It was explained that the event might be canceled due to weather conditions, but if you take the morning (early morning) flight, it will be carried out unless there is extremely bad weather. It was tough to wake up early, but the beautiful sky and sea unique to Hawaii made it worth the challenge.

天候により中止になることがあると説明されましたが午前（早朝）発の便ならよほどの悪天候でない限り遂行されるとのこと。朝早いのはしんどかったですがハワイならではの美しい空と海、挑戦して正解でした。

I participated in a two-hour course. Even though it had been a while since I rode a horse, the pre-ride lecture was quite simple: pull the reins to the right when you want to go right, and to the left when you want to go left. It also mentioned that if the horse starts eating grass, you should firmly pull the reins to stop it. I was a bit worried when I got on the horse, but it was very well-behaved and followed the horse in front of it perfectly. We went through a lush forest and then came across a path where we could see the ocean. There was also a place with several large dinosaur bones, which I assume was a filming location for Jurassic Park, making it quite enjoyable. I felt a bit nervous when other riders approached on the narrow path, wondering if we could pass each other, and we even encountered some buggies. The two hours flew by. However, I unexpectedly started to feel pain in my backside, but overall, it was a fun tour.

２時間コースに参加。久しぶりに馬に乗るというのに、事前のレクチャーは右に行きたいときは手綱を右に引き、左の時は左にということと、草などを馬が食べ始めたら、しっかりと手綱を引いて辞めさせるようにというものくらいででした。心配しながら馬に乗ったのだが、馬がとてもおりこうさんで、しっかり前の馬の後について進んでいってくれました。こんもりとした森の中を進んだかと思うと海が見える小径をいったり、ジュラシックパークの撮影地だったのでしょうか、大きな恐竜の骨がいくつも置いてある場所があったりで楽しめました。狭い道を向こうからも馬に乗った人たちが来て、すれ違えるのかとドキドキしたり、バギーが走っているのに出会ったり、２時間はあっという間でした。しかし、途中からお尻が痛くなったのは予想外でしたが、楽しむことができたツアーになりました。

I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful nature on the two-hour course. It felt just like stepping into a movie, and I was satisfied just by gazing at the scenery, even without detailed explanations.

I think it's best to carry your smartphone or camera hanging around your neck. There were moments when the horses acted up and started to trot quickly, and the instructor had to pull away horses that strayed from the line, so if you have pockets without zippers, you might drop something. I was told to leave my small body bag in a locker, possibly because it had a decent amount of stuff inside.

The horses are generally well-trained and seem accustomed to various noises, walking calmly in formation. The horse behind me occasionally grazed, and when it stopped, it acted up a bit. There were no moments that felt dangerous this time.

I have some experience with horseback riding, but since it had been a while, my rear started to hurt, so I might find intense sports difficult the next day. The activity ends just when you start to feel a bit tired and want to head back.

After a short break, it was just the right time to get on the bus. The return bus can get a bit crowded, so it might be better to act a little earlier.

2時間コースで美しい大自然を満喫できました。まさに映画の中に入り込んだようで、詳しい説明がなくても景色を眺めているだけで満足できる時間でした。
スマホやカメラは首から下げる状態での持ち込みが良いと思います。馬が反抗して早足をしたり、列から離れた馬をインストラクターが早足で引いたりする場面があったので、ジッパーのないポケットだと落としてしまうかもしれません。小さなボディバッグも(中身がそれなりに入っていたためか)ロッカーに預けるよう言われました。
馬は基本的によく調教されていて多少の物音にも慣れているようで、大人しく隊列をなして歩いてくれます。後ろの馬は時々草を食べたり、それを止めたら反抗したりはしていました。危険を感じるような場面は今回ありませんでした。
私は乗馬を多少経験したことがありますが、それでも久しぶりに乗ったのでお尻が痛くなりましたので、翌日に激しいスポーツはきついかも？ アクティビティ自体はそろそろ疲れたので帰りたい…と思う頃に終わります。
少し休憩してからバスに乗ったらちょうどよい時間になりました。帰りのバスは少し混みますので、気持ち早めに行動した方がいいかもしれません。

I was picked up from the hotel and signed the necessary documents for skydiving, then headed straight to Dillingham Airport. First, I stored important items in a locker; anything I was wearing that could fall off, like my watch and glasses, had to go in the locker or I wouldn't be able to jump.

I was introduced to my diving buddy, who helped me set up the harness, and then we boarded the skydiving plane. My heart was racing as the engine revved up, and once we reached an altitude of 4,267 meters (14,000 ft), it was time to jump one after another!

