It was an early morning pickup, but the van was full. The entrance fee for Hanauma Bay is collected in cash inside the car, so it's a good idea to bring exact change. The driver will say various things in English, but as long as you can understand what time you need to be back at the car, you can just let the rest go. At Hanauma Bay, there is a place on the beach where you can rent fins and other equipment, and you can also rent lockers there. However, it's not a self-service system; you have to give your items to the staff, and when you want to retrieve them, you hand over the key.

早朝ピックアップでしたが、バンは満席でした。ハナウマ湾の入場料は車の中で現金で集められるため、お釣りがないように持って行くといいです。ドライバーが英語で色々言いますが、とにかく何時までに車に戻っていればいいか、聞き取れればあとは適当に流しておけば大丈夫です。ハナウマ湾には、ビーチにフィンなどレンタル品を借りる場所があり、そこでロッカーも借りれますが、自分で出し入れする式ではなく、物をスタッフに預けて取り出したい時に鍵を渡す式です。

We participated with our family of four, including two children in first and second grade! We thought we would have to go far to see wild dolphins, but we encountered them right along the coast as soon as we left the harbor. I was worried about seasickness and took some Travelmin beforehand, but there were no waves, so it wasn't necessary after all. I guess it depends on the weather.

Since our two children are naturally a bit timid, they quickly gave up on snorkeling as expected, but they had plenty of fun with the waterslide, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding! Our guide, Aya, and the photographer (I forgot their name) were very friendly and easy to interact with, and I'm glad we asked them for photos.

野生のイルカは遠くまで探しにいくと思ったら、ハーバーを出てすぐの沿岸で出会うことができました。船酔いを心配してあらかじめトラベルミンを飲みましたが、波のうねりなども無く、飲む必要はなかったです。天気にもよるのでしょうが。
子供2人は元々怖がりのため予想通りシュノーケルはすぐ諦めざるをえませんでしたが、ウォータースライダー、カヤック、SUPなどで十分楽しんでくれました！
ガイドのAyaさんやカメラマンの方（名前忘れちゃいました）はとってもフレンドリーで接しやすく、写真もお願いして良かったです。

I love Jurassic Park, so I was interested in this place. At the meeting point, Twin Fin Waikiki, I got flustered when they said my name wasn't on the list, but it seemed to be just an oversight.

The meeting point is easy to find, and since there are many buses stopping there, I think it's better to wait on the road. We arrived almost on schedule, and they provided guidance in Japanese for about half of the group, which was easy to understand.

For each tour, they tell you how many minutes before to arrive at the meeting point, but generally, they leave around that time, so I feel it's better to be there 5 to 10 minutes early. The meeting point is easy to find.

Lunch is a buffet. Even if you haven't ordered the buffet, there are places to eat. There is also a designated smoking area, which is reassuring for smokers. Actually, since there is quite a bit of waiting time, having a smoking area is helpful.

During the location tour, we get off the bus twice, but the rest is from the vehicle. The guide takes pictures of you being attacked by dinosaurs in front of the Jurassic Park sign. After that, we leave from the dock, which was also a filming location for Lost, and board a boat.

We cross over Moiliili Pond to get to the ocean, so there is a transfer along the way. Once we are out at sea, if you're at the front, you get splashed with water when the boat bounces. I think it was intentional, but it was exciting.

Since we had some time, I also rode on the boat, but I wonder if just the location tour would have been enough? If you love movies and have the time, I recommend it.

