I made a last-minute reservation around 3:30 PM for the final flight at 5 PM. Despite the short notice, the staff were very kind and accommodating. There were four groups participating, and each group had about a 10-minute flight. Since it was in the evening, the view of the sunset and Waikiki was absolutely amazing!

当日の15時半ぐらいに急遽でしたが、最終17時に申し込みました。
急にも関わらずスタッフのみなさんは親切に対応してくれました。
4組での参加でしたが、1組だいたい10分ぐらいの飛行です。
夕方ということもあり、夕日とワイキキが一望でき最高でした!

We experienced this on the day we arrived in Hawaii.

We participated in a tour that lasted about two and a half hours, and we were the only Japanese people there. We took a boat to the location of the submarine, and on the way, we encountered turtles and dolphins.

We moved to the submarine and began our dive. The underwater scenery was very beautiful and had high visibility, with many sunken ships and planes. The interior was cool and comfortable. There were also bags available on the submarine for anyone who felt unwell.

All the explanations were in English, but I didn't think it was very necessary.

We smoothly handed our Veltra voucher to the receptionist.

2時間半程のツアーに参加し日本人は私達だけでした。
潜水艦の場所まで船で行き、そこまで行くのに亀やイルカに出会うことが出来ました。

潜水艦に移動し、潜水。
海の中はとても綺麗で透明度が高く、沈没船・飛行機など沢山沈んでいました。
室内は涼しく快適でした。
気分が悪くなった人用に袋も潜水艦には完備してありました。

全て英語の説明でしたが、あまり必要ではなかったと思います。

ベルトラのバウチャーを持って受付の人にお渡しスムーズに行けました。

I wanted to try surfing in Hawaii, so I participated in this famous school. There were about 10 people in total, all beginners, and we were the only Japanese, but there happened to be an instructor who spoke Japanese, so there were no problems at all.

I was nervous since it was my first challenge, but the instructor encouraged me, and I was able to stand up from the first try! I hardly took any breaks, so towards the end, I was able to ride the waves multiple times in quick succession. I'm not sure if I can ride the waves on my own yet, but I had a memorable and fun experience!

One thing to note is that it takes time to fill out the consent form, so you need to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time (as mentioned on the voucher).

ハワイでサーフィンがしてみたかったので、有名なこちらのスクールに参加してみました。
参加した回は全部で10人くらい、全員初心者、日本人は私たちだけでしたが、日本語を話せるインストラクターさんが（たまたま？）いたので、全く問題ありませんでした。
初めての挑戦で緊張しましたが、インストラクターさんが押してくれたので1回目から立つことができました！私はほとんど休憩しなかったので、最後の方は短いスパンで何度も波に乗ることができました。
一人で波に乗れるようになったかというと怪しいですが、思い出に残る楽しい体験ができました！

注意点は、同意書の記入などに時間がかかるので、予約時間の30分前に到着しておく必要があることです（バウチャーに書いてあります）。

Best time on island when we are here. Highly recommended. The crew is friendly and safety is readily apparent. Shy is a great captain and knows her stuff! The hospitality and food are above reproach. Value throughout the trip and worth every bit. Nothing short of spectacular and the opportunity to see Sea Turtles, fish of different species, and Rays. Best value we have found near the North Shore.

I had an amazing time.
We experienced parasailing as a family of four. We went up high enough to overlook Diamond Head.
The ocean was blue, and we could see Hawaii from above. I was worried because I'm not good with thrill rides, but it was not scary at all and was truly the best fun.
The captain's jokes were really entertaining, and I was laughing the whole time!

Since Sanae, a Japanese guide, showed us around, there were no problems at all! We enjoyed a two-hour horseback ride while taking in the beautiful scenery. My body is sore, but it was so much fun!

日本人のサナエさんが案内をしてくれたので、全く問題なかったです！綺麗な景色を見ながら2時間の乗馬。体が痛くなりますが、とっても楽しかったです。

It would be nice if the back ground music was not exist. Since the sailing time only with soft wave sound, would be my best prefered environment.

I've been to Hawaii more than ten times, but I had never been to Kualoa Ranch until now. This time, we decided to give it a try. It was more fun than I expected. There were various activities, and there was a guide who spoke Japanese, which made it stress-free.

Next time, we decided to try horseback riding, and everyone was very excited about it. Thank you!

