At first, I was torn between the 2-hour course and the 1-hour course, but after seeing other people's reviews, I chose the 1-hour course and had plenty of fun! If I had chosen the 2-hour course, I might have gotten bored because it would have been too long...

The horseback riding course does not include transportation from Waikiki, so I was a bit anxious about getting there on my own, but if you act early and give yourself enough time, it's totally fine.

It really became a wonderful memory! Thank you very much!

最初は2時間コースと迷ったのですが、他の方の書き込みを見て1時間コースにしましたが、十分楽しめました！！
2時間コースにしたら長すぎて飽きてしまったかもしれません。。。
乗馬のみのコースはワイキキからの送迎がないので自分達で行くのに少し不安でしたが、早めの行動で時間に余裕をもっていけば全然大丈夫でした。
本当にとても良い思い出になりました！ありがとうございました！

The moment I dove into the sky, trusting the instructor, was the best. All the instructors were professional, allowing me to feel safe and secure. If you come to Hawaii, it's definitely worth the challenge.

インストラクターに身を任せ大空へダイブした瞬間は最高でした。インストラクターの方は皆プロ意識があり安心して身をまかせることができました。ハワイに来たら、チャレンジすべき価値がありますね。

I participated in the local gathering because I wanted to explore various places. For some reason, there were no other Japanese people, and the rest were mostly foreigners, divided into three groups to enter the cage. I took motion sickness medication, but it swayed quite a bit. Even when stationary, it still swayed, so I think it's better to avoid it if you're not feeling well. There are many awake animals, but they seemed quite used to people, so it wasn't particularly scary. However, if you get too close, the cage itself might seem like it could let an Asian-sized person slip out, which could be frightening. Activities like this are not available in Japan, and I really enjoyed it.

他にも色々回りたかったために現地集合で参加しました。なぜか日本人は他にいなくあとは外国の方ばかりで３つのグループに分かれゲージに入ります。酔い止め飲んでいましたが、かなり揺れます。止まっていても揺れるので体調が悪い状況では特にやめた方がいいと思います。また覚めはたくさんいますが、基本人馴れしているのかあまり怖いという状況はなかったです。かといってあまり近すぎてもゲージ自体がアジア人の体型なら抜けていきそうなので、怖いと思います。こういったアクティビティは日本にはないしかなり楽しめました。

I was filled with fear and anxiety before participating, but once I joined, the beautiful sea below was stunning and I had a great time!

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day and we didn't reach the highest altitude, but it was still more than enough.

Depending on the weather, it might be canceled, so if possible, I recommend participating in the morning when the air is clearer!

参加するまでは恐怖と緊張で後悔してたんですが、いざ参加してみたら、眼下に広がる海も綺麗でとっても楽しかったです！

I went skydiving for the first time in Hawaii! Since it was 4,200 meters, the free fall lasted about a minute and was incredibly fun! I couldn't hear my own voice even when I screamed. You can jump in a T-shirt and shorts.

After opening the parachute, there were occasional jokes from the instructor, and be careful because looking down can make you feel a bit nauseous.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sky and scenery of Hawaii!

Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had. It was my first time and I would 100 times over!

The tour itself isn't cheap, and if you buy memory with photos and videos and pay tips, it will cost nearly 50,000 yen in total. However, considering what you gain, 50,000 yen is a good deal. I definitely recommend purchasing the photos and videos.

ツアー自体も安くないですし、写真やビデオの入ったメモリーを買ったり、チップを支払うとトータル50000円近くかかります。ただし得られるものを考えると50000円は安いです。写真やビデオは必ず買うことをおすすめします。

Four of us men went skydiving for the first time! And we were all in our mid-40s, so it was quite a challenge. I was really scared when I saw my friend dive and fall at an incredible speed, but once I jumped, it turned out to be surprisingly okay. While I was in the air, my mind went completely blank, but when my feet touched the ground, I felt a sense of relief, and we all had smiles on our faces♪ It truly became a precious experience.

Also, I forgot my watch in the locker, and when I contacted them just to give it a try, they actually searched for it and delivered it to my hotel later. I also received email support from VELTRA, which was really helpful. I thought it would be impossible to get back something I lost while traveling abroad, but this time I was lucky.