ジュラシックパークが好きなので、興味があった場所です。
集合場所のツインフィンワイキキで、名前を伝えると、リストに無いとか言われて焦りましたが、ただの見逃しのようです。

集合場所も、バスが多く止まっているので、車道に出て待っていた方良いと思います。
ほぼスケジュール通り到着すると、約半数の日本人向けに日本語でガイダンスをしてくれます。
分かり易い。
ツアー毎に各集合場所に、何分前にと言われますが、大体がその時間には出発していたので、集合時間の5分から10分前には集合場所にいた方が良い気がします。
ただ、集合場所は分かり易いです。
昼食はビュッフェになります。
ビュッフェを頼んでいない場合も、食べられる場所があります。
喫煙所もしっかりあるので、喫煙者にも安心です。
と言うか、待ち時間が結構あるので、喫煙場所があって助かります。
ロケ地巡りツアーでは、2回下車しますが、あとは車上から。
ジュラシックパークの看板前で、恐竜に襲われる写真をガイドの方が撮ってくれます。
その後、ロストの撮影場所にもなった船着場から出て、ボートに乗ります。
モイリー池を越えて海に出るので、途中乗り換えあり。
海に出て、先頭に載っていると、バウンドした時に下から潮をかぶります。
ワザとだとは思いますが、盛り上がってました。
時間があったので、ボートにも乗りましたが、ロケ地巡りツアーだけでも良かったかな？
映画が好きで、時間があるようなら、おすすめです。

I had experience riding horses in Hawaii, but it was my first time doing it while looking at the ocean, and I participated. The horse was very gentle and walked nicely. The weather was good and hot, but both the sea and the sky were a brilliant blue, making it a great experience! If possible, I would have liked to return to Waikiki in the evening, as I wanted some time to relax in Haleiwa, which was quite busy.

ハワイで乗馬の経験はありましたが、海を見ながらは初めてで、参加しました。
とてもおとなしい馬で、お利口に歩いてくれました。
天気が良くて暑かったけれど、海も空も抜けるような青で、よい経験になりました！
できれば、ワイキキに帰るのは夕方でもいいので、かなり慌しかったハレイワで、ゆっくりできる時間が欲しかったです。

After seeing off my parents and beloved dog, I returned to Hawaii for the first time in 10 years. I wanted to participate in this tour to enjoy snorkeling, which my active father loved. The crew mentioned, "You all are very lucky because the weather wasn't good until yesterday!" and we were indeed able to see the beautifully clear blue beach, which was amazing!

We found a net in the water and started playing volleyball with a friend, and soon Americans joined us. They cheered us on with "NICE!" when we did well and "Nice try!" when we made mistakes, allowing us to share a fun time together.

As a side note... it was fascinating how, just a few minutes after meeting each other without knowing names, we could all chase the same ball and celebrate together as a team, regardless of age or nationality. It made me wonder why wars happen.

After playing in the beautiful sea, the captain grilled delicious hamburgers for us! Thank you for the treat. A cute Japanese crew member (sorry, I forgot her name) provided very polite explanations, which made it easy to enjoy the experience. Thank you! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

両親と愛犬を見送り、10年ぶりのハワイ。
アクティブな父が大好きだったシュノーケリングをぜひ・・・と思い、このツアーに参加しました。
「前日までお天気が良くなかったから、みなさんはとてもラッキーですよ！」とクルーの方がおっしゃっていましたが、本当に透き通るような青くきれいなビーチを見ることができ、最高でした！
海水の中に張られたネットを見つけ、友人とふたりでバレーボールを始めたら、すぐにアメリカ人の人たちが参加。
うまくいったらNICE！　ミスをしたらNice try !　と声をかけてくれ、楽しい時間を共有できました。
余談ですが・・・
初めて会う、お互い名前も知らない人同士が、たった数分後にはひとつのボールを追いかけて年齢や国籍に関係なくチームとして共に喜び、称えあう・・・こんなことができるのに、なぜ戦争は起こるのだろう・・・と思ってしまいました。

美しい海でさんざん遊んだ後は、キャプテンが美味しいハンバーガーを焼いてくれました！ごちそうさまでした。
日本人クルーのかわいい女性（名前忘れてごめんなさい）、とても丁寧な説明で安心して楽しむことができました。ありがとう！
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。

I don't think you can ride for two hours alone in Japan. I enjoyed walking various courses and had fun at both the sea and the mountains! The instructor was very kind too!

