Compared to what you would do in Japan, it is still relatively inexpensive, but it is quite pricey... When I requested photos, it cost an additional $120 (photos and DVD can be ordered on-site). Since it's a memory, I decided to purchase them and was very satisfied with the content, but it is a bit expensive. Additionally, I paid a $20 tip separately. After having your photos taken, you should also tip the person who took them the same amount. There is a tip box at the reception, so even those who are not used to tipping, like Japanese people, can easily give tips. (It seems that you also need to tip the bus driver who takes you to the location, so please give that separately.) Also, regular travel insurance does not cover accidents or injuries while skydiving. There is no insurance available on-site, so if you want to be covered, you need to arrange it in Japan beforehand. When I considered getting insurance, the premium was nearly 30,000 yen. There is another company for skydiving in Hawaii, but for safety reasons, I recommend Pacific Skydiving. If you look it up online, you'll understand why. Have a wonderful overseas trip and create the best memories!

写真をたのむと、別途120ドルかかりました（写真、DVDは現地で申し込み）。
思い出なので購入し、内容には大満足ですがちょっと高いですね。
別途チップを20ドル支払います。写真を撮ってもらったらその人にも同額のチップを払います。受付にチップ用のボックスが置いてあるので、チップに不慣れな日本人でもしっかりチップを支払うことができます。（現地まで連れて行ってくれるバスの運転手さんにもチップは必要なようです。これは別途渡してあげてください）
あと、通常の海外旅行保険ではスカイダイビング中の事故やけがは保障されません。現地で加入可能な保険もありませんので、もし加入されたいのであれば事前に日本での加入が必要になります。加入しようと検討したところ、保険料が3万近くでした。
ハワイでのスカイダイビングはもう一社ありますが、当方は安全面から考えてパシフィックスカイダイビング社をお勧めします。一度ネットで調べていただければその理由が分かると思います。

Since it was my first time participating, I couldn't understand everything well, so I guess it can't be helped. I was under the impression that I could go horseback riding, so I was disappointed that I couldn't. The advertised horseback riding hike sounded appealing, but I didn't know how to express that, and I would have liked to know how to make the most of my time at Hailewa. The duration of the stay was too long for someone who doesn't ride horses.

初めての参加で良く理解できていなかったので仕方がないのですが、乗馬ができると思い込んでいたので乗馬をすることができず残念でした。うたい文句の乗馬ハイキングが選べるとありましたが、どのように伝えればよいのか判らずハイレワでの時間の使い方を教えて欲しかった。　乗馬をしない人にとってあまりにも長い滞在時間でした。

It was a great experience for me as a first timer. Didn't expect that it will be thrilling, fun, scary at the same time. I hope that next time on my second jump my brother and my partner will be with me to share the one in a lifetime experience. Cheers!!!!

Most of the foreign instructors are friendly, and there are no complaints at that level.

However, the Japanese staff member, Mr. Nakai, seems to be the type who is not suited for customer service. His remarks are quite overbearing, and he shows no consideration for Japanese people experiencing this for the first time.

By the way, tips are advised to be given to the shuttle driver and the tandem instructor, and if you request photos ($120) or videos ($160), Mr. Nakai instructs that you should pay 15% to 20% for up to three staff members.

The entrance fee may seem cheap, but be careful as the total can add up to a significant amount.

In addition to Pacific Skydiving Center, there is another skydiving shop next door, so it might be worth checking that out as well.

外国人のインストラクターの人はほとんどが気さくで、
不満は無いレベル。

しかし、日本人のスタッフ、「ナカイ」さんは、どう考えても、接客業には向かないタイプの方のようだ。
発言は高圧的で、初体験の日本人に対する気遣いなんてまるで無し。

ちなみにチップは送迎のドライバーとタンデムのインストラクターと写真（１２０ドル）、ビデオ（１６０ドル）を頼むならそのスタッフと最大で３人、１５％から２０％は払うよう「ナカイ」さんより指導されます。

入り口は安く感じるかもしれませんが、合計すると良い金額になるので注意しましょう。

パシフィックスカイダイブセンター以外にも、隣にスカイダイビングのお店はありますので、そちらも調べてもいいかもしれません。

Best experience ever!! We had a great tour guide who took some great pictures of us. Only place i found where you can walk the horses in the water. Best experience especially for our honeymoon. Totally worth the price!

this is the only way to see Hawaii! The view was amazing, fairly organized...video/photo's a tad bit pricey and there are weight overage charges...those weren't extreme, but some how I missed that....but still, friggin amazing!

