This is my second time participating. My first experience was riding a horse. The horses at Kualoa are very gentle, and since the ride is slow, it wasn't as scary as I had thought. I was so impressed by the magnificent scenery of the Kualoa mountains that I decided to try again. Last time, I took the two-hour course starting at 3:30 PM, and this time I chose the two-hour course starting at 11:45 AM.

I felt that the course starting at noon had less space for moving around the ranch and a shorter riding time compared to last time. I was wondering, "Did we go to that place last time? Are we turning back here?" The staff was also quiet and didn't engage in much conversation, which made communication minimal. Last time, there were mostly Western students, so it was a cheerful and very enjoyable ride. This time, there were mostly Japanese people, including families and elderly individuals, which might have influenced the staff's approach, but it was quite disappointing. The scenery is truly amazing. I recommend Kualoa for those who are riding horses for the first time.

今回で2回目の参加です。前回乗馬初体験でした。クアロアの馬はとても大人しいですし、ゆっくりライドするので、思っていたほど怖くなかったです。クアロアの山々の雄大な景色に感動したので、再挑戦しました。前回は２時間コースの最終回１５：３０からのコース、今回は2時間コースの11：４５からのコースにしました。
今回のお昼スタートのコースは前回に比べ、牧場内の移動が狭く乗馬時間が短いと感じました。前回はあそこの場所まで行ったよね？ここで引き返すの？と・・・。スタッフも無口でおしゃべりもせず、あまりコミニケーション取ってきませんでした。前回は欧米人の学生達ばかりだったので、陽気でとても楽しいライドだったのですが。今回は日本人ばかりで家族連れやご年配の方が多かったので、そのような対応になったのかもしれませんが、とても残念でした。景色は本当に最高です。初めての乗馬される方はクアロアをおすすめします。

To make it in time for the meeting, we had our optional tour before parasailing shortened, but we ended up waiting about an hour from the meeting time for this optional tour. Other participants arrived normally about 30 minutes after the meeting time, and we couldn't understand why we were given such an early meeting time.

The 180-meter parasailing experience lasted about 10 minutes in the air, and the view was amazing; we even saw a rainbow, which was moving. However, after waiting so long and for this price, it ended up being just 20 minutes total... The instructors were all foreigners and were quite pushy about tips. Considering everything, I don't think I would want to do this again.

I chose a package where we could interact with rays because my second daughter loves them. Suddenly, we were handed snorkeling gear, and my 4-year-old and 7-year-old daughters, along with my 71-year-old mother, all tried snorkeling for the first time in their lives. Floating in a deep pool with swimming fish felt refreshing, as if we were entering a fish world. The sensation of touching the belly of a large ray was unlike that of a dolphin, with an indescribable smoothness. I was also thrilled to see fish swarm around the lettuce I held in my hand.

For those who might feel uneasy about floating in a pool where they can't reach the bottom with just a life jacket, it could be challenging.

Perfect trip. Short ride out to snorkel, but diverted a few minutes to see dolphins. Snorkeling was great. Instructions for first timers, but we had Done before. My 14 & 17 year olds loved it. Swamnright up to turtles and fish. Hope my underwater pics come out. After about 45 minutes, came aboard for quick lunch and drinks. Then took about an hours sail out past diamond head. Very relaxing on the nets but you will get soaked. Also, I read one review about being uncomfortable and unable to sit in nets??? There were plenty of places to sit elsewhere and out of the spray. Sounds like they may have been on the wrong boat. Anyway, I highly recommend and will maybe do a sunset cruise next time. This 50+ from Georgia had a blast.

My girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time here at Kualoa Ranch. The horses were very well trained, tamed, and talented. This was our first time getting up on horses, and man I looked like Zorro. My girlfriend has such a strong, muscular, and smart horse, and luckily for here his name was Romeo. My horse was named Shay and he was just like me, always hungry. He stopped every ten minutes to eat grass, but I had to let him do it secretively. We had great views of the ocean and the mountain range of Kualoa Ranch, however getting pictures will be hard because you will need to make sure you are 100% focused and attentive of your horse and for your own personal safety. Our guide was great and she even took a couple pictures for me before our tour started. We had an excellent time and would recommend this to anyone.

