It was my first time, but I enjoyed it! The garlic shrimp I had on the North Shore was delicious! The guide's driving was a bit too fast and it was a little scary.

My husband and I participated, but we were the only Japanese guests among foreign customers. Before boarding the boat, we had our picture taken in front of it. There was no explanation in Japanese, but we could enjoy the view of Waikiki from the boat. It was my first time snorkeling, but the children among the guests were enjoying it without fear (laughs), so I was able to enjoy the atmosphere. The snorkeling spot was deep enough that you couldn't touch the bottom. They provided floatation devices, so I could snorkel safely and enjoyably. It was quite windy and cold on the boat, so I recommend bringing a jacket.

シュノーケリングは初めてだったのですが、子供のゲストの方がシュノーケリングを
恐れることなく楽しんでいたので（笑）　その場の雰囲気で楽しむことができました。
シュノーケリングをする場所は、足がつかない深さでした。浮き輪のようなグッズを貸してもらえるので、安心して楽しくシュノーケリングを楽しめました。
船上は風がきつく寒かったので、上着を持って行くことをおすすめします。

After the check-in at Kualoa Ranch we took a shuttle to Moli'i Fishpond deck. When crossing the fishpond on a floating boat make sure to have your camera ready! It's the best time to take pictures of the majestic mountain range. The scenery is incredible, you feel like you are in a movie!

Once on the other side, we started enjoying our day at this beautiful private beach with views from Chinaman's Hat and Kaneohe Bay. They have restrooms, changing rooms, fresh water shower, covered picnic tables and a staff member to help you if you need anything. Make sure to bring sunscreen and some snacks.

My brother and I spent the morning kayaking, snorkeling, stand up paddling and playing games. The staff took us on a quick Glass Bottom Boat ride and we spotted a lot of green sea turtles! After all those activities we were just relaxing in a hammock under a palm tree.

I will definitely come back to enjoy another relaxing day there!

I chose this tour because I wanted to go horseback riding by the beach and explore the town of North Shore, but based on my experiences with various other tours in Hawaii, I felt that the content for this price was frankly too high. The day started with anxiety as the tour bus did not arrive at the pickup time. It eventually showed up 10 minutes late, but the vehicle was old and dirty, and the guide spoke very quickly, making it hard to understand.

In Haleiwa, we weren't allowed to explore the town; instead, we could only take pictures in front of the food stalls while the guide bought garlic shrimp for everyone. It felt rushed throughout, and we ended up arriving back in Waikiki around 3 PM, which was a short time for a high price.

I had a coupon for garlic shrimp, and when I asked the guide to use it, he didn't cut it out or show it to the shop staff, but instead just refunded me $5. They charged the tour guests the regular price, but the guide bought it at a lower price, so he must be pocketing the difference.

For that reason, while I was satisfied with the views of the North Shore and the horseback riding by the beach, I cannot recommend this tour company.

海辺乗馬とノースの街を観光したかったため、このツアーを選んだが、ハワイで様々な他会社のツアーに参加した経験から考えると、この内容でこの値段ははっきり言って高すぎると感じた。この日は、ピックアップ時間になってもツアーのバスが来ず、不安になる朝から始まった。結局10分遅れで到着されたが、車は古くて汚いし、ガイドさんのトークは、とても早口で非常に聞き取りづらい。また、ハレイワの街では、街散策もさせてもらえず、ガーリックシュリンプをガイドさんがまとめて買う間に屋台の前で写真を撮るのみ。終始せわしなくて、結局ワイキキには15時ごろには着いていて、時間は短いのに高い。
私はガーリックシュリンプのクーポンを持っていたので、ガイドさんにこれを使って買ってくれと頼むと、そのクーポンを切り取ることもなく、お店の人にみせることもなく、5ドル返金してくれました。ツアー客からは正規の値段を取り、しかし、ガイドさんは安く買っていて、その差額はガイドさんが得ているのでしょうね。
そういうわけで、ノースの海を見たり、海辺での乗馬は景色もよくて満足だったが、このツアー会社はおすすめできません。

If your looking to see turtles, this is the excursion for you! The staff was professional and entertaining. Lunch was provided, which had not been mentioned when booked but appreciated. The sail following snorkeling was very nice. If your looking to see lots of tropical, colorful fish this is not the excursion for you.

I took my family on this excursion and was delighted as everyone was. Tour guide was witty and very informative. Boat ride to sub was added bonus. We were busy keeping up with all of the different fish species passing by our observation ports in the sub!
Sub was quite comfortable. Premium ride was excellent. I highly recommend taking this tour. You won't be disappointed !

