To be fair, the weather played a part in my review but even if it had been perfect, I wouldn't have been impressed. It was raining prior to our departure and when I asked the people operating the boat if they were still going to sail, they said yes as long as it didn't rain harder. I asked if we'd even see a sunset since it was cloudy and they weren't sure. We boarded the boat which was wet from the rain and dirty from people tracking sand into it. The boat was pretty small and very crowded, they indicated they had a full cruise that night and that was an understatement. We could barely find a place to sit, and again, everything was wet so that wasn't great. It started raining again before we departed so our family made the decision to get off the boat and not go on the sail. The people operating the boat simply said "hopefully you come back again" when we informed them we were leaving. I called to inquire about a refund and left a VM but never received a call back. I sent an email and inquired but was told that the cruise did go out that night so a refund was not possible even though it was cloudy and there was no sunset. I understand the refund policy and agreed to it when I booked so they certainly had the right to keep our money but all in all, I just think it was pretty poor customer service and as stated above, even if the weather had been perfect, the cruise itself left a lot to be desired.

It was truly a once in a lifetime experience! The sunset, views, drinks, & everything was amazing. Junior and his whole crew were the best and made our experience 1000x better! Book this now! You won't regret it!!!

The staff was honestly amazing and very attentive! Had soo much fun for my birthday. Would recommend to anyone who comes to Hawai’i.

We had a great time on the sunset cruise! It was a beautiful night to be out on the water and the staff were very kind.

If you are looking for a sunset cruise, choose this one. My family (all adults) had a blast! We loved that this was a smaller catamaran. Crew is fabulous & the music was great. Definitely would go again.

We had an awesome time! The crew was very friendly and helpful. They made some wicked drinks too! We will definitely do this cruise again when our family and friends visit again next time.

The sunset cruise was definitely top 3 things I have done in Hawaii and will for sure do it again!!! Staff was super friendly, food and drinks were great!!

This was an amazing experience! All the staff members were amazing and attentive! If you’re looking for thrill get front row seats in the splash zone (the front of the boat). You will not be disappointed. The drinks were spot on, the music was great and the view was beautiful! 10/10 recommended!

Way to many people to really enjoy. Bouncing against everyone and the toilet didn’t work. Staff was great though. Kept everyone with drinks in hand and spirits high.

Everyone was so welcoming and fun! We will definitely be coming back next time we’re back in Hawaii! The boat was clean and all the staff was very professional!

This is well worth the cost which is very fair. The only slight initial upset was we were standing in the wrong line and by the time we knew the right boat was fully occupied leaving us with no seats. Most of the group were from a wedding party and much younger able to get in seating areas, we had to sit on bow which worried me but ended up being just fine. I just wish the boat hadn’t been quite so crowded. Some people our age may have been annoyed at the loud atmosphere ( people and music) but we found it exciting. It had been nearly 20 yrs. since we did this kind of activity and so glad we did. FYI-we are 56&60 yrs. young.

Best Value, most fun you can have on Waikiki! Given the fact it was Halloween eve, the boat was rockin costumes, the drinks were awesome and the sunset was spectacular. Captain and crew were fun and made everyone feel great. We were lucky the seas were very calm and the weather was perfect. This is a must do!

Wonderful crew! Immediately greeted with a welcome Mai Tai! They were not afraid to hit any big waves and played great music!

We enjoyed this cruise as part of our last night on Oahu. Truly one of the best sunset cruises I've ever done. We loved that we could bring our own drinks, everyone was having a great time cruising around with a very chill atmosphere and gorgeous surroundings. We even stopped to swim in the sunset for a few minutes. Loved, loved, loved this sail and would go again any time!

The sunset cruise was so much fun!
From the first minute there was a positive vibe on the boat and the free drinks were served faster than you could drink! ! The crew was full of energy and a party atmosphere.
It could have been less crowded, but we still had a great time! Definitely recommend!