From that height, I didn't feel like I was falling; it was a strange sensation as if I was floating. Once we reached parachute altitude, it felt like a leisurely stroll in the sky. The instructor spun us around and let us pull the cords to steer the parachute, which was incredibly fun.

The few minutes until we landed were truly exhilarating, and this kind of experience is hard to find anywhere else. It's definitely worth trying at least once in your life!

ホテルまでの送迎をしてもらい、スカイダイビングの際に必要な
書類への署名を済ませ、一路ディリンガム飛行場に。
まず、大事なものはロッカーへ、時計やメガネなど身に着けている
もので、外れて落としてしまうものはすべてロッカーに入れないと
上げてもあえません。
ダイビングのバディーが紹介され、ハーネスをセットしてもらい
ダイビング用の飛行機に搭乗。ドキドキしながら飛行機のエンジンの
回転数は上がり、高度4267メートル（14000ft)に達したら、次々と
ダイビング！
その高さから落ちている感覚はなく、浮遊しているかのような
不思議な感じです。
パラシュート高度に達したら、あとは空中散歩でした。
インストラクターがグルグル回してくれたり、ひもを引っ張って
パラシュートの降りる方向を自分で操縦感覚で降りることができ
とても楽しかったです。
地上に着地するまでの数分間は本当にドキドキものでしたが
こんな体験はどこでもできませんよね。
人生1回はチャレンジしてみる価値ありです！

We were jostled on a shuttle bus from Oahu to the North Shore! The shuttle was filled with members who would zipline with us, and we were the only Japanese people. After arriving, we weighed ourselves and got equipped, and then off we went!

We took a buggy to the zipline location, which was a lot of fun (laughs). The staff were all full of humor and had wonderful smiles. Due to my weight, I got stuck halfway on the zipline, and while I was panicking about what to do, they swiftly appeared to help me. I was out of breath since I stopped at one-third of the way, but it was really cool, like a ninja! A must-see!! (laughs)

There was also a female staff member who helped me. Working women are wonderful!

The vast nature stretched as far as the eye could see, with the ocean in view and the sound of gentle waves in the distance. I was able to spend a lovely half-day.

オアフ島から送迎バスで揺られてノースショアへ！
送迎バスには一緒にジップラインをするメンバーが乗っていて日本人は私たちだけでした。
到着後体重を図り装備をしていざ！
ジップラインの場所まではバギーに乗っていくのですが、これがまた楽しい（笑）
スタッフはユーモアたっぷりな方たちばかりで笑顔が素敵です。
体重のせいかジップラインの途中で止まってしまい、どうしようと焦っていたところ、さっそうと現れ助けてくれました。
１／３の場所で止まってしまったため、さすがに息を切らしていましたが、さ忍者みたいでかっこよかったです！必見です！！（笑）

スタッフに女性の方もいたのですが、その方にも助けていただきました。
働く女性は素敵です！

見渡す限り広大な自然で、海も見え、遠くからさざ波が聞こえてきます。
素敵な半日を過ごすことができました。

I recommend experiencing skydiving at least once in your life! I felt like it could change your life when you actually try it. The morning starts very early. It takes about an hour to get to the airport from around Waikiki. I ended up sleeping quite a bit in the car. It shakes a lot, but if you’ve taken medication, you won’t be able to skydive, so be careful. You also need to refrain from alcohol the day before.

When you arrive at the airport, you listen to the instructions and wait until it’s your turn to be called. At that time, the sun is just rising, and it’s really beautiful! It felt great, like a morning activity!

When it was our turn, we went up in the plane, and the divers were very calming, explaining where we were flying from. When it was time to jump, I was guided quickly, and before I knew it, I was flying! I had never experienced anything like that before, and I was just amazed to be in the sky. I didn’t feel like I was falling at all; it felt like I was hovering in place. The wind pressure was intense until the parachute opened, but once it did, I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Everything was a first-time experience, so it was quite a crazy experience, but I absolutely recommend challenging yourself to do it!

人生で一回スカイダイビングを経験することをオススメします！
実際にトライしてみて人生が変わるようなそんな気がしました☆
朝はとても早いです。ワイキキ周辺から1時間ほどで飛行場まで到着します。その車中では結構爆睡してしまいました。すごく揺れますが、薬を飲んでしまっているとスカイダイビングができないようなので気をつけた方がいいです。アルコール摂取も前日は控えなければいけません。
実際に飛行場で到着して、説明を聞いて自分たちが呼ばれるまで待ちます。その時にちょうど日が昇ってくるのですが、それがとても綺麗です♪朝活という感じでとても気持ちが良かったです！
自分たちの番になって、飛行機で上まで行くのですがダイバーさんがすごく和ませてくれたり、ここは今この場所を飛んでいるんだよと教えてくれたりしました！
飛ぶときはあっという間に誘導されて、気づいたら飛んでいました！笑
今までにあんな経験はしたことがなかったのですが、とにかく空を飛んでいることにびっくり。そして自分が下に落ちてる感覚が全くなくてその場で止まって飛んでいるような感覚です。パラシュートが開くまでは風圧がすごいですが、開いてからは落ち着いて景色を堪能することができました。
何から何までがはじめての経験だったので、かなりクレイジーな経験ですが、絶対にチャレンジすることをおすすめします☆