ハワイには10回以上行ってますが，クアロアランチには縁がなく今まで一回も行った事がなく、
今回取り敢えず行ってみようということになりました。
期待以上の楽しさでした。
いろんなアクティビティもあり，ガイドには日本語がわかる方もおり，ストレスフリーでした。

今度は，乗馬をしてみようということになり，とても盛り上がりました。

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and came across the Kualoa ranch tour while searching for activities to do. We were not disappointed. We just did the Kaneohe sandbar boat tour and drove over after. As soon as we arrived you come to a well built facility that was easy to navigate and had everything from horse riding tours. Atvs. E bikes. Utvs. We checked it at the visitor center and it was quick and streamlined. We had time to get food and the açaí bowl was delicious. Once we got to the tub check in the guides were welcoming, friendly, funny and very informative. Once we started it was a blast. We got to learn about the ranch. The different mountains. The stories connected with the island and the ranch. And we got to see all the sites where they filmed movies like Jurassic park. Jurassic world. Kong and much more. It was such a great experience. 100% recommend this activity for anyone visiting Oahu.

You can speed through the magnificent nature on a buggy. You can feel the mystical power of the wind blowing from the sea to the mountains. While driving, you will take breaks at scenic spots and movie filming locations. Helmets, goggles, and snoods will be provided. The buggies get quite dirty from the dust, and since the movement also kicks up a lot of dust, it's best to wear casual clothing. If you avoid getting too close to the bushes along the road, shorts should be fine. Drivers will need to wear shoes.

The explanations were all in English and very fast. I couldn't understand anything at all. It would have been nice to have at least a Japanese instruction manual. Also, even if the distance was short, it was disappointing to just pass by places where other tour groups stopped.

説明が全て英語でしかも早い。全然わかりませんでした。せめて日本語の説明書があったら良かったのですが。また距離は短くても良いので他のツアーグループが立ち寄っているところを素通りするのは残念だった。

The weather was nice, and it's no wonder so many people participated. The guide was very happy! The cruise was amazing. I had a hearty lunch as well. I will continue to enjoy Hawaii from tomorrow.

Big shout out to Scott and his team! We just took our first ever snorkel and my wife does not swim well and is afraid of the water. Scott is a very calm and encouraging person, my wife held on to the float and with the life vest had no worries about sinking. Sure the water was murky today, yet we saw fish, and held a starfish, a sea cucumber, and an urchin. Way cool!

The buggy tour is incredibly fun as you can race through nature! The guide speaks English, but there are also Japanese staff, so I felt comfortable participating. Riding the buggy through the magnificent nature felt amazing. The scenery is just too beautiful. I think you should definitely join. However, be prepared for your clothes, face, and bag to get muddy. Expect to get quite dirty! Your face will be covered in sand, but you'll encounter sights that are worth it!

バギーでのツアーは自然の中を駆けめぐれるので、最高に楽しいです！
英語でのガイドですが、日本人スタッフもいてるので安心して参加できました。壮大な自然のなかバギーで駆け巡る事はとても気持ちが良かったです。景色が綺麗すぎます。参加するべきだと思います。
ただ、服、顔、鞄すべてが泥んこになります。
相当な汚れを覚悟して参加してください！
顔が砂まみれになるけど、それ以上の光景に出会えます！

I wanted to go horseback riding and see the magnificent scenery, so I made a reservation with my husband. However, since there were ups and downs, I didn't have much time to enjoy the view as it was my first experience riding. Since we were in the sun for a long time, sunscreen is a must. The guide was English-speaking, so you need to have a certain level of understanding; otherwise, you'll just be looking at the scenery. Unfortunately, we only stopped for about three minutes at the main highlight, so I wish we had a bit more time. I'm grateful that the guide sends the photos he takes along the way to my phone!

