From the greeters to the servers to the Chief himself, everyone treated us like we were a part of the family. It felt like a big family reunion.
The food was delicious, and even if you're vegetarian or vegan like me, there are plenty of options! I had a mountain of food on my plate and didn't leave hungry.
The entertainment was my favorite part. Talented hula and warrior dancers performed traditional dances from various regions of Polynesia. So it was both entertaining and educational. I highly recommend this luau!

We decided to do this tour for our anniversary and it was amazing! The staff were super helpful and knew what they were doing. Everyone was nice and making sure you're having a good time. The food was great as well as the snacks. Snorkeling was really fun. I seen more than a few turtles and lots of fish! I would not recommend this if pregnant and further along (like myself, I was 22 weeks), this caused my life vest to keep pushing to the side. So I had to use so much strength to hold it down and swim and still snorkel, it was really hard with the belly in the way. Other than that, it was really fun! I would recommend booking before you fly to hawaii. We were told it fits 80 people, i booked ahead anyways and sure enough it was only a 30 head count and full, so there isnt much room for you to wait last minute.

The staff was amazing, but for money, this was just ok for us. We spent 2 hours cruising the ocean looking for whales. We did not see any, but did see some dolphins and a sea turtle. I was under the impression that the boat would be a catamaran, and would have some areas to sit, relax, and watch. But, apparently on certain days, the Disney resort uses that boat and so we took a boat normally used for scuba diving out. There was not much seating that allowed for you to view the ocean and watch for whales, so basically we stood the whole 2 hours on some pretty choppy water. They had some snacks and refreshments which my son enjoyed, but about an hour in he was pretty bored. Again, the staff was awesome, but the experience as a whole I probably would not do again. They did give us a voucher to return for free. We will see.

Please arrive 2 to 3 minutes before the scheduled hotel pickup time, and they will come to call you in the lobby. At the airport, they drop you off in order at the closest entrance for each airline, but even after getting off at the wrong place twice, they kindly informed me that it was still not my turn for ANA. I would like to use this service again when I go to Hawaii.

ホテルピックアップ予定時間の2〜3分前に到着されて、ロビーまで呼びに来て下さいました。
空港ではそれぞれの航空会社に1番近い入口で順番におろしてくれるのですが、2回も間違えて降りたにも関わらずANAはまだだよとにこやかに教えてくれました。
またハワイに行く時は利用したいと思います。

I didn't have to wait in line for the slides, so I was able to enjoy them multiple times. However, it was disappointing that the lazy river was closed. There was only one food stand open, and that was the longest line I had to wait in.

スライダーは基本並ばなくてよかったので、何度も楽しめました。
ただ、流れるプールがクローズになってたので残念。
食べ物を買うのも1箇所しか開いてなくて、一番並んだ。

I signed up for a course that included lunch. The morning pickup was smooth, and we arrived at the port without any issues. Since my friend's family, who happened to be on the same schedule, signed up separately, I was prepared for the boat to leave without us, but to my surprise, we ended up on the same boat! They gathered a group of Japanese guests on one vessel. Our guide was also Japanese and very kind. The lunch was plentiful, and we were completely full. We were able to see the honu (sea turtles) perfectly from the sandbar, and at the snorkeling point, we fulfilled our dream of swimming with them, which left the kids in awe. I am grateful for the happy time we spent, being able to see the honu right until the very end.

ランチ付きコースに申込みました。朝のピックアップもスムーズで問題なく港に到着しました。たまたま同日程だった友人家族と別々に申込んだので船は離れることを覚悟していましたが何と同じ船に乗ることに(^^)一隻を日本人客で集めていました(^ ^)ガイドさんも日本人でとても親切です。ランチも盛りだくさんで満腹になります。お目当てのホヌ(海ガメ)もサンドバーからバッチリ見れて、シュノーケリングポイントでは一緒に泳ぐ夢が叶い子供達も感動していました(o^^o)最後の最後までホヌも見れて幸せな時間を過ごせたことに感謝しています。

I was able to see the dorsal fin and tail fin for just a moment! It took a lot of patience to catch a glimpse of the whale pod.