I am an experienced rider.
Because of my experience, I really enjoyed it.
I have never seen such breathtaking scenery.
The horses are well-trained and managed, so even without human commands, they start moving when the lead horse (staff) in front begins to walk.
There is no fast pace; it’s a slow and steady walk.
There are remnants of the Jurassic Park set, which were impressive to see.

乗馬経験者です。
経験者ゆえとても楽しめました。
これほどの絶景は見たことがありません。
馬もしっかり調教、管理されていて、人間が指示を出さなくとも、前列のリーダーの馬（スタッフ）が歩き出せば、同じように動き出すという感じでした。
速足などはありません。ゆっくりゆっくり歩いていくという感じです。
ジュラシックパークのセットなどが残っており、見ごたえありました。

I was searching for horseback riding experiences and was drawn to this plan because it offered a walk by the seaside. I was able to get there without getting lost using the rental car's navigation system. The local staff spoke only English, but there were Japanese instructions for horseback riding, and they also demonstrated with gestures, so even my elementary school-aged child could understand. It was a very sunny day, but the sea breeze was refreshing and felt great. While walking along the coast, I was told to look for sea turtles, but unfortunately, we couldn't see any. The horses were very well-behaved, walking slowly in a line. It was about an hour and a half walk; since I wasn't used to it, my backside got a little sore towards the end, but it was definitely a satisfying experience. I would love to repeat it if I have the chance again.

乗馬体験で検索していたところ、海辺を散歩できるというところに惹かれ、こちらのプランに参加しました。レンタカーのナビで迷わず行けました。現地のお姉さんは英語オンリーですが、日本語の乗馬の注意書きがあったり、デモンストレーションも身振り手振りしてくれたりしたので、小学生の子供でも理解できました。とても日差しの強い日でしたが、海辺の風はさわやかで気持ちが良かったです。海岸を歩いているとき、ウミガメを探してみて！と言われましたが、残念ながら見ることはできませんでした。馬たちはとてもおりこうさんで、一列に並んでゆっくり歩いてくれました。1時間半ほどのお散歩、慣れていないので最後はちょっとお尻が痛くなりましたが、十分満足できる内容でした。また機会があったらリピートしたいです。

Since deciding to go skydiving, it became the main purpose of our trip to Hawaii. My wife was scared, but after inviting her multiple times, she finally agreed. She seems to have thought about it after reading others' experiences and watching videos on YouTube.

We scheduled it for our second day in Hawaii, as the first day was our arrival day. Since it was something we were anxious about, we wanted to get it done early. For our late-night snack, we decided to have steak to celebrate.

On the day of the jump, we were the last group in the morning session, so we had a long wait. During that time, we waited while drinking hamburgers and coffee from a food truck and stretching. We also visualized our jump while watching the previous group descend. (By the way, the hamburger here was quite delicious. It had a name like cheeseburger! It was $10 with coffee. I recommend it.)

By the time we boarded the helicopter, I was excited and not nervous at all. My wife seemed to be quite anxious. The flight to the jump point was surprisingly long, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

When it was time to jump, I felt a bit scared too. Before the parachute opened, the change in air pressure caused ear pain and made it hard to breathe, which was quite uncomfortable, but once the parachute opened, it felt relaxed and like flying like a bird.

The instructor made it fun by spinning us around, but many people get dizzy from that, so if you start to feel sick, just say "Don't spin!" This phrase is very important.

We landed safely without any worries.

The instructor was cheerful, and we had a great time. If you're hesitating, I recommend doing it. However, if I were asked if I would do it again, I would say no. It was fun, but considering the wait time and feeling a bit nauseous, I wouldn't do it again. Nevertheless, it was a great experience, and I think it was worthwhile.

I recommend it. It's also a good idea to request video recording; they will ask you on-site.