乗馬をして雄大な景色を見たいと思い主人と予約しましたが、アップダウンがあるので乗馬初体験には景色を楽しむ余裕が薄れてました。
日向が続くので日焼け止め必須です。
ガイドさんが1人・英語なのである程度理解出来ないと景色だけになります。
残念なのが、1番見どころの場所で3分程度しか止まらないのでもう少し時間が欲しいです。
ガイドさんが途中撮影してくれる写真を携帯に送ってくれるのは有り難いです！

I received reminder emails as needed, which provided reassurance that my reservation was confirmed. Although I was 25 minutes late this time, they waited until the last minute. While being late is not ideal, their flexible response increased my trust in them.
We participated as a group of five, totaling ten people, and the activity took about an hour. Each group had a ride of about ten minutes. Due to significant swaying, those who are prone to motion sickness should definitely take anti-nausea medication.
It was certainly fun, and I can also appreciate the safety measures, including life jackets and support for two people.
Photos are $40. They asked if I wanted one, but there was no hard selling. The minimum tip was understood to be $20, and all five groups gave $20.

リマインドのメールが適宜届きます。ちゃんと予約が入っているという安心感にも繋がりました。今回25分遅刻をしてしまいましたが、ギリギリまで待ってくれました。遅れるのはダメですが、こういった臨機応変な対応も信頼度に繋がりました。
5組10名で参加し、1時間くらいの所要時間です。1組10分くらいのライドでした。横揺れがすごいため、苦手な方は酔い止め必須です。
楽しかったことはもちろんですが、救命胴衣や2名サポートを含め安全性も評価できます。
写真は40ドル。いるか聞かれて、無理な販売はありません。チップは20ドルが最低価格という先方の認識でした。5組とも、20ドルを渡しています。

I had a great time with the two-hour horseback riding! The course felt like a hiking trail, but since the horses handled both the uphill and downhill parts, it was less tiring. Being on horseback also gave me a higher vantage point, making the stunning views even more beautiful!

There were about six participants and two staff members accompanying us. The horses my family and I rode were calm and didn't require much guidance, so we seemed to have a good match.

However, be aware that the round sign for Jurassic Park, famous at Kualoa Ranch, was not on the course!

During the horseback riding, you need to store most of your belongings in a locker for $5 a day. Only a drink bottle and a small camera or smartphone are allowed in a small bag provided to you. Since you’ll be holding the reins with one hand, you can take photos with one hand when you get used to the rhythm. Besides selfies, they also take paid photos along the way with your smartphone.

Lunch can be purchased at the cafeteria on-site for about $15-20. The portions are quite substantial, so sharing might be a good idea if two people are participating. Be mindful that there can be a long line during lunchtime, and it takes some time to get your food. Also, you need to board the return bus earlier than the scheduled departure time, so timing is important.

Overall, I was very satisfied and felt it was one of the activities I was glad to have done!

2時間たっぷりの乗馬でとても楽しかったです！
コース的にはハイキングコースのような感じですが、登りも下りもお馬さんがやってくれるので疲労度も少なく、馬上なので視座も高くて絶景が更に美しく見えました！
参加者6人くらいにスタッフ2人がついてくれました。私や家族が乗った馬は大人しくて指示もあまり必要なく、相性が良かったようです。
ただ、クアロアランチで有名なジュラシックパークの丸い看板はコースに入っていなかったのでその点は注意です…！
乗馬の際は、1日5ドルのロッカーに荷物のほとんどを預けます。貸与される小さいバッグに入る、飲み物ボトルとスマホや小さいカメラのみ持ち込みが許されます。基本的に片手は手綱を握っているので、写真はリズムに慣れてきた頃に好きなタイミングで片手で撮る感じです。自撮り以外は途中で有料写真と手持ちのスマホでの写真を撮ってくれます。
ランチは施設内のカフェテリアで15-20ドルくらいで購入できます。結構しっかりボリュームあるので2人参加ならシェアでも良いかも。お昼時は結構並ぶし提供まで時間がかかるのと、帰りのバスが出発時間より早めに乗車する必要があるのでタイミング注意です。
全体的にかなり満足度高くて、やって良かったなと思うアクティビティのひとつでした！

I was picked up in front of the Twin Fin Hotel and participated in the tour. The pickup was smooth, just by saying my name, and the bus was comfortable.

At the location, there were various counters, and even if you don't know where to go, the tour staff will kindly guide you. The buggy counter is located to the left after passing the ticket counter on the right side of the entrance, and it's fine to line up 10-15 minutes before your activity.

I recommend leaving everything except your smartphone in the lockers on the left at the entrance, as you might get covered in sand. The lockers are easy to use.

The buggy activity was amazing! Even if you're a paper driver, you can drive, and if it seems too dangerous, the guide will take over. The two guides were very entertaining, and they took many wonderful photos for us. However, some of the main movie filming locations are just passed slowly, so I recommend not forgetting to take pictures.

