I had an awesome experience! Why would need 50 characters?

We’ve been to many Luaus over the years but this one was the best ever. It was personal, informative, and super entertaining. Definitely recommend to others. Each guest felt involved without big crowds and big lines.

I had requested a photo shoot, and we had the photographer jump with us to take pictures, but unexpectedly, the camera malfunctioned and nothing was captured. So, we decided to jump again! From being unlucky to lucky, I had an amazing experience with two adrenaline rushes that felt incredible!

I chose the 2-hour horseback riding course. There were many people at the reception, but most seemed to be on the 1-hour course, with only my spouse and I, along with what appeared to be three American family members, in the 2-hour group! We had one instructor for every five people, which was an excellent condition to start with.

This was my second time at Kualoa, and although I have ridden horses several times domestically, the scenery and comfort of this course were so exceptional that it’s hard to put into words how "amazing" it was. The instructor explained everything in English, which was a bit of a challenge for us, but we managed to listen intently. We also communicated with the American father, and their smiles and the charming movements of their horses helped make the experience enjoyable and the two hours flew by. (Since preparation and explanations take about 20 to 30 minutes, some might find the 1-hour course insufficient.) I have a pleasant muscle ache around the inner thigh area, but I can definitely "recommend" this experience!

受付にはたくさんの方がいたのですが、大半の方は1時間コースのようで、2時間組は我々夫婦のほかに、（おそらく）アメリカ人の親子3人だけ！
5人に一人のインストラクターが付き、この上ない条件でのスタート。
クアロアは二度目、国内でも何度か馬に乗った経験はありますが、今回のコースの景色と気持ちよさは、言葉で表現するのが難しいくらいの”最高”でした。
インストラクターは英語での説明、我々にはちょっと高いハードルでしたが、何とか必死に聞き取りました。ＵＳお父さんともコミュニケーションをとり、彼らの笑顔と愛馬の愛嬌ある動きにも助けられ…、楽しくあっという間の2時間でした。（準備と説明で2～30分かかるため、1時間コースでは物足りない方もいるのではないでしょうか？）
内腿の付け根あたりに心地よい筋肉痛が残りますが、間違いなく”おすすめ”できます！

I participated in a 2-hour horseback riding course (with transportation included). I was worried about my 10-year-old daughter and our physical stamina, but it was no problem at all. I had read many comments about discomfort in the rear, but it wasn't as bad as I thought, and I was fine. The horses were very well-behaved, so I felt safe riding them. Occasionally, they would stop to graze, but I thought that without that, it wouldn't feel like I was really horseback riding. It was a wonderful 2-hour experience with scenery that you can't easily find in Japan. I'm glad I went.

I was concerned about the long wait time since the transportation schedule was fixed, but we rode from 9:30 for two hours, and the bus left at 1 PM. It was just right to have lunch and browse the souvenir shop afterward.

10歳の娘がいること、体力的なことなど不安がありましたが、全然問題ありませんでした。お尻が痛くなるとの書き込みが多く心配していましたが、思ったほどのことはなく、大丈夫でした。
お馬さん達がおりこうさんで、安心して乗っていられます。時々道草を食いますが、これがないと自分で乗馬している感じがしないかも？と思うくらいです。日本ではなかなか体験できない2時間の乗馬とすばらしい景色。行ってよかったです。
送迎時間が決まっているため、待ち時間が長いことを心配していましたが、9時半～2時間の乗馬で帰りは1時にバス出発でした。お昼を食べてお土産屋さんをひやかしていたらちょうどいい感じです。

Very knowledgeable guide and great kayaking! Good conversation and very understanding to beginners

I rode along the coastline and through the farms for about an hour, and it was quite beautiful. My 9-year-old son said it was his best memory. The staff took photos from both the mountain side and the seaside. The staff only spoke English, but I think it was manageable. After riding the horse, they explained how to control it in English. There were no Japanese customers. We went by rental car. The next day, I had muscle soreness in my back and the soles of my feet. The horses have different personalities; mine was a gentle horse named Amy, while my son's horse tried to eat grass right away, but in the end, he was able to control it well.

