We participated as a family of four across three generations. The view of Diamond Head and the hotels in Waikiki from 150 meters high was amazing. The crew doesn't speak Japanese, but there is a Japanese audio announcement. We flew with our cameras and captured the scenery from the sky. There was another couple with us, making a total of six people for three flights, but even while waiting, the cheerful crew kept the atmosphere lively, making it a fun hour. I requested photos, and they took pictures for two flights for $30.

3世代家族4人で参加しました。高さ150mからのダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキのホテル群の眺めは最高でした。クルー達は日本語NGですが日本語の録音アナウンスが流されます。カメラを持ってフライトし空からの景色も撮影してきました。私達以外にもう一カップルの6人で3回のフライトでしたが、待ってる間も陽気なクルーが終始盛り上げてくれて楽しい1時間でした。写真を頼みましたが家族2フライト分撮影してくれて30ドルでした。

I was moved when a pod of dolphins swam right in front of me, just below us. The staff worked hard to entertain the participants as well. However, it was really unfortunate that the boat was rocking and the weather was not great, making it cold. Nature is beyond our control, so there's nothing we can do about that. The tour itself was wonderful, and I highly recommend it.

I was late for the meeting time, but I was able to experience it safely. It was refreshing when I paddled and caught a wave.

I had a great time with a pleasant experience in a short amount of time.

However, I didn't know how to request photos, so I have no memories left.

漕いで漕いで波に乗れたときは爽快です。

短い時間で気持ち良い体験が出来て楽しかったです。

ただ、写真をどうやって頼めばよいかわからず思い出が残りませんでした。

Not a fan of the food. The crew was fun and knew their stuff. The experience was great. We went out on a windy night and the water was a little rough. It was too cloudy to see the sunset that night too.

I chose this tour because Captain Bruce's tour can take you to the shallowest spots, and although it was a bit pricey, I wanted to ensure a good experience. I checked the low tide times and made a reservation, but the water was up to my knees. I was disappointed. To reach the shallowest area, you have to wade through water up to your waist, so be prepared to get wet. It was unfortunate that the weather was bad and I couldn't see the views I was hoping for. That's just luck. I didn't want to get my face wet, so I skipped snorkeling, but I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding. I felt that 30,000 yen, including tips, was expensive.

キャプテンブルースさんのツアーが一番浅い場所まで行けるとのことなので、少し値は張りますが確実を狙いたくてこちらのツアーにしました。干潮の時間を調べて予約しましたが、膝下まで水がありました。がっかり。一番浅い所に行くまでに腰まで水に浸かりながら行くので、濡れる覚悟は必要ですね。天気が悪く思っていた景色が見れず残念でした。こればっかりは運ですね。顔を濡らしたくなかったのでシュノーケリングはパスしましたが、サップをさせて頂け楽しかったです。チップ込みで30000円は高く感じました。

This is one of the cruises where you can truly feel the light and wind of Hawaii. It's a catamaran, so it's extremely stable. Enjoy soaking in the light and wind of Hawaii with your whole body. The sunset is also incredibly beautiful. Don't forget your camera!

There were almost no lessons on the beach, and we went straight into the ocean, but the kids have an incredible sense for it; they never fell off the surfboard and rode the waves skillfully over and over again.

It was the best surfing experience, and I want them to try it again in Hawaii!

I believe it’s worth more than the price!

ビーチでのレッスンはほぼ無く、いきなり海に出ましたが、子供の感覚は凄いもので、一度もサーフボードから落ちることもなく、何度も何度も上手に波乗りしてました。
次のハワイでも体験させたいと思う最高のサーフィンでした！

Three adults took a semi-private lesson, and a child (9 years old) took a private lesson. We brought vouchers for both the private and semi-private lessons, but it seemed like only the semi-private lesson was not reserved, so we ended up receiving a lesson on short notice.

All of us were beginners, but somehow we managed to ride the waves, and it felt amazing! I think for travelers, surfing at Waikiki Beach is the best option without having to go all the way to the North Shore. I’ll definitely do it again on my next trip to Hawaii!

For someone like me who doesn’t usually exercise, I’m sure I’ll be suffering from muscle soreness below my ribs.

Aside from the reservation issue, it was a very satisfying surfing experience. Highly recommended!