I thought I wouldn't be able to fly due to fear, but since it's a streamlined process, you definitely can! There is a sequence, so you might have to wait a bit before and after flying, but after you jump, everyone is filled with adrenaline and super hyped! I was picked up at the hotel at 7:05 and arrived at the hotel at 12:00. They provide transportation in order of completion, and I was lucky to be one of the earlier ones.

The foreign instructors were very skilled, which was reassuring. They were bright and had great responses. The overall explanation was given by a Japanese person. The minimum tip for the instructor is $20. If you request video or photo shooting, the minimum for the cameraman is also $20. For the transportation staff, they mentioned something like the round-trip fare... I thought it was a bit expensive since the sense of tipping is different from Japan, but I guess that's how it is. Well, I think it depends on how you phrase it. They said, "Tipping is a given!" so... I experienced a different culture. Haha. Since you're entrusting your life to them, I don't mind being generous with the tip.

恐怖で飛べないかと思いきや、流れ作業なので、絶対に飛べます！！順番があるので飛ぶ前後に多少待たされますが、飛んだ後は皆さんアドレナリンが出てすごくハイテンションになっていました！７：０５ホテルピックアップで、ホテルへ着いたのが１２：００でした。終わった人から順番に送迎してくれます。私は早い方でラッキーでした。
外国人インストラクターの方はとても手馴れた様子で安心できます。明るくて対応も良いです。
全体的な説明は日本人の方がしてくれました。チップはインストラクターへは最低２０ドル。ビデオや写真撮影を頼んだらカメラマンには最低２０ドル。送迎スタッフへは往復分の交通費分くらいは…と説明されました。やはり、日本と感覚が違うのでちょっと高いなと思いましたがそんなものなのですね。まぁ、言い方もあると思いますが。「チップは当然！」という言い方でしたので…。異文化を体験できました。笑　それに命を預けているので、チップは奮発しても惜しくないです。

When I first started planning my Hawaii trip, this was the NUMBER 1 adventure I wanted to do. How often do you get to say... 'yeah, I swam with sharks'. Now amount of words can describe how amazing, thrill seeking, over the top this adventure was...but I'm going to try. I first want to commend the staff of Hawaii Activities. For the first time in 11 years, the boat broke down the day i was suppose to go. Just my luck But the staff worked their magic and reschedule me and I was able to full-fill the highlight of my trip. It was SOOO unbelievably easy too because they make all the accommodations for you. Once at the boat site, you jump on and set off. I would recommend the earliest time available. The earlier, the smoother the waves FYI. So once out there, you are just in awe. There are sharks. AND you are about to get in a cage surrounded by them! I was so scared but this is something I knew I had to do. So i sucked it up and the moment you put your head under the water.... you are stun

My first horseback riding experience was very enjoyable. Additionally, I was satisfied to fully appreciate the nature of Kualoa, which is also a power spot.

At first, I was scared, but I got used to it in about 10 minutes. It seems that each horse has its own personality; some are serious while others just eat grass.

By the way, I think it's better to wear a hat. It can be quite tough if the sun is blazing. For those who want to take photos, it's safer to use a strap around your neck since you'll be operating with one hand. It's difficult and dangerous to control the horse with one hand, so take photos sparingly.

Riding slowly through the great outdoors was a lot of fun.

