Getting in the water with sharks was definitely a unique afternoon! Our hosts weren't especially talkative but knew what they were doing and we all got a turn. If you're going to get in the water with sharks I suggest this company because of the plexiglass on the side of the cage. None of the pictures I took through the bars turned out because of the light reflection! Also arrive early to the dock! The sign is tiny, faded and at the far end of a parking lot. Took us 20 minutes to find where to go after arriving.

I participated in the beach horseback riding plan. The horses were all gentle, making it safe for beginners, and the ocean was very beautiful. The garlic shrimp at Macky's, recommended by our guide, was incredibly delicious. The guide also suggested the marinated tuna, which was tasty too! (It was available at a supermarket in Haleiwa.)

Every time we take this tour we learn something new and we have done this at least 3 times and you still show that the best drivers and buses are on top of the line!! Would recommend to all

I thought the cultural center was very good. Our tour guide was amazing and would recommend having one. The only bad thing was not being able to take pictures during the breath of life show and no air movement. Show was great but very warm. Wish I could have taken pictures.

Last year, during a bank trip, my spouse and I participated and created some wonderful memories. I had been hoping to go again, and surprisingly, that opportunity came around quickly, allowing us to participate once more.

This time, our daughter joined us, making it a family of three. We chose the same two-hour course as before. Last time, in September, the guide picked and let us eat natural wild berries along the way, but this time in July, they weren't in season yet, which was disappointing. However, just like before, the weather was great, and we were able to experience that excitement again. The horses were obedient, and we had an amazing time surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The only downside was that it seemed the dinosaur footprints were not being maintained, and their shapes had deteriorated, making them hard to recognize. This is definitely an attraction I would love to participate in again.

　昨年、銀行旅行の折、夫婦で参加し、とてもすてきな想い出をいただきました。機会があれば、また行きたいと思っていたところ、以外に早くその機会が訪れ、再び参加することができました。
　今回は、娘も入れて家族３人です。前回同様２時間コースにしました。前回は９月だったため、ガイドさんが道すがら天然のヴァバの実をもいで食べさせてくれましたが、今回は７月だったのでまだ実がなってなかったのが残念でした。けれども、前回同様天気も良く、あの感動を再び味わうことができました。馬も従順で、絶景の中、とてもすばらしい時間を過ごすことができました。唯一、恐竜の足跡の維持管理がされてないらしく、形が崩れてよく分からなくなってたのが残念でした。また是非参加したいアトラクションです。

The main activity was horseback riding, but I was taken to many other places as well.

I learned a lot about various things in Hawaii during the car ride, which was both educational and interesting. I really experienced a lot in just one day.

As for the horseback riding, the guide seemed to be in a bad mood, and whenever we stopped or got out of line, he would click his tongue and scold us, so I couldn't enjoy it very much.

I understand that it's to prevent accidents and injuries, but it would have been better if the horseback riding could have been a bit more relaxed.

メインは乗馬でしたが、その他にもたくさん連れて行って頂きました。

車内でもハワイの色々な事について説明して頂いたので勉強にもなったし、面白かったです。
この一日で本当に沢山の事を経験できました。

メインの乗馬については、ガイドの方の機嫌が悪いのか、ちょっとでも止まったり列が乱れると、舌打ちしながら注意されるので、あまり楽しむことは出来ませんでした。

事故や怪我がない様に・・・というので仕方がないことかも知れませんが、もうちょっと和やかな感じで乗馬が出来たらもっとよかったです。

This trip was great!!!! We saw many large sharks. Water was pretty rough, a little hard getting out of cage. We ranged in age from 13 to 50 and everyone enjoyed it!!

Amazing views and super-friendly and sweet staff. Definite must do while in Oahu!!

It was my honeymoon.
When I think of Hawaii, I had the image of the ocean, but the natural beauty of Kualoa impressed me more than anywhere else. I rode a buggy around various filming locations, including the site of Jurassic Park, and they even provided time for photos at each spot, which made for truly wonderful memories.
I was nervous during the initial practice time because I wasn't good at driving the buggy and worried I might be dropped off, but I managed to get through it.
I highly recommend seeing the scenery of Kualoa at least once in your life.

