconds of meeting him). He bandaged her up. Taught us about the geography of the bay. Went out of his way to find us some turtles at the end.

My 5 year old had the time of her life with all the fish! Snorkeling was amazing. All the toys already out on the sandbar were amazing.

10 out of 10. Will do again next time in Oahu.

Bella esperienza, la barca ha tutto l'essenza Ale ed è comoda per passarci un paio di ore, i due ragazzi che ci hanno portato fuori sono stati molto gentili e professionali, conoscono bene la zona è puoi chiederlo tanti consigli su cosa fare nell'isola.
Purtoppo la giornata che abbiamo scelto non è stata delle migliori.. pioveva a tratti e l'acqua era un po' torbida.. non abbiamo visto le balene.. ma vabbè avevamo già messo in conto che poteva succedere, abbiamo fatto un bagno in mezzo all'oceano e abbiamo nuotato con tanti pesci diversi e tartarughe marine. Nel complesso ne è valsa la pena, anche perché abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere la costa sud di Oahu da un altra prospettiva, incantevole.
Esperienza consigliata.

We experienced a sandbar tour with Captain Bruce on a private boat. The weather forecast predicted bad weather, but it only rained a little, and the sea was beautiful!!

The captain was friendly and cool, and we had a great time snorkeling and seeing sea turtles! They provided special gear for our child who can't swim, so the whole family enjoyed it together.

The drinks and spam were delicious! Since we went with three generations, it was great to have a private boat!

I was unsure about participating in the tour, but I'm really glad we did!

We saw a number of sharks and even a hammerhead shark on the hunt for mackerel! Very cool!

The shuttle driver was very cheerful and kind. This time, we had a private boat with a captain and an assistant who was a Japanese-speaking woman, so I was able to relax and enjoy myself.

送迎のドライバーさんがとても明るく、親切でした。

Loved this trip! Kaneohe sandbar is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Our captain was friendly and gave us a bit of history of the area on the boat ride to the sandbar. We loved the private option, just the Captain & 6 of us total. It was great to have our own space. We brought some floats and had a relaxing afternoon.

My family really enjoyed this activity. Everyone at the Captain Bruce charter was friendly and Professional. We chartered the private speed boat. Our captain was outstanding she made sure we had a great time. A++ for Captain Bruce

We booked the trip for 4 people age 22-67. While the younger ones went on a private guided snorkeling tour and saw a lot of turtles the seniors could wander around the sand bar, take a floatie or hang out on the boat. Small snacks, soft drinks and water were provided. As well as snorkeling gear, floaties and a SUP. We had an amazing time time on the sandbar!

This was one of the best experiences of our vacation! We got to swim with turtles and we’re truly looked after by Captain Robin, We would highly recommend chartering a boat and having this amazing experience. We will definitely do it again.

This was the perfect way for our family to spend a vacation afternoon. We stopped and got sandwiches and drinks before. There was a cooler on the boat. The water at the sandbar was shallow and the kids had the best time swimming. No waves so very safe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were included as well as other water toys. While snorkeling we swam with turtles! Our captain was great, and we are happy we selected the private tour and had our own space.

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.

Took 5 friends out with me to experience the sandbar for the first time! We had such a blast! Yuko was our captain and she was the absolute best! Some snacks and drinks were provided, you can BYOB. Floaties, snorkel gear, and a paddleboard were offered. The sandbar was beautiful! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Kaikoa (sorry for misspelling his name) was a fabulous guide. Wonderful with kids. Knowledgeable and really loved his job.

The guidance to the sandbar and snorkeling points was accurate, and we were able to see many sea turtles up close. They taught each of us how to paddleboard very carefully, and even though it was our first experience, we had a lot of fun.