Skydiving in Hawaii with its amazing sky, sea, and mountains was incredible! It was my first time skydiving, and although I was nervous, I’m glad I did it. Since we participated from Ko Olina, my husband drove us to the airport. I got a bit anxious because my turn came up before I could watch the Japanese explanation video on the shuttle bus, but thanks to the staff who spoke Japanese and asked if I had seen the video, I was able to review the safety points before the jump.

I was able to store my valuables in a locker, and the staff who jumped with me helped ease my nerves and went over the jump and landing simulations multiple times, which made me feel secure.

I purchased the GoPro photos. I was so busy enjoying the scenery that I hardly have any photos where I'm looking at the camera, but I was satisfied with the pictures from the ground, boarding the plane, and inside the plane.

One regret I have is that I went in short sleeves and shorts. At 4,000 meters, it was cold. I was surprised by how chilly the air was. I underestimated the altitude. It was bearable, but I should have worn a light hoodie. Also, while falling, I was amazed by the beautiful scenery, but the pressure made my ears hurt too much, which was a mixed feeling. Even after trying to equalize, my ears still hurt! Next time, I think I’ll go at half the altitude.

初めてのスカイダイビングで、不安もありましたが飛んで良かったです。
コオリナから参加だったため夫が運転して飛行場へ。
そのためシャトルバス内で見るはずの日本語の説明ビデオを見る前に飛ぶ番が回ってきて焦りましたが、日本語を話せるスタッフが説明のビデオ見たか聞いてくれたおかげで、スカイダイビングの注意点を見てから本番に臨めました。
ロッカーに貴重品を預けられるし、一緒に飛んでくれたスタッフは緊張をほぐしてくれたり何度も飛ぶときと着地のシミュレーションをしてくれたりと、安心できました。

ＧｏＰroの写真を購入しました。景色を楽しんでばかりだったため、カメラ目線の写真は半分もないくらいでしたが、陸、飛行機乗るところ、飛行機の中の写真もあり満足でした。

後悔したことは、半袖短パンで行ったことです。高度4000メートル、寒かった。空気が冷たくてびっくりでした。4000メートルなめてました。我慢できる寒さですが薄手のパーカー羽織れば良かったです。
あと、落ちてる最中は綺麗な景色に感動しつつも気圧で耳が痛すぎて、複雑な気分。
耳抜きしても耳が痛い！次やるときは半分の高度でいいかな。

I appreciated the suggestion to book a different time slot to minimize waiting time at the ranch. The shuttle service with the large bus was comfortable.

However, the procedures upon arrival were somewhat unclear, so it would be helpful if the steps were written on the voucher in advance. I didn't know that helmets were required because they weren't shown in the photos, so I bought a hat the day before, but I would have liked to know beforehand.

It would also be beneficial to have clear information about paid lockers and photography guidelines provided in advance rather than on the day of the activity.

As for the activity itself, we only watched a short video before riding, and then we were quickly on the horses. During the ride, there were two instructors for six participants, but they mostly left us to our own devices (laughs). While it's nice to have freedom, some people might feel anxious about it.

Naturally, each horse has a different personality; there were calm horses, some that only wanted to eat grass and wouldn't listen, and others that were playful with the other horses, which was amusing. The horse I rode seemed to be a bit of a troublemaker, as the instructor frequently came over to praise it. It was curious about the other horses and occasionally sped up, but I held the reins firmly, so it was fine. By the way, there was someone who completely let their horse do whatever it wanted, and that horse was just eating grass (laughs).

The horseback riding lasted a solid two hours, allowing us to enjoy the stunning scenery! We rode towards the mountains while looking at the sea. There were ups and downs, making it quite a workout just to sit on the horse. The views were truly magnificent! If you're going because of the Jurassic Park movie, I recommend reviewing it again right before your visit for even more enjoyment.