スカイダイビングをする事が決まってから、ハワイへ行く一番の目的みたいになってました。嫁さんは、怖がっていたのですが、何度も誘ってやっと賛成してくれました。
みなさんの体験談やユーチューブで動画を見て考えたらしいです。
自分たちはハワイ滞在２日目にしました。１日目はハワイ到着の日だったため。不安なことでもあるし、早めに済ませる意味で２日目です。夜食にはおつかれ会的な意味ももたせてステーキにしました。

当日は、午前中の組の中では最後の組だったので待ち時間が長かったです。
その待ち時間の間は、トラック販売のハンバーガーとコーヒーを飲んだりストレッチしながら待機。前の組の人たちが降りているのを眺めながらイメトレです。(ちなみにここのハンバーガーかなりおいしかったです。チーズハンバーガー？のような名前！コーヒーとセットで10ドルでした。おすすめです。)

自分は、実際にヘリに乗り込む頃には緊張などなくワクワクしていました。嫁さんはかなりドキドキしてたらしい。
ヘリで飛び降り地点までの時間は意外と長く、素敵な景色を楽しみました。

いざ出発の頃は自分もちょっと怖かったです。
パラシュートが開くまでは気圧の変化で耳が痛いのと息がしにくい事も有り、結構苦しかったですが、パラシュートが開いてからはゆったり鳥気分でした。

インストラクターの方が楽しませる為にくるくる回ったりするのですが、それで酔う方も多いので、気持ち悪くなったらドントスピン！と言ってください。この言葉かなり重要です。

着地も心配なく無事にできました。

インストラクターの方も陽気で楽しい時間が過ごせました。
迷っているならやる事をお勧めします。が、自分がもう一回やるか聞かれたらもうやらないです。楽しかったですが、待ち時間や若干気持ち悪くなる感じ等踏まえて。
楽しかった事には変わりはありませんし、良い経験ができたと思ってます。

おすすめです。ビデオ撮影も頼んだ方がいいです。現地で聞かれます。

After getting on the shuttle bus from a nearby meeting point to our accommodation, I woke up to find we had arrived at Kualoa Ranch (laughs). I had heard reviews about the helmets being smelly, so I bought a cap at a 100 yen shop to wear.

We started horseback riding after watching a DVD with Japanese subtitles and receiving a brief explanation. I was a bit worried because the explanation was very simple, but the staff spoke some Japanese and provided polite support, so it was fine.

There was one specialized staff member for about six customers, who guided us while we rode the horses. The weather was great, and riding in such a beautiful setting was truly the best.

Since the riding time was two hours, my friend said they got "bored" halfway through, but I actually enjoyed it so much that I wanted to ride even longer. My friend, who has a weak core, said their lower body was swaying for the entire two hours with the horse's movements, which caused back pain. I recommend being mindful of your core while riding (laughs).

You couldn't bring anything except drinks and your phone while riding, but there are lockers available. Also, photography during the ride is allowed, but videos are not (because focusing on the screen can lead to falling off the horse).

It was fine to film videos as long as you secured a GoPro with a chest mount harness and didn’t focus on the screen. There were props used in movie filming and many great photo spots.

Long horseback rides and the scenery are experiences you can't easily have in Japan, so I'm really glad I went. Highly recommended!!

宿泊先から近い集合場所から送迎のバスに乗り、寝て起きたらクアロアランチ到着（笑）
ヘルメットが臭いという口コミがあったので、１００均でキャップを買って行きました。
日本語字幕付きの説明DVDと、簡単な説明を受け乗馬開始。
あまりにも簡単な説明だったので心配になったのですが、スタッフさんは片言ですが日本語を話せて丁寧にサポートしてくれたので、大丈夫でした。
お客さん６人ほどに対して１人、乗馬専門のスタッフさんが担当し、馬に乗って先導してくれます。
天気も良く絶景の中での乗馬は、本当に最高でした。
乗馬時間が２時間もあるので、友人は途中から『飽きた』と言っていましたが、私はむしろもっと乗っていたいと思うほど楽しかったです。
体幹の弱い友人は、馬の動きと一緒に上半身が２時間ずっとユラユラしていたためか、腰が痛くなったそうです。
乗馬中は体幹を意識する事をお勧めします（笑）
乗馬の際は飲み物と携帯以外は持ち込めませんでした。ロッカーがあります。
また、乗馬中の写真撮影はOK、動画はNG（画面を注視すると落馬する危険があるから）
Goproをチェストマウントハーネスで固定して画面を注視しなければ、動画撮影大丈夫でした。
映画撮影で使われた大道具？小道具？が置かれていたり、映える撮影ポイントがたくさんありました。
長時間の乗馬も、景色も、日本ではなかなか体験できないので本当に行って良かったと思います。オススメ！！

I participated in a two-hour horseback riding experience starting at 12:15 PM. It included transportation from the hotel. However, instead of being picked up from the hotel where I stayed, I was instructed to go to one of four designated hotels in Honolulu that were closest to me. It's a good idea to confirm in advance which hotel you need to go to for pickup.