初めての乗馬はとても良い経験になりました。
加えてパワースポットでもあるクアロアの自然を
思い切り味わえて満足できました。

最初は怖かったけど10分もすれば慣れてきます。
馬にも個性があるらしく、真面目な子もいれば
草ばっかり食べている子もいます。

ちなみに帽子は被ったほうが良いと思います。
太陽がカンカンだと結構きついかも。
写真を撮りたい方は、片手操作になるので
首からストラップを掛けた方が無難です。
片手で馬を操るのは難しく危ないので、
写真は程々に。

大自然の中、パカパカとゆっくり
乗馬は楽しかったです。

Children around the age of elementary school can ride alone! The horses are trained for riding at the hotel, so it may not be thrilling for those seeking excitement. There aren’t many tours that allow you to ride a horse while enjoying views of the ocean, so I recommend it for that reason as well. The horses walk in a line, and there’s hardly any running, so it may not satisfy those who want to gallop. At the end, you can hand over your camera to have photos taken. It's a memorable tour!

小学生年長くらいの子供であれば1人で乗れちゃいます！
ホテルで飼いならされた乗馬用の馬なので、スリルを望む人には物足りないです。
馬に乗って海を見ながらと言うツアーはあまりないので、そういった意味でもオススメです。
一列に並び馬が歩くのが基本で、ほぼ走ることはないので馬で走り去りたい人には物足りないです。
最後に自分のカメラを渡すと写真撮ってもらえます。
思い出になるツアーです！

I participated in a tour called "Activity Paradise Tour" in North Shore (Haleiwa), where we could choose from various activities like horseback riding and hiking.

We signed up as a group of 12, with 7 people opting for horseback riding, 3 for free time, and 2 for the pineapple train. However, by making a request in advance, we were all able to join the same bus.

Since we were a large group of 12, we had a private vehicle, and thanks to the guide's arrangements, we all got to ride the pineapple train unexpectedly, while those who chose free time were guided to the beach and other attractions, allowing for quite a bit of freedom in our activities.

Our guide was Japanese and provided various explanations about the plants and birds, making the ride lively with interesting stories, which made for a very enjoyable time.

We went horseback riding, and there were children aged 5, 9, 10, and 11 participating. Initially, I was a bit worried, but the horses were very smart and we had a lot of fun riding. Experiencing the wind and scenery as we rode through the valley seemed to leave a strong impression on the children, and it became their favorite memory from this trip.

Next time, I would like to try coastal walks and another horseback riding plan.

ノースショア（ハレイワ）観光　プラン（乗馬・ハイキング他）を選べる・アクティビティ天国ツアーに参加しました。
12人で申込み、7人が乗馬、3人がフリータイム、2人がパイナップル列車、で申し込みましたが、事前にお願いすることで、全員同じバスでの参加になりました。
12人の大人数であったためか、車1台貸切となり、案内いただいたガイドの方の計らいで、急遽全員パイナップル列車に乗ってみたり、フリータイムメンバにはビーチや観光に案内いただいたりと、かなり自由行動をさせていただきました。
ガイドの方は日本人の方で、草木や鳥に至るまでいろいろ説明いただき、面白い話で車内盛り上がったりと、大変楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
我々は乗馬をしましたが、5歳/9歳/10歳11歳の子供が参加しており、当初は少し不安でしたが、馬が大変利口で楽しく乗馬ができました。渓谷を抜ける風や風景を見たり肌で楽しみなが大きな馬に乗って、子供たちにとってはすごくインパクトがあったようで、今回の旅行での一番の思い出になったようです。
今度は海岸散策や別の乗馬プランも試してみたいと思いました。

We had a problem finding the dock where that particular boat went out. There should have been a dock # or a sign that said where it was. We waited at the wrong Shark Encounter dock because there was no sign. Otherwise, it was 5-star and highly recommended to everyone!

Having taken the Grand Circle Tour on a previous holiday we decided to do it again. Keow our driver and guide made the second time so enjoyable. His vast knowledge and information along with his friendly personality made it a day to remember.
Giving us photo taking stops along the way and interspersing his commentary with his own humour kept us well amused
It was a long day so maybe not so suitable for famililes with young children but for all other ages well worth considering as it gave the opportunity to see many areas that we would have otherwise missed , the beautiful beaches, magnificent views and interesting places. These along with our very special guide definitely made this a day we will always remember.

