I was worried about the rain in North Shore based on my experience, but the weather was really nice. The lush green scenery was wonderful.

The ziplining was refreshing as it cut through the greenery, and I felt great doing it. I was satisfied with the eight lines.

Not only did I glide through the greenery, but the heights and lengths varied, allowing me to enjoy views of the fields while zipping along, so I never got bored. The suspension bridge and other athletic-like activities were also fun.

I was able to experience things like letting go of the harness, starting backward, and even going upside down, which I definitely wouldn't be allowed to do in Japan.

The staff, who couldn't speak Japanese, did their best to explain things in simple English. I was very satisfied.

One thing I noticed was that tips were required separately, but no one was giving tips. When my husband gave tips to the three staff members accompanying us, they were very surprised. I wonder if very few people, especially Japanese, give tips? If that's the case, it might be better to include tips in the price.

日本語が話せないスタッフばかりでしたが、簡単な英語で一生懸命説明してくれました。
大満足です。
一つ気になったのは、チップが別途必要とのこたでしたが、誰もチップを渡していませんでした。主人が同行のスタッフ3人にチップを渡すととてもビックリしてました。チップを渡す人(特に日本人)はほとんどいないのではないでしょうか？それなら、チップ込みの値段設定にされた方がいいような気がします。

Awesome time! Lots of fun and we all got up on our boards. First time surfing for all four of us. Hardest part was paddling out. Recommend having the one-on-one lesson, as they can help you paddle out (large boards for beginners are tough to move). The heavier the person, the tougher it is to catch a wave. They have you paddle and also give you a push. Helped me a lot.

Very professional with a family oriented atmosphere. Felt safe in the water with the instructors. My wife and youngest daughter used life jackets, which were provided.

We did not know at the time, but they take photos of you when surfing. (for purchase) Have proof I actually surfed some waves (standing). Lot of fun to see each family member starting on a wave, trying to stand, and then surfing. Also showed me off balance and about to fall in. Very funny and fun for all to watch.

Just got back to our hotel and my wife and I really enjoyed this experience. The sunset was stunning and we even got to see some whales! The captain and crew were really nice and friendly. My wife loved her cocktail and I got a Mana Wheat beer which was good. The food was nothing too special but my wife and I enjoyed it anyways. I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. If you're not expecting a five star restaurant experience, you will enjoy it too.

They provided free pickup to and from our hotel. The party was appropriate size. The food was surprisingly good. The crews we're all friendly and they made sure everybody was having a good time. The scenery was absolutely amazing and took loads of great photos. We saw some dolphins follow us and it was a pleasant bonus. We will definitely come back for the next trip.
The only minor problem was they picked us up at 4pm, dropped us off at the pier 4:10pm and we had to wait until 5pm to board the boat.

I wasn't confident in my physical strength and felt anxious even after signing up. However, there were no problems at all. The safety measures were excellent. Moreover, for the vertical rope climb, which I was most worried about, I could ask for help and received assistance. The log crossing, which I had previously fallen from in a Japanese athletic course, was also very safe. Even when it swayed, I was able to cross it with enjoyment. Above all, the zip line in the great outdoors was exhilarating! In the end, I even did a reverse hands-free ride, returning to my childhood and having a blast. I returned home fully satisfied, having enjoyed the sea, greenery, and blue sky.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed the sunset cruise which happened to be on New Year’s Day 2019!
We were impressed by the professionalism and punctuality of the crew from start to finish.
We were picked up by their shuttle who pick up from Waikiki, cost was included. They arranged this at the time of booking.
Our favorite part of the cruise was the intimacy & the fact that we were able to see a whale!
There were 25-30 guests and the catamaran felt spacious and comfortable.
Tips; where something comfortable, long sleeves or sweater is a must. It gets quite windy and chilly. Photo opportunities are endless. Have fun and make sure to purchase the “sippy cup.” It’s a nice keepsake, but most of all it’s essentially more bang for your buck if you’ll be drinking more than the 1 drink ticket that is provided.
Oh and make sure to take Dramamine if you’re worried. about getting seasickz it can be a rocky one. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

The tour itself was great. Getting to stop at some sightseeing areas and enjoy the PCC was definitely a highlight. Could have spent more time at the Dole Plantation and the PCC. The driver Rob was obnoxious however. He talked non stop very loudly and it was difficult to decifer what was fact and what was BS. He talked non stop about himself and we got to the PCC later than anticipated so had less time there.

It was good my friends and I really enjoyed it. The view was breathtaking & the crew on board were so friendly and helpful. I am a picky eater so the food was alright to me however my friends really enjoyed it. If prone to seasickness, I recommend you take medication before getting onto the boat.

I went on this cruise with my friends as we all met in Hawaii for a little vacation. This dinner cruise was wonderful. We got to see the sunset and the food was delicious however we were just happy to be surrounded by great company and the view. If driving out keep in mind the traffic as it will get busy.

The tour was okay. To begin with the driver did not wait or call us when we were at the hotel. We called the company so many times and they gave us info that the bus is late and then again in 10 minutes one says the bus left us! It was a horrible experience. I would believe they would atleast call us. But even then we tried to ask to meet the driver elsewhere to catch up on the tour and there was a long wait before they could say yes! The dispatcher lady was helpful but then the driver not so much. I didn't like how the driver kept on talking even though the crowd was asleep. Most tours I have been has a guide talking and interacting with you while the driver drives so its more fun but these have the driver drive and speak on microphone which was disappointing! The tour itself was okay because with the better tour guide it could have been much better. Do not miss the Polynesian Cultural Center. Could spend a good half a day there.

I think the backstage tour before the show was a very valuable experience. We were able to wear the dancers' costumes and take photos, and they shared behind-the-scenes stories mixed with jokes, which made the show ten times more enjoyable. The green room was also a lovely space where you can definitely feel a "special hospitality." For dinner, we opted for the buffet since it was around the time we would be eating anyway, and it was pretty much what I expected. In hindsight, I think it might have been nice to join after having something at a restaurant during happy hour. The tables were cramped, there were a lot of people, and waiting in line for the buffet was tiring. The variety of dishes was decent. I tried some things I don't usually eat, like Ahi Poke and Lomilomi Salmon, and they were delicious.

The show started with a Polynesian theme, set around Elvis landing in Hawaii. MJ also made an appearance. Since both of them have passed away, we can't see the real ones, but I enjoyed the American entertainment; the singing and dancing were great. I was satisfied.

I wonder if it was just Elvis and MJ? It would have been nice to see GAGA or Taylor Swift as well. I wish I knew who would be performing and when.

夕食は始まる時間、どっちにしろ食べる時間だろうからということでビュッフェ付きのものにしましたが　まあまあ思っていた通りでした。
どこか レストランのHAPPY HOURで頂いてからの参加でもよかったかな～と今となっては思います。
テーブルも狭いし、人が多いし　ビュッフェなので順番待ちで疲れたな～という感じでした。品数はまあまあでした。Ahi Poke や　Lomilomi Salmon など　普段食べないものがあったので挑戦してみましたが　美味しかったです。

ポリネシアの要素を取り入れ内容で　エルビスがハワイに上陸したという設定でショーが始まります。MJも登場します。
本物は二人とも亡くなっているので見ることはもできませんけど、アメリカのエンターテイメンをたのしめました歌も踊りもよかったです。満足です。

エルビスとMJだけなのでしょうか？GAGAやテイラースイフトなどみれたらよかったのにな～。だれがいつ出るかが分ればいいな～と思います。