大人３人がセミプライベートレッスン、子供(9歳)がプライベートレッスンを受けました。
プライベートレッスンもセミプライベートレッスンもそれぞれバウチャーを持って行ったのですが、セミプライベートレッスンだけが予約されてない感じで、急遽対応してもらった感じでレッスンを受けました。

全員初心者だったのですが、なんだかんだ波乗りが出来てとても気持ちよかったです！ノースショアまで行かずとも、旅行客にはワイキキビーチで手軽にサーフィンがベストかと思います。次のハワイでもまたやります！

私みたいに普段運動をしてない人は、あばら下の筋肉痛で苦しむこと必死ですよ。

予約の不備を除けばとても満足できるサーフィン体験でした。
絶対オススメ！

When entering Waikiki from the highway, there is usually quite a bit of traffic, but it seems I took a different exit this time and was able to drive smoothly through the city without feeling stressed by traffic, arriving without any issues.

ハイウェイからワイキキ市内に入るときいつもかなりの渋滞に
なるのですがいつもと違う出口で出たようで市内をスイスイ走り
渋滞でストレスを感じることもなく順調に到着しました。

I used this service to go from Maui to Waikiki. The meeting place was not far from Hawaiian Airlines, and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. They always give us shell leis, but it seems we have to wear them around our necks to distinguish ourselves from other customers, which is a bit embarrassing (laughs).

マウイ島からワイキキに行く際に利用しました。集合場所はハワイアン航空からも遠くなくホテルへも順調に到着しました。いつも貝殻のレイをくれる
のですが他のお客様との見分けのためらしく首からかけなくてはいけない
のが少し恥ずかしいです（笑）

I always ask Roberts for transportation in Hawaii, but this time they arrived about an hour late. I called the office several times but couldn't get through, which made me very anxious. Even though Roberts' car came to the hotel multiple times, when I explained the situation to the driver, I was coldly told that the passengers for each car were already decided. I've been to Hawaii 1-2 times a year, but this was my first experience like this. I'm glad I made it in time, but after arriving at the airport, I had to rush through the procedures and didn't have time to look at the things I wanted to buy at the airport, which made it a terrible trip.

ハワイでの送迎はいつもロバーツにお願いしているのですが
今回は迎えの時間より1時間位遅刻してきて何度もオフィスに
電話してもつながらず大変不安な気持ちでした。ロバーツの
車が何度もホテルに来ていたのにドライバーに事情を話しても
車ごとに乗せる人が決まっているからと言って冷たくあしらわ
れました。毎年1-2回はハワイに行きますがこういう経験は初めて
です。間に合ったから良かったですが空港に着いた後も大急ぎ
で手続きしなくてはならず空港で買おうと思っていたものも見る
時間なく最悪な旅行になってしまいました。

I didn't check the local tide chart, and the shuttle bus got caught in an accident-related traffic jam, which caused us to arrive at the port a bit late. As a result, the tide wasn't as low as I had imagined for walking on the sandbar, and the sandbar was submerged up to my knees. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to explore the sandbar. It seems that if you want to get onto the sandbar, it's best to check the tide chart and make a reservation. That said, the BBQ hamburger was exquisite. So delicious. The homemade ketchup and mayo sauce combined with the hamburger were just perfect, and it was worth eating just that. My whole family, including my kids (one girl and one boy, both in elementary school), had double burgers with double patties. The weather was bad, but we saw three sea turtles, and snorkeling in the clear ocean was amazing. My kids and I had plenty of fun just snorkeling. If the weather had been good, it would have been perfect!

現地の潮位表を確認しなかったのに加え、送迎バスも事故渋滞にはまって港に到着するのが少し遅れたこともあって、イメージしたサンドバーで砂洲の上を歩くような潮位にはならず、砂洲は膝下に水没した状態でした。砂洲を散策したかったので少し残念。砂洲にあがりたければ潮位表を確認して予約するのが良いみたい。とは言え、BBQのハンバーガーは絶品。うまい。自分で作るケチャップとマヨのソースとハンバーグがばっちりgoodでこれだけでも食べる価値有り。子供ともども家族全員パテダブルのダブルバーガーにしてもらいました。天候が悪かったけどウミガメは３匹見られたし、透明度の高い海でのシュノーケリングは最高。子供（女×１、男×１、ともに小学生）ともどもシュノーケルだけでも充分楽しめました。天気が良かったら最高だったのにな～。

I highly recommend it. It's right by Waikiki Beach, so you can enjoy it without wasting time and be very satisfied! I was surprised to see about five sea turtles up close. This was my first time snorkeling like this, and I was really moved. We also saw whales spouting from a distance while sailing! Plus, it ends at 11:30 (but actually lasts a solid three hours), so you can do other things in the afternoon, which is fantastic. Snacks are all-you-can-eat!