ピックアップも名前を言うだけでスムーズ、バスも快適でした。
現地では様々なカウンターがあり、どこかわからなくてもツアーの方に聞けばにこやかに教えてくれました。
バギーのカウンターは入り口を抜けて右手のチケットカウンターを過ぎた左手にあり、10-15分前に並べばOKです。
カウンターに並ぶ前に、スマホ以外の全てを入り口左のロッカーに預けることをお勧めします。砂に塗れます。ロッカーも使いやすいです。

バギーアクティビティーは最高でした！
ペーパードライバーでも運転できましたし、あまりに危険そうならガイドが代わってくれるとのことでした。ガイドの2人もとても面白くて、素敵な写真をたくさん撮ってもらいました。
ただ、メインの映画ロケ地のいくつかは横をゆっくり通り過ぎるだけになるので、忘れずに写真を撮ることをお勧めします。

I went to the ticket counter around 10:45 as it said to check in at that time, and I received a paper voucher. It was crowded, so the actual ticket was issued around 10:58. The paper stated that horseback riding was from 11:30, so I thought it would be fine to arrive around that time, but when I got there at 11:30, I was told it was too late and I couldn't ride. My English isn't fluent, so I couldn't grasp the nuances, but it felt like they meant that 11:30 was too late since there was an explanatory video and such.

Isn't it normal to arrive at the time stated, 11:30? If there was a gathering time before that, it should have been indicated. I was really looking forward to it, so I'm very disappointed. My friend and I are both let down. When I explained the situation to the ticket center staff, they somehow allowed us to join another tour, but I really wanted to go horseback riding.

10:45にチェックインと書いてあったのでチケットカウンターにそのくらいの時間に行き、バウチャーのような紙を出してもらいました。混雑していたので実際に発券されたのはおよそ10:58頃。紙には乗馬は11:30〜と書いてあり、その時間に行けば良いのだと思って11:30頃に行ったらもう遅いと言われ乗れなかった。英語が流暢なわけではないので細かいニュアンスが分からないが、説明のビデオ等があるから11:30じゃ遅いという感じだった。
11:30〜と書かれていたらその時間に行ってしまうのが普通じゃないでしょうか？その前に集合ならその集合時間を記載してもらわないと分からない。
とても楽しみにしていたので残念でならないです。
私も友人もガッカリです。チケットセンターの人に事情を説明したらなんとか他のツアーに参加させていただけましたが、乗馬したかったです。

Educational, fun, and awe inspiring views all around this North Shore Eco Tour of the 10,000 acre ranch. Ryan was knowledgeable, showing us all of the different flora and wild boar trails, and went out of his way to provide extra help for me getting in and out of the vehicle and in and out of the water. Had a great time at the "playground" being the only participant to fall completely off my seat! What a great time it was bouncing around the property and basking in nature's beauty.

I was very nervous before trying parasailing at a height of 150 meters for the first time, but the staff were kind and it was a lot of fun throughout. I didn't feel unsafe and would like to participate again. The motorboat swayed a bit on the waves, so I took motion sickness medication before going.

初めてパラセイリングで150mの高さは乗る前はとてもドキドキでしたが、スタッフ方たちが親切で終始とても楽しかったです。
危ないこともなくまた参加したいです。
モーターボートは時々波にのり揺れます。酔い止めは飲んで行きました。

The tour was fun, but the high waves in Waikiki and the simple life jackets that resembled airplane life vests seemed difficult for my 7-year-old child for snorkeling. We were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling, and it was enjoyable to sail out with the yacht's sails up. It might be fine for children who are strong swimmers and accustomed to snorkeling.

7歳の子供にはワイキキの高い波と、
飛行機の救命胴衣のような簡易ライフジャケットはシュノーケルには難しかったようです。
シュノーケルでウミガメも見れましたし、
ヨットの帆を張って沖まで行ったりして楽しかったです。
泳力とシュノーケル慣れのある子供なら大丈夫かも。

An interesting tour. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Loved that we got to stop off and see a few of the sites along the way. Soooo many movies had scenes filmed on location. The views are extraordinary as well.

