Absolutely wonderful experience. Must try the banana boat ride for an opportunity to see giant sea turtles. We saw like 20. So beautiful. The music was fantastic. Thank you all so much 🌺❤️🌈

The performance was outstanding , they were engaging from the moment you walked in and out. The food taste good however was cold with exception to the pork and chicken thighs were hot, but sweet potatoes, noodles and rice were cold and we had Royal package and first in line to eat so I was surprised to have those few items cold, the rolls were so delicious so grab 2

It was the best party, with only Japanese people, but everyone was very friendly. The staff was also kind and attentive. This was my second time, and it was great again.

One of our favorite events of the week. Crew was funny and professional. Beach volleyball was super fun. We saw two turtles while snorkeling! Also wonderful that they have a free shuttle for dropoff and pickup

A wonderful word: the sea. You can overlook the entire town, and it feels great. I definitely recommend it. Experiencing it firsthand is much more amazing than just seeing it from land.

The previous day's bad weather may have caused rough waves, and although I was able to see a few turtles, there were not many fish. It's unfortunate, but it's nature, so there's nothing we can do about it.

前日が悪天候だったためか、波が荒くて魚も少し亀が何とか見れたけど、自然相手だから仕方がないけど、残念でした。

It was cold since we left early in the morning. The bus had the air conditioning on, so it was a good decision to bring a long-sleeved shirt. The cruise was comfortable, and we were able to see sea turtles and whales. It was a pity we didn't see any dolphins, but it was great to see the whales since they are only available in winter!

バスも冷房が効いていたので、長袖持っていって正解でした。
クルーズは快適、ウミガメと、クジラが見れました。
イルカは残念でしたが、クジラの方が冬限定なので、見れて良かったです！

My family loved this tour. The activities we fun and well managed. Kevin was a great tour guide.

Yesterday, at the beginning of February, I went on an electric bike tour at Kualoa Ranch. It was the best experience. However...

1. Don't be mistaken into thinking it's a small tour. They pick you up with two large buses that go around Honolulu hotels. I think many people participate because there are various activities available. Even though I waited quite a while in the lobby at the pickup location, the guide didn't come for us. It seems we had to go to the bus ourselves. After some time, the bus driver came, possibly having kept other customers waiting. Also, it's important to note that you need an English ID with a photo. Without a passport, you might face strict cancellation policies. A Japanese driver's license won't work. Since I didn't have one, I managed to get on the bus with just my name and credit card. It feels a bit uncomfortable to carry a passport, but that seems to be the best option.

2. Even if it's sunny in Honolulu, Kualoa Ranch in the north started to experience quite heavy rain partway through. I think the moist sea breeze from the north hits the mountains, making it prone to rain. It was fine at first, but then it started pouring. If I had known, I would have brought rain gear... I got completely soaked and cold, and ended up buying a T-shirt and shorts on the way back. The mud splattered, making my shoes and clothes dirty. When I returned to the hotel, I washed what I was wearing. It's better not to wear nice shirts. Even if it's sunny in Honolulu, make sure to bring a change of clothes.

3. Most people are probably not used to electric bikes. You pedal, but while going uphill, the turbo makes it easy; however, going downhill, if you don't change the setting, you can go too fast. The tires are thick, but there are many gravel paths, making it difficult to ride. In fact, someone fell while going downhill. They were covered in blood, but the actual injury was quite serious on their palm. They probably went down in turbo mode and got too fast. It looked like they might need stitches at the hospital. They had to retire midway, and we all had to wait in the rain for the pickup. Careful driving to avoid going too fast is necessary! It would be a shame for a trip to go wrong...

4. The magnificent scenery will leave unforgettable memories. Many movies have been filmed here. The staff is also very friendly, and I highly recommend it.

However, don't underestimate it thinking it's just a beginner's bike tour...