The customer rep contacted me for reminder over a phone a day before our planned trip. Since I did not have printed paper of confirmation Hawaiian Activities faxed our confirmation to ticket desk and tickets were ready for us at cultural center desk. The seats for Ha Breath show were at center and had a good show coverage.

The application date was canceled due to changes in the weather, but the following day the weather was excellent and it felt amazing. It's understandable since it's about an hour from Waikiki, but the waiting time after the activity was a bit too long, which is a minor drawback.

申込日は天候の変化で中止となってしまいましたが、翌日は天候も抜群で最高に気持ち良かったです。ワイキキから1時間の距離なので仕方ないかも知れませんが、アクティビティ終了後の待ち時間が長すぎるのが玉に瑕かな？

We paid $100 each for four of us expecting to enjoy some unique snorkeling from 9 - 1 pm with lunch provided. The two man crew was friendly, however, we were taken to a beach that we had passed on the drive to the snorkel. We didn't see much of anything and the people on the beach were snorkeling with us. We were provided a sandwich and a beverage on the way back but no cookies or fruit as described in their listing. Also, no sails up either way and we were traveling so fast on the return that we arrived at 12:15 instead of 1 pm. Others on this trip expressed disappointment as well. The consensus of my family was that it was a very expensive boat ride. I wouldn't do this snorkel again and I don't recommend it. Low value for big price. Shark tank adventure was much better from same bay.

I went horseback riding at Turtle Bay. The guide's explanations on the way to Haleiwa were very interesting, with local insights that made the journey feel shorter. Before we started riding, I got to touch a pony, but unfortunately, I was lightly (?) bitten by the affectionate pony, and even after 4-5 days, the bruise is still painful, which is disappointing. I really appreciated that they asked for our preference on whether to have lunch early or late. The main horseback riding experience was enjoyable while overlooking the ocean.

タートルベイの乗馬に行きました。
ハレイワに向かうガイドの方の途中の説明は、現地の方ならではのお話もあってとても興味深く聞き、到着まで早く感じました。
乗馬開始前にポニーに触れさせてもらったのですが、甘えん坊のポニーに軽く（？）噛まれて、４~５日経った今も痣になって痛いのが残念です。
昼食の時間は、早めにするか遅めにするかのリクエストを聞いていただいて大変助かりました。
メインの乗馬も海を見ながら楽しめました。

First time ever and I was frighten but curious at the same time. So i did it! With the help of my AWESOME trainer (Jo) and camer guy (Eric) everything went smooth and I highly recommend those guys for the ultimate experience of a first timer! I went with my girfriend and we both had a blast no regrets!!

Everyone says that PCC is the #1 place to go when you're on Oahu, but I don't get it.

Yes, there are a lot of things to do there but it's mostly walking around and looking at different artifacts and recreations. It wasn't a big deal to me, especially since most people file all that information under M for "meh" after they leave the place.

One thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was that they kept pushing their $5 "Island Deelite" ice cream bowls on everyone, but only after forcing people to sit in 90-degree weather with no shade.

There wasn't enough of a gap in between lunch and dinner for me... you can't give people a buffet lunch and then expect them to dive into a buffet dinner less than five hours later, with Island Deelite ice cream in between of course. The after-dinner show was pretty good, but kind of cliche for me and had more of the "meh" factor from before.

It was a very enjoyable tour. Since it was just my first-grade daughter and me traveling together, we opted for taxi transportation instead of renting a car for sightseeing. My daughter, who loves horses, has been riding since she was three, but being a flag bearer for 90 minutes on her own was a new experience! This is a tour that you can't have in Japan. On top of that, we were able to visit sightseeing spots, and both mother and child had a great time! My daughter seemed happy to gain some confidence as well. I highly recommend this tour! Next time, I want to go horseback riding by the seaside!