Thanks to that, my travel memories are all good ones. Thank you very much♪

男４人で初めてのスカイダイビング！しかも４０代半ばのオッサンばかりでチャレンジしました。最初にダイブした友人の落ちる速度が すごく早くてビビりましたが、いざ飛んでみたら意外に大丈夫でした。飛んでいる最中は 頭が真っ白でしたが、地面に足が着くと安堵感と共に、みんな笑顔♪ほんとに貴重な体験になりました。
そして、ロッカーに忘れた腕時計、ダメ元で連絡したところ、ちゃんと探してくださり後日ホテルまで届けてくれました。VELTRAさんにもメールで対応してもらい、本当に助かりました。滞在中に無くした物が戻ってくるなんて、海外では絶対無理だと思っていましたが 今回はラッキーでした。
おかげで旅の思い出は良い思い出ばかりです。ありがとうございました♪

The half-day tour of Oahu felt a bit too packed. The break in Haleiwa was particularly too long. It might have been better to stop at the North Shore beach for a photo opportunity instead. The guide's explanations were smooth and not boring, but I felt a sense of discomfort as the content focused too much on selling products. The Polynesian Cultural Center was excellent. The experiences were satisfying, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

オアフ島の半日観光は詰め込み過ぎのきらいあり。
特にハレイワでの休憩は長過ぎる。ノースショアの浜で、降車し撮影タイムを取った方が良かったのではないか？
ガイドの説明は、淀みなく、退屈でなかった、話の内容が商品の売り込みに終始していたので嫌悪感を覚えた。
ポリネシアン文化センターは秀逸。体験も満足でき、十二分に楽しめた。

I participated in a North Shore horseback riding tour. We had about an hour's stay in Haleiwa, including lunchtime, so we couldn't take our time. The horseback riding experience seems to differ from the Japanese style. You ride a horse that matches your body type. The ride takes place near the beach. Since there is a compatibility between the horse and the rider, at first, the horse may be a bit excited and not used to the rider, but as it gets accustomed, it becomes easier to handle. It's good to communicate with the horse by talking to it. Each horse has its own personality; the horse I rode tended to walk on flat paths and strayed from the line in front, but I thought that was just its personality. The supporter leads the way, and we follow at that pace. There was another group with a foreigner who seemed to have an animal allergy and ended up with a swollen face after riding. Those with animal allergies should be cautious. You can't bring too much luggage while riding. You can't take photos with a DSLR camera while riding because the shutter sound can stress the horse. However, it's possible with a smartphone or compact camera, as long as it's small enough to fit in one hand and can be stored in a chest pocket. Since you'll be focusing on riding, you'll likely be able to take photos only after getting used to it. It’s difficult to take still images as they tend to blur.

ノースショアと乗馬ツアーに参加しました。
ハレイワには、1時間程度の滞在です。ランチ時間込みなので、ゆっくりはできません。
乗馬体験は、日本式とは乗馬の仕方が違うようです。
馬のチョイスは、その方の体型に合わせた馬に乗ります。
浜辺近くを乗馬します。馬との相性がありますので、最初は馬も乗る人に慣れなくて、、興奮気味ですが、次第に慣れてくると扱いやすくなります。
馬に声をかけながら、コミュニケーションを取るなどいいでしょう。
馬も其々個性があり、私が乗った馬は、平坦な道を歩こうとするので、前の列からはみ出し歩いていましたが、この馬の個性なんだな、、と思いました。
サポーターの方を先頭に歩きますし、そのペースに後ろからついて行く感じです。
他のグループですが、白人の外国人ですが、動物アレルギーをお持ちの方が乗馬をして、顔が腫れてしまったようです。
動物アレルギーの方は、注意した方がいいかもしれません。
手荷物は、多くを持っての乗馬はできません。
一眼レフカメラ等は乗馬しながらの撮影は出来ません。カメラのシャッター音が馬にストレスを与えるからだそうです。スマホ、コンデジカメラなら可能ですが、乗馬をしながらですから、片手で収まり、胸ポケに入る大きさなら大丈夫です。
乗馬に集中するので、写真が撮れるのはかなり乗馬に慣れてきてから、となりそうです。
ブレますので、静止画は撮れにくいです。

I love horse trekking and participated in this tour. Riding a horse and feeling the great outdoors was healing. The guide was the worst. Even though all the customers were from Japan, the tour started with criticism of Prime Minister Abe. He even told the customers to act like fools. I guess he meant to say let's loosen up and have fun, but as a person from Kansai, I somewhat understand the nuance. However, there are likely many people who feel uncomfortable with the word "fool." His language was also crude, and I wouldn't want to join a tour with this guide.