背びれや尾びれが本当に一瞬だけ見れました！なかなかのクジラの群れを見ることが出来ず忍耐力が必要でした

At "Dolphin Middle School," the instructor is the class president, and the teacher is the "Bottlenose Dolphin." The Pacific White-Sided Dolphin is the "Boss," the sea turtle is "Professor Turtle," and the whale is "The Great Teacher"! This creates a wonderfully entertaining atmosphere for participants.

The main focus of the tour is to see the wild "Pacific White-Sided Dolphin," but since they are wild, there's no guarantee you'll encounter them.

When I went, unfortunately, I didn't get to meet the dolphin teacher, but I was able to see not only the boss and Professor Turtle but also The Great Teacher multiple times!

They are very kind to those who have never snorkeled before, and snorkeling gracefully with Professor Turtle is a lot of fun.

There is also a professional photographer on board, so they take plenty of underwater photos. Although there is a fee, you receive the data, allowing you to print or save them as you like, which is a nice bonus.

「イルカ中学」では、インストラクターは学級院長、先生は「ハシナガイルカ」。
バンドウイルカは「番長」で、ウミガメは「カメ教授」、クジラは「大先生」！
という、なんとも面白いノリで参加者を盛り上げてくれます。

イルカ先生こと「野生のハシナガイルカ」を見るのがメインのツアーですが、野生なので必ず出会えるとは限りません。

私が行った際も、残念ながらイルカ先生には出会えませんでしたが、番頭やカメ教授だけではなく、大先生を何度も観ることができました！

シュノーケルをやったことがない人にも親切に教えてくれますし、カメ教授との優雅なシュノーケリングは楽しいです。

泳ぎのプロでもあるカメラマンも一緒に乗っているので、水中の写真もいっぱい撮ってくれます。有料ではありますが、データでもらえるので自分の好きなようにプリントアウトしたり保存できるのも嬉しいです。

As expected, I had to wait. Thanks to that, I ended up smoking too much during the wait and got scolded badly by my wife. The car was also extremely crowded. Well, it might have been due to the timing and season...

やはり待ちました。おかげで待ち時間にたばこを吸いすぎてしまい、ひどく家内から怒られました。車内も大混雑でした。まあ時期と時間が悪かったのかもしれませんが・・・・。

On Friday we were lucky enough to enjoy the Friday fireworks boat cruise. It was so easy to book, easy to find the pick up location on the beach and so relaxing! All of the staff were so accommodating; offering us a range of alcoholic and soft drinks and making us feel so comfortable. The music was great too and they took requests! Super relaxing with lots of great photo opportunities and then we stopped at a good location to enjoy the fireworks. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will do again! Thank you- really set our last night in Hawaii up to be the best!

This time, I went on a three-generation cruise with my children and mother. At the sandbar, we all had a great time playing beach volleyball and swimming. During the snorkeling afterward, my mother, who is in her late sixties, also joined everyone in the sea and had fun. She was moved to see a sea turtle up close. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious as well. However, the best part of this tour was the personality of the guide. Their desire to entertain everyone was evident, and they made sure no one was left behind. It was a truly wonderful guide.

今回子供と母を連れての三世代クルーズでした。
サンドバーではみんなでビーチバレーをしたり泳いだり楽しい時間を
すごせました。
その後のシュノーケリングでも
６０歳後半の母も皆と同じに海に入り楽しんでました。
ウミガメを間近で見て感動していました。
ランチのハンバーガーも美味しかったです。
ですがこのツアーの最高なところはガイドの方の人柄ですね。
皆を楽しませたいという気持ちが前面に出ていて
誰も置いてきぼりにしない、とてもすばらしいガイドでした。

I made a reservation for my mother, who loves hula. The weather was favorable in early April, and it was comfortable at first, but as the sun went down, it became chilly, and I regretted not bringing a jacket. The show was of high quality, and I was satisfied to be able to show her authentic hula. This time, I chose the Golden Seat, but since we arrived late, we ended up with seats on the edge, which was disappointing. Next time, I definitely want to reserve the Diamond Seat and see it up close.