We were able to start riding about 20 minutes after arriving and boarded the bus about 30 minutes after finishing, so we had almost no waiting time on-site, resulting in zero stress. However, if things don't go smoothly, there can be a three-hour wait at the ranch, so I recommend confirming this when making your reservation.

By the way, the waiting area is in the restaurant inside the souvenir shop, and waiting for an hour seemed tough for us. The food didn't seem promising either, so if needed, I recommend bringing light snacks like bread.

予約時に牧場での待機時間が少ない時間になるように別の時間帯での予約の提案があり、助かりました。
大型バスでの送迎で快適でした。
現地到着後の手順が若干曖昧で事前に手順をバウチャーに書いていただけると助かります。
写真ではヘルメット着用していなく、着用することを知らなかったため、前日に帽子を買いましたが、事前に知りたかったです。
有料ロッカーの案内や写真撮影などに対する注意・案内が当日ではなく事前に分かりやすくあると助かります。
アクティビティ自体は、乗馬前に簡単なビデオを見るだけで、すぐに乗馬。乗馬中もインストラクター（決まったフレーズのみ日本語で話せます。こちらからの質問はあまりコミュニケーション取れないと思った方がよいです。）が体験者6名に対し、2名いましたが、ほぼ放置プレイでした（笑）
自由でいいですが、不安に思う人もいるかもしれないです。
当たり前ですが、馬によって性格が違い、おとなしい馬、草ばかり食べて言うことを聞かない馬、他の馬にちょっかいを出す馬がいて面白かったです。私が乗った馬はインストラクターが頻繁にいい子にするように声をかけにくるちょっとした問題児のようで、他の馬が気になったり、急に早足になったりしましたが、しっかり手綱を持っていたので大丈夫でした。ちなみにまったく指示を出さず、完全になめられている人もいて、その馬は草ばかり食べていました（笑）
乗馬はしっかり2時間で素晴らしい景色の中で堪能できます！海を見ながら山の中に向かいます。アップダウンもあり、乗っているだけで結構な運動量になります。景色が本当に素晴らしかったです！ジュラシックパークの映画がきっかけで行くのであれば、もう一度直前におさらいしてかは行くとより楽しめるかと。

私達は到着後20分位で乗馬、終了後も30分位でバス乗車出来たので、現地での待機時間もほぼなくストレスゼロでしたが、うまくいかないと3時間の牧場待機時間があるそうです。予約時に確認することをおすすめします。
ちなみに待機場所はお土産屋さん内のレストランとなり、1時間待機も私達にはきつそうです。食事にも期待は出来ない感じでしたので、必要であればパン等の軽食持参をおすすめします。

The course in the mountains after the rain was a bit muddy, which made me a little anxious, but the horse walked very well. There were times when I slipped, but the horse maintained its balance, so it wasn't a problem. I think the course on a sunny day would also be nice, but the course after the rain was thrilling and fun. The boss doesn't speak Japanese, but the guide provides a thorough explanation before riding, and there are illustrated signs, so there's no need to worry.

雨が降った後の山のコースだったため、足元がぬかるみ少し不安でしたが、馬が上手に歩いてくれました。時々滑りましたが、馬が上手にバランスをとってくれるので問題ありませんでした。晴天のときのコースも良いと思いますが、雨が降った後のコースもスリリングで楽しかったです。ボスは日本語を話しませんが、乗馬前にガイドさんが丁寧に説明してくれるし、イラストで説明された説明版があるので心配いりません。

The ride was good. None of us have ever ridden a horse on the beach, so it was a new experience. I haven't spent more than 20 minutes on a horse before this, more than a decade ago, so it was almost all new to me. We liked how the leader stopped us on the beach and took nice photos of us to remember the ride. The reason I didn't give a perfect score was that I think the leader of the ride needed to be more aware of the riding skill of the people she was leading and give advice on how to improve instead of just telling us what not to do.

Toshi, our driver guide, was a kind and fun person. On the day of the tour, there were a total of 10 people picked up from three different hotels, and we were able to leave each hotel ahead of schedule, which made for a very pleasant start to the tour.