私は関西人なのでなんとなくニュアンスは分かるのですが、アホと言う言葉に拒否感を感じる人も少なくないはず
言葉遣いも汚いし、この人のガイドならツアーに参加したくないです

I was charged such a high tour price, and some participants were forced to buy overpriced items at souvenir shops, which was quite exhausting. It felt like a budget Japanese group tour, despite the high cost. However, once we arrived at the Polynesian Cultural Center, the student guides were doing their best, and it was theme park-like, so the children were enjoying themselves.

こんなに高いツアー金額を取られ、おみやげ屋さんでぼったくりの商品を買わされている参加者もいて、なんだか疲れました。
格安日本人団体ツアーのような内容です。高いのに。
ポリネシアセンターについてからは、学生ガイドさんたちが頑張っていたし、テーマパークらしく、子供たちも楽しんでいましたが。

This is far the best show we attended in Hawaii. I hate to see the same shows but this one we will definitely go back and see again. I would highly recommend getting a tour guide to make your experience that much better. Place is huge and will need at least 2 days to see all the villages.

Night show left me speechless and in Awe. I didn't want to end and didn't blink once. Great performers and comedy show.

There are so many views that you can only see by skydiving, and you get a sensation like nothing you've ever felt before.
The person who dove with me was incredibly cool! They really tried to ease my nerves by talking to me a lot, and we had a fun conversation; they were very kind. I regretted not being able to speak more English during my week in Hawaii...
If I ever come back to Hawaii, I definitely want to do it again, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Hawaii.

とにかく最高！！
スカイダイビングしないと見れない景色がいっぱいですし、今までに感じた事ないような感覚が得られます。
一緒にダイブしてくれる人もめちゃくちゃカッコ良い！緊張をほぐそうとしてくれてるのか、すごく話しかけてくれて楽しく会話してくれて、優しい方でした。もっと英語が話せたらと、1週間のハワイで一番後悔しました、、
もしまたハワイに来る事があれば、絶対にやりたいですし、これからハワイ旅行を控えている人がいれば絶対オススメしたいです。

Wonderful trip around the island and informative and enjoyable day / night at the Polynesian centre and luau

We celebrated our June birthdays with a glorious 1 hr trail ride at your ranch on Tues June 6. The wranglers starting with Tate and the other girls were professional, extremely nice and treated us all like royalty! Our horses were gentle and extremely professional as well. The sights were magnificent and we would highly recommend the Gunstock Ranch to any tourists and locales visiting the North Shore!

I participated with my parents. I've been to the North Shore many times, but this was my first time horseback riding there! It was fun to see the ocean while riding. My parents enjoyed it too. However, there was absolutely no service, like taking photos for us, and in the end, we had to ask for a picture, but there was no communication at all, so we weren't even sure if it was taken or not... (laughs) I thought they could be a bit friendlier. (laughs) It had been a while since I visited Haleiwa, and I was surprised at how much it had changed. (laughs) Overall, the tour was very good!

ノースは何度も行ってますが、ノースでの乗馬は初めて！
海を見ながら、楽しかったです。両親も楽しんでました。
ただ、写真を撮ってくれたりなどサービスが全くなく、最後にお願いして撮ってもらいましたが、声かけもなにもなく、撮れているんだかないんだかで。。（苦笑）もう少し愛想よくすればいいのに・・と思いました。（笑）
久々のハレイワ、あまりに変わっててびっくりしました。（笑）

On May 31, 2017, my husband and I participated! Recently, ziplining has become popular in Japan, and we were very interested. At that time, I happened to find this perfect site while browsing and immediately made a reservation!

On the day of the event, they picked us up at a nearby hotel, and we headed to Keana Farm with the other participants! Besides us, all four other couples were from English-speaking countries, and our driver couldn't speak Japanese, which made us a bit anxious. However, there was an instructor on-site who was fluent in Japanese, which put us at ease.

We put on our gear and got started! I thought the first line would be a bit scary, but it turned out to be an amazing thrill! While moving around the farm in a buggy, the instructor was kind, fun, and safety-conscious, and before we knew it, our enjoyable time had flown by. I felt like Spider-Man amidst the magnificent nature of Hawaii.