今回フラの好きな母のために予約しました。
４月上旬天候にめぐまれ最初快適でしたが、日が落ちると
やはり肌寒く上着を持参すればと後悔しました。
ショーは完成度が高く、本場のフラを見せてあげることができて
満足しました。今回はゴールデンシートにしましたが遅めに到着したため
端の席になり残念でした。次回はぜひダイヤモンドシートで予約し
間近で見たいと思います。

It claims to be "150m high," but it's probably referring to the length of the rope, not the height. I've experienced it twice in the same location, and during my previous experience, I went up to a significantly higher place. Those expecting "height" may be disappointed.

「高さ150m」とうたっておりますが、おそらくロープの長さであって高さではないです。
同じ場所で2度体験していますが、以前の体験の方が圧倒的に高い場所まで上がりました。
「高さ」を期待している方はガッカリされると思います。

Thanks to our guide Mieko, we had a very enjoyable experience. Before heading out to sea, she made sure we practiced thoroughly, and as a result, we were able to smoothly reach the open waters. We were told that the difficulty varies with the weather and waves, but it seemed we had the best conditions that day, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful sea and sky. I lacked the courage to stand up while landing on the island, so I spent a lot of time sitting, but my husband was determined to stand and did his best. He fell off about three times during the round trip. Still, he said it felt great to stand and paddle, and he experienced a sense of accomplishment. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch, and after the SUP, we were able to borrow bicycles to explore the stunning scenery around us. Afterward, we were both sound asleep on the bus, feeling pleasantly tired. When we come back to Hawaii, I definitely want to experience SUP with Mieko again! I am truly grateful for the wonderful memories we made on our last day in Hawaii. Thank you very much.

ガイドのミエコさんのおかげでとても楽しい経験をさせてもらいました。海に出る前にしっかりと練習を叩き込んで下さり、その甲斐もあって順調に沖まで出ることが出来ました。天気と波によってハードさが違うと言われましたが私達はベストコンディションの日だったようで綺麗な海、空を満喫することができました。向こうの島までの上陸で落ちる勇気が無い私は座ってる時間が長かったですが主人は立つことメインで頑張っていました。往復で３回くらい落ちていました。それでも、やはり立って漕いで気持ち良かった、達成感があったと言っていました。お昼も美味しいランチ、SUP終了後には自転車も貸してもらい周辺の絶景を楽しむことができました。終わった後はバスの中で夫婦爆睡で心地よい疲労感がありました。
又ハワイに来た時にはミエコさんのSUP経験したいです！！ハワイ最終日とてもいい思い出が出来たこと本当に感謝しております。

The reception was a bit hard to find, and I had to search for it a little. First, I moved to a spot where I could see the fireworks well and enjoyed a drink (most people had Mai Tais) while watching the fireworks. The wind was calm, and I had a pleasant time. After the fireworks ended, we went sailing out to Diamond Head and circled back to in front of the Sheraton. As we moved away from the lights of Honolulu, the stars became beautifully visible.

受付は少し分かり辛く、ちょっと探してしまいました。
まずは花火が良く見える場所まで移動しドリンク（ほとんどの方がマイタイでした）を頂きながら花火を鑑賞。風も穏やかで気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。花火が終わると、ダイヤモンドヘッド沖までセーリングし、ぐるっと回ってシェラトン前まで戻ります。
ホノルルの光から遠ざかるので星もきれいに見えます。

We participated as a family. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes.

家族で参加しました。スタッフの方たちは笑顔で気配りもよく、料理の品数も豊富でとても美味しかったです。

It was fun, drinks were good. Perfect place to see the fireworks on Waikiki Beach.

We participated as two women. Besides us, there were three other families and couples on the same boat. Once we boarded the boat, we put on life jackets and set off! At first, it wasn't very bumpy, but as we went further out, the waves got higher, and it became quite rocky. After reaching a certain distance offshore, it was finally time for each group to start. Once we were fitted with the parachute, we quickly drifted away from the boat and into the sky! At first, it was thrilling, but as we rose higher, we could see the ocean, sky, mountains, and city all at once, and the wind felt so refreshing—it was the best feeling! I'm glad we went up to 150 meters. I was nervous waiting for our turn, but the instructor played music and chatted with us, which helped me relax a bit. I would love to participate again!