Although the weather was a bit bad, we were able to enjoy horseback riding and had a great day. I felt that the horseback riding was a bit more active and enjoyable than at Kualoa. My husband had his first horseback riding experience, and he seemed to really enjoy it, saying he wanted to ride again after we finished.

We couldn't see the turtles in Haleiwa, as it seems there is a specific season for that, but I recommend checking the timing if you're looking forward to seeing them. (You can gauge the chances of seeing them based on the guide's comments, haha.) For lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed garlic shrimp and huli huli chicken and were very satisfied.

ドライバーガイドのトシさんが親切で楽しい人でした。
当日は、異なるホテル３ヵ所からのピックアップ計10人のツアーでしたが、
何処のホテルも時間より早く出発でき、とても気持ちの良いツアースタートで
した。
少しだけ悪天候気味でしたが、乗馬を充分楽しめて良い一日を過ごせました。
私は、クアロアでの乗馬よりもう少しアクティブで楽しいなぁとと感じました。
主人は乗馬初体験でしたが、終了後また乗馬をしたいと、かなり気に入っていたようです。

ハレイワの亀は、時期があるようなのでみれませんでしたが、楽しみにしているかたは、時期を調べて行かれるのをお勧めします。
（当日観れる確率はガイドさんの話ぶりで解ります（笑））
ランチはガーリックシュリンプ、フリフリチキンを堪能し大満足です。

I signed up because I wanted to try zip-lining at least once. As mentioned in the experiences, there were no Japanese participants, and the staff spoke English, but the language barrier was not an issue at all. (You can generally understand by observing the atmosphere and your surroundings.)

First, we drove up the mountain in a four-wheeler, and the driving was aggressive and fun. I also thought zip-lining would just be about sliding down, but there were parts where we had to climb back up using ropes, which was very tiring. But it was enjoyable.

体験談にあるように参加者に日本人はいなく、スタッフも英語ですが
言葉の問題は全く問題ありませんでした。
（雰囲気や、周りを見えいれば大体わかります）
最初に4輪バギーで山の上の方まで登るのですが、
運転がアグレッシブで楽しかったです。
また、ジップラインはただ滑り降りていくだけだと思っていましたが、
途中ロープで上まで登ったりするところもありとても疲れました。
でも楽しかったです。

It's not often that you can ride for two hours, so I signed up without hesitation! We moved forward in a single line with a small group, and I was at the front. The horse is smart and remembers the course. I was so excited, thinking "Ah, this is the best!" but after about an hour, I started to feel a bit tired from enjoying it so much. We made our way back after an hour and a half. Riding really feels great.

It was very good, but the English explanation was only for the foreign guests coming behind us. Maybe they thought we wouldn't understand? Even if I didn't understand everything, I could pick up some words. That was a bit disappointing.

２時間も乗れることはなかなかないので、迷わずこれ！と、申し込みました。少人数で一列に並んで進みます。しかも先頭。賢い馬なので、コースも覚えています。あー、最高〜〜と、ワクワクして乗っていましたが、１時間を過ぎたぐらいから、堪能しちゃって、ちょっと疲れた感が。とっとこ進んで１時間半で、コース戻って来ました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)でも、本当に乗馬は気持ちいいです。
とても良かったのですが、英語の解説、私たちの後ろを来る外国の方にのみ。どうせわからないと思ったのかな？わからなくても、単語は拾って聞き取れるのですが。そこがちょっと残念でした。

I was worried about horseback riding for the first time, but the Japanese guide taught us carefully, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind! During the bus ride, they talked about recommended shops and the town of Hawaii, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. The only disappointment was that we couldn't meet any sea turtles at Turtle Bay.

We gathered before 8 AM and returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM. It was truly a full day, a fulfilling tour.

Previously, I participated in the afternoon canoe show with a friend, and this time, I joined this half-day tour combined with sightseeing with my mother.

It was great to show my mother, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time, Hanauma Bay and the "Tree of Life" from Hitachi. The cultural center, with the canoe show and village performances, was all wonderful and enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the night show; the fire dance is a must-see!

