It was our first experience for both of us. The drivers and instructors were very kind to us, who could hardly speak any English. It seems the weather wasn't very good, and we couldn't ascend to 14,000 feet, so they gave us a discount! (We didn't even notice how high we went!) The views were something you can only see while skydiving, and it became the best memory! If I get to go to Hawaii again, this is definitely an event I want to include in my plans!

私も彼女も初めての経験でした。現地までのドライバーさんやインストラクターの方々もほぼ英語のできない私達にとても親切に接していただきました。
あまり天候が良くなかったらしく、14.000フィートまで上昇できなかったみたいで料金も割引きしてくれました！(全然気づかないくらい上がってましたけどね) あんな景色スカイダイビングでないと見れなし最高の思い出になりました！
またハワイに行けたら必ず予定に入れたいイベントです‼️

The next day, I had to run a half marathon, but I couldn't help but jump in due to my daughter's strong push. The wonderful scenery was etched in my memory, and my daughter said she wanted to jump at least 20 more times.

翌日ハーフマラソン走らなきゃいけないのに、娘の強力プッシュに思わず飛んでしまいました。素晴らしい景色が目に刻み込まれ、娘はあと20回は飛びたいと 言ってました。

Honestly, I was so afraid of heights that just looking down from the 27th floor of the hotel made my legs shake, but I gathered my courage and participated.

On the day of the event, I was overwhelmed with nervousness and regret, and I thought about quitting many times, but I'm glad I challenged myself.

I had a tense face from fear and anxiety, but I bought a USB with videos and photos as a memory (laughs).

Afterward, you also receive a skydiving license certificate, so it becomes a wonderful memory of Hawaii!

Even after the parachute opens, you can still spin around, so as others have mentioned, if you are prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some anti-nausea medication beforehand.

I highly recommend it.

正直、泊まったホテルも27階で下を見るだけで足が震えるぐらいの高所恐怖症でしたが、勇気を出して参加しました。

当日は緊張や後悔が押し寄せて来てもう辞めようと何度も思っていましたが、チャレンジして良かったと思っています。

恐怖と緊張で引きつった顔になっていましたが、思い出にビデオと写真のUSBを購入しました（笑）

降りてからスカイダイビングのライセンス証明書も貰えるので、とても良いハワイの思い出になりますよ！

パラシュートが開いてからも回転したりするので、他の方も書いてますが、乗り物酔いする方は酔い止め薬を飲んでおいたりした方がいいかもしれません。

After sightseeing and exploring the North Shore (Haleiwa), we went horseback riding through the valley. At first, the owner, Mark, humorously and carefully explained how to use the reins and how to position ourselves based on the slope of the path. The horses are trained for polo and are all very well-behaved. We navigated up and down, sometimes progressing in a line along quite muddy paths. Leading the way was the staff member, Angel, who provided detailed explanations about the forest, stories of the royal family that once lived in the area, the wild boars that inhabit the region, and even about poisonous mushrooms. While there were moments of tension on the muddy slopes, we felt a strange sense of accomplishment afterward. There were also children in our group, around the middle school age, who enjoyed the horseback riding. A family horseback riding experience will surely become a lifelong memory.

ノースショア（ハレイワ）観光・散策後、渓谷を乗馬で散策するというもの。最初、馬の手綱の使い方、道の傾斜によるポジションの取り方をオーナーのマークさんが冗談交じりに丁寧に説明してくれます。馬はポロ競技用に調教されていて、お利口さん揃いです。アップダウンがあり、時にはかなり泥濘んだ道を一列になって進んでいきます。先頭はスタッフのエンジェルさん、森の話や、以前その地にあった王家の家の話、生息しているイノシシの話から毒キノコの話まで道すがら、それは丁寧に説明してくれます。泥濘んだ傾斜道など、時々緊張感を感じながらも終わったあとは不思議な達成感を感じられます。同じグループには小学校中学年くらいのお子さんもいて乗馬を楽しんでいました。家族で乗馬体験、一生の思い出になること間違いありません。

This time I participated with my husband. We were a bit late for our reservation, but they were very courteous in their response. Since it was just the two of us riding outside, we were able to canter the whole time, and it was so much fun. I definitely want to participate again.