ハネムーンでした。
ハワイといえば海というイメージがありましたが、クアロアの大自然がどこよりも感動しました。ジュラシックパークの撮影場所をはじめ、いろいろな映画の撮影場所をバギーに乗りながらまわったり、各スポットで写真撮影の時間も設けてくれたので本当に良い思いでになりました。
バギーの運転が私は下手で、降ろされるんじゃないかと最初の練習時間にヒヤヒヤしましたが、なんとか大丈夫でした。
クアロアの景色は人生一度は見ていただきたいと思うほどおすすめです。

The tour guide was the most personable, knowledgable tour guides I have ever had. She took the time to explain where we were, what was special about it and answered any and all questions. Would definitely use their services again!

I was recommended by a friend to sign up for the 2-hour course.

You get to walk the horse in a line yourself.
The scenery is vast and wonderful, and it was more fun than I imagined.
The horses are cute, and I definitely want to do this again when I go to Hawaii.

This was a great experience! There were sharks all over the place, defiantly wasn't disappointed. The only bad part about it was all the people that got sick, & especially the one that got sick while in the cage. Everything else was awesome. I would recommend it to anyone going to Hawaii.

July 2013: Scenic trip to snorkel site, crew was knowledgeable, great snorkeling spot, snorkeled with turtles. Crew provides lunch (prepared lunch meat sandwiches, potato salad, canned soda) you can bring your own snacks/lunch as well. Crew also provides snorkel gear and okay to bring your own. Crew also provides floaties for snorkelers if needed. We took the morning snorkel trip which is about an hour longer than the afternoon trip. The catamaran drops you off away from the shore in about 25 - 30ft of water and you exit from there. We were taken to our site along the North Shore. The trip was worth it and we would do it again. From Waikiki, it's about an hour's drive depending on traffic. There are restrooms at the check-in dock so that you can change afterwards.

The day before our wedding in Hawaii, I went with my family and friends, a total of four people. Since there was no shuttle service to the location, I opted for a car charter, which ended up costing 63,000 yen for two hours of horseback riding and four hours of car rental. I covered the entire cost, so I felt it was a bit expensive.

I chose the two-hour ride because we could see the filming location of Jurassic Park, but honestly, sitting on a horse for two hours was tough on my backside. It was breathtaking to take in the ocean views and the mountains of Hawaii slowly, but two hours felt a bit long... It was fun when they took pictures for us and let the horses run a bit. Just be careful of sunburn since you’ll be in the sun the whole time!

ハワイでの挙式前日に家族＋友人と4人でいきました。
現地までの送迎がないため、車チャーターのオプショナルを申込み結果、乗馬2時間＋車貸切4時間で6万3千円かかりました。私が全額負担をしたのでちょっと高額だったなと思います。

ジュラシックパークの撮影現場が観れるという事で2時間にしましたが、2時間馬にすわりっぱなしは正直オシリが痛くなります。海を一望したりハワイの山々をゆっくり見れたのは感動的でしたが、2時間はちょっと長かったかな・・・。途中写真を撮ってくれたり、馬を走らせてくれたのは楽しかった。ずっと日向にいるので日焼けには注意！

We had a wonderful time. If you wanted to have plain good time knowing the Polynecian culture this is a must! You will be spending most of your day in a ALL IN ONE package,from activities, education, culture, music, language. I don't know about other people but there is nothing to complain about the Luau and this place, the food was good,the show was great, the evening show was spectacular! For those who expect to get drunk and expect a Las Vegas type of show, please do your self a favor go somewhere else, BUT if you wanted to have a clean entertainment and wholesome environment for you and your family and appreciate custumes,culture, pretty and handsome islanders don't think twice of going here. Several reviewers expect a Las Vegas show and almost bear all, I'm a Islander I find those reviews very insulting to the culture of our people, this is a paradise Island, so please leave your mind set behind before coming here. PCC does the best to preserve the culture and their ancestry.

Great beyond my expectation. Wondeful experience would do it again

Great catamaran trip for snorkeling with the sea turtles. The guys who run the boat were really nice and knowledgeable. Took us directly out to the reef off a beach with lots of fish and sea turtles to view. It was partially cloudy so if you can hit a day that is all sunshine that is the best visibility in 100% sunny weather.

