My husband and I elected for the Appetizer Cruise option on the Fireworks night (Friday). The Majestic was a solid, stable boat with seating and standing / inside and outside options. Additional drinks were reasonably priced and the buffet appetizers were tasty. The evening entertainers (two musicians and a Hula dancer) were terrific.

Given that this cruise is only on Fridays I booked it from home before leaving, which also gave us something to look forward to in advance, thiugh later learned that some folks were able to secure a spot a few days before. For the price, thus is MUST! I will forever remember watching the fireworks from the ocean with the backdrop of Waikiki hotels all aglow....

This cruise was a nice boat ride. All employees were friendly, welcoming and pleasant. The shuttle ride to the boat was on time and information shared by employees was clear. The buffet dinner was average. It seemed to take a while for serving dishes to be refilled and there was a shortage of utensils. The cruising of the boat was lovely, ample time to observe the sunset, fireworks. The major negative would be only two restrooms available for everyone. The live music was well done and very enjoyable.

We participated with a friend to relieve the fatigue from the Honolulu Marathon. We had a great time taking videos and photos, and interacting with others who participated in the marathon. It was bad timing with President Trump's visit, but everything proceeded on schedule without any issues. The night view and fireworks were great, but the buffet on the ship was somewhat disappointing in taste. Most of the main meal was on the sweeter side, which was disappointing; the only thing that was really good was the lobster. I was satisfied with the fruits and vegetables. I was able to see the fireworks from a good spot on the deck, so I was happy with that, although the duration was short.

The fireworks were shorter than I expected (about 5 minutes), so I thought it might not have been necessary to take the boat just for that. However, the atmosphere on the boat with the dining, dancing, and performances, as well as the night view, was very nice. I got seasick as soon as we boarded and couldn't move from my seat much, but the staff was very attentive and considerate. They took photos during boarding and would come around to sell them later. We decided to have the data sent to us via email, but there was no Wi-Fi on the boat, so I couldn't confirm the data reception. Later, it turned out that the data hadn't been sent, but I consulted with VELTRA, and they were able to send it to me after I returned to Japan. I was very grateful for their help. This was my second time on the Sunset Dinner Cruise, and it was great again. Unfortunately, the sunset was hidden by clouds, but the night view of the Waikiki hotel district from the ocean side was very beautiful. I participated on the day of arrival. I'm glad I could see both the fireworks and the sunset. I ordered the lobster, but it was too much to finish, which was a shame... I think the buffet-only plan would have been sufficient. The staff were very friendly, and I had a great time.

It was fully booked since I made a reservation for Friday night. I was worried if it would be too crowded. The sunset was hidden due to the clouds, but I was able to see the fireworks from the Hilton clearly.

The deck railing side was filled with people who boarded earlier, so I had to view from between them while sitting. The buffet tables are first-come, first-served, so if you board late, you won't get a good seat with a nice view. Since there is time until the fireworks, it might be a good idea to think about how to spend your time. The welcome drink was too sweet, and the alcoholic cocktails were just okay. Each person gets one lobster, so be careful not to overeat. It's a pretty standard buffet.

デッキの手すり側は先に乗船出来た人達で埋まっており、座ってだと人の隙間から見る感じ。
ビュッフェのテーブルは自由席で、遅く乗船になると眺めのいい席は座れないです。花火までは時間があるので、過ごし方を検討してみるといいかもしれません。ウェルカムドリンクは甘過ぎ、アルコールカクテルもちょっと・・・。ロブスターも一人ひとつ出るので食べ過ぎ注意。無難なビュッフェかと。

The food and service were all very good. The dishes were suitable for my 4 and 8-year-old children, who even asked for seconds. The fruits were fresh as well. It was a luxury to view Waikiki from the seaside, and we were able to relax. The staff mentioned that it had rained the day before, but they saw a rainbow. That kind of scenery is nice too.