予約時間より、少し遅れてしまったのですが すごく丁寧に対応してもらいました。
主人と2人の外乗だったので ずーっと駈歩走行で、すごく楽しかったです。
また ぜひ参加したいです。

The car we were concerned about arrived almost on time, and it was easy to recognize because it was a wrapped bus with photos. The staff, noticing that we couldn't speak English well, explained things using simple English words. I also felt that even in a relaxed atmosphere, they paid close attention to safety. I wrote "ski lift" because the safety device connects to the cable and puts you in a seated position. The speed is different, though... I had a refreshing feeling and a bit of fatigue, and I had a really enjoyable time. I highly recommend it.

懸念していたお迎えの車も、ほぼ時間通りに到着、写真入りのラッピングバスなのですぐにわかりました。
スタッフの方はこちらが英会話ができないとわかると、易しい英単語を使って説明してくれます。
また、ラフな雰囲気のなかでも安全には細心の注意が払われていると感じました。
スキーリフトと書いたのは、安全装置はケーブルに接続すると座ったような状態になるからです。スピードは違いますが…。
爽快感と少しの疲労感、とっても楽しい時間が過ごせました。おすすめです。

One person had to cancel unexpectedly, but the local company and staff responded very quickly and sent me an email regarding the refund process for the card payment on the same day. I can enjoy the remaining schedule without any worries. Thank you!

The weather was awesome and saw tons of sharks! Crew was awesome and entertaining as well. Def take nausea meds.

It was a participation on a very nice day. The horse I was connected with was the oldest one. However, you wouldn't think he was old just by looking at him. Most importantly, he was very smart, which surprised me. I learned how to give instructions, but even without doing anything, he maintained a great distance from the horse in front of him and did a wonderful job. I think it's a tour that beginners can join with confidence. Next, I would like to participate in a coastal horseback riding tour!☆

とてもお天気の良い日の参加でした。
私のご縁のあったお馬さんは、一番おじいちゃん馬でした。
でも、見掛けではおじいちゃんなんて思えません。そして何より賢くて、ビックリしました。
指示の出し方を習うのですが、何もしなくても、前のお馬さんとの間隔を保ち、素晴らしい仕事ぶりでした。
初心者でも安心して参加出来るツアーだと思いました。
次は海岸の乗馬ツアーに参加したいと思ってます☆

I was satisfied to see a large shark up close. The waves were high, and the cage was unstable, which made my wife scared, but as she got used to it, she managed to hold on and enjoy herself!

If the weather isn't favorable, it can get quite cold, so I think it would have been good to prepare properly before participating.

間近で大きなサメを見ることができて満足です。
波が高く、ゲージのなかは不安定で、妻は怖がっていましたが慣れてくるとうまくつかまりながら楽しんでました！

天候に恵まれないとかなり寒い場合がありますので、対策をしっかり行い参加できればよかったと思います。

I made a reservation from Japan and participated.
As soon as I got on, we took off at full speed!!
The guide couldn't speak Japanese, but they kindly explained how to operate and listened to my speed preferences, allowing me to enjoy exactly what I wanted.

The scenery was amazing!!
We also rode through the mountains, so there were plenty of shaded areas, making it comfortable while fully enjoying the magnificent nature.
I definitely want to participate again! ★

添乗の方は日本語は話せませんが、丁寧に操作の仕方や、スピードの要望を聞いてくれて、自分の希望する内容ができました。

景色は最高！！
山の中も走るので日陰も多く、快適かつ雄大な自然も満喫できました。

Everything was great. The crew was very informative and answered all the questions we had. And since they new what to look for, we were able to see some whales off in the distance.

I was worried about whether it would be cold, but it didn't bother me at all. Anyway, the view of the blue sea and green mountains was breathtaking. I also had the photographer jump with us and purchased the photo and video data. If you want the photographer to jump as well, you need to tip both the instructor and the photographer, so it can be a bit pricey, but it's not something you do often... My husband seemed to get motion sickness after the parachute opened. If you are prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication beforehand.