I have always wanted to swim with the sharks. This was an incredible experience! It was definitely a thrill seeking adventure that I would do again!

Since I was the last to ride, I didn't feel too nervous after hearing everyone's experiences. It was a time when a rainbow appeared, so I was left with a beautiful image of Waikiki.

最後に乗ったので、みんなの体験を聞いたから、あまり緊張しなかった。
ちょっと虹が上ってきた時間なので、すごくきれいなワイキキを目に焼きつきました。

The pickup time was 30 minutes late, and I didn't receive any contact, so I took a taxi myself. I was selling photos, but even though I paid, they forgot to give them to me. It was a terrible experience. I don't think I will use this service again.

You can enjoy a walk in the sky over Hawaii's blue skies, feeling like a bird. There’s no shaking that makes you feel scared when you go up or down, so even if it’s your first time, you can have a lot of fun. When landing, you might touch the water a bit, but if you don’t want to get wet, you can let them know in advance, and it seems you can land without getting wet. However, in the eternally warm Hawaii, you won’t get wet enough to be bothered, so I recommend enjoying the splash.

As for the height, it feels more like the length of the rope rather than the height from the ground. There were two groups on the same tour at 45 meters and 90 meters, but I didn’t feel a significant difference in height. Of course, the 90 meters is a bit higher, and the distance from the boat is different as well.

It’s refreshing, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it.

ハワイの青い空を鳥になったような感覚で空中散歩できます。
空に上がるときも降りるときも怖いと思うほどの揺れはなく、初めてでもとても楽しめました。
降りるときに海に多少着水させて楽しませてくれますが、濡れるのが嫌な場合は先に言っておくと濡れずに降りる事も可能なようです。
ですが、常夏のハワイ。顔が濡れるほどは着水しませんので濡れることをオススメします。
高さの表記ですが、地上からの高さというより紐の長さなのかなという印象です。
同じツアーに４５ｍと９０ｍの２組がいましたが高さはそこまでの違いを感じませんでした。
もちろん９０ｍは多少は高いですし、ボートからの距離は違いますが。

爽快ですので、どの年代の方でも楽しめると思います

I participated in a slightly discounted tour starting at 8 o'clock! The guide spoke in English, but they used simple words and spoke slowly so that Japanese people could understand, which made it very easy to follow and enjoyable! (The staff was a handsome guy with a good build, haha.) I was told in advance that we might not be able to fly with three people depending on the weather, but since it was nice out, we were able to fly without any issues! My husband, who was really scared at first, said he had a lot of fun by the end. (There weren't any big movements, just height.) Luckily, we were also able to see whales from the boat!

8時からの少し割引のツアーに参加しました！英語での案内でしたが日本人に分かるようにゆっくりと簡単な言葉で話してくれてとても分かりやすかったし楽しませてもらいました！(体格の良いイケメンスタッフでした笑)天候によっては3人では飛べないかもと事前に問い合わせた時言われましたが天気が良かったので全然飛ばしてもらえました！最初めちゃくちゃこわがってた旦那が終わってみるととても楽しかったと言ってました。(大きな動きはなく高さだけなので)ラッキーなことに船からクジラも見ることができましたよ！

The horseback riding experience was satisfying, but I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't hear the guide's explanations at all during the ride. For two hours, I just followed in silence. I think I would have enjoyed it more if there had been a Japanese-speaking guide.

乗馬体験は満足のいくものでしたが、道中ガイドの方の説明が全く聞き取れずちょっとがっかりでした。二時間ただただ無言でついていくだけでした。日本語のガイド案内があるともっと楽しめたと思います。

It was a lot of fun to experience the boat trip with my friends. The boat was small and swayed a bit, but after having a cocktail, I felt energized. When I went out on deck, suddenly a whale appeared, surfacing multiple times and spouting water—it was a surprising and happy moment. We had a great view of Diamond Head, and the sunset was absolutely perfect for the mood. Just when I thought it was time to head back, the whale showed its tail several times, as if inviting us to come back to the waters of Hawaii. I plan to come again next year. The sunset cruise was amazing!

友人夫婦と一緒に初体験船は小さいがとても楽しかったです。船は少し揺れカクテルを少し頂いたら元気になれ甲板に出ると突然鯨が～背中を何度も出し潮吹きを目のあたりし驚き幸せのひと時でしたダイヤモンドヘッドが良く見られ日が落ちるサンセットはムード最高でした。そろそろ帰るのかな～と思っていると又クジラが尾びれを何度も見せていただき又ハワイの海に来て～
て行っているようでした。来年も来る予定です。サンセットクルーズは最高～です。

One of the purposes of this trip is to go surfing!! That said, my husband, daughter, and I have zero experience... What will happen??? On top of that, we started with a mix of English lessons and a lot of anxiety~!