日本では1人で2時間も乗らせてくれないと思います。いろんなコースの散歩をして海も山も楽しめました！インストラクターの人もとても親切でした！

An awesome day out and we were well looked after by the all-wahine crew! They were knowledgeable and friendly and ensured the safety of all on board, will recommend to family and friends! We enjoyed the whole experience from volleyball to turtle watching and snorkelling the reef, also very safe for my 11 year old

Parasailing was amazing! My group had an awesome time. The service was great, very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

If you're going to board, it's best to do so on a Friday when the Hilton fireworks are held. The fireworks themselves last about 5 minutes, but the combination of the night view of Waikiki and the fireworks from the sea is breathtaking.
Unfortunately, the sunset was not very impressive due to the clouds. I guess that's just luck...
However, the dinner was extremely delicious.
Also, the live performance was great.
I had previously boarded a 3 Star cruise, but I think I will only choose 5 Star in the future.
While it is more expensive compared to 3 Star, you should definitely go for 5 Star.

乗船するなら、ヒルトンの花火が行われる金曜です。花火自体は5分程度ですが、海上からワイキキの夜景と花火のコラボは絶景です。
サンセットは雲があり、感動する感じではなかったのが残念でした。こればかりは運かと…。
でも、ディナーが非常に美味しかったです。
また、生演奏がよかった。
以前に3スターに乗船したことありましたが、今後は5スターしか選ばないと思います。
3スターに比べれば値は張りますが、5スターにすべきです。

I participated with my husband, who has a fear of heights. It wasn't scary at all, and we had a great time! We arrived right on time for the meeting, but as soon as we got there, we hurried to sign in and boarded the boat. It seems we took the previous ferry. We were the only Japanese people, making a total of 10 participants. We were able to place our luggage at our feet. I brought a bath towel, but in the end, I didn't use it. We got off the bus at the Hilton and walked to the meeting point, but we got a bit lost on the way, so I think it's better to allow some extra time.

高所恐怖症の主人と参加。全く怖くなく楽しめました！集合時間ピッタリに着きましたが、着いた早々急いでサインして、船に乗りました。恐らくひとつ前の便に乗ったようです。日本人は私たちだけで合計10人でした。荷物も足元に置けました。バスタオルを持っていきましたが、結果使わなかったです。ヒルトンでバスを降りて集合場所まで行きましたが、辿り着くまでの道が少し迷いましたので、ゆとりをもって行った方がよいと思います。

ちょっと飛んでる時間ぎ短すぎです。準備が整っていないのに流れ作業のように飛べと急がせてくるし、満足度は低い。そのくせ写真を買わせようとしてくるのが不快でした。

The pickup location and the bus landmark that was communicated in advance were easy to understand. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, so I didn't have any trouble. I enjoyed multiple activities, and there was a live performance on the boat, which was a lot of fun.

Since it was mentioned in the notes that the boat was cashless, I only brought my card and couldn't pay a tip. All the staff were friendly and provided great service with smiles, so I regret not bringing a little cash.

The temperature setting on the bus was quite low, so it was really cold on the way back. I should have brought an extra bath towel or a light jacket as a precaution.

ピックアップしてくれる場所も、あらかじめ連絡のあったバスの目印も分かりやすかったです。
日本語対応可能なスタッフがいたので、困ることなかったです。
複数アクティビティも楽しめるし、船上では生LIVEもあり、とても楽しかったです。
注意事項に船上はキャッシュレスとあったので、カードのみ持参したため、チップを払うことができませんでした。スタッフ皆さん、笑顔で気持ちのいい対応をしてくれていたので、少しキャッシュを持参すれば良かったと後悔してます。
バスの温度設定がかなり低いため、帰りは本当に寒かったので、バスタオルを1枚余計に持参するとか、薄手の上着を持参する等、対策すればよかったです。

The activities and guidance at Kualoa were very good. It was especially helpful that the instructions were provided in both Japanese and English.

I was informed that I needed to bring an ID, and while my Japanese driver's license was accepted, they requested a passport.

Additionally, the waiting time on-site was quite long, and it would have been better to go on my own using The Bus.

