I chose this place because they offered transportation. The pickup was at 7:45, so I arrived early at 7:30. As soon as I got to the pickup location, the shuttle van arrived and said, "Hurry up and get on!" I showed my voucher just in case, but I was glad I arrived early and was able to get on!

Next, after arriving at Keana Farm, when I showed my voucher at the reception counter, I was told there was a translation fee of $30. I thought, "Is this an additional charge?" and said NO, which made the staff look troubled. It turned out there was no additional fee, and when I showed my voucher at a different counter, I was checked in smoothly. At the reception, I was told, "After checking in on the iPad, please wait in the area with benches," so I used the restroom and left my luggage at the reception to wait. I waited for almost an hour. There was a monitor in the waiting area displaying my name and time. When the time approached, I would be fitted with the equipment. Since there was no announcement from the guide, I told a nearby guide, "I think I'm next," and a lovely guide responded in Japanese, saying, "I'm in charge of the Japanese guests." It was nice to have translation included in the plan. This guide also accompanied me during the zip line, which made me feel at ease. Since I was the only Japanese person there, I felt it was a luxury.

The zip line experience was very enjoyable. I would give it four stars. Sliding through the farm felt great, and I could see the ocean, mountains, and fields; it went by in no time. Although not fluent, the explanations in Japanese were very reassuring. I think anyone with enough stamina to walk up about three flights of stairs can enjoy it fully.

Basically, everything was in English from the transportation to the equipment fitting, and after the zip line, I was left on my own. The Japanese guide appeared when it was time to put on the equipment, and while we were saying how much fun we had at the end of the tour, they disappeared before I could even give a tip.

They took photos during the zip line, which you can purchase. I decided to buy the photos and paid on the spot. I was told that I would receive the data right away, but it didn't come. I thought it would be a problem if I had given the wrong email address when I purchased them, so I sent a message through the CLIMB Works website's contact form saying, "I bought the photos, but have they been sent?" However, I received no reply. Since I can't speak English, I thought calling would be futile, so I gave up. But a few days later, I received the photos! I was relieved! Initially, I would have given it one star, but I changed it to four stars.

送迎付きだったのでここを選びました。
まずピックアップが7:45だったのですが早めに行こうと7:30に到着しました。するとピックアップ場所到着してすぐ送迎のバンが来て「急いで乗って！」と。一応バウチャーを見せましたが、早く来て良かったよ！乗れて良かったよ！思いました。
次にケアナファーム到着後、受付カウンターでバウチャーを見せたらトランスレーション$30だと言われました。追加料金？と思いNOと言ったら困った顔をされました。やはり追加料金はなかったようで別のカウンターにバウチャーを見せたらすんなり受付されました。受付で「iPadでチェックインしたらベンチのあるところで待ってて」と言われ、トイレを済ませ荷物は受付に預けて待ちました。1時間弱くらい待ちました。待ってる場所にモニターがあり自分の名前と時間が表示されています。時間が近づいたら装備をつけてもらいます。ガイドさんから声かけは無かったので「私は次だと思う」と近くにいたガイドさんに言うと、別の可愛らしいガイドさんが「日本人担当です」と日本語で声をかけてくれました。プランに翻訳が込みなんですね。このガイドさんがジップラインも一緒にまわってくれたので安心でした。日本人は私だけだったので贅沢だなと思いました。
その後のジップラインはとても楽しかったです。星も☆☆☆☆です。農園の中を滑るのはとても気持ちが良く、海も山も畑も見えて、あっという間でした。流暢ではないですが日本語で説明してくれるのはとても安心でした。階段で歩いて3階くらいまで上れる体力があれば十分楽しめると思います。
基本すべて英語で送迎〜装備装着とジップライン終了後はほったらかしです。日本語ガイドさんは装備をつけてくれる時に現れてツアーが終わって楽しかった！とか言っている間にチップを渡す間もなくいなくなっていました。

ジップライン中に写真を撮ってくれて、その写真を購入できます。
写真購入を決め、その場で支払いました。データで貰えるという事で、すぐに送ると言われたのですが、送られて来ず、購入の際に伝えたメールアドレスを間違えていたら困ると思いCLIMB Worksのホームページのお問い合わせから「写真を買ったんだけど、送ってくれましたか？」とメッセージしましたが何の返信もありませんでした。わたしは英語が話せないので電話してもきっと会話にならないと思い諦めていましたが、その数日後に写真を送ってもらえました。良かったです！はじめは☆1でしたが☆4に変えました。

This was an awesome start to our vacation, we were so impressed with the courtesy shuttle, and when we got there after seeing the boat and arriving previous group we upgraded..well worth it and the photo package was definitly worth it highly reccommend this service

I wanted to visit the filming location of Jurassic Park, so I joined a two-hour tour starting at 11:00. The views of the mountains, grasslands, and the beautiful ocean were absolutely wonderful.