On the beach, important points were explained in a simple and easy-to-understand mix of English and Japanese, and we practiced on boards placed on the sand. Then we headed to the sea. I wondered if I could really ride the waves, but as we went out, when the waves came and I was about to catch one, the staff shouted, "Mom, stand up! Stand up!" When I tried standing, I glided~~~! Riding the waves felt amazing and was the best experience. During the two-hour lesson, I managed to ride almost without any failures. Of course, it was thanks to the staff who helped me catch the waves...

I recommend it to anyone who wants to try surfing. You'll get hooked!!

とは言うものの、主人も娘も私も経験はゼロ・・・
いったいどうなるのか？？？
おまけに、英語レッスンと不安いっぱいで開始~！

こんなので乗れるのかなぁ？と思いながら沖へ
波が来て波に乗ったタイミングでスタッフの人が、「ママ立って！立って！」と言ってくれて立ってみたらスィ~~~！　
波に乗って進むってすごく気持ちが良くて、最高でした。
２時間のレッスン中ほとんど失敗なしで乗れましたよ。
もちろんスタッフの人がうまく波に乗せてくたお陰ですが・・・

サーフィンをしてみたい人お勧めです
ハマりますよ！！

It was an amazing time !! Was more than we could have ever hoped for !! We highly recommend this to anyone who comes to hAwaii

I would strongly recommend organization for doing a sail and snorkel activity.
The crew was informative, very helpful, and made the afternoon totally enjoyable.
Aftersnorkeling there was a report of a whale and that had just calved. The crew took us to the area where the whale was sighted and we, too, were able to see multiple sightings of the whale.

We boarded the same boat with several groups and headed out to sea... When we went, there were about six groups. Each group starts one by one!! Since each group takes about 10 minutes, if you're last, you'll wait about an hour. If you get seasick, don't forget to take motion sickness medicine!! The view of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the ocean from about 150 meters up is breathtaking♪♪ Also, if you're lucky, you might see whales from above^ - ^ The boat sways, but it's very calm up there, so there's no fear at all. The staff who operated the boat and provided explanations were cheerful and entertaining. The explanations were in English, but even if you don't understand much, you can get the general idea from the atmosphere, so it's not a problem!! It's definitely worth trying at least once to fully enjoy the scenery.

1組が約10分ほどなので、最後だと約1時間ほど待ちます。
船酔いする人は必ず酔い止めを飲むことを忘れないように‼︎
150メートルほど上からみる、ワイキキとダイアモンドヘッドと、海は圧巻♪♪
また、タイミングが良ければ上からクジラがみれたりします^ - ^
船は揺れるけど、上空は凄く穏やかで怖さなども全然ないです。
船の運転、説明などしてくれたスタッフも明るく楽しませてくれます。
英語での説明だったりしますが、あまりわからなくても雰囲気で何となくわかるので問題ない‼︎‼︎
景色を思う存分楽しめるので是非一度試す価値ありです。

Horseback riding by the seaside was very relaxing. Although the horse stopped to eat grass a few times, the guide helped us along and we had a great time. There was also a couple in their 60s, so I think it's an activity that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

海辺の乗馬は癒されました。
途中馬が草を食べてしまったり止まったりもしたけど、ガイドさんが誘導してくれて楽しめました。
60代のご夫婦もいたので、幅広く楽しめるアクティビティーだと思います。

We took a catamaran ride as a couple in our 50s. The two handsome crew members didn't speak Japanese, but they were friendly and we managed with their broken English. My wife can't swim, but they provided life jackets and simple floaties, so there were no issues. Above all, the experience of swimming with sea turtles was invaluable. The free hamburgers they provided were also delicious. However, be careful as the meeting point is at the left end of Outrigger Beach facing the sea, and it was hard to find. There were no signs or anything.

50歳台の夫婦2人でカタマラン号に乗りました。
イケメンのクルー2人は日本語を話せませんが、フレンドリーで、片言の英語で何とかなります。妻は泳げませんが、救命胴衣をや簡単な浮き輪を貸してくれるので、問題ありませんでした。
なんといっても、ウミガメと一緒に泳げる体験は貴重です。無料でくれるハンバーガーも美味しかった。
ただ、集合場所がアウトリガーの浜の、海に向かって左端で、わかりにくかったので気を付けて。看板などはありません。

On our first trip to Hawaii, we came for both our wedding and honeymoon. It was our first parasailing experience with a total of six people, including our parents, and our driver, Yano, was super cheerful and taught us a lot about Hawaii in clear English. Thank you, Yano, who loves Japanese comedy!!