The staff members are amazing, and the food was delicious, but it would have been perfect if there were more play equipment! The staff doesn't go down to the sea, so it feels like you have to enjoy it on your own. However, the boat was beautiful, there were plenty of fish, and we even got to see turtles, so it was a lot of fun!

This is a tour I wanted to go on for a long time. Since going individually with THE BUS takes a lot of time, I decided to join this tour.

Upon arrival, I received a tour explanation in Japanese, and during the waiting time, I was able to see horses and take photos.

The movie location tour was great as we traveled while enjoying the magnificent mountains from the bus. It was nice to take pictures with dinosaur bones used in Jurassic World.

The Kaneohe Bay cruise was smooth without feeling seasick, and there was no splashing of seawater (those who don't mind getting wet can sit at the front), allowing us to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea.

However, the explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand much. Also, since I was seated at the very back of the bus on the return trip, it was too cold, and I felt like I might catch a cold.

カネオヘ湾クルーズも酔うほど揺れず、海水がかかる事もなく(濡れても良い方は前方に)、綺麗な海を眺めながらのんびりできました

だった事と、復路のバスが1番後ろだった為か、寒すぎて風邪引きそうでした

I recently had an amazing horse riding experience, and I couldn’t recommend it more! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall ride was incredibly peaceful and enjoyable. As a beginner, I felt completely at ease, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable guides. It’s the perfect activity for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. I’ll definitely be coming back for another ride!

We had a great transportation to and from the boat. The driver was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the area.I loved being able to snorkel, swim and just be on the platform. There was musical entertainment on the boat, which was nice on the way to and on the way back from the sandbar. The crew made everything fun and made sure that everyone was safe. I would do it again, for sure, and maybe next time I will have the courage to try the stand up paddle board.

I was able to explore under clear skies without encountering any squalls.

I had high expectations for the movie location tour, so I felt it was just okay and wasn't particularly moved. However, I was impressed by the breathtaking views during the jungle exploration tour, especially since I didn't have high expectations for that. It's all about not expecting too much!

スコールにも合わず、晴天の中回れました。

映画のロケ地巡りは期待が大きかったこともあり、まあまあと感じ、感動まではいきませんでしたが、ジャングル探検ツアーは期待していなかった分、絶景に感動しました（笑）
期待し過ぎないことですね。

After the reception, you watch a Japanese safety video, and then it's time to start horseback riding. The horses are incredibly smart, so even beginners can ride with confidence. They will first teach you how to stop, start, and turn left and right, but since the horses are intelligent, they will walk and stop on their own without much input from you. Once you start, you won't get off the horse, and you'll ride in a line for a solid two hours or more through the great outdoors. The horses are equipped with bags where you can store drinks, so it's possible to drink while riding. Additionally, taking photos with your smartphone is allowed, so you can capture the beautiful natural scenery while riding. In Japan, you can't have such a long horseback riding experience, so I'm really glad I participated.

受付後、日本語の注意事項映像を見たら、乗馬してスタートです。馬はすごい賢いので、素人でも安心して乗馬できます。止まり方、スタートの仕方、左右方向への方向転換は最初に教えてくれますが、馬が賢いので、こちらが操作しなくても、歩いたり、止まったりしてくれます。スタートしたら、馬から降りることはなく、一列になってひたすら大自然の中を、みっちり２時間＋α、乗馬し続けます。飲み物等を入れれる袋を馬に装備しているため、乗馬しながら、飲み物を飲むことは可能です。また、スマホでの写真撮影はＯＫのため、乗馬しながら大自然の風景を撮影することができます。日本では、こんなに長い時間、馬に乗る経験はできないため、参加して本当に良かったと思います。

Driving the buggy can be a bit nerve-wracking at first, but you'll get used to it if you keep at it. I had so much fun driving for over two hours! You can enjoy a different side of Hawaii compared to Waikiki.

After the buggy ride, the lunch break before getting on the bus is short, so you should either order right away as soon as the activity ends or stick to something simple like a sandwich, otherwise, you won't have time to eat due to the high number of participants.

バギーの運転は最初不安があるものの、続けていれば慣れます。二時間以上運転してとにかく楽しかった！ワイキキとは違うハワイを満喫できます。
バギーの後、バスに乗る前のランチの時間が短いので、アクティビティが終了次第すぐに注文するか、サンドウィッチなど簡単なもので済ますかしないと、利用者が多いので食事をする時間がなくなります。