昨日、2月初めに、クアロアランチで電動バイクツアーに行ってきました。
最高の体験でした。
ただし・・・　

１．小規模のツアーと思ったら大間違い
大きなバス2台で、ホノルルのホテルを回って連れて行ってくれます。
様々なアクティビティがあるから、たくさんの人が参加するのだと思う。
ずいぶん早くピックアップ場所のロビーで待っていても、ガイドは来てくれませんでした。
バスのところに行かなければならなかったようです。時間がたってから、たまりかねてバスの運転手がやってきて、他のお客さんを待たせたかも。
また、大事なのは、顔写真が映った英語のIDが必要です。
パスポートがないと厳しくキャンセルになるかも。
日本の免許証ではだめ。
持ってなかったので、名前とクレジットカードで何とかバスに乗れた。
パスポートを持っていくのは、気が引けるけど、それが一番らしい。

２．ホノルルが晴れていても、北のクアロア・ランチは、途中からかなり強い雨が降りだした。
湿った北からの海風が山にぶつかってお雨が降りやすいのだと思う。
最初はよかったけれど、途中から土砂降り。わかっていれば、雨具を持っていくけど・・・
ずぶ濡れになって、寒く、帰りにTシャツと半ズボンを購入した。
泥が跳ねて、靴も服も汚れる。ホテルに帰って、来ていたものを洗った。
いいシャツは着ていかないほうがいい。ホノルルが晴れていても、着替えを持っていくこと。

３、電動自転車は、おそらく大部分の人は慣れていない。こぐのだけど、坂道はターボで楽ちんだけど、下りは、設定を変えないとスピードが出すぎる。太いタイヤだけど、砂利道が多く、運転しにくい。
実際、下りで転倒した人がいた。血だらけになっていたが、実際は手掌に結構な傷ができていた。おそらく、ターボのままで下って、スピードが出すぎたのだと思う。病院での縫合が必要そうな傷だった。
途中でリタイヤとなり、迎えの車が必要で、皆雨の中、待機することになった。
スピードを出しすぎない慎重な運転が必要！
せっかくの旅行が・・・

４、雄大な景観は、忘れがたい思い出になります。
たくさんの映画の舞台になっています。
スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、お勧めです。

ただし、初心者コースの自転車ツアーと思って甘く見ないこと・・・・

The instructor was cheerful and really got everyone excited, which made it a lot of fun. I thought the wind before taking off might be scary, but once I was in the air, it was completely not scary and very enjoyable. I wished I could have flown for a longer time!

インストラクターの方が陽気な方で盛り上げてくれて、とても楽しめました。
飛ぶ前の風が強く感じて怖いかなと思いましたが、飛び上がってしまえば全く怖くなく、楽しかったです。
もっと長時間飛んでいたかったです！

I originally joined this tour because I love sharks. We took a bus for just under two hours from our hotel in Waikiki to Haleiwa. We gathered at a small shack decorated with shark patterns and set off. There were about 14 or 15 participants, and I was the only Japanese person (the staff were not Japanese either).

The explanations were in English, and the engine noise was loud, so I couldn't understand much, but I managed to get by. Since my eyesight is poor, I borrowed prescription goggles, but they weren't very clear, so I recommend bringing contact lenses if you have vision issues. As others have mentioned, once we arrived at the spot, the waves were high and it was easy to get seasick. I got seasick here too.

However, when we got into the cage, I was so focused on watching the sharks that I forgot about my seasickness. I was very satisfied to see a nearly 3-meter-long tiger shark up close. The shark was calm, and I was moved by its graceful swimming. Unfortunately, I didn't see many other sharks besides that tiger shark. After getting out of the cage, I felt worse and ended up vomiting. There was another person who vomited as well. However, after that, I felt refreshed and was able to enjoy the return trip.

I was a bit anxious about participating alone as a woman, but I had a valuable experience and it was really great! If there are others in a similar situation who are hesitant to join, I encourage you to participate without hesitation!