Yassi our guide was excellent and so much fun, this was a gift from my friend Kathy for my 50th birthday! I've always wanted to do a horseback ride on the beach, & San Diego really didn't have any options, so when we planned our trip to Oahu we had to do this! We googled horse back riding on the beach & picked this one immediately. The ride was relaxing and so pretty, we rode polo ponies and they were beautiful and matched perfectly with us, mine was named Chaser! can't wait to come back & do it again! Aloha & Mahalo

Captain Tanja and the crew were fantastic. They were knowledgeable,friendly,and funny. We brought home a video of our adventure and are so glad that we did! We would do this again in a minute! I booked a Dolphin Royal Swim to swim with two dolphins! I had only touched them before, so it was a lot of fun to grab their dorsal fins, get pushed by them, and even hold one. However, I couldn't help but think, "Is this all for over 20,000 yen?" Well, from the dolphins' perspective, being in the water for too long might stress them out. Also, there was only one toilet in the changing room, which was a bit lacking.

After arriving at Sea Life Park, there was a brief explanation in Japanese. I thought that Japanese wouldn't be understood much beyond that, but I was able to enjoy myself with broken English and broken Japanese!

The dolphins were so cute! w(≧▽≦)w The experience program with the dolphins ended in no time. Next time, I want to try the course where you swim with two dolphins.

Before and after the experience program, I walked around Sea Life Park and enjoyed the seal and dolphin shows, which were quite impressive. It was just the right amount of fun until the meeting time for our return! ♪

シーライフパークに着いてから一通り日本語で説明がありました。

カタコトの英語、カタコトの日本語でも十分楽しめました！

My wife and I participated in the 150m experience. It was our first time, and I was excited while my wife was nervous, but once we took off, my wife was overjoyed and thrilled, while I ended up feeling a bit scared (laughs). I was holding a video camera in one hand (just an excuse). But even though I was scared, it felt amazing and exhilarating. I thought we would definitely fall into the sea at the end, but it seems like you can choose not to get wet. However, since it's just your feet, I recommend falling into the sea at least once. Thanks to another participant, my wife was lucky enough to ride again (I'm envious). Next time, I want to participate for the longest duration!

妻と二人で150mに参加しました。二人とも初体験で私はワクワク、妻はドキドキでしたが、
いざ飛んでみると妻はとても大喜びで大興奮、私は逆にちっとビビってしまいました（笑）。

I touched a dolphin for the first time in my life! Just as I imagined, the dolphin's eyes were gentle, and it was a very intelligent creature. I was able to purchase photos, and it became a wonderful experience.

There is one downside, though. The pool was really cold, and the children were shivering. However, I thought it was for the sake of the dolphins, so I could accept that. But when we got out of the pool, there were about four showers in the changing room, and even though they had hot water signs, only cold water came out. Other children were crying from the cold, and adults were screaming while taking showers. I also ended up feeling unwell from that, so I think improvements should be made for future tour guests.

生まれて初めてイルカに触れました！想像していた通り、イルカの目は優しくて、とても賢い生き物でした。
写真も購入でき、とてもいい経験になりました☆
一つだけ悪い点があります。プールがすごく冷たくて、子どもたちが震えていました。でもそれはイルカさんの為だと思い、仕方ないと思えたのですが、プールから上がって、更衣室のシャワーが4台位あったのですが、それがお湯のマークがあるにも関わらず、水しか出ませんでした。他の子どもたちも寒くて大泣きしてましたし、大人たちも悲鳴を上げながらシャワーを浴びていました。私もそこから体調を崩してしまいましたので、今後のツアー客の為にも改善すべきだと思います。

We both are experience riders so it was a little tame for us. All you do is get to walk the horses. But it was a beautiful relaxing ride. You dont get to ride right on the beach, but more on the edge of the sand duns and through a field of flowers. Our guide was excellent and the horses are very well trained and friendly. They do show you a brief demonstration on how to guide your horse with the reins as they are polo ponies and not your traditional western horses. And as a safety precaution every one wears a helmet. Overall, it was a nice ride.