The horses were very well trained and took us on a leisurely stroll. Our group consisted of six people: my husband and I, one Japanese woman, and a family of three from Australia, along with one female staff member.

Perhaps because there were many Japanese tourists, the riding staff spoke a minimal amount of Japanese (like "danger," "please go right/left," "straight," etc.), so I think even those who are not good at English will manage.

I was told that we couldn't take any bags while riding, so I didn't bring my smartphone, but I regretted that decision. I thought if I had brought it with a strap around my neck, I could have easily taken photos with one hand. (It’s okay to hold the smartphone with one hand for photos, but you must hold the reins with the other hand, or you’ll quickly be warned in broken Japanese with "danger.")

Right after we started our walk, the staff took individual photos for us, but they cost $15 each. Since they were printed quickly, the quality wasn't great. I hesitated for a moment about buying one since I didn’t take any photos while riding, but ultimately decided against it.

For our belongings, we received a key for a coin locker ($5 each) at the ticket office, but when we arrived, all the lockers were already full, so they kindly stored our things for free in a room at the ticket office.

There were also souvenirs, a food court, and a smoking area. I bought half a papaya ($2) from the food court's refrigerator, which was ready to eat, and it was perfectly ripe and delicious after the ride!

Fortunately, we had great weather and enjoyed ourselves, but even with the 11:00 start, it was a bit hot walking in the sun on the grasslands without shade (though there were occasional shaded spots that felt nice and cool). A sun visor, hat, and sunglasses are essential, and make sure to wear a hat that won't blow away in the wind.

If you're driving from Waikiki, I highly recommend bringing a swimsuit and towel. The ocean below while riding was truly beautiful, and I wished I could stop by the beach on the way back! There were several families playing at the beach, though I'm not sure if they were locals. However, please be cautious as the waves can be quite strong; while bodyboarding might be fun, just floating around isn't advisable.

This tour is really a slow stroll, so it might be a bit lacking for experienced riders (intermediate or advanced). I thought maybe a one-hour course would be fine next time, but after swaying on the horse's back for two hours, I felt very relaxed and even a bit sleepy towards the end. I recommend the two-hour course for a leisurely and relaxing experience.

P.S. I didn't have much muscle soreness the next day.

ジュラシックパークの撮影場所まで行ってみたくて、11:00からの2時間コースに参加しましたが、山と草原、素晴らしい海も見えて、とっても良かったです。

お馬さん達はとても良くトレーニングされており、ゆっくりパカパカお散歩してくれました。
私たち夫婦の他に日本人女性1名、オーストラリアからのご家族3名の合計6名で1グループとなり、女性のスタッフ1名が同行されました。

日本人の観光客が多いからか、乗馬のスタッフの方々は必要最低限の日本語（あぶない、右へ／左へ行ってください、まっすぐ、等）を話しましたので、英語が苦手な方でもなんとかなるとは思います。

乗馬の際、荷物は持って行けないとのことでしたので、スマホも携帯しませんでしたが、持って行けばよかったと後悔しました。ポケットから落としたりしたらいけませんので、首からストラップをかけてスマホを持って行けば、さっと片手で写真撮影できたな、と思いました。
（片手でスマホを持ち写真撮影はOKとのこと、もう片方の手は必ず手綱を持っていないとすぐにカタコト日本語で「あぶなぁい」と注意されます。）
お散歩スタート直後に、牧場のスタッフが一人ずつ写真を撮ってくれますが、1枚15ドルでした。当然スピード印刷ですので、画質はよくありません。乗馬中の写真はひとつも撮らなかったので、一瞬買おうかと迷いましたが、やめておきました。

荷物は、チケットオフィスでコインロッカー（1つ5ドル）の鍵をもらい、すぐ近くにあるロッカーに保管出来ますが、我々が行った時にはロッカーはすでに満杯で、チケットオフィスのお部屋で無料で預かってくれました。

お土産やフードコート、喫煙所もありました。フードコートの冷蔵庫に、すぐに食べられる状態のパパイヤ半分（2ドル）が売られていたので乗馬後に頂きましたが、ちょうど食べごろでとっても美味しかったです！

ありがたいことにお天気に恵まれ、楽しめましたが、11:00スタートでも木陰がない草原を歩いている時は日が当たって少し暑かったです（でもちょこちょこ木陰があり、そこは涼しくて気持ちよかったです）。サンバイザーや帽子、サングラスは必須です、風がありますので、飛ばされないような帽子をどうぞ。