もともとサメが好きでこのツアーに参加しました。ワイキキのホテルからバスで2時間弱かけてハレイワまで向かいました。サメの柄の小さな小屋に集合して出発しました。参加者は14、5人で日本人は私1人だけでした（スタッフの方も日本人ではない）。
説明は英語かつエンジンの音がうるさくあまり理解できませんでしたが、なんとかなりました笑。視力が低いので、度ありのゴーグルを借りましたが、あまり見えやすくはなかったので目がよくない方はコンタクトを持って行くことをおすすめします。他の方も言っている通り、スポットについてからは波が高く酔いやすいです。当方もここで酔いました。
しかし、ケージに入る際はサメを見ることに夢中で酔っていることを忘れました。体長３メートル弱のタイガーシャークを一匹、近くで見ることができとても満足でした。サメは穏やかで、優雅に泳ぐ姿に感動しました。しかしそのタイガーシャーク以外のサメはほとんど見れませんでした。ケージから出た後、酔いが酷くなり吐いてしまいました。私以外にももう1人吐いてる方がいました。しかし、その後はスッキリして帰港を楽しむことができました。
女1人の参加で少し不安でしたが貴重な経験ができてとても良かったです！同じ境遇で参加を迷っている方がいたらぜひ迷わず参加してみてください！！

I have to say I really enjoyed the Chief's Luau! After I got past the fact that it was situated in a water park, and got to the actual venue, I was able to forget there was anything there but the Luau! The grounds and setting were lovely, and I had a beautiful view of the show. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the entertainment some of the best I've seen at a luau, and I've been to several. For authentic entertainment and a good experience, this one was great!!

We went out to sea in a boat with a few groups and had a little boat riding experience, followed by parasailing in turns. We set up the parachute from the boat and took off from the moving boat. Gradually, the rope is extended, and we float up. The price varies depending on the length of the rope, and I chose the longest one at 150m. However, since we were moving in the boat, I couldn't tell if we actually reached 150m in height, but as you can see in the photos, it was really high. Of course, there’s no sound while flying. The flight lasts a few minutes, but it feels much longer.

As we ascended, my excitement grew, and I felt it was definitely worth it. Since I was holding my smartphone, I had to connect it to my arm with a strap; if I dropped it, I wouldn't be able to retrieve it from the sea. Be careful!

何組か一緒にボートで沖まで行き、ちょっとしたボートの乗船体験もでき、順番にパラセーリングです。船の上からパラシュートをセットして、走るボートの上から飛び立ちます。徐々にロープを伸ばして行きフワッと飛び立ちます。ロープの長さで金額が違いますが、私は1番長い150mを選択。でもボートで走りながらの為高さが150mなのか、斜めに上がる為分かりませんが、、、写真でもわかる様にすごく高いです。勿論飛んでる時は音がしません。数分のフライトですが、すごく長く感じます^_^
上がるとテンションも上がり、やって良かったなと、実感します。スマホを持ちながらなので腕にひもを繋いでないと、落としたら海なので探せません。ご注意を！

It was thrilling, and I definitely want to participate again on my next trip to Hawaii. The instructors and the boat operators were fun people, and I was able to enjoy it without feeling scared!

スリル満点、次回のハワイでも必ず参加したいです、インストラクターの方、船の操縦の方も楽しい方達で恐怖を感じる事なく楽しめました〜

It was amazing!
The clarity of the water, the variety and size of the fish were truly impressive!
I even got to meet a honu and swim with it!

My English is at a basic education level, and that's fine.
The guide speaks slowly to make it easy to understand.
While driving, they introduce recommended shops.
We stopped at a parking area for a location explanation, then had time for a briefing on how to use the snorkel, swimming precautions, and ordering additional rental items.
We rented a boogie board, but other parties rented life jackets.

ガイドさんがわかりやすいようにゆっくり話してくれます。

一旦パーキングに止めてロケーションの説明の後シュノーケルの使い方遊泳時の注意、追加のレンタル品のオーダーの時間がありました。
うちはブギーボードレンタルしましたが、他のパーティはライフジャケットをみんなレンタルしてました。

My husband and I did the side by side tour and it was nothing short of amazing! The views were breathtaking and the tour guide was so knowledgeable about the land and gave fun facts about Hawaii and surrounding areas. At each stop the tour guides made sure everyone got their pictures and were willing to lend a hand in getting the best pictures of your group. Next time we will have to bring our kids and plan to do more activities at the ranch. We could have spend a whole day, or two doing it all. The property was clean and well managed and the air conditioned bathrooms were a plus! We would 10/10 recommend this activity!

We went to Hawaii and we loved it there. Now sandbar Hawaii at another level. Everything is including paddle boards, snorkeling, canoeing and you get live music and food. This was the cherry on top of our trip don’t plan on going without making this trip.