Since there was about an hour of waiting time before the horseback riding, I spent the time visiting souvenir shops and the beach, which was about a five-minute walk away. Before the riding, we received explanations through a Japanese video, so beginners need not worry. There were six participants, all of whom were Japanese, so I think they coordinate that.

The guide who accompanied us during the ride spoke only a little Japanese, just enough to give commands like "Right!" or "Stop!" After two hours of riding, my backside was sore and I had muscle pain, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, taking in the ocean views and passing by filming locations from Jurassic Park.

After the horseback riding, we waited for about 30 minutes before the bus picked us up and took us back to the same hotel around 3:30 PM. On the way back, there were many people, and we had to wait in line for quite a while to board the bus.

Overall, while the horseback riding tour is a bit pricey, I think it’s a great experience.

12時15分からの二時間の乗馬体験に参加しました。ホテルからの送迎付きでした。ただ宿泊したホテルへ送迎ではなく、ホノルル内では4箇所くらいの決まったホテルのうち近いところを指定されてそこまで自分でいくようになっています。お迎え時にはどのホテルに行かないといけないのか事前によく確認しておいた方がいいです。
乗馬前に一時間ほど待ち時間があったのでお土産屋やビーチ(歩いて5分ほど)までいって時間をつぶしました。
乗馬前には日本語のビデオで説明をうけるので初心者でも心配はいりません。一緒に参加者した人は六人で全員日本人でした。揃えてるんだと思います。乗馬中ついてきてくれたガイドさんは単語だけ少し日本語話せる程度で、右！とか止まって！とか指示をくれます。
二時間の乗馬でお尻は痛くなり筋肉痛になりましたが、海をみたりジュラシックパークの撮影場所を通ったりと見どころたくさんで大変満喫しました。
乗馬の後は30分くらい待ったあとバスで迎えに来たのと同じホテルまで3時30分くらいにつきました。帰りは人が多くてバスに乗るまで列にだいぶ並びました。
そもそも乗馬はツアー代が少し割高ですが、いい体験になると思います。

The horse ate a lot of grass, and even when I pulled the rope, it was strong and didn't listen much, which was tough. Kualoa Ranch was magnificent, and it made us feel small. We chose the two-hour course, but there were no breaks along the way, and my butt and hips hurt, so I ended up walking strangely when I got off (laughs). There was only one guide from overseas, and I thought it would have been nice to have another one.

草をよく食べる馬で、ロープをひっぱっても力が強くあまり言う事聞かなくて大変でした。
クアロアランチは、壮大で自分たちがちっぽけに思いました。
2時間コースにしましたが、途中休憩がなくお尻や股関節が痛くて、降りた時変な歩き方になりました(笑)
案内してくれる海外の方が、1人しかいなくて、もう1人いてもいいんじゃないかなーって思いました。

After a long time, I went horseback riding in Oahu. Unlike the famous Kualoa Ranch, it wasn't crowded here. If you don't need a helmet, you just need to sign a waiver. There are staff members who can speak Japanese, but since my daughter can speak English, we started the ride right away.

During the hour and a half horseback ride, we climbed hills from the 1,000-acre ranch, and the staff took photos of us with the ocean in the background. They seemed to have no commercial intent, as they took pictures with our smartphones.

Additionally, we could attach a pouch to the horse, allowing us to carry water and our smartphones, so we could freely drink water and take photos during the ride. It was a wonderful experience.

久しぶりにオワフでホースライド。
ここは、有名なクアロア牧場と違って混雑していませんでした。ヘルメット不要ならば署名すればOK。日本語が通じるスタッフはいるらしいのですが、娘も英会話ができるのでそのままライドスタート。
1時間半のホースライドでは、1,000エーカーの牧場から丘を登り、そこでスタッフが海をバックに写真を撮ってくれます。商売っ気が無いのか、こちらのスマホで撮影してくれます。
また、馬にポーチをつけられるので、水やスマホを入れてホースライド中も自由に水を飲んだり、スマホで撮影したりできてとてもいい時間を過ごせました。

It was my first time horseback riding, and I was a bit anxious, but I managed to get through it thanks to the typical American laid-back attitude. Haha! I didn't have much time to enjoy the scenery, but I really got to experience the great outdoors! Next time, I want to try the two-hour course as well.