From Hanauma Bay to the "Tree of Life," then to Dole and Haleiwa, the guide provided information along the way, which was fun. However, it felt a bit packed with sightseeing. We only had about 20 minutes in Haleiwa, so a little more time there would have been nice. I rated it ★4, but I highly recommend this satisfying tour.

戻って来る、本当に丸々1日、充実なツアーでした。

以前、友人と午後のカヌーショーより参加して、
今回は、母と二人で半日観光と組み合わさったこの
ツアーに参加致しました。

初めてのハワイの母に、ハナウマ湾や、日立の
この木なんの木を見せられて良かったです。
文化センターは、カヌーショーも、村々のショーも
みんな素敵で、楽しめました。
圧巻は、やはりナイトショー、ファイヤーダンスは
必見です(^ ^) v

ハナウマ湾→この木なんの木→ドール→ハレイワ
ウミガメの海や、ダイヤモンドヘッド等道すがら
ガイドさんが案内してくれるので、楽しかったです。
ただ、少々観光は詰め込み過ぎかな？
ハレイワは、20分程しか観光出来なかったので、
もう少しあると、良かったので、★4つにさせて
いただきましたが、満足出来るツアーオススメです。

My wife and I had such a great experience! The sharks come close but stay at a safe distance. The guides are very knowledgeable about the ocean and have utmost respect for the sea. I recommend taking the earliest trip to have the calmest sea so you don’t have to work too hard fighting waves and currents. A+ outfit!

We had a wonderful morning kayaking! Our guide, Dan, was so knowledgeable about the island and made it a great experience. We got lucky and saw at least 10 turtles. I highly recommend this activity!

It was the first experience for the whole family, but after a while, it became enjoyable. The scenery was amazing, and above all, the horses were cute. The locals were kind and friendly as well.

家族全員が初体験でしたがしばらくすれば楽しくなってきました。景色も最高で何より馬がかわいい。現地の人も親切で優しかったです。

Here we have a small group of nice folks pouring their soul into this wonderful luau. Imagine all this happing within the beautiful confines of Waimea Valley! Great food, great entertainment and one heck of a value. Toa Luau is centered around the traditional Samoan luau ways and pays respect to Hawaii and all the islands of Polynesia. My party of six adults chose the Silver package and were delighted with our seating position to the show. The food was amazing. Do yourself a favor... leave the other touristy luaus to the tourists and experience what these lovely folks work so hard to share. Well done Toa Luau!!

I had wanted to go horseback riding in Hawaii for a long time, so I was really looking forward to this trip. It takes about an hour from Waikiki, so I was glad I opted for the pickup service. I chose the two-hour course because I wanted to ride in the Kualoa Valley. There were six of us and one instructor. My horse was a bit of a glutton and kept eating the grass along the path, which was a bit troublesome, but it wasn't dangerous, and the instructor quickly came over to scold the horse.

My mother was anxious before riding, but she said it wasn't scary once she got on. However, being in her 60s, she mentioned that her backside started to hurt, so she felt one hour would have been enough for her. I, on the other hand, had no such issues and really enjoyed riding amidst the beautiful scenery.

以前からハワイで乗馬がしたかったので、今回楽しみにしていました。ワイキキから1時間くらいかかるので送迎付きにしてよかったです。クアロアの渓谷を乗馬したかったので2時間コースにしました。6人とインストラクター一人でした。私の馬は食いしん坊でよく道の草を食べていて困りましたが危険ということはなく、すぐにインストラクターの方が来て馬を叱ってくれました。
母も乗る前は不安がっていましたが、乗ったら怖くなかったといっていました。ただ60代ということもあったのかお尻が痛くなってしまったので1時間で充分だったと言っていました。私はそういうこともなく綺麗な景色の中を乗馬できてとても楽しかったです。

I saw in the reviews that there wouldn't be any staff who spoke Japanese, so I participated, but there were some! Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy myself without any trouble.
Since it was in the mountains, I thought the sunlight would be strong, so I applied plenty of sunscreen and wore long sleeves. However, my arms, nose, and cheeks, which were exposed when I rolled up my sleeves a bit, got sunburned bright red.
The staff wore helmets over hats with brims, so if you're concerned about sunburn, I think it's a good idea to do the same.
The price is high, but everything in Hawaii tends to be on the expensive side, so it can't be helped.