女性2人で参加しました。私たちの他に3組の家族や夫婦が同じ船に。船に乗り込むとライフジャケットを着用して出発！最初はあまり揺れませんが沖へ行くにつれ波が高くなるためかなり揺れました。ある程度沖まで行くといよいよ1組ずつスタート。パラシュートを装着してもらうと、あっという間に船から離れていき空へ！最初はスリルがありますが、高くなるにつれ海・空・山・街の景色が一望でき、風もとても気持ちよく最高の気分でした！！150メートルにして良かったです。自分たちの番が回ってくるまでドキドキしましたが、インストラクターの方が音楽をかけてくれたり、話しかけてくれたので少しリラックスできました。また参加したいです！

I participated with my husband, who is prone to seasickness, but I was relieved that he didn't get sick at all. Depending on the season, after snorkeling, wet hair and a wet body can feel a bit cold with even a slight breeze. If possible, it might be better to bring all your underwear and clothes rather than just something to throw over your wet swimsuit. I finished snorkeling early and changed using a towel from the pool in the less crowded area of the boat.

船酔いしやすい主人と2人で参加しましたが、全く酔わなかったので安心しました。
時期的な問題なのか、シュノーケルの後の濡れた髪濡れた体は少し風が当たると寒いです。
出来れば、濡れた水着の上に羽織るものよりも全ての下着、洋服を持参で臨んだ方が良いかも。私はシュノーケルを早めに引きあげて人の少ない船内でプールで使用するタオルを使って着替えました

This was my second time participating in the dolphin tour, and during the last one in summer, I saw many more dolphins! It was also quite cold, as everyone had to rent wetsuits! There were quite a few people who looked uncomfortable because they got seasick.

However, this time we were able to see many honu (turtles) down below. The staff worked hard to keep everyone engaged and excited. It's a fun tour if you don't get seasick, so taking motion sickness medication is a must!

イルカツアーの参加は2回目で前回は夏でしたが、夏の方がたくさんのイルカが見られました！あとは全員の方がウェットスーツを借りていたくらい寒かったです！酔ってしまって終始辛そうな方も結構な人数いました。
ただ今回は下の方でしたがホヌ（亀）がたくさん見ることができました。
スタッフの方はみなさん盛り上げようと頑張っておられました。
酔わなければ楽しめるツアーなので、酔い止めは必須です！！

We had a blast with Captain Bob’s crew! Kaneohe sandbar is spectacular, a must do activity on Oahu. The picnic was well organized, great food, amazing crew and plenty of time to relax on the sandbar, they helped us in taking our pictures and also plenty of time snorkeling. Clean snorkel equipment, bathrooms onboard and the crew was very helpful to everyone! We loved the sandbar, saw lot of turtles and fishes....it is a once in a lifetime experience! Will definitely do this again if we return to Oahu! Highly recommend this! Shoutout to Captain Bob’s crew!! You guys are awesome!

From start to finish the whole experience was phenomenal, prompt pick up from our hotel, safety briefing then off we went, the cab to the helicopter was nice and cool, be sure to wear dark clothing as recommended in the pre flight info, failure to do so will result in you being given a dark t shirt to put on over your clothing.

The music and commentary accompanying the flight really made it special. Our pilot ensured that there were plenty of photo opportunities and ensured everyone on board got a great view.

I would definitely recommend this trip, it was great seeing Oahu from the sky and would do it all over again if I could! Thank you Blue Hawaii Helicopters for an unforgettable experience! Mahalo

This luau show was a bit different from what I've seen before, and as expected from Hilton, it was great! I had a very good seat in the front center. However, since the venue is relatively small, I think the experience would still be quite impressive from any front row seat, not just the center ones.

今まで見たのとは少し違うアレンジされたルアウショーでさすがヒルトン！！
前方中央席でとても良かったです。
ただ、会場が割と狭いので中央席じゃなくても前方席なら迫力も対して変わらないかなと思いました。

I was able to see sea turtles three times! I was so moved to see them up close, especially since I can't swim. It was super lucky to see them so closely.