初めての乗馬ということで、不安でしたが、アメリカ特有のテキトーさで何とかなりました。笑
景色を見る余裕はあまりなかったですが、大自然を満喫できました！！
今度は2時間コースも試してみたいです。。

We had a wonderful time! Not the typical luau where you basically eat, then watch a show. It’s very interactive, we are able to do things. Staff were so friendly and it really felt like a big family celebration. Highly recommended! Plus the free admission to the fall was breathtaking

This tour was quite an adventure, complete with beautiful views, good food, and of course an exciting ride. Ty, our guide, shared all kinds of historic and pop culture facts related to the ranch. We learned a little about the original irrigation system from the ranch's early plantation days and even got to walk the full length of an irrigation tunnel and explored a small cave. We also saw a recent Hawaii Five-0 filming location, hand fed some cows, and ate fresh tropical fruit right off the plant. Ty also let us set the pace for the ride...we chose fast and rough and he did not disappoint. A couple times I thought we were going to spin out or flip over, which is exactly what we wanted!
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun adventure.

While waiting, I felt nervous, but it was more fun to get caught up in the vibe of the instructor and cameraman. Let's force ourselves to smile! When you say "Kau Kau," it's fine even without equalizing your ears.

Right after jumping, the noise and wind pressure are overwhelming, but once the parachute opens, it truly feels like a scenic flight, like being a bird. I felt a bit nauseous, but I managed to get through it by coordinating with the instructor. It's a bit pricey, but I recommend getting the video and photos since you can look back on them later.

待つ間ドキドキしますが、インストラクターとカメラマンのノリに巻き込まれちゃった方が楽です。無理にでも笑いましょう！カウカウと言うと耳抜きなしでも大丈夫。
飛んだ直後は轟音と風圧で一杯一杯ですが、パラシュートが開いたあとは正に遊覧飛行、鳥になった気分です。私は若干酔いそうになりましたが、インストラクターと動きを合わせて乗り切りました。少々お高いですが、ピデオと写真はオススメです。後で振り返れるので。

The half-day tour on the day was enjoyable with a funny guide named MAKI from Ibaraki. I also appreciate the guide at the Polynesian Cultural Center for their clear explanations.

However, the reason I did not give a five-star rating is that the dinner menu was only on the table, and I didn't know how to proceed. It was a buffet style, wasn't it? The menu on the table was for the buffet. I would have appreciated a brief explanation about that.

The subsequent night show was also wonderful and enjoyable. I would like to meet MAKI again. Thank you very much.

当日の半日観光は、MAKIさんという茨城出身の面白いガイドさんで、楽しく回れました。
ポリネシアカルチャーセンターのガイドのお兄さんも、わかりやすく案内いただきありがとうございました。

しかし、評価が星５つではないのは、夕食が、メニューだけ机にあり、どう行動したら良いかわからなかったことです。バイキング形式だったんですね。机の上のメニューは、バイキングのメニューだったんですね。
そのような説明が一言、欲しかったです。

その後のナイトショーもすばらしく、良かったです。
また、MAKIさんに会いたいと思いました。

So glad we chose Haleiwa Shark Tours/Three Local Boys! Only had six people on boat and cage held six people! We never had to get out of cage! Saw between 10-20 sharks, hard to tell exactly because there was ALWAYS 4-6 in view! The captain and his mate, terrible at names but think Captain was Chris, both very knowledge about history of island and pointed them out as we were going to drop spot. Felt very comfortable in cage - anybody can do this! I'd love to back tomorrow, but we are leaving. HIGHLY recommend Haleiwa Shark Tours

I participated in a tour that allowed my mother, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time, to enjoy the streets of Haleiwa, garlic shrimp, horseback riding, and more all at once. Our guide, Masa, shared interesting stories, and the comfortable car ride made it a delightful experience for both my mother and my elementary school-aged nieces. I was worried because previous reviews mentioned that there wasn't enough time for lunch, but our guide took our request for garlic shrimp in advance and made a reservation, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. If I could be a bit greedy, I would have loved to explore Haleiwa for another 15 minutes.

ハワイ初来訪の母にハレイワの街並みやガーリックシュリンプ、乗馬などを一度に楽しめるツアーを探して今回参加しました。
ガイドのマサさんのお話も興味深く、楽チンな車での移動で母も小学生の姪っ子達も大満喫してくれました。
以前の口コミでは「ランチを食べる時間が少ない」とあったので心配していましたが、事前にガイドさんがガーリックシュリンプのリクエストを聞いて予約してくれたので、ゆっくり食べることが出来ました。贅沢を言えば、あと15分くらいハレイワ散策出来たらうれしいです。

We really enjoyed the day and had an excellent guide - JJ. Her beautiful smile was refreshing as was everyone's who worked there. Seemed like they all enjoy their job and are proud of the PCC.
So much education, impossible to see and grasp in one day. Beautiful scenery, wonderful entertainment. Was a little too warm, could have used a little AC here and there but no complaints!