Originally, it was scheduled for January 30, but I received a call from Veltra the day before, asking me to change the date due to a warning being issued for the next day. So, I participated on February 1.
When I come to Hawaii, Hanauma Bay is an absolute must-visit and one of my favorite places. Although it was an early morning, I was able to enjoy it while there were fewer people. I encountered many fish and was very satisfied. The weather was great, and the view of Hanauma Bay from near the entrance was amazing!
Of course, I want to go again.

当初は1/30の予定でしたが、前日にベルトラさんから電話を頂き、明日は警報が出ているので日程を変更してくださいとのこと。そして2/1に参加させて頂きました。
ハワイに来たらハナウマ湾は絶対外せない大好きな場所。朝が早いけど人が少ないうちから楽しめました。たくさんの魚にも逢えて大満足でした。天候も良く、入場口付近から見たハナウマ湾は最高です！
勿論、また行きたいです。

At first, I was worried about whether I would be okay with heights, but once I got on the boat and it was our turn, soaring high into the sky, I felt amazing and was thrilled by the view.

最初は高所大丈夫かなと心配でしたが、いざボートに乗り込んで自分達の順番がきて、空高く舞い上がってみると、最高の気分、景色で興奮しました。

Aside from having a very hard time finding the place at the Four Seasons where the program was to take place, we had a wonderful time, learned fascinating information about the night sky and got to be guided through the sky with a powerful telescope. At the end of the session, our astronomer sent us photos of the planets and star clusters that we were able to see.

I loved this snorkeling adventure! The live music was really entertaining, and the lunch was yummy. I really liked that the staff who did the outfitting for your snorkel gear was attentive and caring and wanted to make sure you had a good experience! I liked that there was a small tow rope strung between the main vessel and the floating "lounge" area to help guide you through the water. The variety of activities was good too, with the banana rafts and the stand-up paddleboards. There was an activity here for every level of adventurer. I kind of wished the boat was a bit smaller and more intimate but I got used to the size quickly and really ended up enjoying the experience!

We participated as a family. We took a boat with about eight guests and went out to sea, where we were able to go parasailing in groups of two or three. The staff on the boat kept the atmosphere lively, and throughout the activity, the passengers enjoyed a friendly and cheerful time together.

It exceeded the excitement I had before making the reservation, delivering an intensity and exhilaration that I couldn't have imagined. Since I didn't understand the English explanations very well, I enjoyed the location. The off-road paths were fun, and rushing through the last puddle was thrilling.

予約する前の楽しみを遥かに超えてきて、想像がつかなかったくらいの迫力と爽快感、アクティブさを感じました。英語の説明はあまり理解できなかったのでロケーションを楽しみました。オフロードの道が楽しく最後の水溜りを駆け抜けるところはスリル満点でした。

The initial date I had booked was canceled due to weather conditions. It wasn't raining, but it was probably quite windy. I received an email about the cancellation around 8:00 AM on the day of the event, so I recommend checking your email before heading to the location. If the event is canceled, you can choose to either get a refund or reschedule. I opted to reschedule. The process is completed on the Veltra website. Since bad weather is unavoidable, if you really want to go parasailing, it's a good idea to incorporate it into the earlier part of your Hawaii trip so that you can reschedule if it gets canceled. I appreciate that safety is prioritized.

It was my first time parasailing, and I was a bit scared, so I chose the 120m option. Even at 120m, it was high enough, and the view was beautiful, which made me very satisfied. The boat was small and quite fast, so it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand. I filmed a video of my parasailing experience with a GoPro, and I'm glad I got some very immersive footage.

At one point, I was splashed into the sea and got a little wet, so it's better to wear a swimsuit. If you're bringing a camera or smartphone, I think it's a good idea to put it in a waterproof case just in case. Since I participated in January, it was a bit chilly, and wearing a rash guard was just right.