とっても満喫できるツアーでした。一年生の娘と２人旅行ということもあり、個人で遠出＆観光できるレンタカーではなくタクシー移動。お馬さんが大好きな娘は引き馬の経験は３歳から、でも乗馬という一人で90分も旗手になるなんて！日本では経験の出来ないツアー。その上、観光名所も押さえて下さり母子ともに満喫出来ました！娘も何か自信を持つことが出来たように嬉しそうでした。お勧めのツアーです！次回は海辺を乗馬したいです！

I chose to go to the Waimea Falls and Botanical Garden and on the Kayak ride...also got to lay around on Waimea Beach and jump off the rock! I had a total blast. The driver/guide was knowledgable and friendly and made sure we all had a great time. I would recommend this to anyone.

Seeing live sharks underwater is truly impressive, even though you know you're safe in the cage.

A group of four American men who happened to be with us were having a blast inside the cage.

It's perfect for experiencing thrills.

However, the distance from Waikiki and the fact that the boat rocks quite a bit are drawbacks.

Live sharks are definitely worth seeing.

檻があるので、大丈夫とはわかっていても、水中で見る生のサメは迫力満点。

たまたま一緒になった4人組のアメリカ人男性は檻の中ではしゃぎまくってました。

スリルを味わうにはもってこい。

但し、ワイキキから距離が遠いことと、船が結構揺れることがネック。

生のサメは一見の価値あり。

We participated in a 90-minute canyon horseback riding tour (morning departure) as a family of three.

My wife and daughter (4th grade) who usually attend a riding club were captivated by the outdoor riding and scenery that they don't usually experience, and even as a first-timer, I felt safe participating. I think this horseback riding experience can be enjoyed by both seasoned riders and beginners.

One point to note is that there are some ups and downs along the way, and the vibrations can be quite noticeable, so those with back pain should be cautious (I was battling back pain partway through). Also, there are no drinks available at the ranch, so it's better to buy some in advance.

The absolute worst part was that the air conditioning on the tour bus was broken. We were crammed into the bus with a large group (our family was in the very back seat), and it was suffocating and extremely hot... I couldn't help but wonder why we had to endure such discomfort after paying for this. It's absolutely unacceptable for a bus in Hawaii to have no air conditioning.

I will never use this tour company again, but the canyon horseback riding was fantastic, so I would like to use a different tour company for horseback riding in the future.

渓谷乗馬90分（午前出発）に家族３人で参加しました。

乗馬クラブに通っている妻と娘（小４）も普段味わえない外乗や景色に魅了され楽しむことができ、初経験の私でも安心して参加することができ、乗馬に慣れた人でも初心者でも楽しめる乗馬だと思います。

注意点としては、途中アップダウンがあり振動が結構伝わるので、腰痛持ちの人は気をつけた方がいいと思います（私は途中から腰痛との闘いでした）。あと、ドリンクは牧場にはありませんので、事前に買っておいた方がいいです。

超最悪だったのは、ツアーバスのエアコンが壊れてたこと。
大人数でバスに詰められ（我が家は一番後ろの席だったのですが）息苦しく、暑くて暑くて…。。お金を払って何でこんな思いをしなければならないのだろう？？と。
ハワイのバスでエアコンが効かないなんて…絶対ありえないです。

ここのツアー会社は二度と利用しませんが、渓谷乗馬は最高でしたので別のツアー会社で乗馬は利用したいと思います。

Last year, I challenged myself to North Shore sightseeing and valley horseback riding with my grandchild again this year. Since it was my grandchild's strong wish, we couldn't miss the valley horseback riding when we went to Hawaii.

For sightseeing, we stopped by Moanalua Gardens (famous for "This is the tree, what kind of tree, a tree that piques your interest"), then visited Dole, Haleiwa, and saw turtles basking on the beach before the main event of valley horseback riding. I felt a pleasant fatigue in my body, and for lunch, we had garlic shrimp. It was a day filled with fulfilling activities.

My grandchild said that we absolutely can't miss this activity again next year. Riding alone on horseback, which is not something you can experience often, was enjoyable.