The cute cowgirls guided us through nature♪ After watching the video, it seemed like the two-hour course was not suitable for those who can't speak English, so there were no Japanese people♪ We were told not to let the horses eat grass, not to run, and not to overtake!! But clearly, our horse was eyeing the grass and trying to eat it, again and again... The girls kept saying "Don't let them eat" in Japanese, but why just that in Japanese!? They were trying to warn us, but the horse wouldn't listen~ However, the silly ones were so cute, and we had a great time♪

かわいいカウガール(?)さん達が自然を案内してくれました♪ビデオを見て、たぶん二時間コースは英語がしゃべれないとっぽいので、日本人いませんでした♪抜かさない、走らない、草を食べさせない！！って聞いてたのに、明らかに私たちの馬だけ草を食べようと虎視眈眈と狙っては食べ、狙っては食べ…ガール達が「食べさせないで」って、何故それだけ日本語で！？注意するんですけど、馬が言うこと聞きません～でも、おバカな子達ほど可愛く、楽しい時間が過ごせました♪

The tour guide and tour of the island was outstanding. The show at the Cultural Center was very well done and enjoyable. The food was okay, but not what was expected.

We went on a company trip to Hawaii, and to create unforgettable memories, seven of us from the company decided to challenge ourselves with skydiving. The moment we jumped out of the plane was MAX scary, but after about ten seconds of initial speed, once we entered free fall, I was able to relax and take in the breathtaking view of Hawaii.

I can't quite express how amazing it was, but everyone, "It's the best!" The fear lasts just a moment, but the joy lasts a lifetime! It's definitely worth the challenge. All seven of us felt the same way. If you're hesitating, I highly recommend it!

社員旅行でハワイヘ行くことになり一生の思い出にと考え会社の仲間７人でスカイダイビングにチャレンジしました。飛行機からおちる瞬間はＭＡＸ怖かったですが、初速度（約１０秒位）がおわり自由落下になってからは余裕がでてきてハワイを一望することができました。
なんて表現して良いか分かりませんが、皆さん、「最高です！」。
怖い気持ちは飛ぶ一瞬、楽しい気持ちは一生モン！チャレンジする価値は大アリです。
会社の仲間７人とチャレンジしましたが、７人とも同じ気持ちです。迷ってる方がいましたら是非オススメです。

It was almost my first experience with horseback riding, but I booked a two-hour course and went for it. There were many other courses that seemed geared towards Japanese people, but we were the only Japanese in the two-hour course. We watched a simple Japanese-language guide video on how to ride a horse. The local guides, who could speak a certain level of English, engaged us in enjoyable conversations and kindly explained the locations used in movies other than Jurassic Park. The horses seemed to have individual differences; some were calm and moved steadily, while others veered off the path or got a bit restless, which made for some tense moments. Given the heat, the two hours felt longer than I expected, but overall, it was a great experience where I could fully enjoy the wonderful nature.

乗馬経験はほぼ初めてでしたが、２時間コースを予約して行ってきました。その他のコースは日本人の方向けといった感じで沢山いましたが、２時間コースのみは日本人は私たちだけでした。馬の乗り方などは簡単な日本語のガイドＶＴＲを観ます。引率してくれる現地のお姉さん達は、ある程度英語が出来れば楽しく会話をしてくれ、ジュラシック・パーク以外の映画で使われた箇所など丁寧に教えてくれます。馬は、個体差があるようで大人しく進む馬もいれば、脇道にそれてしまったり、ちょっと暴れ出してしまったりと、ハラハラする場面もありました。暑さもあったので、２時間は思ってたよりなが～く感じましたが、素晴らしい自然を満喫でき総合的良かったです。

My teenage daughter really wanted this experience, my wife not so keen. It was well worth it, about 20 large sharks swimming around you whilst you are safe in the cage. Even my wife thought so. It was a good experience, the crew were good and organised.
The slow rolling sea can affect some :-)

The quality of optional tours depends on "the weather and the guide." I was blessed with wonderful weather (Hawaiian blue = a clear blue sky) and the best guide, allowing me to spend a blissful time.

First, at the majestic Moanalua Gardens, I had the blooming monkey pod tree (the tree from Hitachi's advertisement) all to myself.

At the Dole Plantation, while others were waiting in long lines, I enjoyed VIP treatment thanks to my prior reservation and the familiar face of my guide, allowing me to bypass the queue and board immediately. After boarding, I had time for a stroll, shopping, and a light meal.

In Haleiwa Town, the experienced guide truly showcased their skills! They meticulously calculated the timing and route, leisurely navigating just before the busy hours. I was able to enjoy delicious shrimp from Mackey's, acai bowls from Lanikai Juice, and shave ice from Matsumoto without any wait, entering the shops while others were lined up outside. I managed to conquer all my goals with plenty of time to spare.