It was my first time in Hawaii, and I thought I couldn't miss this tour during this season, but the result far exceeded my expectations. Dolphins swam alongside the boat in a line, and I was able to see sea turtles clearly underwater. At the end, a whale even surfaced in the distance and spouted water! Super lucky! The transportation and boarding process were very easy to understand.

The 1 hr was not what I expected.. we barely got on the horses and came back.. at most we have been 20-25 min on the horse. Then we took the 2 hr ride which was quite different and definitely worth it!
They said that the time it takes to get us on the horses is included in this "x hour" ride which it doesn't seem fair to me.. for a large group (12-15 people) it does take 15-20 min to get us all on the horses and get started.. so 25 min left for riding for the 1 hr ride(??).. hmm.. kind of expensive ride..

Before arriving at the site, there was a briefing on the bus, and of course, a Japanese staff member explained everything in Japanese while also pointing out famous spots along the way, which were very beautiful and really got me excited!

Since there were several groups, the time was divided, and we were scheduled for the last time slot. We had some time before swimming with the dolphins, so we explored the park and had lunch to pass the time.

When it was time to swim, it started to rain, so it was quite cold while swimming with the dolphins, but the experience was so amazing that it made me forget about the cold! The staff took photos, which we could purchase later, and they were all lovely, so I ended up buying them all (laughs).

The time spent swimming with the dolphins was short and flew by, but it was an incredible experience!

現場に着くまで、バスの中で事前に説明があるのですが、もちろん、日本人のスタッフが日本語で説明してくれる上に道中の有名なスポットも教えてくれるんですがその場所がとても綺麗でテンションが上がりました♪
数組の方々がいらっしゃったので時間が振り分けられて私たちは一番最後の時間帯でした。イルカと泳ぐまで時間があったのでその間にパーク内を見物してお昼を取って時間をつぶしました。
泳ぐ時間になったら雨が降り出したので、イルカと泳ぐ時はとても寒かったのですがそれを吹き飛ばすくらいイルカとの体験は素晴らしかったです！！！
スタッフが写真を撮ってくれているので後で購入することができるんですが、どれも素敵で全部購入してしまいました(笑)
イルカと泳いだ時間は短くあっという間でしたが、とても素晴らしい体験でした！

By chance, we were with a pair of Japanese women, so we were lucky to be able to take turns holding each other's cameras while flying. We were looking for a tour to see the North Shore but have the freedom to do what we want to do....we couldn't have picked a better tour. This is the perfect tour for people looking for freedom to do/go where they want. We had Sam as our tour guide, a native from Hawaii. He was informative and very the perfect style of guide for this tour. Knew what he was talking about, laid back but still detail oriented enough to handle everyone's activities and where they were. We went there the day of the Volcom Pipe Pro at the Pipeline. We rented bikes at the North Shore Surf Shop (an included activity with the tour - no extra charge) and that allowed us to go freely around. We rode up to the surf competition to watch live. The nice part was with the bikes, you were stuck in one spot the whole time. Watched the competition, then rode down the coast to Sharks Cove and Waimea Bay. It was great to have no schedule or "planned activities" when we got there. We had 3 hours to do what we want. Some wanted nothing to do with the surf competition and they could do what they want. Everyone had their own agenda and this tour worked great with it. (For a quick bite to eat, hit up Pupukea Grill. Its a food truck in Sharks Cove with a heavenly flatbread.) Met back next to Sharks Cove for the bus and rode to Haleiwa for the afternoon. Again, free time through the town to experience the city itself or do water activities at Surf N Sea. We wanted to experience the town, so we went into the surf shops, stores and walked around the town itself. (For a great sandwich, hit up Waialua Bakery and Juice Bar next to the grocery store...phenomenal.) For being a smaller town, Haleiwa is a very cool town to experience. After the town, we were to a beach to view the sea turtles that come on shore. It was amazing to see the turtles that close.

Booking an activity online can be a pain, but with this site it was not. The pick up and drop off service is excellent
Surf Instructors was awesome in preparing me and the rest of us newbies on what not to do and what to be prepared for The instructor I had was pateint and very knowledgable in surfing I caught almost every wave with ease. I had fun and would surf again.