ウミガメさんも5匹くらい普通に見れて結構そばに寄ってくれてびっくりしました☆

My daughter, who is now a middle school student, went on her first overseas trip to Hawaii. I wanted her to see a hula show and try kalua pork, so I signed up for this tour. It was also great that the venue was just a 2-3 minute walk from our hotel.

The buffet venue and the show venue were separate, so we had to move between them. The buffet was located in the garden space next to the 4th-floor corridor of the Royal Hawaiian Center, but it felt cramped with tables packed into a small area. There was a small hula show, which might have felt more intimate, but I think it would have been better to have a larger space or reduce the number of guests to about two-thirds for more comfort. The buffet style allowed us to fill our plates with kalua pork, roast beef, salads, and other favorites, which seemed to be enjoyable. The dessert sorbet was surprisingly sour, and both my daughter and I were taken aback by it.

As for the show venue, we were seated in the second-floor section, but it wasn't a very large venue, so we were really close to the stage and could see everything well.

中学生になる娘は初めての海外旅行、初めてのハワイでした。
フラショーを見せてあげたく、カルアポークも見て食べてみて欲しくて、このツアーに申込みました。
会場が宿泊していたホテルから徒歩２～３分だったのもよかったです。

ビュッフェの会場とショーの会場は別で移動が必要でした。
ビュッフェの会場はロイヤルハワイアンセンターの４階通路横のガーデンスペースですが、狭いスパースに詰め込んだ感満載のテーブル席でした。ちょっとしたフラショーがあり、身近に感じられてよいのかもしれませんが、もう少し広いところでするか、客数を三分の二くらいにしてゆとりがあった方がよいと思います。
ビュッフェスタイルでカルアポークやローストビーフ、サラダなど、好きなものを好きなだけお皿に入れるのも楽しかったようです。デザートのシャーベットは見た目よりすっぱくて娘と二人でびっくりしました。

ショーの会場は私たちは２階席でしたが、そんなに広い会場ではなかったのでステージまですごく近くてよく見ることができました。

I was able to see dolphins. The crew on board, including the captain, skillfully found a pod of dolphins and guided us into the water. I thought they would be further out at sea, but I was surprised to find them closer to the shore. While in the water, wearing snorkeling goggles, we were signaled to "look down!" However, rather than looking straight down, we needed to look ahead at a shallow distance to see the dolphins. During that time, some people in our group couldn't see anything and the dolphins swam away without them getting a glimpse.

While it says "you can swim with dolphins," it seems that the dolphins do not come close to you. The experience felt more like watching a pod of dolphins from the water. If you want to swim with them, I think you would have a more enjoyable time at a seaside park. Additionally, repeatedly getting in and out of the water can be a bit tough for elderly people and small children, especially since the boat isn't very large.

After the dolphin experience, we moved to another location for snorkeling. We spent about 40-50 minutes there. The crew worked hard to provide us with slides and kayaks, and we were able to see sea turtles.

Lastly, I won’t mention names, but one Japanese female crew member who was with us from the pickup was quite disappointing. She was in training, and perhaps it was her first day, as she kept saying things like "I don’t know how to say in Japanese!" and "It's super amazing!"—phrases that are not commonly used in Japanese customer service. Although she played a video with safety instructions, her conversations with senior crew members and the cameraman about her dog and husband (some of which were quite vulgar, mixing Japanese and English) were distracting, making it hard to hear the video. I also wondered about the senior male crew member who didn’t intervene.

I would have preferred if such conversations were held after the tour. It seems they assumed that the Japanese participants wouldn’t understand English, but among those who attended that day, we exchanged glances, thinking, "That person is saying something incredible..." Since most of the participants were Japanese, I wished they had shown a bit more consideration.