There were 12 of us parasailing, but half were foreigners and surprisingly quiet. We were the most excited. The view from 150 meters up was breathtaking and felt like it lasted only a minute or two.

The charming foot splash service was also a 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend it for those who are interested. Also, you will definitely be amazed by the young captain's strength and stability; the boat doesn't move an inch when it shifts. If you go, be sure to pay attention to that.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's charter bus tour as well.

初めてのハワイ旅行で、結婚式と新婚旅行兼ねて来ました。お互いの両親合わせて６人での初パラセーリングでしたが、ドライバーのヤノさんは超陽気で明るくわかりやすい英語でハワイを色々教えてくれました。日本のお笑い大好きのヤノさんありがとー！！
自分たち含め12人のパラセーリングでしたが半分外人さんで以外と大人しめ。自分たちが一番はしゃいでました。上空150メートルの景色は圧巻でほんの1、2分くらいの感覚でした。
愛嬌の足ぽちゃサービスもあり満足度100%です。きになる方にはオススメ。あと若い船長さんと足腰の強さには絶対驚きます。船が移動する時も二本足でピクリとも動かないので。行った方は是非注目してください。
明日のバン貸切ツアーも楽しみです。

I went to Hawaii for a friend's retirement celebration. The couple was on their first overseas trip, and I wanted them to enjoy it. To my surprise, when we spoke to the flight attendants, we received a complimentary bottle of wine as a special service. We arranged for a limousine, and everything went smoothly until the activities began. We initially booked parasailing for three people but changed it to four. However, the local staff insisted, "We only heard three people. Pay up." They didn't even try to confirm the reservation and had a confusing communication system. One of the retirees couldn't fly and had to return. When I sent a complaint email, they responded, "We'll give you breakfast as an apology," but I was not satisfied with that, considering the time and effort spent on the reservation and travel. I would have eaten regardless of the complimentary meal, so I reluctantly accepted it to avoid wasting more time. I wonder if larger companies tend to have such a lack of attention to detail. Since we are on vacation, I wish they would take that into account and be more accommodating.

知人のリタイア記念でハワイに。知人夫婦は初の海外旅行で楽しんでもらいたいと飛行機内でアテンダントに声をかければ記念のワインボトルがプレゼントされる驚きのサービス。リムジンを手配し、アクティビティの出発までは順調でした。パラセイルを当初は３人で予約しましたが、４人に変更しました。ところが現地スタッフは最初の「３人しか聞いていない。金を払え」の一点張り。確認もしようとはせず連絡体制に？？？？。リタイア夫婦の１人は飛べないまま帰還しました。不満のメールを送ると「お詫びに朝食をプレゼントします」と連絡はありましたが、予約した時間と手間暇、移動した時間の手間暇。食事はプレゼントされなくても摂りますので納得いかないまま、無駄な時間を過ごしたくないので承諾しました。会社が大きいと態勢も大味になるのでしょうか。バケーションに来ているのですから、そのことを前提とした受け身が欲しいものです。

My elementary school child and my wife participated, and they were very happy and had a great time. They joined the highest extreme activity, which was a height they had never experienced before, and it felt wonderful.

Highly recommend it! Crew was wonderful. Made sure we had drinks and the appetizers. View of Waikiki absolutely breathtaking!the sunset was magical! Also saw humpback whales as a bonus! Would do it again.

Since I was staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, I wanted to see a show nearby, so I participated. I think this is what a luau show is like, but I was disappointed that the buffet-style meal was not great.

ヒルトン・ハワイアン・ビレッジに泊まっていたので、近くでショーを見たいと思って参加しました。ルアウショーはこんなものなのかなと思いますが、ビュッフェ形式の食事がもう一つで残念でした。

Since I had the opportunity, I chose the Golden Circle, and it was definitely the right decision.

I was able to watch the show right up close to the stage, and it was incredibly powerful—I could even feel the warmth of the fire.

With the Golden Circle, in addition to receiving a shell lei upon entry, you also get a fresh flower lei, and you can go to the luau buffet with priority. It was definitely worth it just for the premium seating.

However, unfortunately, it was a very windy day, and it was quite cold, so it's advisable to bring a jacket.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food while experiencing Hawaiian culture.

This parasailing adventure was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii. The crew on the boat were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would recommend it to families with children of all ages as well as adults looking for a fun time.

Myself and two daughters (17,21) choose the Adventure package because we couldn't decide on which tour to do, so many options. We did the jungle expedition, Hollywood tour and the 800 year old fish pond. The guides were all very knowledgeable but most of all entertaining. The ranch has a deep history and the staff has done well to respect what was once there and is still being used today. Beautiful trip!