山なので日差しが強いと思い　日焼け止めをたっぷり塗って　長袖を着ていきましたが　ちょっと袖をまくってたら　出てた腕と鼻とほっぺが真っ赤に日焼けをしてしまいました
スタッフさんたちは　つばのある帽子の上にヘルメットをかぶってたので　日焼けが気になる方は　そうされた方がいいかと思います
金額は高いですが　ハワイでは　何もかもお高めなので　仕方ないですね～

It was my first horseback riding experience, and I decided to go for the 2-hour course based on everyone's reviews (＾Ｏ＾). To be honest, my butt got really sore, haha. At the beginning, they showed a Japanese explanation video, but during the experience, I managed with English and gestures. After a while of walking through the mountains, we caught sight of the ocean, entered the ranch, passed by the filming location of Jurassic Park, and occasionally crossed rivers and sped up. It was quite a fulfilling 2 hours!!

正直言って、お尻がめちゃくちゃ痛くなりました笑
始めに日本語の説明ムービーを流してくれますが、体験中は英語とジェスチャーで乗り切りました。山の中をしばらくお散歩したあと、途中で海が見えてきて、牧場の中に入り、ジェラシックパークの撮影現場を通過し、たまに川を越えたり、スピードアップしたりと、なかなか充実した2時間でした！！

This was my second time participating! The one-hour course was sufficient. You can enjoy both mountain and ocean views while horseback riding. If you just want to ride and save time, I recommend choosing a course without transportation and renting a car. It takes just under two hours by bus from Waikiki, and a round trip by taxi costs around 8,000 yen, as told by a taxi driver in Waikiki. If you choose the course with transportation, you'll have to wait about two hours inside Kualoa after the ride ends. There are animals like horses, chickens, goats, tortoises, donkeys, cows, and cats, so watching them helped pass about 30 minutes of the one-hour wait before riding. There are also some souvenirs for sale and a convenience store. There are coin lockers available for $5, so you can safely store your valuables. It was okay to have a camera and smartphone hanging around your neck while riding. Regarding horseback riding, my husband got a pressure sore, and I also experienced pain in my tailbone, so I think those taking the two-hour course should be careful about their seating position!

2回目の参加！1時間コースでしたが十分でした。山と海どっちもの景色を乗馬しながら楽しめます。乗馬だけしたい方で時間の節約をしたい方は送迎なしのコースにしてレンタカーがおすすめです。ワイキキからバスだと2時間弱、タクシーだと往復で確か8000円近くするとワイキキのタクシーの運転手さんに言われました。乗馬だけで送迎ありにすると乗馬が終わってから2時間くらいクアロア内でまちぼうけになります。馬、鶏、やぎ、リクガメ、ロバ、牛、猫などいるので動物を見てると乗馬前の待ち時間1時間のうち30分くらいは暇つぶしになりました。ちょっとしたお土産も売っていますしコンビニもあります。コインロッカーが5ドルであるので貴重品も安心して預けれます。乗馬の時首からかけたカメラとスマホはOKでした。
乗馬に関しては、旦那は床ずれができ、私も尾てい骨が痛くなったので、2時間コースの方は座り方に気を付けた方がいいと思います！

I would recommend Pacific Aviation Skydiving to everyone who wants to skydive in Hawaii! They were all very nice and professional! It was my first time skydiving and an unforgettable experience! I would strongly recommend getting the video as well as pics! I experienced it with my son and daughter- in- law! So that made it even more awesome!

It was the best experience! The instructor was cheerful, fun, kind, and really got everyone excited! The scenery was amazing, and I want to do it again and again! For those who will be doing it in the future, I think you'll want to buy the photos and videos; the expressions on your face while flying are incredibly funny!