ワイキキから車で行かれる方は、是非水着とタオルを持って行かれたら良いと思います。
乗馬中に眼下に広がる海は本当にとてもきれいで、帰りにビーチに寄りたかった！！！と思いました。地元の方々なのか分かりませんが、ビーチで遊んでいる家族連れが何組かいらっしゃいました。但し、波が結構ありますので、ボディボード等はとても楽しいかと思いますが、ぷかぷか浮かんで遊ぶ、というのには不向きですのでご注意ください。

このコースは本当にゆっくりお散歩なので、乗馬経験者（中級、上級者）には物足りないかもしれません。
次は1時間コースでもいいかな、と思いましたが、2時間もお馬さんの背中に揺られてお散歩したら、後半はとってもリラックスして眠くなったほどです。
ゆったりとリラックスには2時間コースはおすすめです。

PS:翌日の筋肉痛はたいしてありませんでした。

It was a great day with great friends (and new friends)! We love new snorkel adventures and thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The hosts were terrific, and we enjoyed watching them enjoy their job!

You will be participating among complete American tourists. If you don't have a certain level of English proficiency, you might feel nervous. You can see the sharks clearly.

I was riding with American tourists, and I was able to enjoy it without feeling very nervous. If you participate alone, you might need some English skills, so please engage in small talk to keep the atmosphere on the boat pleasant. It will be a great memory.

It was my first activity in Hawaii. You can see the whole view of Waikiki and feel happy to start the trip. Excited activity. Great photography.

My kids said this was the experience of a lifetime! Water was a little rough so if you suffer from sea sickness I would recommend medication but the overall experience was worth every minute. We did some sort of excursion almost every day and my family loved this!!

Fantastic time. The turtles so amazing! The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the sail after the snorkel if we would have had extra days I would have definitely done this again!!

This was a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening.

Great catamaran sail from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We swam with sea turtles and saw dolphins on the cruise back to the hotel. Great crew. Lunch was just o/k.

Best tour of the trip this time . Walk to the manoa waterfalls, rainy and muddy . Full of fun! Remember to bring the insects repellent. Walking sticks from the tour company really help a lot!

I finally experienced ziplining!
We went by rental car without any shuttle service.
The location was easy to find. Everything on-site was in English, so there were moments of confusion (laughs), but it all worked out! The staff were bright, kind, and reliable, which made up for it! The scenery is truly amazing. There’s also a bit of an obstacle course that takes about three hours. If you're not afraid of heights, you'll be fine.
You can definitely enjoy nature to the fullest!

念願のジップライン体験してきました！
私達は送迎なしで レンタカーで行きました。
場所もわかりやすかったですよ。現地は全て英語なので なんだかさっぱり（笑)な事もありますが
なんとかなります！そしてそれをカバーするくらい
スタッフは明るく優しく頼もしい！景色も本当に最高です。3時間位でアスレチックの部分も少しあり。高所恐怖症でなければ大丈夫です。
自然を満喫できること間違いなし！です！

This was a swim of a lifetime! The crew was professional, safe and fun. Extremely educational and inspirational. Go with One Ocean Diving!

Great place to zip line...Staff was great. We had tour guides Sage, Danny and Asia. Awesome people and very friendly, the learned our names from just the first zip line. I wouldn't book through Veltra (sorry they were nice) however Climb Works has a greater military discount; 25% trumps 10% any day, wish I knew that. It was a great adventure overall! I would do it again.

We did this on the morning of our anniversary, what a way to start off the day!! Flying through the air all your worries just melt away, the feeling is one you cant describe but have to feel for yourself. Would do again without hesitation. Thank you to Hawaiian Parasail for giving our 10yr anniversary a start to remember!

The sunset cruise we set up on the final day of our trip was wonderful. It was a perfect way to wrap up our journey. Watching the scenery while reminiscing about our travels under the sunset was the best. There were a few spots with higher waves, but I think most people would be fine and not get seasick. I would definitely want to do this again.

旅の締めくくりにとてもいいクルーズです。
夕日をあびて旅を回想しながらゆっくり景色を眺めるの最高です。
ちょっと波が高いところもあるけれど、普通の人なら船酔いとかは大丈夫と思います。
これはまた乗りたいです。

It was my second time, but it was my family's first.
From the window, you can see the mysterious underwater scenery.
The explanations are thorough (in English) and really get you excited.
Don't miss the moment when bubbles rise up and you quickly surface.
Make sure to have your smartphone ready.
It's even more fun to capture it on video.

窓からは不思議な海の底の様子がうかがえます。
説明も丁寧（英語）でテンションを上げてくれます。
浮上の際に泡がぶくぶく上がって海面に急浮上するところはお見逃しなく。
スマホの用意を忘れずに。

This tour was our family favorite. The time flew by as we moved from line to line. The crew was a lot of fun and very helpful! I can't wait to go again.

