The staff is accustomed to dealing with Japanese customers, but the explanations will be in English. However, during the boat ride, there are also explanations in Japanese, so I think it would be reassuring to pay attention to those as well.

You can have photos taken during the experience for an additional fee, and since they took many pictures, it became a great memory. I definitely recommend requesting this!

I had never gone horseback riding before and was very anxious because I couldn't speak English. However, once I arrived at Kualoa Ranch, I had no trouble with English at all! When I went, the weather was bad and it was drizzling. I had brought a raincoat that I bought at a 100 yen store, but before riding, I found that there were helmets (which are mandatory) and raincoats (available for anyone who wanted to borrow one), so I borrowed one of those! I got caught in a downpour and my pants got completely soaked, but thanks to the raincoat, my upper clothes stayed completely dry.

The horseback riding was so easy because the horses were incredibly well-behaved. I didn't have to give any commands; I just got to sit on their backs and enjoy the scenery! The instructor spoke to us with a smile and even mixed in some Japanese when giving instructions!

If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to go horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch!

乗馬は、お馬さんたちがとーーってもお利口さんなので、特にこちらが指示を出したりすることなくただ背中に乗せてもらって景色を眺めるだけでした！インストラクターの方も笑顔ではなしてくださり、指示を出す時には日本語を交えて話してくれます！
またハワイに行く機会があったら必ずクアロアランチの乗馬に行きたいと思いました！

I had signed up for a clear kayak and snorkeling experience, but due to the possibility of rain, I was given the option to cancel at the last minute or switch to a regular kayak. Since I had already arranged a rental car from Waikiki to Haleiwa and everything was planned, I couldn't cancel. Additionally, I received a text the day before asking me to look for a white truck, and since the company operated with just one truck, there was no office building at the meeting point. 申し込んだクリアカヤックとシュノーケリングが出来ず、雨が降るかもということで直前にキャンセルするかレギュラーカヤックにするかの選択肢を出され、ワイキキからハレイワへのレンタルカーも用意してすべて計画済の後だったのでキャンセルするわけにもいかず、クリアカヤックとシュノーケリングの料金でレギュラーカヤックだけとなりそれが2時間で退屈なものとなった。結局当日天気は持ち直し雨も降らず波も高くなかったがクリアカヤックとシュノーケリングはしてもらえなかった。また前日にショートメールが来て白いトラックを探してくれということで、トラック1台で運用してる会社だったので、集合場所に事務所的な建物はなく、申込時は建物があるような書き方だったので、かなり混乱すると思います。夏に来ればクリアカヤックとシュノーケリングが出来るのにと言われたが、ホノルルマラソンと合わせたかったので冬に来たが、クリアカヤックとシュノーケリングが出来ると書くのであれば、極力クリアカヤックとシュノーケリングを実施してほしかった。