クアロアでのアクティビティ、案内はとても良かったです。特に日本語と英語での案内なので助かります。
身分証明書を持参とのことでしたが、日本での運転免許証はokとのことでしたが、パスポートを求められます。
また、現地での待ち時間がとても長く、ザ・バスを使って自力でいくほうがよかったです♪

Since there were no reviews on this site, I looked up other sites (which also had mostly English posts), and I really wanted to try Sunset SUP and paddle in both the river and the ocean, so I decided to join this tour.
In conclusion, it was definitely the right choice to participate!
At the beginning of September, the sunset is around 18:30 to 19:00, so we started at 16:30. We departed from the ocean and entered the connected river. Just before we started, it rained for a moment, and while paddling, we were able to see a rainbow.
We were the only ones doing SUP, and paddling through the quiet and calm river surrounded by trees was a blissful experience. We even encountered a sea turtle. After paddling a long distance down the river and turning back to return to the ocean, the sun was beginning to set, and we leisurely watched the sunset there. Although we finished SUP before it got dark, we returned to the beach and watched the sunset before leaving the North Shore.
The guide couldn't speak Japanese, so we communicated in English, and despite my limited English skills, I managed to communicate and had a great time. Also, since I was worried about whether there would be Uber or buses, I included it in a private tour. I highly recommend participating!

当サイトにクチコミがなかったので他サイトでも調べ(そこでも英語の書き込みばかりでしたが)、どうしてもサンセットサップがやりたかったのと、川だけでなく海も漕ぎたかったのでこちらのツアーに参加することにしました。
結論、参加して大正解でした！
9月頭だと日没が18:30~19:00頃なので16:30にスタート。海を出発し、繋がっている川に入っていきます。直前に一瞬雨が降ったこともあり、漕ぎながら虹を見ることができました。
SUPをしている人は私たちしかおらず静かで穏やかな川を漕ぐのですが、木々に囲まれた川をゆったりと進むのは至福の時でした。ウミガメにも遭遇できました。長い距離川を漕ぎ、折り返してまた海に戻ってくると日が沈みかけており、そこで日没をゆったりと眺めました。暗くなる前にSUPは終了しましたが、ビーチに戻って日が暮れるのを見てノースショアを後にしました。
ガイドさんは日本語が話せず英語での会話をしましたが拙い英語力でもなんとかコミュニケーションをとって楽しい一時を過ごせました。また、今回はUberやバスがあるか不安だったので個人ツアーの中に組み込みました。是非参加することをお勧めします！

In mid-August, I experienced this with my 8-year-old daughter. Since my daughter is small, we didn't meet the weight requirement with other companies, but we were able to participate in this tour as we met the minimum here. I had imagined being secured in something like a simple chair, but I was surprised that we were only supported by a thick belt. When you jump, there's no sense of speed, and occasionally the wind blows and sways, but it gives you a strange feeling of floating in the sky. My daughter was a little scared (not to the point of crying), but I think it was a good experience for her to muster up the courage to jump! We were the first of five groups to jump, and while the others were jumping, my daughter got motion sickness. I think it's a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to bring anti-nausea medication and a bag for emergencies.

８月中旬、８歳娘と一緒に母娘で体験しました。
娘が小柄なので、他社さんでは合計体重が基準を下回っていましたが、こちらのツアーでは下限に達していたので参加できました。
簡易なイスのようなものに固定されるのを想像していましたが、実際には太いベルトのようなもので支えるだけで驚きました。飛び上がってしまうと、スピード感はなく、ときどき風が吹いて揺れますが、空に浮かんでいるような不思議な感覚です。
娘は少し怖がっていましたが（泣くほどではなく）、勇気を出して飛んだことは良い経験になったかなと思います！
５組のうち私たちが１番目に飛び、他の方が飛んでいる間に娘は船酔いしてしまいました。酔いやすい方は酔い止め＆エチケット袋を持っておくと良いと思います。

