Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was a bit worried about the airport and hotel transfers due to COVID-19, but I was able to complete the transfers without any issues. Since there were no Japanese customers due to the impact of COVID-19, it was a private transfer, which made it very comfortable!

My husband and i had an amazing experience. Our group guides (Zeke, Ellie, Emma) are the best, very supportive and encouraging and fun. Going through the whole course was a challenge to conquer our different levels of fear and strength. I am especially proud of my husband who had been very hesitant to do the activity but finished it with flying colors more than me..ha ha... If given the chance to come back, we will definitely do it again. Again, thank you so much to our guides who kept us safe and secured the whole time. Fun fun fun .....

We went on our cruise last night and it was wonderful despite the fact that I got seasick. My husband and kids absolutely loved it. I was unable to eat my food but again, my hubby and kids said the food was amazing. The fish and short ribs were superb to them.
I regret not buying motion sickness meds. If you think you will get sick,please take meds a day prior and about 2 hours prior to your cruise. Now, about the staff. They are uhhmazinggg. They are very attentive and sweet. Make sure you have cash to tip them very good. Also, you need cash for the photographer if u want to buy your pictures.

I went on Prince Kuhio with friends and it was such a nice way to spend our Friday evening. It's the only dinner cruise that is open right now, and we were so happy with everything: service, dinner, boat. The overall vibe was friendly and chill, the crew was so nice, and dinner was served hot and had good portions. Also the generous slice of cheesecake was really good! They have a cute tiki onboard where you can order whatever you'd like. Only thing I'd recommend is to bring sea-sickness preventatives! I get seasick very easily so I made sure to take dramamine prior to the cruise and I am so thankful. We went on a day when the water was pretty rough and there was a lot of swell and although it was hard to walk around the deck, I didn't get seasick. I was very impressed with this dinner cruise and it's a great option if you want a change of scenery!

North Shore Clear Bottom Kayak Tour & Turtle Watch from Haleiwa Beach

This tour was an absolute blast. Luckily, my girlfriend and I came to Hawaii the week after the state opened up following the Covid-19 restrictions, so there weren't many people on the island. Likewise, the tour only ended up being the two of us. Our tour guide (and owner of the tour company), Steve, was amazing. He led us through the waters and taught us both how to kayak. He even went out of his way and taught us how to paddleboard too! Also, he was very knowledgeable about Hawaii and the surrounding waters. Steve provided us with a lot of advice on what we should do/stay/eat during our stay. And to make it even better, we saw plenty of sea turtles and coral beneath our glass bottom kayak! On top of all this, Steve stayed with us a little while longer on the water to answer our questions and to talk more about Hawaii. All in all, the tour went above and beyond our expectations. The next time we go back to Hawaii, we will definitely book another tour with this company!

I have to admit that this being my first time snorkeling, I had never been so scared and nervous in my WHOLE life!!

Zola, our instructor, was extremely patient and caring throughout the entire experience. Even through I had to concentrate extremely hard with breathing and using my flippers, I was SO proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without him.

Ask for Zola for the snorkeling tour, you wont' be sorry. You will be in terrific hands!

It was our first scuba dive experience and we could not have had a better time!
All thanks to our instructor, Zola, he was super helpful from diving safety to the techniques and made us enjoy every second of the dive.
We want to point out and send a special thanks to Zola on how patient he was. He made sure I was comfortable in the water, since I was a bit scared at first, still getting used to the equipment and picking up the new breathing pattern.

We kept searching for dinner cruises that were open with COVID. We found this one and we were so glad that we did. It was awesome. The mai tai was excellent and the food was delicious. The owner of the boat was very friendly. The staff was very attentive and friendly as well. We would very much recommend taking this cruise if you get the chance. We even sighted a whale even though it was way too early in the season.

I saw on Instagram that a singer known as the "Diva of America" visited with her family (though it was probably a private event), so I think it's definitely a place for families with children. I recommend bringing a jacket because the air conditioning on the bus is quite strong.

I really enjoyed the buffet before the show! The hula dance during the buffet was entertaining and got me excited before the show even started. I was also allowed to take photos during the show, and I was able to take pictures with the performers at the end, which made for great memories. It was amazing!

The weather was nice and it felt very pleasant. I was able to see it a few times, but I had imagined there would be many more up close, so it was quite far away and a bit disappointing. I thought it might be dangerous to get too close, but it was too far to feel the impact. I think it's good to go with the mindset of just wanting to see a little bit! I wasn't able to see the appearance like in the image photos.

It was an incredible downpour. Before going, I looked at many pictures of Heaven's Beach and thought that since the water was about knee-high, I could enjoy it even though I'm not a good swimmer, so I made a reservation. However, due to the heavy rain, the water level was high, and at 155 cm, I was barely able to stand on my tiptoes.

The waves were rough and murky, which was scary, so only my husband went snorkeling while I waited. I was able to enjoy paddleboarding with others who were waiting, but I had imagined a calm, clear sea with turtles swimming nearby, so I was quite disappointed.

The lunch was delicious, and the crew on the boat were nice people, but the sea in February was freezing cold, and everyone else seemed eager to go back. It was at a level that could be laughed about, so I hope to have a revenge trip someday.

ランチは美味しくて船の方々もいい人でしたが、2月の海の雨は震えるほど寒く、他の方もみんな早く帰りたそうでした。笑い話になるぐらいのレベルだったので、またいつかリベンジしたいと思います。

There is so much to see that you definitely cannot watch all the shows and activities all in one day so definitely suggest getting there early. This is a great way to learn the different cultures - dance, traditions, food, etc. Highly suggest you wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking a lot.

First time horseback riding and I can honestly say we had a wonderful experience. They made sure to have a safety demo in the beginning prior to jumping on to be sure everyone was safe and comfortable enough to ride. Nice peaceful scenery and the breeze off of the ocean made the horseback riding extremely relaxing. Towards the end of the tour, we also stopped to take some pics on the beach with the horses!! Our tour guide Becca was the BEST! Definitely will go back and make sure to request her as our tour guide again.