The Hans Hedemann Surf School Experience was awesome. I actually surfed on Waikiki waves! What a memory!

We had an awesome experience, especially my wife who was hesitance at first. The crew reassured us that ride would be spectacular and calm. They were right. Great crew! We would totally do it again.

I want to go back to honololo just because this activity

The weather was very nice. We went cruising on a catamaran, and the wind felt really good. After about 30 minutes on board, we arrived at the snorkeling spot and started swimming, where we saw a sea turtle swimming just about a meter away from us. There were also many fish, and the sea was beautiful. There were no other Japanese people besides us...

天気が非常によかったです。カタマランでクルージングしますが、風も非常に気持ちよかったです。乗船後30分くらいでシュノーケルする場所に到着し、泳ぎ始めましたが、普通にウミガメも1mくらいの距離のところで泳いでいたりしました。
魚もたくさんいて、海もきれいでした。日本人は僕ら以外にはいませんでしたが。。。

The show was fairly good. However, being outdoors, it is affected by the weather. When I went, it started to drizzle, making it hard to enjoy at a leisurely pace. The show had impressive elements, like the fire display, but the food was lacking. Since it's a buffet, everyone lines up at once, and some items run out if you're at the back of the line. The taste was also mediocre, so I feel like once was enough for me.

が、屋外なのもあり、天候に左右される。私のときは、小雨が降ってきて、ゆっくり楽しむところじゃなかった。
ショーは炎のところなど、見応えはあるのだが、
料理がいかんせん、いまいち。
ビュッフェなので、みな一斉にならび、モノによっては後ろの方だと品切れに。
味もいまいちなので、一度行ったらもういいかな、という感じ。

It was my first time on a submarine.

There were fewer fish than I expected, and most of them were dark-colored, but I was able to see sea turtles and eels.

The staff on the boat were next to me, pointing out things like, "There's a sea turtle over there," and they also congratulated me, saying, "Is it your honeymoon? Congratulations! Wishing you happiness forever." I was really happy about that.

初めての潜水艦でした。

思ったよりも魚は少なく黒っぽい魚ばかりでしたが、海ガメやウツボを見ることができました。

船のスタッフの方が横にいたので「あこに海ガメいるよ」とか教えてくれたり、「ハネムーンですか？おめでとうございます。いつまでもお幸せに。」と言ってくれてうれしかったです。

It was really amazing. The guys were really nice and funny, answering every questions. We stayed really long in the cage and at no time we felt unsecure. We saw many sharks all around the cage and coming close to the boat. If you can, ask for them to take the pictures with a gopro, they'll be a lot and you won't have to worry about it.

We enjoyed a two-hour horseback riding experience as a family. It was our first time riding, but the horse was very smart, and we felt safe while riding. It was a valuable experience that included going up and down hills, crossing a river, and traveling through meadows and forests.

家族で2時間の乗馬を楽しみました。初めての乗馬でしたが、馬がとても利口で、安心して乗ることが出来ました。登り有り下り有り、川を渡り、草原の中や森の中を行く貴重な体験でした。

I participated in activities during a trip with my mother. This time, we signed up for a height of 120 meters, and the view from the sky was amazing! On the day of the activity, it was quite windy, and we swayed a lot in the air, but that was fun too. We took a lot of pictures, and it became a great memory!

I wanted to take pictures from above, so I put my phone in a waterproof pouch and hung it around my neck. I recommend hanging it around your neck if you want to take photos.

母親との旅行でアクティビティに参加しました。今回は120mの高さを申込みましたが、空中からの眺めは最高です！
当日は風が強かったこともあり、空中でかなり横揺れしましたが、それもまた楽しかったです。
写真も沢山撮って頂き、良い思い出になりました！

上からの写真が撮りたかったので、防水パックに携帯を入れて首から下げていきました。
写真を撮りたい方は首から下げるのがおすすめですよ。

This was my first trip to Hawaii. Although I had a standard seat, it was close enough to the stage and very impressive. There were scenes where guests could participate, which was a lot of fun and gave me a sense of being in a foreign country. To be honest, the food was a bit disappointing, so I think it's better to consider meals separately. Also, since there is no shade, some seats are exposed to the blazing sun even in the evening. Hats and sunglasses are a must!

初めてのハワイ旅行です。スタンダードシートでしたが舞台には十分近く、迫力満点でした。ゲスト参加のシーンもあり、非常に楽しく、異国感を味わえました(=´∀｀)人(´∀｀=)食事は正直微妙でした、、食事は別で考えたほうがいいと思います。また、日除けがないため、夕方ですが席によっては炎天下に暫しさらされます。帽子やサングラスなど必須です☆