寒くないかが不安でしたが、全く気になりませんでした。
とにかく、青い海と緑の山が見えて絶景でした。
カメラマンにも飛んでもらい、写真と動画データも購入しました。
カメラマンにも飛んでもらう場合は、インストラクターとカメラマンの両方にチップが必要なので、少し高くつきますが、何度もあることではないので･･･。
夫はパラシュートを開いてからの時間で酔ってしまったようでした。乗り物酔いをする方は、酔い止めを飲んでおくと良いかもしれません。

Wow! This was way better than we had expected.
I definitely felt that I conquered my fear of heights and learned how to work together as a team.
The staff was very professional and made us all feel like active members. We will definitely do this again

Skydiving was an incredibly nice experience. The instructor was experienced and felt like a veteran, which increased my sense of security. I think my husband and I were the oldest participants that day.

I participated in the two-hour course. The location is fantastic. We passed through hills with a view of the sea and headed to the filming location of Jurassic Park. A refreshing breeze flowed through, making it the best horseback riding experience amidst wonderful scenery. However, there was no shuttle service, so getting to the ranch by bus was a bit challenging. The one-hour course includes a shuttle, but it doesn't go to the filming location and is shorter in duration, so I thought it might be lacking. I wish there had been a shuttle service for the two-hour course.

２時間コースに参加しました。ロケーションは、最高です。海の見える丘を通り抜け、ジュラシックパークのロケ地へ進みます。さわやかな風が通り抜け、素晴らしい景色の中で最高の乗馬体験でした。
ただ、送迎付きがなかったので牧場までバスで行くのは少し大変でした。1時間コースは送迎がありますが、ロケ地には行けず、時間も短いので、物足らないかなと思い二時間コースにしたのですが、送迎付きがあるとよかったと思いました。

This time, I had the best memory by experiencing skydiving in Hawaii. The local staff hardly spoke any Japanese, which made me quite anxious until the jump, but it turned out to be a great experience.

今回、ハワイでのスカイダイビングを経験できて最高の思い出が出来ました。
現地の受付の人が全くといっていい位、日本語が通じず、飛ぶまではかなりの不安がありましたが、いい経験ができました。

Although our visits to Dole Plantation and Haleiwa were brief, our guide Hiro provided excellent recommendations that allowed us to enjoy the experience efficiently. The beach horseback riding was an event that is hard to experience in Japan, and I felt safe entrusting myself to the well-trained horses. (The horses moved on their own with hardly any instructions.) It was amusing when they strayed off the path to eat grass, which added to the fun.

Overall, the time was limited, giving a busy impression, but we were able to thoroughly enjoy the main horseback riding experience.

While optional tours have the downside of limited flexibility, I often prefer to explore on my own. However, I discovered new things thanks to the guide's navigation, and I gained insights that only a local guide could provide, highlighting the unique benefits of an optional tour. The restaurant that was recommended, in particular, had great food and a lovely atmosphere, and I was very satisfied. Thank you, Hiro!

ドールプランテーションもハレイワも、駆け足での観光でしたが、ガイドのヒロさんがポイントを押さえたお勧めを紹介してくれたので、短いながらも効率よく楽しめました。
海辺乗馬も日本ではなかなか体験できないようなイベントで、よく調教されている馬に安心して身を任せることができます。(ほぼ指示なしで勝手にお馬さんが動いてくれます。) 途中、草を食べに道をそれるのもご愛嬌で、逆にそれも楽しく感じました。
全体的に時間が制限されて忙しいという印象ですが、メインの乗馬だけはじっくり楽しめました。

オプショナルは自由が利かないデメリットがあり、最近は個人で回ることも多かったのですが、ガイドさんの道案内に新たな発見があったり、地元で生活しているガイドさんならではの情報が得られたり、オプショナルならではの良さを実感しました。
特に教えて頂いたレストランは味もお店の雰囲気も良く、満足しました。ヒロさん、ありがとうございました！

Excellent service, great crew, great experience and at the end spotted a whale

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to do the sharks cage with some friends. Honestly, I was a little concerned about how the sharks are attracted, and if we were putting them in any distress by trying to see them in their natural habitat. Shortly after boarding the boat, my concern was put to rest-the sharks are not harmed in any way!.. Although it was late in the morning, and a swell was filling in, me and a couple friends all had a blast, gripping the bars of the cage, riding the swells as they rolled through and watched 10-12 sharks circle around us with such grace and ease. They were so close, we could see the pupil of their eyes!! Such an amazing experience, reminding me of my tiny existence on land.