最初に申し込んでいた日は天候のためキャンセルになりました。雨は降っていませんでしたが、おそらく風が強かったのでしょう。当日の朝8:00頃メールでキャンセルの連絡があったため、当日現地に向かう前にメールチェックするのがおすすめです。キャンセルになった場合、払い戻すか、日程変更するか選べます。私は日程変更しました。手続きはベルトラのサイトで完結します。天候不良はどうしようもないので、パラセーリングを絶対したい場合はハワイ旅行の最初の方の日程に組み込んでおいて、キャンセルになっても日程変更できるようにしておくのも手です。安全第一で実施していただきありがたいです。

初パラセーリングで怖さもあり、高さ120mを選びました。120mでも十分高く、景色もとても綺麗で満足しました。船は小型でかなりスピードが出ます。酔い止めは飲んでいった方がいいです。
GoProでパラセーリング中の動画を撮影しましたが、とても臨場感がある動画が撮れて良かったです。
途中、海にドボンされ、少し濡れるので水着で行った方がいいです。カメラやスマホを持ち込む際は念の為防水ケースなどに入れると良いと思います。
1月の参加ということもあり、少し肌寒く、ラッシュガードを羽織っての参加でちょうど良かったです。

Wonderful time!! Beautiful view of Waikiki and sunset. Also a whale sighting.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and have a sense of humor! For the zip lining. It’s was fun! The short “hikes” weren’t too bad. Waiting stations with cups available were also on every other zip line area.

This was my first luau and I really didn't know what to expect. I was greatly impressed with the quality of the program, the enthusiasm of the performers and the outstanding cuisine we enjoyed for the meal. The evening with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.

The scenery was amazing! The UTV ride so fun. Only suggestion is to slow it down just a little so the driver can enjoy the view more. Driver had to focus on driving too much

I participated in a tour that ended in the morning. The weather wasn't very good, and it was a bit chilly, but I didn't feel as cold as I thought I would when I got into the water. During snorkeling, there were many colorful fish, and I encountered a turtle a couple of times. Additionally, there was a pod of dolphins a little further out, making it a satisfying tour in a short amount of time. Next time I come to Hawaii, I want to recommend it to my friends and join them.

午前中で終了するツアーでしたので参加してみました。余り良い天候ではなく、少し肌寒い気温でしたが海に入ると思ったより寒く感じませんでした。シュノーケリングでは様々な色の魚がたくさんいて、カメさんにも２度程遭遇デキました。更に少し先の方にはイルカの群れがいてたりと短時間で色々と満足デキたツアーでした。次回、ハワイに来た時には友人達に勧めて一緒に参加したいです。

Although it was the rainy season, there was a break in the weather before we set off, so we left our jackets in the car and started out in short sleeves. However, as we headed towards the mountains, a cold drizzle began to fall. At first, we enjoyed the bumps of the buggy and splashing through puddles, but since there was no front window, rain poured in while driving, soaking our seats and leaving us completely drenched. By the end, it was too cold and quite uncomfortable.

The instructor was humorous and kind, taking photos for us. However, the instructor was dressed warmly in a raincoat and long sleeves and pants, so I thought it would have been nice if they had offered to lend us raincoats at least.

The advertisement featured a photo of passing through the Jurassic World gate, which my husband seemed to be looking forward to, but we only stopped at about three points, and we passed by what seemed to be the gate without stopping. My husband, a huge Jurassic Park fan, was a bit disappointed.

I think it's best to participate in this activity with the mindset of enjoying the magnificent mountains and nature in a buggy.

雨季であはりますが出発前は晴れ間があったのでジャケットなどは車に置いて半袖で出発。しかし山の方へ進むと霧雨のような冷たい雨が降り始めました。初めはバギーの揺れや水たまりをバシャバシャと走り楽しんでいましたが、フロントの窓がないので運転中雨が降りこんで席も濡れてしまい全身びしょ濡れになりました。最後の方は寒すぎて辛かったです。
インストラクターさんはユーモアがあり写真を撮ってくれたりと親切でした。しかし、インストラクターさんだけレインコートと長袖長ズボンで暖かそうな装いだったので、せめてレインコートの貸し出しなどの声かけがあるといいなと思いました。
広告にはジュラシックワールドのゲートをくぐる写真があったので主人はそれを期待していたようでしたが、ストップポイントは3つほどでゲートと思われるところも素通り。ジュラシックパーク大ファンの主人は少しがっかりしていました。
バギーで壮大な山々と自然を楽しむアクティビティと思って参加するといいと思います。