　昨年に続き、今年もノースショアー観光と渓谷乗馬に孫とともにチャレンジしました、孫のたっての願だったのでハワイに行ったら渓谷乗馬ははずせません。
　観光についてはモアナルアガーデン（この~木何の木、気になる木でおなじみ）立ち寄り、その後、ドール、ハレイワ、海岸で亀の甲羅干しを見て本番の渓谷乗馬、心地よい疲労感を体に感じ、昼食はガーリックシュリンプ、一日充実したアクティビティーが味わえました。
　孫も、来年もまたこのアクティビティーは絶対はずせないとのこと、なかなか味わえない一人で乗る乗馬は楽しかったです。

I participated with my 11-year-old daughter and my 68-year-old mother. We had a great time; it was different from the four-wheeler experience we had before.

I had heard that the staff's response was poor, but they were very nice (they didn't speak Japanese), incredibly polite, kind, and attentive to safety.

We were able to fully enjoy the great outdoors, and it was a lot of fun.

The pineapple soft serve from Dole Plantation, garlic shrimp from Haleiwa, and shave ice were all delicious, just as the guide recommended. The guide was very efficient, and they took photos for each group, making the entire tour very satisfying.

ドールプランテーションのパイナップルソフト、ハレイワのガーリックシュリンプとシェーブアイス。
どれもガイドさんがお奨めの通りいただいたが、とっても美味しかった。
ガイドさんの手際が良かったのと、ちゃんとグループ毎に写真も撮ってくれたりと、ツアー全体が大満足でした。

It wasn't like running through a grassland; it felt more like going through a Western-style wilderness.

It was refreshing to add this to the activities that were mostly by the sea. The horses were calm and cute. They followed the horse in front of them in a line, so it was easy even if you didn't have to control them. It might be a bit unsatisfying for those who want to run fast.

There is no shuttle service, so you have to get there on your own. The landmarks are not very big, so it's necessary to inform the bus driver that you want to get off. Also, for the return trip, it's wise to check the bus schedule since there is only one bus per hour and wait at the ranch.

草原を走るようなイメージではなく、ウエスタンのような荒野を行く感じでした。

海ばかりのアクティビティにプラスするには、新鮮でよかったです。馬もおとなしくてかわいかったです。自分で操作しなくても一列になって前の馬について行ってくれるので、楽でした。早く走りたいかたには物足りないかもしれません。
送迎なしなので、現地まで自分たちで行かなければなりません。目印がそこまで大きくないので、バスの運転手さんに降りる旨を伝えておく必要があります。また、帰りは一時間に一本のバスに乗るため時間を調べておいて、牧場で待つほうが賢明です。

We participated in a 1.5-hour tour with three family members. First, the location of the ranch was hard to find (it turned out that if you drive from Honolulu, you can only see the entrance sign from the opposite direction), and I think we were able to navigate the narrow mountain road during the daytime. We showed our voucher at a small hut marked "office" to check in. After receiving instructions on how to ride the horse (which can mostly be understood through gestures), we were off.

Since it all depends on the horse's mood, if you fall behind the line, you might be urged to hurry along. Sometimes, the horses can suddenly start running as if they are being charged. This adds a thrill, but it can also be a bit scary. Overall, it was a fun experience, but the bumpy paths with ups and downs might feel a bit hard for beginners.

家族３人で1.5時間のツアーに参加しました。
まず、牧場の位置がわかりづらく（ホノルルから車で行くと入り口の看板が逆方向からしかわからないと判明しました）且つ山道のような一本道を信じて進んでいくのは昼間なのでできたかと思います。
officeと書かれた小屋で受付のバウチャーを見せて完了。馬の乗り方の説明を受けて（ほとんどゼスチャーでわかります。）いざ出発です。
何せ馬のご機嫌次第ですので列から離れて遅れると急げとばかりに走らされます。馬的にはチャージさせられていきなり走ることもあります。ここでスリルがありますが怖いといえば怖いかもです。
全体には楽しく過ごせますが、でこぼこ道が大半でアップダウンですので初心者には少しハードかなと感じました。