This was such a neat experience that I'll never forget. We were so close to the sharks, which was somewhat scary, but mostly serene watching them swim by, really not caring about us humans in a cage. They come up to the sound of the boat because the area is usually filled with crabbers and they've become accustomed to eating the scraps. It was so neat being surrounded by these beautiful creatures and close enough to see the small barnacles attached to their bodies.

We did the 11am tour, which resulted in quite rocky waters (hence it being the latest option). The earlier times are much calmer waters and generally better visibility. The later time is not ideal for anyone sensitive to motion sickness, or nervous about the experience as it enhanced the intensity getting in and out of the cage. While in the water, we all had to hold on tightly to avoid hitting and kicking one another.

All that said, it was way worth it. Again, the earlier times and much calmer and even more enjoyable - highly recommend the tour, the earlier the better!

It was not as scary as I thought, and it was amazing.

There can be a hit or miss with instructors, but I had a great one!

It was so good that I want to do it again next time.

The horses living in the vast grounds were all very calm and well accustomed to people. It was refreshing to be able to run freely in nature. I will definitely use this again the next time I come to Hawaii!

広大な敷地の中で生活している馬たちは皆、とても穏やかで良く人に慣れていました。自然の中で思いっきり駆け足して乗れるのは爽快でした。次回、ハワイに来た時も又必ず利用します！

Sooooo excited! You have to go once in your life!

I was supposed to try it last year, but it got canceled due to strong winds, so I came back for a revenge attempt!!

Since I was participating alone, I decided to hire an outside photographer to capture the experience.

I dove with a friendly instructor and photographer!! When jumping out of the Cessna, it was so quick that there was no time to feel scared. Haha! Once I jumped out, I enjoyed the free fall, which felt short at just one minute.

The weather was great, and it was a very pleasant experience. Also, the photos and videos make for wonderful keepsakes. If you have the budget, I definitely recommend signing up on-site♪

Some people felt a bit nauseous from the shaking after the parachute opened, so if you're worried about that, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

現地にてアウトサイドカメラマンもお願いしました。

気さくなインストラクター・カメラマンと一緒にダイブ！！
セスナから飛び出す時は一瞬で、「怖い」と思う暇もなく。笑
一気に飛び出すと1分間が短く感じるフリーフォールを楽しみました。

天気もよくとても気持ちのいい体験でした。
また、写真・動画もとてもよい記念になります。
ご予算に余裕のある方は、是非現地で申し込んでください♪

一部、パラシュートが開いた後の揺れで酔っている人も居たので、
心配な方は事前に酔い止めを飲んでおくと安心かもしれません。

I had my first horseback riding experience just a few days before my daughter's wedding. Contrary to my worries, I really enjoyed it. The four horses we rode were each a bit greedy or laid-back, but they were all very well-behaved, which made me feel at ease. The Japanese guide and driver took us to a famous food truck where the garlic shrimp was absolutely delicious!

娘の結婚式を数日後に控えての初の 外乗りでの 乗馬体験。
心配をよそに とても楽しめました。 4人の乗った馬はそれぞれ食いしん坊だったり マイペースだったり でもとてもお利口で安心です。
ガイド 兼ドライバーの 日本人の人が案内してくれた 有名なフードトラックのガーリックシュリンプは最高に美味しかった！

My wife wanted to go horseback riding, so I joined her. I didn't have high expectations, but I was very satisfied with the experience. Riding along the North Shore coastline on horseback was quite comfortable. We enjoyed eating garlic shrimp, buying T-shirts, and although it was short, it was a fun time. Above all, the guide's instructions were excellent. It was also a great way to learn about Hawaii, and I highly recommend it.

妻が乗馬をしたいと言うので参加。自分はさほど期待していませんでしたが、結果は大満足でした。ノースショアの海岸を馬の背中に揺られて行くのは中々に快適でした。ガーリックシュリンプを食べたり、Tシャツを買ったり、短いながらも楽しいですが、何と言ってもガイドの方の案内が良かった。ハワイの勉強にもなりオススメです。