The 90-minute exploration of Haleiwa was divided into three 30-minute segments, allowing us to visit all the key spots without a long walk. I appreciated the thoughtful care of the veteran guide!

By slightly shifting away from the crowded beach where people were gathering around sea turtles, I was able to encounter sea turtles on a deserted beach.

Everything went so smoothly that I had extra time… The unexpected bonus tour to the soap factory, which became famous in Japan through the TV show "Moyamoya Summers," was excellent. They really know how to connect with Japanese TV programs—truly professional and experienced.

I was also given a handmade map of Haleiwa Town that included shop names and restrooms not found on commercial maps. Since I have difficulty walking, my guide brought a lightweight folding chair from home so I could take breaks while exploring. I felt a family-like hospitality in their meticulous care, which deeply impressed me.

Finally, I sincerely thank VELTRA, the operating company Island Makana, and my guide Yamada! Thank you for the best experience in Oahu (North Shore)! Next time I visit Hawaii, I will choose optional tours through VELTRA and confidently recommend them to my friends and acquaintances visiting Hawaii!

・時間とルートを緻密に計算し、混み合う時間の少し前を悠々と回る。
・マッキーズのぷりっぷり美味しいエビも／ラニカイジュースのアサイボールも／マツモトのかき氷も、待ち時間０で入店～店を出る頃はどの店も長蛇の列列列。楽々時間を残して目的を制覇することが出来た。
・９０分のハレイワ散策も３０分×３箇所に分割し、長距離を歩くことなく要所をすべて訪れることが出来た。ベテランガイドの気遣いが嬉しい！
■ウミガメに人が群がる混み合うビーチを少しズラして、誰も居ないビーチでウミガメにも出逢えた。
■スムーズ過ぎて時間にゆとりが…予定にないオマケツアーで訪れた「モヤモヤサマーズで日本で一躍有名になった」石鹸工場は非常に良かった。日本のＴＶ番組をちゃんと押さえている処など…さすがプロ＋さすがベテラン
■市販の地図に載っていない店名やトイレなどを記したハレイワタウンの解りやすい手製地図を作って戴いたり、足の不自由な私には、少し歩くことになるので、休み休み回れるように、軽い折りたたみ椅子を自宅から持参してくれたり、至れり尽くせりの気遣いに、家族のようなもてなしの心を感じ…感銘した。

I was scared before doing it, but it was amazing once I did! The waiting time after it was long, which I didn't like, but if you're going to Hawaii, it's definitely worth trying at least once!

My husband was excited for this opportunity. I was absolutely scared to death and was confident that I would back out before jumping. However, Wally was my tandem partner and he's been jumping for over 30 years so I felt confident that I'd somehow survive. I was scared but very curious at the same time. So we both did it and loved it! I was the first one on the plane to jump. Everything went smoothly and we both highly recommend this activity for the ultimate experience of a first timer! We both had a blast, bought the video/photo package to remember and have no regrets!!

Had ourselves a good time. Got sea sick on the boat ride though. Recommend you bring some gravol. A good activity to do while you are in Hawaii.

This was my first time ever riding a horse and they made me feel very comfortable. The views were amazing and Cassie was a fabulous guide! My husband and I decided to do this ride the night before our vow renewal and it gave us some beautiful memories to look back on! We would definitely recommend this ride!

I participated in my first horseback riding experience with three other women in their forties. It was a lot of fun with our guide's broken Japanese and our broken English, which kept the energy high.

It started to rain during the ride, and that actually boosted our excitement even more.

The horses were smart, and I wonder if we seemed noisy to them?! We explored various locations, including meadows and forests. Before participating, I thought two hours would be too long, but it felt way too short. I would love to join again! ♪

初乗馬４名の女子…アラフォーで参加しました。
ガイドさんの片言の日本語と、私たちの片言の英語でテンション高く楽しかったです。
途中で雨が降ってきて、またこれがテンションあがりました。

お馬さんたちが賢くて、たぶん私たちはうるさく思われていたのでは？！
草原も、林の中も、いろんなロケーションを回りました。
参加する前は２時間は長すぎるかと思ってましたが、全然短いくらい。
また参加したいです♪

Nice event! So much to learn!! The day goes by fast with all the fun. They have a lot of activities for all the family. The dinner was awesome, prime rib buffet. Can't wait to go back!!