The hamburger I had on the boat was delicious.

The friendly staff assisted us with beach volleyball, and even though I wasn't very good, I had a great time.

It got cold at the end, but I was glad there were hot drinks available. They were delicious.

泳げない私が、間近でウミガメを見れて感動しました。間近で見れたのは、めちゃラッキーでした。

船上で食べたハンバーガーが美味しかったです。

ビーチバレーも気さくなスタッフさんがアシストしてくださり、下手くそでも楽しめました。

最後に冷えて寒かったのですが、ホットドリンクが用意されてて良かったです。美味しかったです。

It was our family's first trip to Hawaii and our first horseback riding experience. Initially, we had booked the horseback riding experience at Kualoa Ranch, but due to overcapacity, we switched to this tour. Since we were traveling by rental car, I had some concerns, but we arrived without getting lost. The reception counter had explanations in Japanese, so even though I could hardly understand the staff's English, I felt at ease while riding. The horses were well-trained and took us on a leisurely stroll along the beach. The kids (elementary and middle school students) were looking forward to this horseback riding, and it seems they had a wonderful time as expected. Thank you to all the staff!

家族４人での初ハワイ＆初乗馬体験でした。当初、クアロアランチの乗馬体験を申し込んだのですが、定員オーバーのため、こちらのツアーにしました。レンタカーでの移動のため、不安もありましたが、迷うことなく到着できました。受付カウンターには日本語の説明文が用意されており、スタッフの英語がほとんど聞き取れなかった私でも、安心して乗馬できました。馬たちはよく調教されており、ゆっくりと浜辺を散策してくれました。子どもたち（小学生と中学生）はこの乗馬を楽しみにしており、期待通りの素晴らしい時間を過ごせたようです。スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。

I went parasailing for the first time. I was torn between skydiving and parasailing, but since parasailing was more affordable, I chose that this time. The hotel picked me up right on time, and the ride to the boat dock was comfortable.

We headed out to sea for the parasailing, and the wind felt nice during the boat ride, which I enjoyed! I usually don’t get seasick, but when the boat picked up speed, it rocked quite a bit. We had to stay on the boat until all four groups finished, and one family seemed to be struggling with seasickness. If you are prone to seasickness, I highly recommend taking motion sickness medication and bringing a plastic bag for vomiting.

For parasailing, after the staff fitted me with the equipment, I quickly ascended high into the sky. Since I love heights, I chose the higher option at 150 meters and was very satisfied. The staff adjusted the experience a bit, making the boat sway slightly and even dipping us into the sea on the way back, but they made sure my face stayed dry, which was fun.

The views of Hawaii and the ocean were incredibly beautiful, and I was very happy to participate! The tour staff were also very nice, and there was a Japanese instruction sheet, which made me feel at ease. I would love to join again if I have the chance.

初めてパラセーリングをしました。
スカイダイビングと迷ったのですが、パラセーリングの方がお手頃だった為今回はパラセーリングにしました。
ホテルには時間ぴったりに迎えに来て頂いて、船乗り場までの道中は快適でした。
パラセーリングをする為に沖に出るのですが、風が気持ちよく船での移動もわたしは良かったです！
わたしは船酔いしない方なのですが、スピードを出したりすると結構揺れが激しく、4組全員が終わるまで揺れる船に乗ってなければいけない為、1組の親子が船酔いをしていて結構きつそうでした。
船酔いする方でしたら、必ず酔い止めを服用し嘔吐用にビニール袋などの持参をお勧め致します。
パラセーリングは部品を装着しお兄さんに設置してもらうとすぐに空に高く上がっていきます。
わたしは高いところが好きな為、150メートルの高い方を選びとても満足しました。
お兄さんのさじ加減により少し揺れたり、戻る際にわざと海に浸からされたりしましたが、顔は濡れない程度にしてくれる為楽しめました。
ハワイの景色と海がとても綺麗で参加して大満足でした！
ツアーのお兄さん達もとてもよく、日本語の注意事項の紙もあり安心して参加できました。
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。