イルカは見る事ができました。
船長さん含む船上クルーの皆さんは、慣れた様子でイルカの群れを見つけ、私達を海に入れてリードしてくれました。沖の方にいるのかと思っていましたが、意外に沿岸部にいて驚きでした。海の中では、シュノーケルのゴーグルを付けていて、look down ! 下見て！の合図で下を見るのですが、真下というよりは、前方で、浅く遠くを見ないとイルカは見えません。そうしている間に何も見えずイルカが去ってしまい、全く見られなかった人達も同じグループには数人いました。
”イルカと一緒に泳げる”とありますが、イルカは決して寄って来てくれるわけではないようです。感覚としては、海の中からイルカの群れを見る...という感じでしょうか。一緒に泳ぐならシーサイドパークの方が確実に楽しめるかと思いました。あと何度も海に入る、船に戻るを繰り返し、船も大きいわけではないので、高齢の方や小さい子供は少し辛いかもしれません。

イルカが終わったら、次は場所を移動してシュノーケリングをします。ここで40-50分過ごしました。滑り台やカヤックを出してくださり、ウミガメを見たりとクルーの皆さんはとても頑張ってくださいました。

最後に、お名前は控えますが送迎から一緒の日本人女性クルーが、とても残念な感じでした。
研修中との事でしたが、たぶんその日が初日だったのでしょうか、説明中は、I don’t know how to say in Japanese ! や、超すごいんでぇ！などとあまり日本人の接客では使わない言葉を連発し、「注意事項のビデオを流すので、よく見てください」と流したものの狭い車内の中で、彼女は先輩クルーやカメラマンに、ご自身の犬や旦那様(一部かなり下品な内容を日本語と英語を混ぜて話されていて不快極まりないです)の話、今日これ終わったらうちに遊びに来ない？などと、積極的に話しかけ、その声が邪魔になりビデオの音声なんて聞こえませんでした。それを注意しない先輩男性クルーもどうなのか...。
そういうお話は業務中でなく、終わっかてからしていただきたかったです。ツアーに参加する日本人は全く英語がわからないと思われているのでしょうが、その日に参加した人達の中で、「あの人、すごい事話してるね...」と顔を見合わせていましたよ。日本人参加者がほとんどのツアーなのですから、もう少し配慮をしていただきたかったです。

It was good but wasn’t much to do other then go from Hut to Hut and a lot of them were full and did not get to see.

Since it was the last day for whale watching registration, I can only say that it was disappointing to just get on the boat. I wish I had gone during the breeding season when we could have definitely seen them. It's just one word: disappointing.

I had prepared myself because someone mentioned that the whales appear small. Indeed, they seem very far away. There aren't any boats that can get close, so it can't be helped, but you can still see them properly. It's impossible to take pictures with a mobile camera because they are too far away. Even when zoomed in the most, it looks like this. Keeping that in mind, I think it's a good cruise to join.

鯨が小さく見えると書いていた方が居たので覚悟はしていました。
やっぱり、すごく遠くに見えると言う感覚です。
近くに行ける船がないからしかたないですが、ちゃんと見れます。
携帯カメラでは遠すぎて撮影は無理です。
1番ズームにして撮影してもこんな感じ。
それを頭において、参加すればいいクルーズだと思います。

I think this is about it... However, my eldest son and daughter experienced skydiving the day before, so their satisfaction levels were completely different...

The staff seemed to be casually talking in English with the music volume turned up, which felt a bit off...

Also, it was unfortunate that the weather was bad (・Д・)

スタッフも音楽のボリュームをあげて英語で会話しているのが、テキトーにやってるようで…

On this day, there was such heavy rain that even the locals were surprised, but I participated in the tour as scheduled. It was cold, but I somehow managed to enjoy myself. The barbecue was buffet-style, and both the chicken and beef were more tender and delicious than I expected.

この日は、現地の人もびっくりするくらいの大雨でしたが、ツアーには予定通り参加しました。
寒かったけど、なんとか無理やり楽しんだ感じです。
バーベキューは ビュッフェ方式で、思っていたより鶏肉も、牛肉も柔らかくて美味しかった。

After picking up your luggage and exiting through the group exit on the left, you will immediately see the counter, which is easy to find. Once you hand over your voucher, they will guide you to the bus right away. You will depart soon and arrive at your hotel easily.