The explanation was in English, so I couldn't understand what the instructor was saying. I was at the back, so there was a lot of dust. By the end, my ears were filled with dirt, and my T-shirt had dust on it from the seatbelt. It's good to bring a change of clothes, but I recommend bringing a towel! It helps to wash your hands and face properly. Wearing long pants is necessary to block out the sun. They give you a neck warmer-type bandana, but I think it's better to have a regular mask underneath that. The course was magnificent, and the scenery was great. However, there was a delay because the car in front of me broke down suddenly, which caused us to take a shortcut on the course (as mentioned by a Japanese person who experienced it before). That was disappointing, and I was also let down because I requested the afternoon session, but the pickup was at 8 AM, and I had nothing to do until it started at 12 PM.

英語での説明だったのでインストラクターの言っていることもわからずでした。
最後尾でついて行ったのでホコリがものすごかったです。終了時には耳の中も土埃、Tシャツにはシートベルトの跡がつくほど埃がついていました。着替え持参も良いですが、タオル持参！をオススメします。手や顔をしっかり洗えるから。
長ズボン着用は日差しを遮るのにも必要です。
ネックウォーマー型のバンダナ？をあてがわれますがその下に通常のマスクはあった方が良いと思います。
コースは雄大で景色も良かった〜。
ただ、目の前の車が急な故障で止まって時間のロスがありコースをショートカットされてしまいました。（以前に体験した日本人が言っていた）それが残念⤵だったのと午後の部希望したのにピックアップが8時で到着してから始まる12時まで何もすることなくてがっかりでした。

It was a very enjoyable tour. I always enjoyed the ocean in Hawaii, but the mountains were amazing too! I was overwhelmed by the magnificent nature. In the second half, there was a spot where water splashed everywhere, and it was so much fun!

The bus provided pick-up near the hotel, and the interior was comfortable. When we arrived at the location, the Japanese staff explained everything in detail, which made it easy to enjoy without any worries. The horseback riding was all in English, but the staff were very kind, and riding while enjoying the stunning views was quite refreshing. I would definitely like to go again if I have the chance!

バスはホテルの近くから送迎があり、車内も快適でした。現地に着くと、日本人のスタッフが丁寧に説明してくれたので、不安もなく楽しむことができました。乗馬は全て英語でしたが、こちらもスタッフの方がとても優しく、絶景を見ながらの乗馬はかなりリフレッシュになりました。また機会があればぜひ行きたいです！

This time, I visited with my parents in their 60s, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the activity. We headed to the base camp by bus while feeling the magnificent nature of Kualoa Ranch, where we watched a Japanese instructional video and put on our harnesses. After that, we enjoyed the time on seven zip lines and two suspension bridges. Although there wasn't a Japanese guide, the three guides communicated with us throughout, and the atmosphere with the other group members was great, making the time fly by. The total duration was about 3 to 3.5 hours.

今回、60代の両親と共に訪れましたが全員大満足のアクティビティでした。
クアロアランチの壮大な自然を感じながらバスでベースキャンプまで向かい、そこで日本語のレクチャー動画を見てハーネスを装着。そこからは、7本のジップラインと2本の吊り橋を楽しむ時間でした。日本語のガイドはないけれど、3人のガイドさんが逐一コミュニケーションをとってくれるし、一緒のグループになった方々のノリもよくあっという間でした。
全体の所要時間は3時間〜3時間半でした。

This was my fifth time ziplining. The first line is thrilling, but the exhilaration and rush that you can't experience in daily life are the best. We were the only Japanese people there, but there were couples and families from various countries. It was fun to feel a sense of unity with simple English conversations. I'm definitely up for the challenge again!

５回目となるジップライン。1本目はドキドキですが日常生活では味わえないあのスリルと爽快感は最高です。日本人は私達２人だけでしたが、あとは色々な国から来たカップルや家族。簡単な英会話で一体感もあり楽しいですよ。また、チャレンジ決定です。

It was a lovely experience! Crew was amazing and entertainment was fun. Food was also very good. Only issue I had was I ordered 2 Mai tias. One alcoholic ,one non alcoholic and they charged me same price for each…$10 a piece. I do not think a drink that only contained fruit juice and no alcohol should have been the same price.
Other then that, it was a beautiful cruise

It was breathtaking to see the landscapes I had seen in Jurassic Park and LOST up close. The tour guide's American jokes were very funny.