We went for the shark cage adventure on 1st September. It was one of the most terrifying thing we were doing before we started.
The boat was easy to spot, and the best part they waited for us as we got a little late due to road closures. Thumbs up for veltra and the excursion team to work with us on this and keeping us feeling relaxed.
Pro tip: road closures in oahu are really bad, keep more than usual buffer time for your travel.
The boat ride was really choppy, as we were already informed that there were very high waves. The ride could have been slowed down a little(my wife puked due to sea sickness)
Once at the site, we went down in the cage, and after initial jitters of maybe a minute, you start feeling better and safe. So all the folks who are afraid to do so, please just get in the cage, I promise it gets better.
Waters here were again choppy, meaning we were constantly bumping with cage or someone else.
The.good part was we could see multiple galapego sharks, they are magnificent creatures. We saw two upclose and they were big(7-8 feet long).
Ride back was again on rough waters and could have been slowed down a little.
The guides were ok, could have been better and maybe helped us a bit more in water and calming our nerves a little.

I'm so glad I participated! I had my concerns and was worried about dying, but after reading everyone's experiences here saying how great it was, my husband and I decided to book the tour. Even during the ascent in the plane, I felt no anxiety and took off smoothly. It was truly beautiful, and I wanted to keep flying forever. The instructor was a foreigner, but he was really unique and fun. I highly recommend that participants request the optional camera on-site. My husband didn't sign up for it, but I asked for the instructor's wristwatch camera. He even took pictures of us together, and although I only intended to get photos, the videos turned out to be amazing, so I ended up ordering both. I was able to add the video later after seeing how well it turned out. There were others who hired a photographer, but even the instructor's cheaper option was more than enough. I'm really glad I participated. I hope everyone gets to see the beautiful scenery of Hawaii from the sky!

参加して良かった！気にはなってたけど不安もあるし死んだらやだしと思ってました。ここの体験談の皆さんが飛んで良かったと書いていたので背中を押され夫婦でツアーを申し込みました。飛行機で上昇しても不安はなく、あっさり飛びました。本当に美しくてずっと飛んでいたかったです。インストラクターの方は外国人の方ですが、すごくユニークで楽しかったです。参加される方は是非、現地でオプションのカメラをお願いする事をお勧めします。主人は申し込みしませんでしたが、私はインストラクターの腕時計式のカメラでお願いしました。主人と一緒にも撮ってくれたし、写真だけのつもりが動画が特に最高で両方注文してしまいました。出来具合を見て後から動画は追加できました。カメラマンを頼んでいる方もいましたが、インストラクターの方の安い方でも十分でした。本当に参加して良かったです。ハワイの美しい景色を是非空から見て欲しいです。

Last November, my spouse and I participated. It seemed that the boat was launched in a way that was almost a forced breakthrough despite the rough weather, and nearly all the crew members were severely seasick. The motion sickness medication we took was ineffective (laughs).

Instead of fearing the sharks, I was overwhelmed by a fear I had never experienced before, feeling like I might die due to the height of the waves and the intense rocking. It was so rough that even the Westerners on the same boat were smiling wryly.

Because of the rough weather, we couldn't see the ocean from inside the cage. We could only confirm the sharks' presence when they came quite close. I saw about five sharks, but due to the intense rocking inside the cage and the seasickness, I don't remember much (laughs). Other participants were also watching sharks while throwing up, making it quite a harsh experience (laughs).

On days with good weather, it seems you can encounter many sharks, as others have posted. It's an experience that you can't easily have in Japan (and it seems that rough sailing like this is something that only fishermen get to experience), so I definitely recommend participating.

去年の１１月に夫婦で参加しました。
大しけの中、強行突破のような形で船を出したようで、乗員のほぼ全員激しく船酔いしていました。飲んでいた酔い止め薬も効果ナシでした（笑）
サメの恐怖ではなく、あまりの波の高さと激しい揺れに、このまま死ぬのではないか、と言う感じたことのない恐怖に襲われました。あまりに激しく揺れるので、同じ船に乗っていた欧米の方々も苦笑でした。
シケでしたので、ゲージに入っても海を見渡せない。サメがかなり近くに来ないと姿を確認できなかったです。５匹ほど見れましたが、ゲージ内の揺れがすごいのと船酔いで気持ち悪いのであまり記憶がありません（笑）他の参加者も吐きながらサメを見る、といったかなり過酷な現場でした（笑）

天気の良い日は他の方が投稿されているように、たくさんのサメに出会えるようですね。日本ではなかなかできない体験（大しけの航海も漁師さんたち以外はなかなか体験できなさそう）ですので是非参加してみてください。

We participated as a family of four. It was a lot of fun, and even our elementary school children could experience it just like adults. You can fully enjoy the nature of Hawaii. The zip line with the great views was the best.