手荷物を受け取り左手にある団体出口を出るとすぐにカウンターがあり誰でもわかります。バウチャーを渡すとすぐにバスへ案内してくれます。すぐに出発し簡単にホテルへ到着です。

I decided to participate in the sailing instead of the dinner cruise because it had a higher review score and also goes out to Diamond Head. Choosing this sailing was definitely the right decision.

There was only one other Japanese group besides me. The rest were foreigners, and everyone was really lively. People of various ages were on board.

It was slightly cloudy, so I couldn't see the sunset, but I was able to fully enjoy the process of the evening setting in and the night view becoming more prominent. It was romantic, and I savored the beautiful scenery.

The drinks were all-you-can-drink, and after toasting with Mai Tai, there were various options like pineapple beer (which wasn't sold at ABC Store), sparkling wine, and wine.

Since the weather wasn't great, there were times when the boat rocked like an attraction. It was fun, but if you're prone to seasickness, it might be better to go on a nice day.

I enjoyed the sea breeze, the twilight, and the night view, and had a wonderful time. I would love to go again! I absolutely recommend it!

ディナー・クルージングよりも、セーリングの方がレビュー点数が高いのと、さらにダイアモンドヘッド沖まで行くのでこれに参加する事に決めました。このセーリングにして、大正解でした。

日本人は私以外は一組だけ。外国人ばかりでノリノリです。幅広い年齢の方が乗船していました。

薄曇りだったので、日没は見る事ができませんでしたが、夕暮れて行き、夜景が際立っていく過程を充分に見る事ができました。ロマンチックで、美しい景色を堪能しました。

ドリンクは、飲み放題でマイタイで乾杯の後、パイナップル・ビール（ABCストアでも売っていませんでした）、スパークリングワイン、ワイン等、様々ありました。

天気が良くなかったので、アトラクションの様に船が揺れた時もありました。面白かったけれど、船酔いし易い方は、天気の良い日に乗船なさった方が良いかも知れません。

海風と夕暮れと夜景を味わい、すてきな時間を過ごせました。また乗船したいです！　絶対にお勧めです！

I was instructed to wait in front of the Hilton nearby instead of the hotel where I was staying. I waited for about 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but even 20 minutes past the time, the bus did not arrive. The Hilton bellboy, seeing my situation, contacted them and was told they didn't know when it would come. He arranged for me to wait in the hotel lobby instead of in direct sunlight. In the end, I was able to board a bus that was 35 minutes late (probably unexpected), but I believe this was a result of poor communication. However, the staff at the Hilton were very kind.

滞在したホテルの前ではなく近所のヒルトンの前で待つように指示があり、約束時間の２０分前から待っていたのに時間を２０分過ぎてもバスは来ず、見かねたヒルトンのベルボーイが連絡をしてくれたところ何時来るか分からないとの回答だったそうで、直射日光にさらされる場所からホテルのロビーで待つようにアレンジしてくれました。　結局３５分遅れの便(多分計画外)に乗車できましたが、これは連絡の不行き届きの結果だと思われます。　でもヒルトンの人は親切でした。

My flight from Maui was delayed by more than 30 minutes, but when I arrived at the baggage claim area, I was relieved to hear my name being called. I had been told that I couldn't be dropped off in front of the hotel, but thanks to the driver's kindness, I was able to get dropped off right in front, which I really appreciated.

マウイ島からの便が３０分以上遅れたのですが、荷物受取の場所に行くと、私の名前を呼ぶ声が聞こえて安心しました。　ホテルの前では降車できないと言われてましたが、運転手の好意で目の前で降ろしてもらい有難かったです。

Since I participated on Friday, I watched the fireworks from the Hilton instead of enjoying the sunset. The crew members were very fun, but there were free Mai Tai cocktails being served, and the boat was quite crowded and chaotic. On the day of the event, there was an announcement that the sea was relatively calm, but there were people who got sick from the alcohol and seasickness, so I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take some medication.

金曜日参加だったので、サンセット鑑賞ではなくヒルトンの花火を船上から観ました。
クルーさんがとても楽しい方でしたが、フリーのマイタイカクテルが振舞われるのと船内が人いっぱいでカオス状態でもありました(^^;;
参加日当日は、割と海が静かだというアナウンスはありましたが、お酒と船酔いで吐いていた人もいるので、乗り物酔いをされる方は、酔い止めを服用されることをオススメします。