興味深々でした。そんな時に、丁度サイトを見ていたら絶好なの見付け即、予約！
当日、近くのホテルまで迎えにきて頂き、他の参加者といざ、ケアナファームへ！
私達、夫婦以外は4組全員英語圏の方でドライバーさんも、日本語は出来ずちょい不安でしたが
現地の、インストラクターに日本語が堪能な方がいて、安心しました。
装備を付け、いざ開始！1本目は、ちょいと怖いかと思いましたがイヤイヤ最高な爽快感！
ファームの中を、バギーで移動しながらインストラクターの方が親切に、楽しく安全に、
配慮しながら進み、あっと言うまに楽しい時間が過ぎました。ハワイの壮大な自然の中を、
スパイダーマンになった気分でした。

The weather in Hawaii is unpredictable. Just when I thought it was going to rain, it cleared up and a rainbow appeared. The dive from 4,000 feet was thrilling, and the beautiful views of Hawaii's sky, mountains, and ocean were truly amazing! Also, the instructors were handsome (there are various types, but they were great)! I think those who are prone to motion sickness or on windy days should take precautions.

ハワイの天気は変わりやすい。雨だと思ったら晴れて虹がでた。上空4000からのダイブはスリル満点でハワイの美しい空と山と海の景色は本当に素晴らしい！そして、インストラクターがイケメン(色々な方がいますが)で素敵でした！風が強い日や酔いやすい方は対策が必要だと思います。

Had a great time swimming with the sharks even though it was in a cage. It was a little windy and the waves were rocking the boat so make sure you can take the rough waters. One got really sick from the motion but only one. It was really fun and well worth it. These sharks were very docile but swam by gracefully for some really good picture taking. I nor anyone on the boat ever felt unsafe swimming with the sharks. So much fun.

The Polynesian Cultural Center presented shows from the various groups that make up the Hawaiian Culture. The final show was good but too long and the food at the Luau was OK but nothing spectacular.

An absolute must do. My wife did not want to go in, but through the reassurance of the guys she did and was happy she did. The crew was great. At first there is lots of anxiety and then it lessens. Swimming with those majestic animals is beyond words. It must be experience. Again thanks guys

Emily was an excellent tour guide! Me and my 2 adult sons went on this activity and had a great time. We would definitely do it again. Thank you Emily for being an awesome tour guide.

Can't say enough about how awesome this was! Wish I could do it every day. Was quite nervous at first but once you get in the water it is so calming to just watch the sharks in their world. The Island View guys were great, gave us all the info we needed before getting in and answered all of our questions.

My only advice for the company is to give a bit more instruction on finding you at the harbor - all we really had was the name of the boat (which is outdated) and we can't exactly walk the whole place reading boat names. We found them eventually and all was well.

If you have the time, this is absolutely a must-do in Oahu. You won't regret it.

Although we arrived at the site early to do paper work and all, the office staff were rude. When I asked a question I was given a short snappy reply with th a quick closure of the sliding window on my face. No further questions could be asked afterwards. At the end during payment transaction for pictures and videos, they had no record of prior payment for the jumps I made and double charged me. They needed to take the time to answer questions at the beginning or explain the process for charges, or at least take the time to go over the charges as they asked for payments. When I tried to explain that I was being double charged, they got irritated that I didn't let them know at the beginning. They are running a high risk business, therefore they need to demonstrate complete confidence and accuracy to customers in all aspects of the business from the beginning to the end.

Pilot was awesome.answered my many questions. Scenery was gorgeous

It was an early morning gathering, but skydiving cleared my sleepiness. The weather was perfect with clear skies, and although I was nervous since it was my first time, it became a fun memory.

早朝早い時間の集合でしたが、スカイダイビングして眠気もすっきりしました。
天気も快晴で申し分のないコンディションでした。
初めてで緊張しましたが楽しい思い出になりました。

My brother and I have long been shark fans. As a keen diver I've seen the occasional reef shark but wanted to see something bigger. We went out on the boat (limited to 6 of us) and after a short ride arrived at the site where we spent probably half an hour by the boat (holding onto the lines) then free swimming and diving with Galapagos and Sandbar sharks (around 40 at one point but always at least 15 around us at varying depths). There were multiple times when we could have touched one with a flipper they were that close but we didn't feel threatened at all (although i would be lying if I said we weren't a bit scared). There was only one shark that bared his teeth to us which was amazing to view and again not threatening. The staff made us feel very safe and are very passionate about the sharks. I've dived around the world but never come across an opportunity to swim with this many large sharks in the wild. I cannot recommend this enough. #HelpSaveSharks