The staff only spoke English, but we were able to communicate somehow, so I really enjoyed it! There are seven of them, and I think that’s just the right amount, not too many or too few. I would like to go again when I visit Hawaii.

スタッフさんが英語のみでしたが、なんとかコミュニケーションが取れるので、とても楽しめました！7本あるのですが、多くも少なくもなく丁度良いと思います。またハワイに行ったら行きたいです。

Meeting at 4 AM was tough, but the activities were amazing! We could return to Waikiki around 10 AM, so we can take a short nap and then get back to activities in the afternoon.
While flying, it was nothing but exhilarating, but despite taking motion sickness medication, I felt a bit nauseous when we landed.

朝4時集合は辛かったですが、アクティビティは最高でした！10時ごろにはワイキキに戻れるので少し仮眠してからまた昼から活動できます。
飛んでる最中は感動しかないですが、酔い止め飲んでのぞんだにも関わらず、着地した時は少し酔ったみたいで気持ち悪かったです。

We participated in horseback riding for the first time as a family of four. I was worried that my 11-year-old daughter, who is small in stature, might not be able to ride alone, but the horses were so well-behaved that no special training was needed. There was no guide for the scenery, so we simply enjoyed the beautiful views while gently riding along on our horses. (They were so calm that I almost dozed off, haha.)

Regarding the reservation, the voucher we received just before our visit was for a 9:30 AM horseback riding session. When we arrived early at the pickup location, we were told that there was no reservation. For some reason, there was a reservation for a ride starting at 12:30 PM instead. They also mentioned that we had the wrong meeting time, which made us quite anxious. However, thanks to the consideration of the ranch staff, we were allowed to take the bus and participate in a farm tour for free to pass the time until lunch. They were very kind to us, and we were able to enjoy a full day of fun.

I guess these things can happen!

家族4人で初めての乗馬に参加しました
娘は11歳で体も小さいので一人で乗れるか心配でしたが、特に練習も必要ないくらいお利口な馬たちでした。
景観に対してガイドは無かったので、ひたすらステキな景色をパカパカと穏やかに歩く馬さんに乗って観ている。といった感じ。
（穏やかすぎてウトウト眠くなるほどでした笑）

予約について。
直前に頂いたバウチャーも9:30スタートの乗馬を予約していました。
朝早くピックアップ場所に到着すると「予約が入ってない」と言われました
何故か12:30からの乗馬に予約がある。。と。
集合時間も間違えている。。と言われ動揺しました。
牧場のスタッフの方の配慮でバスにも乗せてもらえ、お昼までの時間潰しのためにファームツアに無料で参加させてもらえました
とても親切にしていただき、1日たっぷり楽しむ事ができました。

I was picked up at 5 AM. Skydiving is a hard activity, so it's no surprise that the instructions and consent forms are lengthy. The explanation of the consent form might feel a bit rough, but don't worry; you can fill it out after you arrive without rushing. They will ask you to fill it out while driving, but I wouldn't recommend it as it can make you feel nauseous. The drive is long, so if you're prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking some anti-nausea medication. Skydiving is very nerve-wracking, but the staff really gets you excited, making it a fun experience. During the skydiving, you will hold hands and spin around, which might make some people feel dizzy, so if you're unsure, it's safer to take anti-nausea medication before skydiving. It was my first time in Hawaii and my first skydiving experience, and it became a wonderful memory. If you're considering it, I highly recommend giving it a try.

朝5時集合でピックアップしてもらいました。スカイダイビングはハードなアクティビティなので、当たり前ですが、説明書、同意書が長いです。その同意書への説明が少し荒く感じるかもしれませんが、焦らず到着してからでも記入出来ますのでご安心を。運転中に記入しなさいと言われますが、酔うのでオススメしません。道中長いので、車酔いの方は酔い止めを飲むことをお勧めします。スカイダイビングはとても緊張しますが、スタッフの方が盛り上げてくれますので、楽しくできました。スカイダイビング中、手を繋いで回ったりもします。そこで酔ってしまうこともあるので、自信のない方は、スカイダイビング前に酔い止めを飲んだ方が安心です。初ハワイ初スカイダイビングでしたが、とてもいい思い出になりました。検討中の方は是非体験してみてください。