Even with standard seating our seats were close to the stage and our view was very good. Venue doesn’t offer the tropical and natural setting and backdrop (high rise in background of all our photos), but it was close to our hotel and didn’t consume several hours of our day/night going/returning on a bus.
Entertainment was very good and the food was good. All luaus are expensive, so no real bargains.
Overall, we are glad we went and had the experience.

I'm not good with roller coasters, so I was worried about the shaking, but there was no need to worry. The weather was nice, the scenery was beautiful, and I'm glad I participated!

I thought two hours would be long, but it flew by and turned into an enjoyable time. The scenery was wonderful, and it became a great experience in a unique atmosphere.

2時間は長いと思ったのですが、あっという間に楽し時間になりました。景色が素晴らしく、非日常感の中でとても良い経験になりました。

You can only touch the dolphins a little and feed them from outside the pool. Also, I thought "observer" meant that the children could observe (watch) the dolphins, but that wasn't the case. We couldn't even enter the area where the attraction takes place. I wish they had used different wording.

プールの外からイルカに少し触ったりエサを上げる程度です。あと、observerというのは言葉の通り子供たちがイルカに触るのをオブザーブ（観察する）ことができるのかと思ったら違いました。アトラクション実施するエリアに入ることすらできませんでした。違う言葉を使ってほしかったです

It was my first experience, and I was able to feel Hawaii. There were various events, and it became a lifelong memory. It was fun!

初めての体験で、ハワイを感じる事ができました。

The location is right next to Hilton Lagoon. We drove there with a rental car, but it's also within walking distance from Waikiki and Ala Moana. There were six of us participating, three men and three women, ranging from 19 to 80 years old. Once we gathered two more women from the mainland, we set sail with a total of eight people. I think the boat can hold about ten people comfortably. There was a captain and one assistant, who took photos throughout the trip. We didn't request it, but since my 80-year-old mother was with us, they let us fly together as a group of three instead of two. Even at the highest point, it wasn't too scary, and the view was amazing, so my mother enjoyed it without any worries. At one point, we splashed into the seawater, but perhaps out of consideration for the elderly, it was just our legs that got wet (laughs).

The photos taken on the boat were $40 for one SD card, but since everyone in the group was captured even when flying separately, I think it's a good deal. I believe it said that the tip was $20, but I wasn't sure, so we just gave the captain $20 as a group when we disembarked. I don't think the others tipped as they just got off the boat.

You will definitely get your lower half soaked, so I recommend wearing a swimsuit.

場所はヒルトンラグーンのすぐ隣です。私達はレンタカーで向かいましたがワイキキからもアラモアナからも歩いて行ける所です。上は80歳から下は19歳まで男性3名女性3名の計6名で参加しました。他本土からの女性2名を入れて計8名揃い次第出航です。多分10名くらいでいっぱいになる船かなと思います。キャプテンと補助の方1名で補助の方は終始写真を撮ってくれます。こちらからリクエストした訳ではないのですが80歳の母が居たため2名ではなく3名一緒に飛ばしてくれました。最大に上がっても意外と怖さはなく景色が最高なので母も余裕で楽しんでいました。途中海水にドボンもありましたが高齢者を気を遣ってくれたのか控えめに足だけで済みました(笑)
船上で撮った写真はSDカード1枚40ドルでしたが、別々に飛んでもグループ全員が写っているのでお得だと思います。
チップは20ドルって書いてあったみたいですがよく分からなかったので、一応下船時にキャプテンに私達1グループで20ドルだけ渡しました。他の方はそのまま下船したので渡していなかったと思います。
間違いなく下半身はガッツリ濡れるので水着がおすすめです。
